Numbers 30
1 And he spoke Moses to [the] leaders of the tribes of [the] people of Israel saying this [is] the word which he has commanded Yahweh.
| موسی رهبران قبایل را جمع کرد و این دستورها را از جانب خداوند به ایشان داد: «هرگاه کسی برای خداوند نذر کند یا تعهدی نماید، حق ندارد قول خود را بشکند بلکه باید آنچه را که قول داده است بجا آورد. |
2 A man if he will vow a vow to Yahweh or he will swear an oath to bind an obligation on self his not he will violate word his according to every [thing which] has gone out from mouth his he will do.
3 And a woman if she will vow a vow to Yahweh and she will bind an obligation in [the] house of father her in youth her.
| «هرگاه دختری که هنوز در خانهٔ پدرش زندگی می‌کند، برای خداوند نذر کند یا تعهدی نماید، |
4 And he will hear father her vow her and obligation her which she has bound on self her and he will keep silent to her father her and they will stand all vows her and every obligation which she has bound on self her it will stand.
| باید هر چه را قول داده است ادا نماید مگر اینکه وقتی پدرش آن را بشنود او را منع کند. در این صورت، نذر دختر خودبه‌خود باطل می‌شود و خداوند او را می‌بخشد، چون پدرش به او اجازه نداده است به آن عمل کند. ولی اگر پدرش در روزی که از نذر یا تعهد دخترش آگاه می‌شود، سکوت کند، دختر ملزم به ادای قول خویش می‌باشد. |
5 And if he forbade father her her on [the] day heard he all vows her and obligations her which she has bound on self her not it will stand and Yahweh he will forgive her for he forbade father her her.
6 And if certainly she will belong to a husband and vows her [are] on her or [the] rash utterance of lips her which she has bound on self her.
| «اگر زنی قبل از ازدواج نذری کرده و یا با قول نسنجیده‌ای خود را متعهد کرده باشد، |
7 And he will hear husband her on [the] day hears he and he will keep silent to her and they will stand vows her and obligations her which she has bound on self her they will stand.
| و شوهرش از قول او باخبر شود و در همان روزی که شنید چیزی نگوید، نذر او به قوت خود باقی خواهد ماند. |
8 And if on [the] day hears husband her he will forbid her and he will break vow her which [is] on her and [the] rash utterance of lips her which she has bound on self her and Yahweh he will forgive her.
| ولی اگر شوهرش نذر یا تعهد او را قبول نکند، مخالفت شوهر نذر او را باطل می‌سازد و خداوند آن زن را می‌بخشد. |
9 And [the] vow of a widow and a divorced [woman] all that she has bound on self her it will stand on her.
| اما اگر زن بیوه‌ای یا زنی که طلاق داده شده باشد، نذر یا تعهدی کند، باید آن را ادا نماید. |
10 And if [the] house of husband her she has vowed or she bound an obligation on self her by an oath.
| «اگر زنی ازدواج کرده باشد و در خانهٔ شوهرش نذر یا تعهدی کند، |
11 And he will hear husband her and he will keep silent to her not he forbade her and they will stand all vows her and every obligation which she has bound on self her it will stand.
| و شوهرش از این امر با اطلاع شود و چیزی نگوید، نذر یا تعهد او به قوت خود باقی خواهد بود. |
12 And if actually he will break them - husband her on [the] day hears he any utterance of lips her to vows her and to [the] obligation of self her not it will stand husband her he has broken them and Yahweh he will forgive her.
| ولی اگر شوهرش در آن روزی که باخبر می‌شود به او اجازه ندهد نذر یا تعهدش را به جا آورد، نذر یا تعهد آن زن باطل می‌شود و خداوند او را خواهد بخشید، چون شوهرش به او اجازه نداده است به آن عمل کند. |
13 Every vow and every oath of obligation to humble self husband her he will confirm it and husband her he will break it.
| پس شوهر او حق دارد نذر یا تعهد او را تأیید یا باطل نماید. |
14 And certainly [if] he will keep silent to her husband her from day to day and he will confirm all vows her or all obligations her which [are] on her he has confirmed them for he kept silent to her on [the] day heard he.
| ولی اگر در روزی که شنید چیزی نگوید، معلوم می‌شود با آن موافقت کرده است. |
15 And if actually he will break them after has heard he and he will bear guilt her.
| اگر بیش از یک روز صبر نموده، بعد نذر او را باطل سازد، شوهر مسئول گناه زنش است.» |
16 These [are] the statutes which he commanded Yahweh Moses between a man and wife his between a father and daughter his in youth her [the] house of father her.
| اینها دستورهایی است که خداوند به موسی داد، در مورد ادای نذر یا تعهد دختری که در خانهٔ پدرش زندگی می‌کند یا زنی که شوهر دارد. |
