Numbers 24
1 And he saw Balaam that it was good in [the] eyes of Yahweh to bless Israel and not he went as time on time to meet omens and he set to the wilderness face his.
१यह देखकर कि यहोवा इस्राएल को आशीष ही दिलाना चाहता है, बिलाम पहले के समान शकुन देखने को न गया, परन्तु अपना मुँह जंगल की ओर कर लिया।
2 And he lifted up Balaam eyes his and he saw Israel dwelling to tribes its and it came on him [the] spirit of God.
२और बिलाम ने आँखें उठाई, और इस्राएलियों को अपने गोत्र-गोत्र के अनुसार बसे हुए देखा। और परमेश्वर का आत्मा उस पर उतरा।
3 And he lifted up oracle his and he said [the] utterance of Balaam son his Beor and [the] utterance of the man opened of the eye.
३तब उसने अपनी गूढ़ बात आरम्भ की, और कहने लगा, “बोर के पुत्र बिलाम की यह वाणी है, जिस पुरुष की आँखें खुली थीं उसी की यह वाणी है,
4 [the] utterance of [the] [one who] hears [the] words of God who vision of [the] Almighty he sees [who] falls down and [who] is uncovered of eyes.
४परमेश्वर के वचनों का सुननेवाला, जो दण्डवत् में पड़ा हुआ खुली हुई आँखों से सर्वशक्तिमान का दर्शन पाता है, उसी की यह वाणी है कि
5 How! they are good tents your O Jacob dwelling places your O Israel.
५हे याकूब, तेरे डेरे, और हे इस्राएल, तेरे निवास-स्थान क्या ही मनभावने हैं!
6 Like wadis [which] they are stretched out like gardens at a river like aloes [which] he has planted Yahweh like cedars at waters.
६वे तो घाटियों के समान, और नदी के तट की वाटिकाओं के समान ऐसे फैले हुए हैं, जैसे कि यहोवा के लगाए हुए अगर के वृक्ष, और जल के निकट के देवदारू।
7 It will flow water from buckets its and offspring its [will be] in waters many and he may be high more than Agag king its so it may be exalted kingdom its.
७और उसके घड़ों से जल उमड़ा करेगा, और उसका बीज बहुत से जलभरे खेतों में पडे़गा, और उसका राजा अगाग से भी महान होगा, और उसका राज्य बढ़ता ही जाएगा।
8 God [is] bringing out it from Egypt like [the] horns of a wild ox [belong] to him it will consume nations opponents its and bones their it will break and arrows its it will wound [them].
८उसको मिस्र में से परमेश्वर ही निकाले लिए आ रहा है; वह तो जंगली साँड़ के समान बल रखता है, जाति-जाति के लोग जो उसके द्रोही हैं उनको वह खा जाएगा, और उनकी हड्डियों को टुकड़े-टुकड़े करेगा, और अपने तीरों से उनको बेधेगा।
9 It crouched it lay down like a lion and like a lion who? will he rouse it [those who] bless you [be] blessed and [those who] curse you [be] cursed.
९वह घात लगाए बैठा है, वह सिंह या सिंहनी के समान लेट गया है; अब उसको कौन छेड़े? जो कोई तुझे आशीर्वाद दे वह आशीष पाए, और जो कोई तुझे श्राप दे वह श्रापित हो।”
10 And it burned [the] anger of Balak on Balaam and he clapped hands his and he said Balak to Balaam to curse enemies my I summoned you and here! you have blessed actually this three times.
१०तब बालाक का कोप बिलाम पर भड़क उठा; और उसने हाथ पर हाथ पटककर बिलाम से कहा, “मैंने तुझे अपने शत्रुओं को श्राप देने के लिये बुलवाया, परन्तु तूने तीन बार उन्हें आशीर्वाद ही आशीर्वाद दिया है।
11 And therefore flee for yourself to place your I said surely I will honor you and here! he has withheld you Yahweh from honor.
११इसलिए अब तू अपने स्थान पर भाग जा; मैंने तो सोचा था कि तेरी बड़ी प्रतिष्ठा करूँगा, परन्तु अब यहोवा ने तुझे प्रतिष्ठा पाने से रोक रखा है।”
12 And he said Balaam to Balak ¿ not also to messengers your whom you sent to me did I speak saying.
१२बिलाम ने बालाक से कहा, “जो दूत तूने मेरे पास भेजे थे, क्या मैंने उनसे भी न कहा था,
13 If he will give to me Balak [the] fullness of house his silver and gold not I will be able to transgress [the] mouth of Yahweh by doing a good thing or a bad thing from own heart my [that] which he will speak Yahweh it I will speak.
१३कि चाहे बालाक अपने घर को सोने चाँदी से भरकर मुझे दे, तो भी मैं यहोवा की आज्ञा तोड़कर अपने मन से न तो भला कर सकता हूँ और न बुरा; जो कुछ यहोवा कहेगा वही मैं कहूँगा?
14 And now here I [am] about to go to people my come! I will advise you [that] which it will do the people this to people your at [the] end of the days.
१४“अब सुन, मैं अपने लोगों के पास लौटकर जाता हूँ; परन्तु पहले मैं तुझे चेतावनी देता हूँ कि आनेवाले दिनों में वे लोग तेरी प्रजा से क्या-क्या करेंगे।”
15 And he lifted up oracle his and he said [the] utterance of Balaam son his Beor and [the] utterance of the man opened of the eye.
१५फिर वह अपनी गूढ़ बात आरम्भ करके कहने लगा, “बोर के पुत्र बिलाम की यह वाणी है, जिस पुरुष की आँखें बन्द थीं उसी की यह वाणी है,
16 [the] utterance of [the] [one who] hears [the] words of God and [the] [one who] knows [the] knowledge of [the] Most High vision of [the] Almighty he sees [who] falls down and [who] is uncovered of eyes.
१६परमेश्वर के वचनों का सुननेवाला, और परमप्रधान के ज्ञान का जाननेवाला, जो दण्डवत् में पड़ा हुआ खुली हुई आँखों से सर्वशक्तिमान का दर्शन पाता है, उसी की यह वाणी है:
17 I see him and not now I observe him and not near it will march forth a star from Jacob and it will arise a scepter from Israel and it will shatter [the] corners of Moab and it will destroy all [the] descendants of Sheth.
१७मैं उसको देखूँगा तो सही, परन्तु अभी नहीं; मैं उसको निहारूँगा तो सही, परन्तु समीप होकर नहीं याकूब में से एक तारा उदय होगा, और इस्राएल में से एक राजदण्ड उठेगा; जो मोआब की सीमाओं को चूर कर देगा, और सब शेत के पुत्रों का नाश कर देगा।
18 And it will be Edom a possession and it will be a possession Seir enemies its and Israel [will be] doing strength.
१८तब एदोम और सेईर भी, जो उसके शत्रु हैं, दोनों उसके वश में पड़ेंगे, और इस्राएल वीरता दिखाता जाएगा।
19 And he will rule from Jacob and he will destroy [the] survivor[s] from a city.
१९और याकूब ही में से एक अधिपति आएगा जो प्रभुता करेगा, और नगर में से बचे हुओं को भी सत्यानाश करेगा।”
20 And he saw Amalek and he lifted up oracle his and he said [was the] first of [the] nations Amalek and end its [will be] to destruction.
२०फिर उसने अमालेक पर दृष्टि करके अपनी गूढ़ बात आरम्भ की, और कहने लगा, “अमालेक अन्यजातियों में श्रेष्ठ तो था, परन्तु उसका अन्त विनाश ही है।”
21 And he saw the Kenite[s] and he lifted up oracle his and he said [is] enduring dwelling your and [is] set in the rock nest your.
२१फिर उसने केनियों पर दृष्टि करके अपनी गूढ़ बात आरम्भ की, और कहने लगा, “तेरा निवास-स्थान अति दृढ़ तो है, और तेरा बसेरा चट्टान पर तो है;
22 That except it will become consuming [the] Kenite[s] until when? Asshur will it take captive you.
२२तो भी केन उजड़ जाएगा। और अन्त में अश्शूर तुझे बन्दी बनाकर ले आएगा।”
23 And he lifted up oracle his and he said woe! who? will he live from when ordains it God.
२३फिर उसने अपनी गूढ़ बात आरम्भ की, और कहने लगा, “हाय, जब परमेश्वर यह करेगा तब कौन जीवित बचेगा?
24 And ships [will be] from [the] hand of Kittim and they will afflict Asshur and they will afflict Eber and also it [will be] to destruction.
२४तो भी कित्तियों के पास से जहाज वाले आकर अश्शूर को और एबेर को भी दुःख देंगे; और अन्त में उसका भी विनाश हो जाएगा।”
25 And he arose Balaam and he went and he returned to place his and also Balak he went to way his.
२५तब बिलाम चल दिया, और अपने स्थान पर लौट गया; और बालाक ने भी अपना मार्ग लिया।
