Nahum 1
1 [the] oracle of Nineveh [the] document of [the] vision of Nahum the Elkoshite.
Povara Ninivei. Cartea viziunii lui Naum elcoșitul.
2 [is] a God Jealous and avenging Yahweh [is] avenging Yahweh and a lord of rage [is] avenging Yahweh to opponents his and [is] maintaining he to enemies his.
Dumnezeu este gelos și DOMNUL se răzbună; DOMNUL se răzbună și este furios; DOMNUL se va răzbuna pe potrivnicii lui și el păstrează furie pentru dușmanii lui.
3 Yahweh [is] long of anger (and great of *Q(K)*) power and certainly not he will leave unpunished Yahweh [is] in storm-wind and in storm way his and [is] cloud [the] dust of feet his.
DOMNUL este încet la mânie și măreţ în putere și nu va achita deloc pe cel stricat; DOMNUL își are calea în vârtej de vânt și în furtună, și norii sunt praful picioarelor lui.
4 [he is] rebuking the Sea and he made dry it and all the rivers he dries up it withers Bashan and Carmel and [the] blossom of Lebanon it withers.
El mustră marea și o face uscat și seacă toate râurile; Basanul tânjește și Carmelul de asemenea; și floarea Libanului tânjește.
5 Mountains they quake from him and the hills they melt and it lifted up the earth from before him and [the] world and all [those who] dwell in it.
Munţii se cutremură înaintea lui și dealurile se topesc și pământul arde la prezenţa lui, da, lumea și toți cei ce locuiește în ea.
6 Before indignation his who? will he stand and who? will he endure at [the] burning of anger his rage his it is poured out like fire and the rocks they are pulled down from him.
Cine poate sta înaintea indignării lui? Și cine poate rămâne în înverșunarea mâniei lui? Furia lui este turnată ca focul și stâncile sunt dărâmate de el.
7 [is] good Yahweh a refuge in a day of trouble and [he is] knowing [those who] take refuge in him.
DOMNUL este bun, o întăritură în ziua tulburării; și el îi cunoaște pe cei ce se încred în el.
8 And with a flood [which] passes over complete destruction he will make place its and enemies his he will pursue darkness.
Dar cu un potop ce se revarsă, va distruge deplin acel loc și întunericul va urmări pe dușmanii lui.
9 Whatever you will plot! against Yahweh complete destruction he [will be] making not it will arise two times trouble.
Ce vă închipuiţi împotriva DOMNULUI? El va mistui deplin; necazul nu se va ridica a doua oară.
10 For to thorns interwoven and like drink their drunkards they will be consumed like stubble dry full.
Pe când ei sunt îngrămădiţi ca spinii și beţi ca beţivii, vor fi mistuiţi ca miriștea cu totul uscată.
11 From you he has come out [one who] plots on Yahweh evil a counselor of worthlessness.
Este unul ieșit din tine, care își închipuie răul împotriva DOMNULUI, un sfătuitor stricat.
12 Thus - he says Yahweh though complete and thus numerous and thus they will be cut down and he will pass away and I have afflicted you not I will afflict you again.
Astfel spune DOMNUL: Deși sunt liniștiţi și de asemenea mulţi, totuși astfel vor fi ei stârpiţi, când el va trece. Deși te-am chinuit, nu te voi mai chinui.
13 And now I will break yoke-bar his from on you and fetters your I will tear apart.
Fiindcă acum voi sfărâma jugul lui de pe tine și îţi voi rupe legăturile.
14 And he has commanded on you Yahweh not it will be sown from name your again from [the] house of gods your I will cut off idol and molten image I will make grave your for you are insignificant.
Și DOMNUL a dat o poruncă referitor la tine, ca numele tău să nu mai fie semănat; din casa dumnezeilor tăi voi stârpi chipul cioplit și chipul turnat; îţi voi săpa mormântul, căci ești nemernic.
15 There! on the mountains [the] feet of [one who] bears news [one who] proclaims peace celebrate a festival O Judah festivals your pay vows your for not he will repeat again (to pass *Q(k)*) in you a worthless person all of him it will be cut off.
Iată, pe munţi picioarele celui ce aduce vești bune, care vestește pacea! Iudo, ţine-ţi sărbătorile solemne, împlinește-ţi promisiunile, căci cel stricat nu va mai trece prin tine; el este stârpit deplin.
