Obadiah 1
1 [the] vision of Obadiah thus he says [the] Lord Yahweh of Edom a report we have heard from with Yahweh and an envoy among the nations he has been sent arise so let us arise on it for battle.
Viziunea lui Obadia. Astfel spune Domnul DUMNEZEU referitor la Edom: Noi am auzit un zvon de la DOMNUL şi un ambasador este trimis printre păgâni: Sculaţi-vă şi să ne ridicăm împotriva ei în bătălie.
2 Here! small I will make you among the nations [will be] despised you exceedingly.
Iată, te-am făcut mică printre păgâni, eşti foarte dispreţuită.
3 [the] presumption of Heart your it has deceived you O dweller in clefts of rock [the] height of dwelling his [who] says in heart his who? will he bring down me [the] ground.
Mândria inimii tale te-a înşelat, tu, care locuieşti în crăpăturile stâncii, a cărei locuinţă este sus; care spune în inima ei: Cine mă va coborî la pământ?
4 If you will make high like eagle and if between [the] stars [will be] set nest your from there I will bring down you [the] utterance of Yahweh.
Chiar dacă te-ai înălţa ca acvila şi chiar dacă ţi-ai aşeza cuibul printre stele, de acolo te voi coborî, spune DOMNUL.
5 If thieves they came to you if destroyers of night how! you will be destroyed ¿ not will they steal sufficiency their if grape gatherers they came to you ¿ not will they leave gleanings.
Dacă ar fi venit hoţi la tine, dacă ar fi venit tâlhari noaptea, (cât eşti de stârpită) nu ar fi furat până când s-ar fi îndestulat? Dacă ar fi venit culegători de struguri la tine, nu ar fi lăsat câţiva struguri?
6 How! they will be plundered Esau they will be searched out hidden treasures its.
Cât de cercetate sunt lucrurile lui Esau! Cât de căutate sunt lucrurile lui ascunse!
7 To the border they will send away you all [the] men of covenant your they will deceive you they will prevail to you [the] men of peace your food your they will set a trap under you there not [is] understanding in him.
Toţi oamenii din alianţa ta te-au adus până la graniţă; oamenii care erau în pace cu tine te-au înşelat şi te-au învins; cei care mănâncă pâinea ta au pus o vătămare sub tine; nu este înţelegere în el.
8 ¿ Not on the day that ([the] utterance of *L(abh)*) Yahweh and I will destroy wise [people] from Edom and understanding from [the] mountain of Esau.
În ziua aceea, spune DOMNUL, nu voi nimici pe înţelepţii din Edom şi înţelegerea de pe muntele lui Esau?
9 And they will be dismayed warriors your O Teman so that he may be cut off everyone from [the] mountain of Esau from slaughter.
Şi oamenii tăi puternici, Temane, se vor descuraja, pentru că fiecare din muntele lui Esau va fi stârpit prin măcelărire.
10 From [the] violence of brother your Jacob it will cover you shame and you will be cut off for ever.
Pentru violenţa ta împotriva fratelui tău Iacob, ruşinea te va acoperi şi vei fi stârpit pentru totdeauna.
11 On [the] day standing you from before on [the] day took captive strangers wealth his and foreigners they came (gates his *Q(K)*) and on Jerusalem they cast a lot also you [were] like one from them.
În ziua în care stăteai în picioare pe cealaltă parte, în ziua în care străinii îi duceau în captivitate forţele şi locuitorii temporari intrau pe porţile lui şi aruncau sorţi asupra Ierusalimului, chiar tu erai ca unul dintre ei.
12 And may not you look on [the] day of brother your on [the] day of misfortune his and may not you rejoice to [the] people of Judah on [the] day perish they and may not you make big mouth your on [the] day of trouble.
Dar tu nu trebuia să fi privit ziua fratelui tău în ziua în care a devenit un străin, nici nu trebuia să te bucuri asupra copiilor lui Iuda în ziua nimicirii lor, nici nu trebuia să vorbeşti cu mândrie în ziua strâmtorării.
13 May not you go in [the] gate of people my on [the] day of disaster their may not you look also you on calamity his on [the] day of disaster his and may not you stretch out on wealth his on [the] day of disaster his.
Tu nu trebuia să fi intrat pe poarta poporului meu în ziua nenorocirii lor; da, nu trebuia să fi privit necazul lor în ziua nenorocirii lor, nici să fi pus mâna pe averea lor în ziua nenorocirii lor,
14 And may not you stand at the parting of ways to cut off fugitives his and may not you deliver up survivors his on [the] day of trouble.
Nici nu trebuia să fi stat în picioare la răspântie, ca să stârpeşti pe aceia dintre ai lui care au scăpat, nici nu trebuia să fi predat pe aceia dintre ai lui care au rămas în ziua strâmtorării.
15 For [is] near [the] day of Yahweh on all the nations just as you have done it will be done to you recompense your it will return on own head your.
Fiindcă ziua DOMNULUI este aproape asupra tuturor păgânilor, cum ai făcut aşa ţi se va face; răsplata ta se va întoarce asupra capului tău.
16 For just as you have drunk on [the] mountain of holiness my they will drink all the nations continually and they will drink and they will swallow and they will be like not they had been.
Aşa cum aţi băut pe muntele meu sfânt, aşa vor bea toți păgânii în continuu, da, vor bea şi vor înghiţi şi vor fi ca şi cum nu ar fi fost.
17 And on [the] mountain of Zion it will be deliverance and it will be a holy place and they will take possession of [the] house Jacob possessions their.
Dar pe muntele Sion va fi eliberare şi va fi sfinţenie; şi casa lui Iacob va stăpâni posesiunile lor.
18 And it will be [the] house of Jacob a fire and [the] house of Joseph [will be] a flame and [the] house of Esau [will become] stubble and they will burn them and they will consume them and not he will belong a survivor to [the] house of Esau for Yahweh he has spoken.
Şi casa lui Iacob va fi un foc şi casa lui Iosif, o flacără, şi casa lui Esau, mirişte, şi vor arde în ei şi îi vor mistui; şi nu va fi niciunul care să rămână din casa lui Esau; fiindcă DOMNUL a vorbit.
19 And they will take possession of the Negev [the] mountain of Esau and the Shephelah Philistines and they will take possession of [the] region of Ephraim and [the] region of Samaria and Benjamin Gilead.
Şi cei de la sud vor stăpâni muntele lui Esau; şi cei din câmpie, pe filisteni; şi vor stăpâni câmpurile lui Efraim şi câmpurile Samariei; şi Beniamin va stăpâni Galaadul.
20 And [the] exile[s] of the fortress this of [the] people of Israel who [will be] Canaanites to Zarephath and [the] exile[s] of Jerusalem who [are] in Sepharad they will take possession of [the] cities of the Negev.
Şi captivitatea acestei oştiri a copiilor lui Israel va stăpâni ce este a canaaniţilor, până la Sarepta; şi captivitatea Ierusalimului, care este în Sefarad, va stăpâni cetăţile din sud.
21 And they will go up deliverers on [the] mountain of Zion to rule [the] mountain of Esau and it will belong to Yahweh the kingship.
Şi vor urca salvatori pe muntele Sion să judece muntele lui Esau; şi împărăţia va fi a DOMNULUI.
