Numbers 32
1 And livestock - much it belonged to [the] descendants of Reuben and to [the] descendants of Gad numerous very and they saw [the] land of Jazer and [the] land of Gilead and there! the place [was] a place of livestock.
Los hijos de Rubén y los hijos de Gad tenían gran cantidad de ganado: y cuando vieron que la tierra de Jazer y la tierra de Galaad era un buen lugar para el ganado;
2 And they came [the] descendants of Gad and [the] descendants of Reuben and they said to Moses and to Eleazar the priest and to [the] leaders of the congregation saying.
Los hijos de Gad y los hijos de Rubén vinieron y dijeron a Moisés, al sacerdote Eleazar y a los jefes de la reunión:
3 Ataroth and Dibon and Jazer and Nimrah and Heshbon and Elealeh and Sebam and Nebo and Beon.
Atarot, y Dibón Jazer, y Nimra, y Hesbón, y Eleale, y Sebam, y Nebo, y Beon.
4 The land which he defeated Yahweh before [the] congregation of Israel [is] a land of livestock it and [belongs] to servants your livestock.
La tierra que el Señor entregó en manos de los hijos de Israel, es una tierra para el ganado, y tus siervos tienen ganado.
5 And they said if we have found favor in view your let it be given the land this to servants your to a possession may not you make pass over us the Jordan.
Y dijeron: Con tu aprobación, que esta tierra sea dada a tus siervos como su herencia: no nos lleves sobre el Jordán.
6 And he said Moses to [the] descendants of Gad and to [the] descendants of Reuben ¿ brothers your will they go to battle and you will you remain? here.
Entonces Moisés dijo a los hijos de Gad y a los hijos de Rubén: ¿Van a ir tus hermanos a la guerra mientras descansan aquí?
7 And why? (do you discourage! *Q(K)*) [the] heart of [the] people of Israel from passing over into the land which he has given to them Yahweh.
¿Por qué desaniman a los hijos de Israel el deseo de ir a la tierra que el Señor les ha dado?
8 Thus they did fathers your when sent I them from Kadesh Barnea to see the land.
Lo mismo hicieron tus padres, cuando los envié desde Cades-barnea para ver la tierra.
9 And they went up to [the] wadi of Eshcol and they saw the land and they discouraged [the] heart of [the] people of Israel to not to go into the land which he had given to them Yahweh.
Porque cuando subieron al valle de Escol y vieron la tierra, vinieron y desanimaron a los hijos de Israel de ir a la tierra que el Señor les había dado.
10 And it burned [the] anger of Yahweh on the day that and he swore an oath saying.
Y en ese momento el Señor se enojó, e hizo un juramento, diciendo:
11 If they will see the men who came up from Egypt from a son of twenty year[s] and up-wards the land which I swore to Abraham to Isaac and to Jacob for not they have filled after me.
En verdad, ninguno de los hombres de veinte años o más que salieron de Egipto verá la tierra que juré a Abraham, Isaac y Jacob; porque no me han sido fieles con todo su corazón;
12 Except Caleb [the] son of Jephunneh the Kenizzite and Joshua [the] son of Nun for they have filled after Yahweh.
Pero solo Caleb, el hijo de Jefone, él cenezeo, y Josué, el hijo de Nun: porque han sido fieles al Señor.
13 And it burned [the] anger of Yahweh on Israel and he made wander them in the wilderness forty year[s] until was finished all the generation which had done the evil in [the] eyes of Yahweh.
Entonces el SEÑOR se enojó con Israel, y los hizo vagar por las tierras del desierto por cuarenta años? hasta que toda aquella generación que había hecho el mal a los ojos del Señor estuviera muerta.
14 And here! you have risen up in place of fathers your a brood of people sinful to add again to [the] burning of [the] anger of Yahweh against Israel.
Y ahora has venido a tomar el lugar de tus padres, otra generación de pecadores, aumentando la ira de Jehová contra Israel.
15 For you will turn back! from after him and he will repeat again to leave it in the wilderness and you will destroy all the people this.
Porque si te apartas de él, los enviará a vagar de nuevo por las tierras baldías; y tú serás la causa de la destrucción de todo este pueblo.
16 And they drew near to him and they said folds of sheep we will build for livestock our here and cities for little one[s] our.
Entonces vinieron a él y le dijeron: Aquí haremos lugares seguros para nuestro ganado y pueblos para nuestros pequeños;
17 And we we will equip ourselves hurried before [the] people of Israel until that we have brought them to place their and it will remain little one[s] our in [the] cities of fortification because of [the] inhabitants of the land.
Pero nosotros mismos estaremos preparados para ir delante de los hijos de Israel hasta que los hayamos llevado a su lugar, pero nuestros pequeños estarán a salvo en las ciudades amuralladas contra la gente de la tierra.
18 Not we will return to houses our until have inherited [the] people of Israel everyone inheritance his.
No regresaremos a nuestras casas hasta que cada uno de los hijos de Israel haya entrado en su herencia.
19 For not we will inherit with them from [the] other side of the Jordan and beyond for it has come inheritance our to us from [the] other side of the Jordan east-ward.
Porque no tendremos nuestra herencia con ellos al otro lado del Jordán y hacia adelante; porque nuestra herencia nos ha llegado de este lado del Jordán al este.
20 And he said to them Moses if you will do! the thing this if you will equip yourselves before Yahweh for battle.
Entonces Moisés les dijo: Si quieren hacer esto, armándose para ir ante el Señor a la guerra,
21 And he will pass over of you every equipped [man] the Jordan before Yahweh until has dispossessed he enemies his from before him.
Todo hombre armado de ustedes que cruza el Jordán ante el Señor hasta que haya vencido y enviado en fuga a todos los que están contra él.
22 And it will be subdued the land before Yahweh and after you will return and you will be free from Yahweh and from Israel and it will belong the land this to you to a possession before Yahweh.
Y la tierra está bajo el gobierno del Señor; después de eso, puedes regresar, sin haber hecho nada malo al Señor ni a Israel; y esta tierra será tuya para tu herencia delante del Señor.
23 And if not you will do! thus there! you have sinned to Yahweh and know sin your that it will find you.
Pero si no haces esto, entonces eres pecador contra el Señor; y puedes estar seguro de que tu pecado tendrá su recompensa.
24 Build for yourselves cities for little one[s] your and folds for sheep your and the [thing which] has gone out from mouth your you will do.
Así que empieza a trabajar construyendo tus ciudades para tus pequeños y lugares seguros para tus ovejas; y haz lo que has dicho.
25 And he said [the] descendants of Gad and [the] descendants of Reuben to Moses saying servants your they will do just as lord my [is] commanding.
Y los hijos de Gad y los hijos de Rubén dijeron a Moisés: Tus siervos harán lo que mi señor dice.
26 Little one[s] our wives our livestock our and all cattle our they will be there in [the] cities of Gilead.
Nuestros pequeños, nuestras esposas, y nuestros rebaños, y todo nuestro ganado, estarán allí en los pueblos de Galaad;
27 And servants your they will pass over every equipped [man] of war before Yahweh for battle just as lord my [is] saying.
Pero sus siervos pasarán, cada uno armado para la guerra, delante del Señor para la lucha, como dice mi señor.
28 And he commanded of them Moses Eleazar the priest and Joshua [the] son of Nun and [the] leaders of [the] fathers of the tribes of [the] people of Israel.
Entonces Moisés dio órdenes acerca de ellos al sacerdote Eleazar, a Josué, hijo de Nun, y a los jefes de familia de las tribus de los hijos de Israel.
29 And he said Moses to them if they will pass over [the] descendants of Gad and [the] descendants of Reuben - with you the Jordan every equipped [man] for battle before Yahweh and it will be subdued the land before you and you will give to them [the] land of Gilead to a possession.
Y Moisés les dijo: Si los hijos de Gad y los hijos de Rubén van con ustedes por el Jordán, cada uno armado para la lucha delante del Señor, y toda la tierra es entregada en sus manos, entonces que la tengan. la tierra de Galaad para una herencia;
30 And if not they will pass over equipped with you and they will have possessions in midst of you in [the] land of Canaan.
Pero si no van armados contigo, tendrán que llevar su herencia contigo en la tierra de Canaán.
31 And they answered [the] descendants of Gad and [the] descendants of Reuben saying [that] which he has spoken Yahweh to servants your thus we will do.
Entonces los hijos de Gad y los hijos de Rubén dijeron: Como él Señor ha dicho a tus siervos, así haremos nosotros.
32 We we will pass over equipped before Yahweh [the] land of Canaan and [will be] with us [the] possession of inheritance our from [the] other side of the Jordan.
Iremos armados delante del Señor a la tierra de Canaán, y nos quedaremos con nuestra herencia en este lado del Jordán.
33 And he gave to them - Moses to [the] descendants of Gad and to [the] descendants of Reuben and to [the] half of - [the] tribe of - Manasseh [the] son of Joseph [the] kingdom of Sihon [the] king of the Amorite[s] and [the] kingdom of Og [the] king of Bashan the land to cities its with territories [the] cities of the land all around.
Entonces Moisés les dio a los hijos de Gad, a los hijos de Rubén, y a la media tribu de Manasés, hijo de José, al reino de Sehón, rey de los amorreos y a Og, rey de Basán, toda la tierra con sus pueblos y el país que los rodea.
34 And they built [the] descendants of Gad Dibon and Ataroth and Aroer.
Y los hijos de Gad fueron los constructores de Dibón, Atarot y Aroer.
35 And Atroth Shophan and Jazer and Jogbehah.
Y Atarot-sofán, Jazer y Jogbeha;
36 And Beth Nimrah and Beth Haran cities of fortification and folds of sheep.
Y Bet-nimra y Bet-arán: ciudades amuralladas y lugares cerrados para las ovejas.
37 And [the] descendants of Reuben they built Heshbon and Elealeh and Kiriathaim.
Y los hijos de Rubén fueron los constructores de Hesbón, Eleale y Quiriataim;
38 And Nebo and Baal Meon changed name and Sibmah and they called by names [the] names of the cities which they had built.
Y Nebo y Baal-meón (sus nombres han sido cambiados) y Sibma: y dieron otros nombres a las ciudades que hicieron.
39 And they went [the] descendants of Makir [the] son of Manasseh Gilead towards and they captured it and he dispossessed the Amorite[s] who [was] in it.
Y los hijos de Maquir, hijo de Manasés, fueron a Galaad y la tomaron, expulsando a los amorreos que vivían allí.
40 And he gave Moses Gilead to Makir [the] son of Manasseh and he dwelt in it.
Entonces Moisés dio Galaad a Maquir, hijo de Manasés; y lo hizo su lugar de vida.
41 And Jair [the] son of Manasseh he went and he captured villages their and he called them Havvoth Jair.
Y Jair, hijo de Manasés, fue y tomó las ciudades de Galaad, llamándoles Havot-Jair.
42 And Nobah he went and he captured Kenath and daughters its and he called it Nobah by own name his.
Y Noba fue y tomó a Kenat y sus pueblos pequeños, y la llamó Noba, por su nombre.
