Numbers 35
1 And he spoke Yahweh to Moses in [the] plains of Moab at [the] Jordan of Jericho saying.
Markaasaa Rabbigu Muuse kula hadlay bannaankii Moo'aab oo Webi Urdun u dhowaa ee Yerixoo ka soo hor jeeday, oo wuxuu ku yidhi,
2 Command [the] people of Israel and they will give to the Levites some of [the] inheritance of possession their cities to dwell in and pasture land for the cities around them you will give to the Levites.
Waxaad reer binu Israa'iil ku amartaa inay dhaxalkooda hantida ah reer Laawi ka siiyaan magaalooyin ay degaan, oo magaalooyinkaas agagaarkooda ku wareegsanna reer Laawi siiya.
3 And they will belong the cities to them to dwell in and pasture lands their they will be for cattle their and for property their and for every animal their.
Oo magaalooyinka iyagaa lahaanayaan inay degaan, agagaarkooduna waxay u ahaan doonaan lo'dooda, iyo alaabtooda, iyo xoolahooda oo dhan.
4 And [the] pasture lands of the cities which you will give to the Levites [will be] from [the] wall of the city and [the] outside towards one thousand cubit[s] all around.
Oo magaalooyinka aad reer Laawi siin doontaan agagaarkooda ha laga bilaabo magaalo kasta derbigeeda, oo dibadda ha uga baxo kun dhudhun oo hareeraheeda ku wareegsan ah.
5 And you will measure from [the] outside of the city [the] side of east-ward two thousand by the cubit and [the] side of [the] south two thousand by the cubit and [the] side of [the] west - two thousand by the cubit and [the] side of [the] north two thousand by the cubit and the city [will be] in the middle this it will belong to them [the] pasture lands of the cities.
Oo magaalada dibaddeeda waa inaad ka qiyaastaan xagga bari laba kun oo dhudhun, dhanka koonfureedna waa inaad ka qiyaastaan laba kun oo dhudhun, dhanka galbeedna waa inaad ka qiyaastaan laba kun oo dhudhun, dhanka woqooyina waa inaad ka qiyaastaan laba kun oo dhudhun, oo magaaladuna dhexda ha ahaato. Oo intaasaa iyaga u ahaan doonta agagaarka magaalooyinka.
6 And the cities which you will give to the Levites [the] six [the] cities of refuge which you will give to flee there towards the killer and to them you will give forty and two citi[es].
Oo magaalooyinka aad reer Laawi siin doontaan waxay ahaan doonaan lixda magaalo oo magangalka ah oo aad siin doontaan si uu gacankudhiigluhu ugu cararo, oo kuwaas mooyaane waxaad kaloo iyaga siisaan laba iyo afartan magaalo.
7 All the cities which you will give to the Levites [will be] forty and eight citi[es] them and pasture lands their.
Oo magaalooyinka aad reer Laawi siin doontaan oo dhammu waxay ahaan doonaan siddeed iyo afartan magaalo, oo waxaad siin doontaan iyaga iyo agagaarkoodaba.
8 And the cities which you will give from [the] possession of [the] people of Israel from with the many you will increase and from with the few you will decrease each one according to [the] mouth of inheritance its which they will inherit it will give some of cities its to the Levites.
Oo waxa ku saabsan magaalooyinka aad reer Laawi hantida uga siin doontaan reer binu Israa'iil waa sidan, waa inaad kuwii badan magaalooyin badan ka qaaddaan, kuwii yarna waa inaad magaalooyin yar ka qaaddaan, oo mid waluba dhaxalkiisii uu dhaxlay magaalooyinkiisa reer Laawi wax ha ka siiyo.
9 And he spoke Yahweh to Moses saying.
Markaasaa Rabbigu Muuse la hadlay, oo wuxuu ku yidhi,
10 Speak to [the] people of Israel and you will say to them if you [are] about to pass over the Jordan [the] land of towards Canaan.
Reer binu Israa'iil la hadal, oo waxaad ku tidhaahdaa, Markaad Webi Urdun dhaaftaan oo aad gashaan dalka Kancaan,
11 And you will make happen to yourselves cities cities of refuge they will be for you and he will flee there towards a killer [who] has struck down a person by inadvertence.
waa inaad doorataan magaalooyin idiin ahaada magaalooyin aad magan gashaan, si uu gacankudhiigluhu qof kama' u dilaa halkaas ugu cararo.
12 And they will become for you the cities a refuge from an avenger and not he will die the killer until stands he before the congregation for judgment.
Oo magaalooyinkaasu waxay idiin ahaan doonaan meel aad ka magan gashaan kan aardoonka ah, si uusan gacankudhiigluhu u dhiman intuusan shirka hortiisa xukun isu soo taagin.
13 And the cities which you will give six cities of refuge they will be for you.
Oo magaalooyinka aad bixin doontaan waxay idiin ahaan doonaan lix magaalo oo magangal ah.
14 - three Cities you will give from [the] other side of the Jordan and three cities you will give in [the] land of Canaan cities of refuge they will be.
Oo Webi Urdun shishadiisa waa inaad ka bixisaan saddex magaalo, dalka Kancaanna waa inaad ka bixisaan saddex magaalo, oo iyagu waa inay ahaadaan magaalooyin magangal ah.
15 For [the] people of Israel and for the sojourner and for the resident alien in midst of them they will become [the] six the cities these a refuge to flee there towards any [one who] strikes down a person by inadvertence.
Oo lixdaas magaalo waxaa magangeli doona reer binu Israa'iil iyo shisheeyaha iyo qariibka iyaga dhex deggan, si uu ku alla kii qof kama' u dilaa ugu cararo.
16 And if with an instrument of iron - he struck down him and he died [is] a killer he certainly he will be put to death the killer.
Laakiinse hadduu wax bir ah ku dhufto, oo uu sidaas ku dhinto, markaas isagu waa gacankudhiigle, oo gacankudhiiglaha hubaal waa in la dilaa.
17 And if with a stone of hand which someone will die by it he struck down him and he died [is] a killer he certainly he will be put to death the killer.
Oo hadduu ku dhufto dhagax uu gacanta ku haysto oo qof u dhiman karo, oo uu sidaas ku dhinto, markaas isagu waa gacankudhiigle, oo gacankudhiiglaha hubaal waa in la dilaa.
18 Or with an instrument of wood of hand which someone will die by it he struck down him and he died [is] a killer he certainly he will be put to death the killer.
Amase hadduu ku dhufto hub qori ah oo uu gacanta ku haysto oo qof u dhiman karo, oo uu sidaas ku dhinto, markaas isagu waa gacankudhiigle, oo gacankudhiiglaha hubaal waa in la dilaa.
19 [the] avenger of Blood he he will put to death the killer when meets he him he he will put to death him.
Oo aardoonka dhiigga doonayaa qudhiisu ha dilo gacankudhiiglaha. Markuu isaga helo ha dilo.
20 And if in hatred he will push him or he threw on him with lying in wait and he died.
Oo hadduu nacayb aawadiis u riixdo, ama intuu u gabbado uu wax ku tuuro, oo uu markaas dhinto,
21 Or in enmity he struck down him with hand his and he died certainly he will be put to death the [one who] struck [is] a killer he [the] avenger of blood he will put to death the killer when meets he him.
amase hadduu cadownimo aawadeed gacanta ugu dhufto, oo uu sidaas ku dhinto, kii wax ku dhuftay hubaal waa in la dilaa, waayo, isagu waa gacankudhiigle, oo aardoonka dhiigga doonayaa gacankudhiiglaha ha dilo markuu helo.
22 And if in an instant with not enmity he pushed him or he threw on him any weapon with not lying in wait.
Laakiinse hadduu kama' u riixo isagoo aan cadownimo ku jirin, amase uu wax ku tuuro isagoo aan u gabban,
23 Or with any stone which someone will die by it with not seeing [him] and he made [it] fall on him and he died and he not [was] an enemy of him and not [was] seeking harm his.
amase hadduu ku dhufto dhagax qof u dhiman karo, oo isagoo aan arkayn uu ku tuuro, oo uu sidaas ku dhinto, oo hadduusan cadowgiis ahayn ama uusan waxyeelladiisa doondoonayn,
24 And they will judge the congregation between the [one who] struck and between [the] avenger of blood on the judgments these.
markaas kii wax dilay iyo kan ah aardoonka dhiigga doonayo, shirku waa inuu ugu kala garsooraa sida xukummadanu yihiin.
25 And they will deliver the congregation the killer from [the] hand of [the] avenger of blood and they will return him the congregation to [the] city of refuge his where he had fled there towards and he will dwell in it until [the] death of the priest great whom someone had anointed him with [the] oil of holiness.
Oo shirku waa inuu gacankudhiiglaha ka samatabbixiyaa gacanta kan ah aardoonka dhiigga doonayo, oo shirku waa inuu isaga ku celiyaa magaaladiisii uu magangalay, oo uu ku cararay, oo isagu waa inuu halkaas degganaado jeer uu dhinto wadaadka sare oo lagu subkay saliiddii quduuska ahayd.
26 And if ever he will go out the killer [the] border of [the] city of refuge his where he will flee there towards.
Laakiinse gacankudhiigluhu mar kasta ha ahaatee hadduu ka gudbo soohdinta magaaladiisii uu magangalay oo uu ku cararay,
27 And he will find him [the] avenger of blood from [the] outside of [the] border of [the] city of refuge his and he will kill [the] avenger of blood the killer not [will belong] to him blood.
oo markaas kii ahaa aardoonka dhiigga doonayo uu ka helo meel dibadda ka ah soohdinta magaaladiisii uu magangalay, kolkaas kii ahaa aardoonka dhiigga doonayo hadduu gacankudhiiglaha dilo, isagu ma ahaan doono mid dhiig qaba,
28 For in [the] city of refuge his he will remain until [the] death of the priest great and after [the] death of the priest great he will return the killer to [the] land of possession his.
waayo, waxaa isaga waajib ku ahaa inuu iska joogo magaaladiisii uu magangalay ilamaa uu wadaadka sare dhinto, laakiinse markuu wadaadka sare dhinto gacankudhiigluhu waa inuu markaas dabadeed ku noqdo dalkiisii hantida u ahaa.
29 And they will become these [things] for you a statute of judgment to generations your in all dwelling places your.
Oo waxyaalahanu waa inay qaynuun xukun ah degmooyinkiinna oo dhan idiinku ahaadaan ab ka abkiin.
30 Any [one who] strikes down a person to [the] mouth of witnesses someone will kill the killer and a witness one not he will testify against anyone to die.
Ku alla kii qof dila, gacankudhiiglaha waa in la dilaa markii lagu marag furo, laakiinse qofnaba yaan lagu dilin markhaati keliya maragfurkiis.
31 And not you will take a ransom for [the] life of a killer who he [is] guilty to die for certainly he will be put to death.
Oo weliba waa inaydaan innaba furan nafta gacankudhiigle dhimasho lagu xukumay, laakiinse hubaal waa in la dilaa.
32 And not you will take a ransom to flee to [the] city of refuge his to return to dwell in the land until [the] death of the priest.
Oo weliba waa inaydaan furan kii ku cararay magaaladiisa magangalka ah, si uu ugu noqdo oo uu u dego dalkiisa ilamaa uu wadaadka sare dhinto.
33 And not you will pollute the land which you [are] in it for blood it it pollutes the land and for the land not it will be atoned to the blood which it was shed in it that except by [the] blood of [the] [one who] shed it.
Dalka aad deggan tihiin waa inaydaan nijaasayn, waayo, dhiigu dalka waa nijaaseeyaa, oo dalka dhiiggii lagu dhex daadshay wax loogu kafaaro gudi karo lama arko, dhiigga kii daadshay mooyaane.
34 And not you will make unclean the land which you [are] dwelling in it which I [am] dwelling in [the] midst of it for I Yahweh [am] dwelling in among [the] people of Israel.
Oo waa inaydaan nijaasayn dalka aad dhex deggan tihiin, oo anna aan dhexdiisa degganahay, waayo, aniga Rabbiga ahu waxaan dhex degganahay reer binu Israa'iil.
