Micah 5
1 Now you will cut yourself O daughter of troop[s] a siege someone has set on us with rod they will strike on the cheek [the] judge of Israel.
Nun dränge dich zusammen, Tochter des Gedränges: man hat eine Belagerung gegen uns gerichtet; mit dem Stabe schlagen sie den Richter Israels auf den Backen.
2 And you O Beth-lehem Ephrathah [are] insignificant to be among [the] families of Judah from you for me someone will go out to be ruler over Israel and origins his [are] from antiquity from days of antiquity.
Und du, Bethlehem, Ephrata, zu klein, um unter den Tausenden von Juda zu sein, aus dir wird mir hervorkommen, der Herrscher über Israel sein soll; und seine Ausgänge sind von der Urzeit, von den Tagen der Ewigkeit her.
3 Therefore he will deliver up them until a time [when one who is] about to give birth she has given birth and [the] rest of brothers his they will return! with [the] people of Israel.
Darum wird er sie dahingeben bis zur Zeit, da eine Gebärende geboren hat; und der Rest seiner Brüder wird zurückkehren samt den Kindern Israel.
4 And he will stand and he will shepherd by [the] strength of Yahweh by [the] majesty of [the] name of Yahweh God his and they will remain for now he will be great to [the] ends of [the] earth.
Und er wird dastehen und seine Herde weiden in der Kraft Jehovas, in der Hoheit des Namens Jehovas, seines Gottes. Und sie werden wohnen; denn nun wird er groß sein bis an die Enden der Erde.
5 And he will be this [one] peace Assyria - for it will come in land our and for it will tread on fortresses our and we will raise up on him seven shepherds and eight princes of man.
Und dieser wird Friede sein. Wenn Assyrien in unser Land kommen und wenn es in unsere Paläste treten wird, so werden wir sieben Hirten und acht Menschenfürsten gegen dasselbe aufstellen.
6 And they will shepherd [the] land of Assyria with the sword and [the] land of Nimrod at entrances its and he will deliver [us] from Assyria if it will come in land our and for it will tread in territory our.
Und sie werden das Land Assyrien mit dem Schwerte weiden, und das Land Nimrods in seinen Toren; und er wird uns von Assyrien erretten, wenn es in unser Land kommen und wenn es in unsere Grenzen treten wird.
7 And it will be - [the] remnant of Jacob in [the] midst of peoples many like dew from with Yahweh like copious showers on vegetation which not it waits for anyone and not it waits for [the] children of humankind.
Und der Überrest Jakobs wird inmitten vieler Völker sein wie ein Tau von Jehova, wie Regenschauer auf das Kraut, der nicht auf Menschen wartet und nicht auf Menschenkinder harrt.
8 And it will be [the] remnant of Jacob among the nations in [the] midst of peoples many like a lion among [the] animals of [the] forest like a young lion (among flocks of *L(abh)*) sheep which if it has passed through and it tramples and it tears and there not [is] a deliverer.
Und der Überrest Jakobs wird unter den Nationen, inmitten vieler Völker, sein wie ein Löwe unter den Tieren des Waldes, wie ein junger Löwe unter den Schafherden, der, wenn er hindurchgeht, zertritt und zerreißt, und niemand errettet. -
9 May it be lifted up hand your above opponents your and all enemies your may they be cut off.
Hoch erhoben sei deine Hand über deine Bedränger, und alle deine Feinde mögen ausgerottet werden!
10 And it will be in the day that [the] utterance of Yahweh and I will cut off horses your from midst your and I will destroy chariots your.
Und es wird geschehen an jenem Tage, spricht Jehova, da werde ich deine Rosse ausrotten aus deiner Mitte und deine Wagen vernichten.
11 And I will cut off [the] cities of land your and I will tear down all fortresses your.
Und ich werde ausrotten die Städte deines Landes und alle deine Festungen niederreißen.
12 And I will cut off sorceries from hand your and soothsayers not they will belong to you.
Und ich werde die Wahrsagereien ausrotten aus deiner Hand, und du wirst keine Zauberer mehr haben.
13 And I will cut off images your and sacred pillars your from midst your and not you will bow down again to [the] work of hands your.
Und ich werde deine geschnitzten Bilder und deine Bildsäulen aus deiner Mitte ausrotten, und du wirst dich nicht mehr niederwerfen vor dem Werke deiner Hände.
14 And I will pluck up Asherah poles your from midst your and I will destroy cities your.
Und ich werde deine Ascherim herausreißen aus deiner Mitte und deine Städte vertilgen.
15 And I will do in anger and in rage vengeance with the nations which not they have obeyed.
Und ich werde in Zorn und in Grimm Rache üben an den Nationen, die nicht gehört haben.
