Matthew 5
1 Having seen then the crowds He went up on the mountain, and when was sitting down He they came to Him the disciples of Him.
Mikor pedig látta Jézus a sokaságot, felméne a hegyre, és a mint leül vala, hozzámenének az ő tanítványai.
2 And opening the mouth of Him He was teaching them saying:
És megnyitván száját, tanítja vala őket, mondván:
3 Blessed [are] the poor in the spirit, for theirs is the kingdom of the heavens.
Boldogok a lelki szegények: mert övék a mennyeknek országa.
4 Blessed [are] those mourning, for they themselves will be comforted.
Boldogok, a kik sírnak: mert ők megvígasztaltatnak.
5 Blessed [are] the meek, for they themselves will inherit the earth.
Boldogok a szelídek: mert ők örökségül bírják a földet.
6 Blessed [are] those hungering and thirsting for righteousness, for they themselves will be filled.
Boldogok, a kik éhezik és szomjúhozzák az igazságot: mert ők megelégíttetnek.
7 Blessed [are] the merciful, for they themselves will receive mercy.
Boldogok az irgalmasok: mert ők irgalmasságot nyernek.
8 Blessed [are] the pure in heart, for they themselves God will see.
Boldogok, a kiknek szívök tiszta: mert ők az Istent meglátják.
9 Blessed [are] the peacemakers, for they themselves sons of God will be called.
Boldogok a békességre igyekezők: mert ők az Isten fiainak mondatnak.
10 Blessed [are] those persecuted on account of righteousness, for theirs is the kingdom of the heavens.
Boldogok, a kik háborúságot szenvednek az igazságért: mert övék a mennyeknek országa.
11 Blessed are you when they may insult you and they may persecute [you] and they may say all kinds of evil (declaration *k*) against you lying on account of Me.
Boldogok vagytok, ha szidalmaznak és háborgatnak titeket és minden gonosz hazugságot mondanak ellenetek én érettem.
12 do rejoice and do exult, for the reward of you [is] great in the heavens; thus for they persecuted the prophets before you.
Örüljetek és örvendezzetek, mert a ti jutalmatok bőséges a mennyekben: mert így háborgatták a prófétákat is, a kik előttetek voltak.
13 You yourselves are the salt of the earth; if however the salt shall become tasteless, with what will it be salted? For no [thing] it is useful any longer only except for (being cast *N(k)O*) out (and *k*) is to be trampled upon by men.
Ti vagytok a földnek savai; ha pedig a só megízetlenül, mivel sózzák meg? nem jó azután semmire, hanem hogy kidobják és eltapossák az emberek.
14 You yourselves are the light of the world; Not is able a city to be hidden on a hill lying;
Ti vagytok a világ világossága. Nem rejtethetik el a hegyen épített város.
15 Nor do they light a lamp and put it under a basket but upon the lampstand, and it shines for all those in the house.
Gyertyát sem azért gyújtanak, hogy a véka alá, hanem hogy a gyertyatartóba tegyék és fényljék mindazoknak, a kik a házban vannak.
16 Thus should shine the light of you before men so that they may see your good works and they may glorify the Father of you who [is] in the heavens.
Úgy fényljék a ti világosságtok az emberek előtt, hogy lássák a ti jó cselekedeteiteket, és dicsőítsék a ti mennyei Atyátokat.
17 Not may think that I have come to abolish the law or the Prophets; not I have come to abolish but to fulfill.
Ne gondoljátok, hogy jöttem a törvénynek vagy a prófétáknak eltörlésére. Nem jöttem, hogy eltöröljem, hanem inkább, hogy betöltsem.
18 Amen for I say to you; until when may pass away the heaven and the earth, iota one or one stroke of a letter certainly not may pass away from the law until when everything may happen.
Mert bizony mondom néktek, míg az ég és a föld elmúlik, a törvényből egy jóta vagy egyetlen pontocska el nem múlik, a míg minden be nem teljesedik.
19 Who[ever] if then shall break one of the commandments of these the least and shall teach so the others, least he will be called in the kingdom of the heavens. who[ever] now maybe may keep and may teach [them], this [one] great will be called in the kingdom of the heavens.
Valaki azért csak egyet is megront e legkisebb parancsolatok közül és úgy tanítja az embereket, a mennyeknek országában a legkisebb lészen; valaki pedig cselekszi és úgy tanít, az a mennyeknek országában nagy lészen.
20 I say for to you that only unless shall abound your righteousness above [that] of the scribes and Pharisees, certainly not shall you enter into the kingdom of the heavens.
Mert mondom néktek, hogy ha a ti igazságotok nem több az írástudók és farizeusok igazságánál, semmiképen sem mehettek be a mennyeknek országába.
21 You have heard that it was said to the ancients; Not you will murder; who[ever] now maybe may murder, liable will be to the judgment;’
Hallottátok, hogy megmondatott a régieknek: Ne ölj, mert a ki öl, méltó az ítéletre.
22 I myself however say to you that everyone who is being angry with the brother of him (in vain *KO*) liable will be to the judgment; who[ever] now maybe may say to the brother of him; Raca,’ liable will be to the Sanhedrin; who[ever] now maybe may say; Fool, liable will be to the hell of fire. Én pedig azt mondom néktek, hogy mindaz, a ki haragszik az ő atyjafiára ok nélkül, méltó az ítéletre: a ki pedig azt mondja az ő atyjafiának: Ráka, méltó a főtörvényszékre: a ki pedig ezt mondja: Bolond, méltó a gyehenna tüzére. (Geenna g1067)
23 If therefore you shall offer the gift of you at the altar and there and there shall remember that the brother of you has something against you,
Azért, ha a te ajándékodat az oltárra viszed és ott megemlékezel arról, hogy a te atyádfiának valami panasza van ellened:
24 do leave there the gift of you before the altar and do go away, first do be reconciled to the brother of you, and then having come do offer the gift of you.
Hagyd ott az oltár előtt a te ajándékodat, és menj el, elébb békélj meg a te atyádfiával, és azután eljövén, vidd fel a te ajándékodat.
25 do be agreeing with the accuser of you quickly before which you are with him on the way otherwise otherwise you shall deliver the accuser to the judge, and the judge (you he may betray *KO*) to the officer, and into prison you will be cast.
Légy jóakarója a te ellenségednek hamar, a míg az úton vagy vele, hogy ellenséged valamiképen a bíró kezébe ne adjon, és a bíró oda ne adjon a poroszló kezébe, és tömlöczbe ne vessen téged.
26 Amen I say to you; certainly not you may come out from there until when you may pay the last kodranten!
Bizony mondom néked: ki nem jősz onnét, mígnem megfizetsz az utolsó fillérig.
27 You have heard that it was said (to the ancients: *K*) Not will you commit adultery.’
Hallottátok, hogy megmondatott a régieknek: Ne paráználkodjál!
28 I myself however say to you that everyone who is looking upon a woman in order to lust after (her *N(k)O*) already has committed adultery with her in the heart of him.
Én pedig azt mondom néktek, hogy valaki asszonyra tekint gonosz kivánságnak okáért, immár paráználkodott azzal az ő szívében.
29 If now the eye of you right causes to stumble you, do pluck out it and do cast [it] from you; it is better indeed for you that may perish one of the members of you and not all the body of you may be cast into hell. (Geenna g1067)
Ha pedig a te jobb szemed megbotránkoztat téged, vájd ki azt és vesd el magadtól; mert jobb néked, hogy egy vesszen el a te tagjaid közül, semhogy egész tested a gyehennára vettessék. (Geenna g1067)
30 And if the right of you hand causes to stumble you, do cut off it and do cast [it] from you; it is better indeed for you that may perish one of the members of you and not all the body of you into hell (may depart. *N(K)O*) (Geenna g1067)
És ha a te jobb kezed botránkoztat meg téged, vágd le azt és vesd el magadtól; mert jobb néked, hogy egy vesszen el a te tagjaid közül, semhogy egész tested a gyehennára vettessék. (Geenna g1067)
31 It was said also (that: *k*) Who[ever] maybe may divorce the wife of him, he should give to her a letter of divorce.’
Megmondatott továbbá: Valaki elbocsátja feleségét, adjon néki elválásról való levelet.
32 I myself however say to you that (everyone who is divorcing *N(k)O*) the wife of him except on account of sexual immorality causes her (to be adulterated; *N(K)O*) And who[ever] if divorced shall marry, commits adultery.
Én pedig azt mondom néktek: Valaki elbocsátja feleségét, paráznaság okán kívül, paráznává teszi azt; és a ki elbocsátott asszonyt veszen el, paráználkodik.
33 Again you have heard that it was said to the ancients; Not will you swear falsely, you will keep now to the Lord the oaths of you.
Ismét hallottátok, hogy megmondatott a régieknek: Hamisan ne esküdjél, hanem teljesítsd az Úrnak tett esküidet.
34 I myself however say to you not to swear at all, neither [swear] by heaven because [the] throne it is of God,
Én pedig azt mondom néktek: Teljességgel ne esküdjetek; se az égre, mert az az Istennek királyi széke;
35 nor [swear] by the earth because [the] footstool it is of the feet of Him, nor [swear] by Jerusalem because [the] city it is of the great King,
Se a földre, mert az az ő lábainak zsámolya; se Jeruzsálemre, mert a nagy Királynak városa;
36 nor by the head of you may you swear because not you are able one hair white to make or black.
Se a te fejedre ne esküdjél, mert egyetlen hajszálat sem tehetsz fehérré vagy feketévé;
37 should be however the statement of you Yes Yes, [and] ‘No ‘No; The however excessive of these from evil comes.
Hanem legyen a ti beszédetek: Úgy úgy; nem nem; a mi pedig ezeken felül vagyon, a gonosztól vagyon.
38 You have heard that it was said; Eye for eye and tooth for tooth.’
Hallottátok, hogy megmondatott: Szemet szemért és fogat fogért.
39 I myself however say to you not to resist the evil [person]. Instead whoever you (strike on *N(k)O*) the right cheek of you, do turn to him also the other;
Én pedig azt mondom néktek: Ne álljatok ellene a gonosznak, hanem a ki arczul üt téged jobb felől, fordítsd felé a másik orczádat is.
40 and to the [one] willing you to sue and the tunic of you to take, do yield to him also the cloak;
És a ki törvénykezni akar veled és elvenni a te alsó ruhádat, engedd oda néki a felsőt is.
41 and whoever you will compel to go mile one, do go with him two.
És a ki téged egy mértföldútra kényszerít, menj el vele kettőre.
42 To the [one] asking you (do give *N(k)O*) and the [one] desiring from you to borrow not may you turn away from.
A ki tőled kér, adj néki; és a ki tőled kölcsön akar kérni, el ne fordulj attól.
43 You have heard that it was said; You will love the neighbour of you and will hate the enemy of you.’
Hallottátok, hogy megmondatott: Szeresd felebarátodat és gyűlöld ellenségedet.
44 I myself however say to you; do love the enemies of you (do bless those cursing you well do *K*) (to those hating *K(o)*) (you *K*) and do pray for those (mistreating you and *K*) persecuting you,
Én pedig azt mondom néktek: Szeressétek ellenségeiteket, áldjátok azokat, a kik titeket átkoznak, jót tegyetek azokkal, a kik titeket gyűlölnek, és imádkozzatok azokért, a kik háborgatnak és kergetnek titeket.
45 so that you may be sons of the Father of you who is in (the *o*) heavens, For the sun of Him He makes rise on evil and good and He sends rain on righteous and unrighteous.
Hogy legyetek a ti mennyei Atyátoknak fiai, a ki felhozza az ő napját mind a gonoszokra, mind a jókra, és esőt ád mind az igazaknak, mind a hamisaknak.
46 If for you shall love those loving you, what reward have you? Surely also the tax collectors the (same *NK(o)*) do?
Mert ha azokat szeretitek, a kik titeket szeretnek, micsoda jutalmát veszitek? Avagy a vámszedők is nem ugyanazt cselekeszik-é?
47 And if you shall greet the (brothers *NK(O)*) of you only, what excessive do you? Surely also the (Gentiles *N(K)O*) (the *no*) (same *N(k)O*) do?
És ha csak a ti atyátokfiait köszöntitek, mit cselekesztek másoknál többet? Nemde a vámszedők is nem azonképen cselekesznek-é?
48 Will be therefore you yourselves perfect (how *N(k)O*) the Father of you who (Heavenly *N(K)O*) perfect is.
Legyetek azért ti tökéletesek, miként a ti mennyei Atyátok tökéletes.
