Numbers 2

1 And he spoke Yahweh to Moses and to Aaron saying.

וידבר יהוה אל משה ואל אהרן לאמר׃

2 Everyone at standard his with [the] signs of [the] house of ancestors their they will encamp [the] people of Israel from before around [the] tent of meeting they will encamp.

איש על דגלו באתת לבית אבתם יחנו בני ישראל מנגד סביב לאהל מועד יחנו׃

3 And those [who] encamp east-ward east-ward [will be] [the] standard of [the] camp of Judah to military groups their and [the] leader of [the] descendants of Judah [was] Nahshon [the] son of Amminadab.

והחנים קדמה מזרחה דגל מחנה יהודה לצבאתם ונשיא לבני יהודה נחשון בן עמינדב׃

4 And military group his and enrolled [men] their [were] four and seventy thousand and six hundred.

וצבאו ופקדיהם ארבעה ושבעים אלף ושש מאות׃

5 And those [who] encamp on him [will be] [the] tribe of Issachar and [the] leader of [the] descendants of Issachar [was] Nethanel [the] son of Zuar.

והחנים עליו מטה יששכר ונשיא לבני יששכר נתנאל בן צוער׃

6 And military group his and enrolled [men] his [were] four and fifty thousand and four hundred.

וצבאו ופקדיו ארבעה וחמשים אלף וארבע מאות׃

7 [the] tribe of Zebulun and [the] leader of [the] descendants of Zebulun [was] Eliab [the] son of Helon.

מטה זבולן ונשיא לבני זבולן אליאב בן חלן׃

8 And military group his and enrolled [men] his [were] seven and fifty thousand and four hundred.

וצבאו ופקדיו שבעה וחמשים אלף וארבע מאות׃

9 All those enrolled of [the] camp of Judah [were] one hundred thousand and eighty thousand and six thousand and four hundred to military groups their first they will set out.

כל הפקדים למחנה יהודה מאת אלף ושמנים אלף וששת אלפים וארבע מאות לצבאתם ראשנה יסעו׃

10 [the] standard of [the] camp of Reuben [will be] south-ward to military groups their and [the] leader of [the] descendants of Reuben [was] Elizur [the] son of Shedeur.

דגל מחנה ראובן תימנה לצבאתם ונשיא לבני ראובן אליצור בן שדיאור׃

11 And military group his and enrolled [men] his [were] six and forty thousand and five hundred.

וצבאו ופקדיו ששה וארבעים אלף וחמש מאות׃

12 And those [who] encamp on him [will be] [the] tribe of Simeon and [the] leader of [the] descendants of Simeon [was] Shelumiel [the] son of Zuri-shaddai.

והחונם עליו מטה שמעון ונשיא לבני שמעון שלמיאל בן צורי שדי׃

13 And military group his and enrolled [men] their [were] nine and fifty thousand and three hundred.

וצבאו ופקדיהם תשעה וחמשים אלף ושלש מאות׃

14 And [the] tribe of Gad and [the] leader of [the] descendants of Gad [was] Eliasaph [the] son of Reuel.

ומטה גד ונשיא לבני גד אליסף בן דעואל׃

15 And military group his and enrolled [men] their [were] five and forty thousand and six hundred and fifty.

וצבאו ופקדיהם חמשה וארבעים אלף ושש מאות וחמשים׃

16 All those enrolled of [the] camp of Reuben [were] one hundred thousand and one and fifty thousand and four hundred and fifty to military groups their and second they will set out.

כל הפקדים למחנה ראובן מאת אלף ואחד וחמשים אלף וארבע מאות וחמשים לצבאתם ושנים יסעו׃

17 And it will set out [the] tent of meeting [the] camp of the Levites [will be] in [the] middle of the camps just as they will encamp so they will set out each on hand his to standards their.

ונסע אהל מועד מחנה הלוים בתוך המחנת כאשר יחנו כן יסעו איש על ידו לדגליהם׃

18 [the] standard of [the] camp of Ephraim to military groups their [will be] west-ward and [the] leader of [the] descendants of Ephraim [was] Elishama [the] son of Ammihud.

דגל מחנה אפרים לצבאתם ימה ונשיא לבני אפרים אלישמע בן עמיהוד׃

19 And military group his and enrolled [men] their [were] forty thousand and five hundred.

וצבאו ופקדיהם ארבעים אלף וחמש מאות׃

20 And [will be] on him [the] tribe of Manasseh and [the] leader of [the] descendants of Manasseh [was] Gamaliel [the] son of Pedahzur.

ועליו מטה מנשה ונשיא לבני מנשה גמליאל בן פדהצור׃

21 And military group his and enrolled [men] their [were] two and thirty thousand and two hundred.

וצבאו ופקדיהם שנים ושלשים אלף ומאתים׃

22 And [the] tribe of Benjamin and [the] leader of [the] descendants Benjamin [was] Abidan [the] son of Gideoni.

ומטה בנימן ונשיא לבני בנימן אבידן בן גדעני׃

23 And military group his and enrolled [men] their [were] five and thirty thousand and four hundred.

וצבאו ופקדיהם חמשה ושלשים אלף וארבע מאות׃

24 All those enrolled of [the] camp of Ephraim [were] one hundred thousand and eight thousand and one hundred to military groups their and third they will set out.

כל הפקדים למחנה אפרים מאת אלף ושמנת אלפים ומאה לצבאתם ושלשים יסעו׃

25 [the] standard of [the] camp of Dan [will be] north-ward to military groups their and [the] leader of [the] descendants of Dan [was] Ahiezer [the] son of Ammishaddai.

דגל מחנה דן צפנה לצבאתם ונשיא לבני דן אחיעזר בן עמישדי׃

26 And military group his and enrolled [men] their [were] two and sixty thousand and seven hundred.

וצבאו ופקדיהם שנים וששים אלף ושבע מאות׃

27 And those [who] encamp on him [will be] [the] tribe of Asher and [the] leader of [the] descendants of Asher [was] Pagiel [the] son of Ocran.

והחנים עליו מטה אשר ונשיא לבני אשר פגעיאל בן עכרן׃

28 And military group his and enrolled [men] their [were] one and forty thousand and five hundred.

וצבאו ופקדיהם אחד וארבעים אלף וחמש מאות׃

29 And [the] tribe of Naphtali and [the] leader of [the] descendants of Naphtali [was] Ahira [the] son of Enan.

ומטה נפתלי ונשיא לבני נפתלי אחירע בן עינן׃

30 And military group his and enrolled [men] their [were] three and fifty thousand and four hundred.

וצבאו ופקדיהם שלשה וחמשים אלף וארבע מאות׃

31 All those enrolled of [the] camp of Dan [were] one hundred thousand and seven and fifty thousand and six hundred to the last they will set out to standards their.

כל הפקדים למחנה דן מאת אלף ושבעה וחמשים אלף ושש מאות לאחרנה יסעו לדגליהם׃

32 These [were] [the] [men] enrolled of [the] people of Israel to [the] house of ancestors their all [those] enrolled of the camps to military groups their [were] six hundred thousand and three thousand and five hundred and fifty.

אלה פקודי בני ישראל לבית אבתם כל פקודי המחנת לצבאתם שש מאות אלף ושלשת אלפים וחמש מאות וחמשים׃

33 And the Levites not they were enrolled in among [the] people of Israel just as he had commanded Yahweh Moses.

והלוים לא התפקדו בתוך בני ישראל כאשר צוה יהוה את משה׃

34 And they did [the] people of Israel according to all that he had commanded Yahweh Moses so they camped to standards their and so they set out everyone to clans his on [the] house of ancestors his.

ויעשו בני ישראל ככל אשר צוה יהוה את משה כן חנו לדגליהם וכן נסעו איש למשפחתיו על בית אבתיו׃
