1 And [were] on the sealed [documents] Nehemiah the governor [the] son of Hacaliah and Zedekiah.
၁တံဆိပ်ခတ်သောသူ ဟူမူကား၊ ဟာခလိသား ပြည်အုပ်မင်း နေဟမိ၊ ယဇ်ပုရောဟိတ် ဇိဒကိယ၊
2 Seraiah Azariah Jeremiah.
၂စရာယ၊ အာဇရိ၊ ယေရမိ၊
3 Pashhur Amariah Malkijah.
၃ပါရှုရ၊ အာမရိ၊ မာလခိယ၊

၂၆အဟိယ၊ ဟာနန်၊ အာနန်၊-

၂၇မလ္လုတ်၊ ဟာရိမ်၊ ဗာနာတည်း။
28 And [the] rest of the people the priests the Levites the gatekeepers the singers the temple servants and every [one who] has separated himself from [the] peoples of the lands to [the] law of God wives their sons their and daughters their every [one who] knows [one who] understands.
၂၈ကြွင်းသောသူ၊ ယဇ်ပုရောဟိတ်၊ လေဝိသား၊ တံခါးစောင့်၊ သီချင်းသည်၊ ဘုရားကျွန် အစရှိသော ဘုရားသခင်၏ တရားကိုစောင့်အံ့သောငှါ၊ ထိုပြည်သား တို့နှင့်ကွာသော သူအပေါင်းတို့သည် မယားသားသမီး တို့နှင့်တကွ အကျိုးအကြောင်းကို နားလည်သောသူဖြစ်၍၊
29 [are] holding On countrymen their noble [ones] their and [are] going in a curse and in an oath to walk in [the] law of God which it was given by [the] hand of Moses [the] servant of God and to take care and to do all [the] commandments of Yahweh lord our and judgments his and statutes his.
၂၉ညီအစ်ကိုမှူးမတ်တို့၌ မှီဝဲလျက်၊ ဘုရားသခင်၏ ကျွန်မောရှေအားဖြင့် ထားတော်မူသော ဘုရားသခင်၏ တရားတော်အတိုင်း ကျင့်ပါမည်ဟူ၍၎င်း၊ ငါတို့အရှင် ထာဝရဘုရား၏ ပညတ်တော်များ၊ စီရင်ထုံး ဖွဲ့တော် မူချက်ရှိသမျှတို့ကို စောင့်ရှောက်ပါမည်ဟူ၍၎င်း၊
30 And that not we will give daughters our to [the] peoples of the land and daughters their not we will take for sons our.
၃၀ကိုယ်သမီးတို့ကို ပြည်သားတို့အား မပေး စား၊ ပြည်သားသမီးတို့ကို ကိုယ်သားတို့အဘို့ မသိမ်း မယူဘဲနေပါမည်ဟူ၍၎င်း၊
31 And [the] peoples of the land who will bring wares and any grain on [the] day of the sabbath to sell not we will take from them on the sabbath and on a day of holiness so we may leave the year seventh and usury of every hand.
၃၁ပြည်သားတို့သည် ဥပုသ်နေ့၌ ဥစ္စာ၊ စားစရာ ကိုရောင်းခြင်းငှါ ယူခဲ့လျှင်၊ ဥပုသ်နေ့ဖြစ်စေ၊ အခြား သော ဓမ္မနေ့ဖြစ်စေ မဝယ်၊ သတ္တမနှစ်တွင် လယ်လုပ် ခြင်းအမှုကိုမပြု၊ ကြွေးကိုအနိုင်မတောင်းဘဲနေပါ မည်ဟူ၍၎င်း၊ ကျိန်ဆိုလျက် သစ္စာဂတိထားကြ၏။
32 And we establish on ourselves commandments to put on ourselves [the] third of the shekel in the year for [the] service of [the] house of God our.
၃၂ထိုမှတပါး၊ ငါတို့ဘုရားသခင်၏ အိမ်တော်အမှု တည်းဟူသော ဥပုသ်နေ့နှင့် လဆန်းနေ့တွင် ရှေ့တော် မုန့်၊
33 For [the] bread of the row and [the] grain offering of regularity and for [the] burnt offering of regularity the sabbaths the new moons for the appointed feasts and for the holy offerings and for the sin offerings to make atonement on Israel and all [the] work of [the] house of God our.
၃၃မြဲသောမီးရှို့ရာယဇ်၊ဓမ္မပွဲ၊ သန့်ရှင်းသောအသုံး အဆောင်၊ ဣသရေလအမျိုး၏ အပြစ်ဖြေရာ ယဇ် အစရှိသော ငါတို့၏ဘုရားသခင် အိမ်တော်အမှုအား လုံးစုံကို ဆောင်ရွက်စရာဘို့၊ လူတိုင်းတနှစ်လျှင် ငွေ တကျပ်သုံးစုတစုစီ ပေးရမည်အကြောင်း ကိုယ်အဘို့ စီရင်ထုံးဖွဲ့ကြ၏။
34 And the lots we have cast on [the] offering of the wood the priests the Levites and the people to bring [it] to [the] house of God our to [the] house of ancestors our to times appointed a year in a year to burn [it] on [the] altar Yahweh God our according to [what] is written in the law.
၃၄ပညတ္တိကျမ်းစာ၌ ရေးထားသည်အတိုင်း၊ ငါတို့ဘုရားသခင် ထာဝရဘုရား၏ ယဇ်ပလ္လင်ပေါ်မှာ မီးမွေးစရာထင်း ပူဇော်သက္ကာကို၊ တနှစ်တနှစ်လျှင် ချိန်းချက်သော အချိန်တို့၌၊ အဆွေအမျိုးအလိုက် ငါတို့ ဘုရားသခင်၏ အိမ်တော်သို့ဆောင်ခဲ့ရမည် အကြောင်း၊ ယဇ်ပုရောဟိတ် လေဝိသားပြည်သူပြည်သားတို့သည် စာရေးတံပြုကြ၏။
35 And to bring [the] first-fruits of ground our and [the] first-fruits of all [the] fruit of every tree a year in a year to [the] house of Yahweh.
၃၅အဦးသီးသော မြေအသီးအနှံနှင့် အဦးသီးသော သစ်သီးအမျိုးမျိုး ကို ဗိမာန်တော်သို့ နှစ်တိုင်း ဆောင်ခဲ့ရမည်အကြောင်း၊
36 And [the] firstborn of sons our and cattle our according to [what] is written in the law and [the] firstborn of herds our and flocks our to bring to [the] house of God our to the priests who serve in [the] house of God our.
၃၆ပညတ္တိကျမ်းစာ၌ရေးထားသည်အတိုင်း၊ အဦး ဘွားသော သားယောက်ျားနှင့် အဦးဘွားသော သိုးနွား အစရှိသည်တို့ကို၊ ဗိမာန်တော်၌ အမှုစောင့်သော ယဇ် ပုရောဟိတ်တို့ရှိရာ ဗိမာန်တော်သို့ ဆောင်ခဲ့ရမည် အကြောင်း၊
37 And [the] choicest of dough our and contributions our and [the] fruit of every tree new wine and fresh oil we will bring to the priests to [the] store-rooms of [the] house of God our and [the] tithe of ground our to the Levites and they the Levites [are] the [ones who] collect tithes in all [the] cities of labor our.
၃၇အဦးလုပ်သော မုန့်စိမ်း၊ ပူဇော်သက္ကာ၊ သစ်သီး အမျိုးမျိုး၊ စပျစ်ရည်၊ ဆီကိုယဇ်ပုရောဟိတ်တို့ရှိရာ ဗိမာန်တော် အခန်းသို့၎င်း၊ လယ်လုပ်သော မြို့ရွာရှိသမျှ တို့၌ မြေအသီးအနှံဆယ်ဘို့တဘို့ကို လေဝိ သားတို့ထံသို့ ၎င်း၊ ဆောင်ခဲ့ရမည်အကြောင်း စီရင်ထုံးဖွဲ့ကြ၏။
38 And he will be the priest [the] descendant of Aaron with the Levites when collect [the] tithes the Levites and the Levites they will bring up [the] tenth of the tithe to [the] house of God our into the store-rooms of [the] house of the treasury.
၃၈လေဝိသားတို့သည် ဆယ်ဘို့တဘို့ကို ခံယူသော အခါ၊ အာရုန်အမျိုး ယဇ်ပုရောဟိတ်ရှိရမည်။ လေဝိသား တို့သည်လည်း ဆယ်ဘို့တဘို့ထဲက ဆယ်ဘို့တဘို့ကို နှုတ် ယူ၍ ဗိမာန်တော်အခန်း ဘဏ္ဍာတိုက်ထဲသို့ သွင်းရကြ မည်။
39 For to the store-rooms they will bring [the] people of Israel and [the] descendants of the Levites [the] contribution of grain the new wine and the fresh oil and [will be] there [the] utensils of the sanctuary and the priests who serve and the gatekeepers and the singers and not we will neglect [the] house of God our.
၃၉လေဝိသားအစရှိသော ဣသရေလအမျိုးသား တို့သည် ဆန်စပါး၊ စပျစ်ရည်၊ ဆီပူဇော်သက္ကာတို့ကို သန့်ရှင်းရာဌာနတော်တန်ဆာ၊ အမှုစောင့်ယဇ်ပုရော ဟိတ်၊ တံခါးစောင့်၊ သီချင်းသည်တို့ရှိရာ အခန်းသို့ ဆောင်ခဲ့ရကြမည်။ ငါတို့ ဘုရားသခင်၏ အိမ်တော်ကို ငါတို့သည် စွန့်ပစ်၍ မထားရကြ။
