< Matthew 5 >

1 Having seen then the crowds He went up on the mountain, and when was sitting down He they came to Him the disciples of Him.
Yesu bu kamona nkangu wu batu wukuma va mbata mongo, wuvuanda. Minlonguki miandi mikutakana va kaba.
2 And opening the mouth of Him He was teaching them saying:
Bosi wutona kuba longa. Wutuba:
3 Blessed [are] the poor in the spirit, for theirs is the kingdom of the heavens.
Khini kuidi minsukami mu Pheve, bila bawu bavuidi Kipfumu ki Diyilu.
4 Blessed [are] those mourning, for they themselves will be comforted.
Khini kuidi bawu bandila bila bela bombo.
5 Blessed [are] the meek, for they themselves will inherit the earth.
Khini kuidi bawu badi mintima milembama, bila bawu bela vinginina ntoto.
6 Blessed [are] those hungering and thirsting for righteousness, for they themselves will be filled.
Khini kuidi bawu beta monanga tsatu ayi phuila yi mambu masonga, bila bela yukutusu.
7 Blessed [are] the merciful, for they themselves will receive mercy.
Khini kuidi bawu badi mintima mi kiadi, bila bela kuba mona kiadi.
8 Blessed [are] the pure in heart, for they themselves God will see.
Khini kuidi bawu badi mintima mivedila, bila bela mona Nzambi.
9 Blessed [are] the peacemakers, for they themselves sons of God will be called.
Khini kuidi bawu beti tula ndembama, bila bela tedolo bana ba Nzambi.
10 Blessed [are] those persecuted on account of righteousness, for theirs is the kingdom of the heavens.
Khini kuidi bawu beta yamusu mu diambu di busonga, bila bawu bavuidi Kipfumu ki Diyilu.
11 Blessed are you when they may insult you and they may persecute [you] and they may say all kinds of evil (declaration *k*) against you lying on account of Me.
Khini kuidi beno enati bakulufinganga, enati bakulu yamisanga ayi enati bakuluvuninanga mambu mambimbi ma phila mu phila mu diambu diama.
12 do rejoice and do exult, for the reward of you [is] great in the heavens; thus for they persecuted the prophets before you.
Lumona kueno khini, lusakadala bila mfutu wunneni wukuluvingila ku Diyilu. Luzaba mboti ti mimbikudi mi lutuamina mamvawu bobo bayamusulu.
13 You yourselves are the salt of the earth; if however the salt shall become tasteless, with what will it be salted? For no [thing] it is useful any longer only except for (being cast *N(k)O*) out (and *k*) is to be trampled upon by men.
—Beno luidi tsalu yi ntoto. Enati tsalu yizimbisidi lueki luandi, mu mbi balenda diaka vutudila lueki beni? Kadi mfunu yisiedi ko, bafueti kuyiloza ku nganda ayi batu bafueti yidiata.
14 You yourselves are the light of the world; Not is able a city to be hidden on a hill lying;
Beno luidi muinda wu nza, divula diodi didi va yilu mongo, dilendi suama ko.
15 Nor do they light a lamp and put it under a basket but upon the lampstand, and it shines for all those in the house.
Enati balemisini muinda, bawu tulanga ku tsi katini ko, vayi va yilu meza muingi wumonisa kiezila kuidi batu boso badi mu nzo.
16 Thus should shine the light of you before men so that they may see your good works and they may glorify the Father of you who [is] in the heavens.
Diawu bika kiezila kieno kilezimina bobo vadi batu muingi bamona mavanga meno mamboti ayi muingi bakembisa Dise dieno didi ku Diyilu.
17 Not may think that I have come to abolish the law or the Prophets; not I have come to abolish but to fulfill.
—Lubika yindula ti ndiyiza mu diambu di vonda Mina voti mu diambu di vonda malongi ma mimbikudi. Ndisia kuiza ku vonda ko vayi ndiyiza mu diambu di dukisa miawu.
18 Amen for I say to you; until when may pass away the heaven and the earth, iota one or one stroke of a letter certainly not may pass away from the law until when everything may happen.
Bila bukiedika ndikulukamba: sumbu Diyilu ayi ntoto bikidi zingi buna kadi kima kimosi kilendi botolo ko mu Mina; ka diambu ko sono kimosi kifioti. Vayi nate mamoso mela vangama.
19 Who[ever] if then shall break one of the commandments of these the least and shall teach so the others, least he will be called in the kingdom of the heavens. who[ever] now maybe may keep and may teach [them], this [one] great will be called in the kingdom of the heavens.
Diawu woso mutu weta bundula muina wawu wumosi wufioti ayi wela longa batu bavanga buawu, wela monika mutu wukhioki mu Kipfumu ki Diyilu. Vayi woso mutu wunlonganga Mina mi Nzambi ayi weta misadila, wela monika mutu wunneni mu Kipfumu ki Diyilu.
20 I say for to you that only unless shall abound your righteousness above [that] of the scribes and Pharisees, certainly not shall you enter into the kingdom of the heavens.
Bila ndikulukamba enati busonga bueno bukadi viatuka bobo bu Bafalisi ayi bu Minsoniki mi Mina, buna lulendi kota ko mu Kipfumu ki Diyilu.
21 You have heard that it was said to the ancients; Not you will murder; who[ever] now maybe may murder, liable will be to the judgment;’
—Luwa ti bakamba kuidi bakulu beto ti: kadi vonda mutu bila woso wela vonda mutu wela samba va ntuala mazuzi.
22 I myself however say to you that everyone who is being angry with the brother of him (in vain *KO*) liable will be to the judgment; who[ever] now maybe may say to the brother of him; Raca,’ liable will be to the Sanhedrin; who[ever] now maybe may say; Fool, liable will be to the hell of fire. (Geenna g1067)
Vayi minu ndikulukamba: woso mutu wumfuemina ndiandi wela samba va ntuala mazuzi. Woso mutu wumfinga ndiandi ti: “vungisi”, wela samba na ntuala lukutukunu lu bapfumu banganga Nzambi, ayi woso mutu wunfinga ndiandi ti widi “dilawu” mboti mu kunloza ku mbazu yi bulungi. (Geenna g1067)
23 If therefore you shall offer the gift of you at the altar and there and there shall remember that the brother of you has something against you,
Enati telimini ku kuma mu vana makaba, ayi tebukidi moyo ti diambu khombꞌaku kabeki,
24 do leave there the gift of you before the altar and do go away, first do be reconciled to the brother of you, and then having come do offer the gift of you.
bika makaba maku vana ntuala, kuma, yenda teka dedikisa ayi khombꞌaku bosi yiza vani makaba maku kuidi Nzambi.
25 do be agreeing with the accuser of you quickly before which you are with him on the way otherwise otherwise you shall deliver the accuser to the judge, and the judge (you he may betray *KO*) to the officer, and into prison you will be cast.
Enati mutu wubeki mambu vika wizana ayi niandi bu lukidi mu nzila bila niandi kufunda kuidi zuzi, zuzi maka tuma masodi muingi matula mu nloko.
26 Amen I say to you; certainly not you may come out from there until when you may pay the last kodranten!
Bukiedika ndikukamba ti mawu kala kaka muna nloko nate wumana futa zimbongo zioso.
27 You have heard that it was said (to the ancients: *K*) Not will you commit adultery.’
—Luwa ti ditubu: kadi vanga kitsuza.
28 I myself however say to you that everyone who is looking upon a woman in order to lust after (her *N(k)O*) already has committed adultery with her in the heart of him.
Vayi minu ndikulukamba ti woso wuntala nketo mu kunzinina, buna vengi yandi kitsuza mu ntimꞌandi.
29 If now the eye of you right causes to stumble you, do pluck out it and do cast [it] from you; it is better indeed for you that may perish one of the members of you and not all the body of you may be cast into hell. (Geenna g1067)
Diawu enati dieso diaku, di lubakala Dilembo kuvodisa masumu, mboti mu kudidovula ayi ku diloza thama. Bila bulutidi mboti kuidi ngeyo mu kambu nama kimosi ki nituꞌaku ayi mu tala nitu aku yimvimba yilozama ku bulungi. (Geenna g1067)
30 And if the right of you hand causes to stumble you, do cut off it and do cast [it] from you; it is better indeed for you that may perish one of the members of you and not all the body of you into hell (may depart. *N(K)O*) (Geenna g1067)
Bosi enati koko kuaku, ku lubakala, kulembo kuvodisa masumu, mboti wukuzenga ayi wukuloza thama, bila bulutidi mboti kuidi ngeyo mu kambu nama kimosi ki nituꞌaku ayi mu tala nitu aku yimvimba yilozama ku bulungi. (Geenna g1067)
31 It was said also (that: *k*) Who[ever] maybe may divorce the wife of him, he should give to her a letter of divorce.’
—Bakamba diaka: “Woso mutu botudi nketo andi buna bufueni kamvana nkanda wu kimbangi wumonisa ti vondidi dikuela.”
32 I myself however say to you that (everyone who is divorcing *N(k)O*) the wife of him except on account of sexual immorality causes her (to be adulterated; *N(K)O*) And who[ever] if divorced shall marry, commits adultery.
Vayi minu ndikulukamba: woso bakala wumvambana ayi nketo andi, bika sia ti mu diambu di kitsuza, buna niandi wunyekudi mu vanga kitsuza. Ayi woso wunkuela nketo wowo mamvandi vengi kitsuza.
33 Again you have heard that it was said to the ancients; Not will you swear falsely, you will keep now to the Lord the oaths of you.
—Luwa diaka ti bakamba kuidi bakulu beto: “kadi vonda ndefi wuleva, vayi dukisa ndefi wuvana Pfumu.”
34 I myself however say to you not to swear at all, neither [swear] by heaven because [the] throne it is of God,
Minu ndikulukamba lubika kueno levanga ndefi. Kadi levilanga ndefi mu “dizina di Diyilu” bila Diyilu diawu kundu ki Nzambi.
35 nor [swear] by the earth because [the] footstool it is of the feet of Him, nor [swear] by Jerusalem because [the] city it is of the great King,
Lubika levilanga ndefi mu dizina di ntoto bila va ntoto vawu Nzambi keti tetika malu mandi. Lubika levilanga ndefi mu dizina di Yelusalemi bila diawu divula di Ntinu wunneni.
36 nor by the head of you may you swear because not you are able one hair white to make or black.
Kadi levilanga ndefi va “ntuꞌaku” bila kulendi kitula lusuki lumosi phembi ko voti ndombi ko.
37 should be however the statement of you Yes Yes, [and] ‘No ‘No; The however excessive of these from evil comes.
Bika lutubanga kaka “Nyinga” bu lufueti tuba nyinga ayi “nana” bu lufueti tuba nana. Bila mambu moso meti buelama va yilu kuidi Satana meti ba.
38 You have heard that it was said; Eye for eye and tooth for tooth.’
—Luwa bu bakamba: “Enati mutu tobudi dieso di ndiandi, niandi mamvandi bafueti tobula dieso diandi; enati mutu kodidi dieno di ndiandi, niandi mamvandi bafueti kola diano diandi.”
39 I myself however say to you not to resist the evil [person]. Instead whoever you (strike on *N(k)O*) the right cheek of you, do turn to him also the other;
Vayi minu ndikulukamba: —Lubika kakidila mutu tidi kuvangila mambimbi! Enati bazubidi mbata mu luvenga lumosi, wuntambika diaka luvenga lunkaka.
40 and to the [one] willing you to sue and the tunic of you to take, do yield to him also the cloak;
Enati mutu tidi kufunda ayi ziona kikhutu kiaku, buna wunyekudila ayi yunga kiaku.
41 and whoever you will compel to go mile one, do go with him two.
Enati mutu wukuikidi wudiata yandi mu tezo ki kilometele kimosi, ngeyo buela diati yandi mu tezo ki bikilometele biodi.
42 To the [one] asking you (do give *N(k)O*) and the [one] desiring from you to borrow not may you turn away from.
Vana kuidi mutu wowo wukulomba ayi kadi yimina mutu wowo wunzola deva kuidi ngeyo.
43 You have heard that it was said; You will love the neighbour of you and will hate the enemy of you.’
—Luwa ti bakamba: “zolanga ndiaku ayi lendanga mbeni aku”
44 I myself however say to you; do love the enemies of you (do bless those cursing you well do *K*) (to those hating *K(o)*) (you *K*) and do pray for those (mistreating you and *K*) persecuting you,
Vayi minu ndikulukamba: Luzola bambeni beno! Lusambidila bobo bakuluyamisanga!
45 so that you may be sons of the Father of you who is in (the *o*) heavens, For the sun of Him He makes rise on evil and good and He sends rain on righteous and unrighteous.
Buawu bobo luela bela bana bakiedika ba Dise dieno didi ku Diyilu. Bila niandi weta kienzudila thangu andi kuidi batu bambimbi ayi batu bamboti; weta nokisa mvula kuidi batu basonga ayi kuidi bobo bakambulu basonga.
46 If for you shall love those loving you, what reward have you? Surely also the tax collectors the (same *NK(o)*) do?
Enati lueta zola bobawu beta kuluzola, buna mbi mfutu lumbaka? Bila mimfutisi mi ziphaku mamvawu beta bu vanga.
47 And if you shall greet the (brothers *NK(O)*) of you only, what excessive do you? Surely also the (Gentiles *N(K)O*) (the *no*) (same *N(k)O*) do?
Enati lueta vana kaka mboti kuidi bakhomba zieno, buna diambu mbi diviatukidi lumvanga e? Keti Bapakanu mamvawu beti bu vanga.
48 Will be therefore you yourselves perfect (how *N(k)O*) the Father of you who (Heavenly *N(K)O*) perfect is.
Vayi beno bufueni luba batu bafuana banga buididi Dise dieno widi ku Diyilu widi wufuana.
