Matthew 25
1 Then will be likened the kingdom of the heavens to ten virgins who having taken the lamps (their own *N(k)O*) went forth to (meet *N(k)O*) the bridegroom.
“Lúc ấy, Nước Trời sẽ giống trường hợp mười cô trinh nữ cầm đèn đi rước chàng rể.
2 Five now of them were foolish and (the [other] *k*) five wise;
Năm cô dại, và năm cô khôn.
3 (Those [who] *N(k)O*) (for *no*) foolish having taken the lamps (of them *N(k)O*) not did take with their own oil,
Năm cô dại cầm đèn mà quên đem thêm dầu,
4 but the wise took oil in the vessels (of them *k*) with the lamps (their own. *N(k)O*)
trong khi các cô khôn đem dầu theo để châm vào đèn.
5 As was tarrying then the bridegroom they became drowsy all and were sleeping.
Vì chàng rể đến trễ, các cô đều ngủ gục.
6 At middle then of [the] night a cry there was: Behold the bridegroom (comes *k*) do go forth to meet him!
Đến khuya, có tiếng gọi: ‘Chàng rễ sắp đến! Mau ra nghênh tiếp!’
7 Then arose all the virgins those and trimmed the lamps (their own. *N(k)O*)
Tất cả trinh nữ bừng tỉnh, mở mắt chuẩn bị đèn dầu.
8 And the foolish to the wise said; do give us of the oil of you, for the lamps of us are going out.
Các cô dại thấy đèn mình cạn dầu sắp tắt, liền nài nỉ các bạn chia cho tí dầu.
9 Answered then the wise saying; otherwise otherwise certainly (not even *no*) it may suffice for us and you. do go (now *k*) rather to those selling and do buy for yourselves.
Các cô khôn từ khước: ‘Chúng tôi không có đủ dầu để chia sớt. Các chị nên ra quán mua.’
10 [While] are going away then they to buy came the bridegroom, and those ready went in with him to the wedding feast, and was shut the door.
Khi các cô ra quán, chàng rể đến. Năm cô sẵn sàng chờ đợi đều được vào dự tiệc cưới, rồi cửa đóng lại.
11 Afterward then come also the other virgins saying; lord lord, do open to us!
Còn năm cô dại khi quay lại, đứng ngoài gõ cửa, nài nỉ: ‘Xin mở cửa cho chúng tôi!’
12 And answering he said; Amen I say to you; not I do know you.
Nhưng chàng rể đáp: ‘Các cô phải đi nơi khác! Muộn quá rồi!’
13 do watch therefore, for neither do you know the day nor [know] the hour (in who son of man comes. *K*)
Vậy, phải cảnh giác chờ đợi! Vì các con không biết ngày giờ Ta trở lại.”
14 [It is] like for a man going on a journey [who] called [his] own servants and delivered to them the possessions of him.
“Nước Trời cũng giống trường hợp người chủ sắp lên đường viễn du, gọi các đầy tớ vào, ủy thác cho họ tài sản mình.
15 And to one indeed he gave five talents, to one however two, to one however one, to each according to the [their] own ability; and he left the region. immediately
Chủ giao cho người thứ nhất năm túi bạc, người thứ hai, hai túi bạc, và người thứ ba một túi bạc.
16 Having gone (now *ko*) the [one] the five talents having received he traded with them and (he gained *N(k)O*) more five (talents; *K*)
Sau khi chủ lên đường, người lãnh năm túi bạc lập tức kinh doanh, lời được năm túi bạc.
17 Likewise (and *ko*) the [one with] the two gained (and he [gained] *k*) more two.
Người nhận hai túi bạc cũng đầu tư, thu lời hai túi bạc.
18 however one having received having gone away he dug in (in the *k*) (ground *N(k)O*) and (he hid *N(k)O*) the money of the master of him.
Còn người nhận một túi bạc đào đất chôn giấu số bạc của chủ.
19 After then much time comes the master of the servants those and takes account with them.
Sau một thời gian khá lâu, chủ trở về, tính sổ với các đầy tớ.
20 And having come the [one] the five talents having received he brought to [him] other five talents saying; Master, five talents to me you did deliver; Behold more five talents I gained (upon them. *k*)
Người nhận năm túi bạc đem thêm năm túi bạc đến trình: ‘Thưa chủ, năm túi bạc chủ giao, tôi làm lời thêm được năm túi nữa.’
21 was saying (now *k*) to him the master of Him; Well done, servant good and faithful! Over a few things you were faithful, over many things you will I set. do enter into the joy of the master of you!
Chủ khen: ‘Tốt lắm, đầy tớ ngay thật và trung tín. Con đã trung tín trong việc nhỏ, nên sẽ được ủy thác nhiều việc lớn. Hãy cùng chung vui với Ta!’
22 Having come then also the [one] with the two talents (having taken *k*) he said; Master, two talents to me you did deliver; Behold more two talents I gained (upon them. *k*)
Người lãnh hai túi bạc cũng bước đến: ‘Thưa chủ, hai túi bạc chủ giao, tôi làm lợi thêm được hai túi nữa.’
23 was saying to him the master of Him; Well done, servant good and faithful! Over a few things you were faithful, over many things you will I set. do enter into the joy of the master of you!
Chủ khen: ‘Tốt lắm, đầy tớ ngay thật và trung tín. Con đã trung tín trong việc nhỏ, nên sẽ được ủy thác nhiều việc lớn. Hãy cùng chung vui với ta!’
24 Having come then also the one talent having received he said; Master, I knew you that hard you are a man reaping where not you did sow and gathering from where not you did scatter;
Người nhận một túi bạc đến phân trần: ‘Thưa chủ, tôi biết chủ khắt khe, hay gặt hái trong chỗ không gieo, thu hoạch ở nơi không trồng.
25 And having been afraid having gone away I hid the talent of you in the ground; Behold you have what [is] yours.
Vì lo sợ, nên tôi tìm chỗ chôn giấu tiền của chủ, và đây, tôi xin gửi lại số tiền cho chủ.’
26 answering now the master of him said to him; Wicked servant and lazy! You knew that I reap where not I sowed and I gather from where not I scattered?
Chủ quở trách: ‘Anh thật gian ngoa lười biếng! Đã biết ta thu hoạch lợi tức,
27 It was necessary you therefore to put (the coins *N(k)O*) of mine to the bankers, and having come I myself received then would my own with interest.
sao anh không gửi số vàng ấy vào ngân hàng để khi ta về sẽ lấy cả vốn lẫn lời?’
28 do take therefore from him the talent and do give [it] to the [one] having the ten talents.
Rồi chủ ra lệnh: ‘Đem số tiền này cho người có mười túi bạc.
29 For having to everyone will be given and he will have in abundance; (from *k*) the [one] however not having, even that which he has will be taken away from him.
Vì ai có, sẽ được thêm đến mức dư dật; còn ai không có, dù còn gì cũng bị lấy đi.
30 And the worthless servant (do cast out *N(k)O*) into the darkness outer; there will be the weeping and the gnashing of the teeth.
Còn tên đầy tớ vô dụng kia, đem quăng nó vào chỗ tối tăm, đầy tiếng than khóc và nghiến răng.’”
31 When then may come the Son of Man in the glory of Him and all the (holy *K*) angels with Him, then He will sit upon [the] throne of glory of Him,
“Khi Con Người trở lại địa cầu trong vinh quang với tất cả các thiên sứ thánh, Ta sẽ ngồi trên ngôi vinh quang.
32 And (they will be gathered *N(k)O*) before Him all the nations, and He will separate them from one another as the shepherd separates the sheep from the goats,
Tất cả dân tộc sẽ tập họp trước mặt Ta. Ta sẽ phân chia họ làm hai, như người chăn chia chiên với dê,
33 And He will set indeed the sheep on [the] right hand of Him, however the goats on [the] left.
sắp người công chính đứng bên phải và người gian ác bên trái.
34 Then will say the King to those on [the] right hand of Him; Come you who [are] blessed of the Father of mine, do inherit the prepared for you kingdom from [the] foundation of [the] world.
Vua sẽ nói với nhóm người bên phải: ‘Những người được Cha Ta ban phước! Hãy vào hưởng cơ nghiệp Ta đã chuẩn bị cho các con từ khi sáng tạo trời đất.
35 I hungered for and you gave Me to eat, I thirsted and you gave to drink me, a stranger I was and you took in Me,
Vì lúc Ta đói, các con cho Ta ăn. Ta khát, các con cho Ta uống. Ta là khách lạ, các con tiếp rước Ta về nhà.
36 naked and you clothed Me, I was sick and you visited Me, in prison I was and you came to Me.
Ta trần truồng, các con mặc áo cho Ta. Ta đau yếu, các con chăm sóc Ta. Ta bị tù, các con thăm viếng Ta.’
37 Then will answer Him the righteous saying; Lord, when You saw we hungering and fed [You] Or thirsting and gave [You] to drink?
Lúc ấy, những người công chính sẽ ngạc nhiên: ‘Thưa Chúa, có khi nào chúng con thấy Chúa đói mà mời ăn? Hay thấy Chúa khát mà mời uống?
38 When now You saw we a stranger and took [You] in Or naked and clothed [You]?
Hoặc gặp Chúa là khách lạ mà tiếp đãi? Thấy Chúa trần truồng mà mặc quần áo?
39 When now You saw we (ailing *N(k)O*) or in prison and came to You?
Hay biết Chúa đau ốm và bị tù mà thăm viếng đâu?’
40 And answering the King will say to them; Amen I say to you; to the extent as much as you did [it] to one of these the brothers of Mine of the least, to Me myself you did [it].
Và Vua giải thích: ‘Ta quả quyết với các con, khi các con tiếp đãi anh em và chị em Ta tức là tiếp đãi Ta!’
41 Then will He say also to those on [the] left; do depart from Me you who [are] cursed into the fire eternal which prepared for the devil and the angels of him. (aiōnios g166)
Rồi Vua quay sang nhóm người bên trái và nói: ‘Những người gian ác đáng nguyền rủa kia! Đi ngay vào lò lửa đời đời không hề tắt dành cho quỷ vương và các quỷ sứ. (aiōnios g166)
42 I hungered for and nothing you gave to Me to eat, (and *o*) I thirsted and nothing You gave to drink Me,
Vì Ta đói các ngươi không cho Ta ăn. Ta khát các ngươi không cho Ta uống.
43 a stranger I was and not You took in Me, naked and not you did clothe Me, sick and in prison and not did you visit Me.
Ta là khách lạ, các ngươi không tiếp đón Ta. Ta trần truồng, các ngươi không mặc áo cho Ta. Ta đau ốm và bị tù, các ngươi không thăm viếng Ta!’
44 Then will answer (to him *k*) also themselves saying; Lord, when You saw we hungering or thirsting or a stranger or naked or sick or in prison and not did minister to You?
Họ sẽ thắc mắc: ‘Thưa Chúa, chúng con có bao giờ thấy Chúa đói, khát, khách lạ, trần truồng, đau ốm, hay bị giam cầm đâu mà săn sóc giúp đỡ?’
45 Then will He answer to them saying; Amen I say to you; to the extent as much as not you did [it] to one of these the least, neither to Me myself did you.
Ngài sẽ đáp: ‘Ta quả quyết với các ngươi, khi các ngươi từ chối không cứu giúp một anh em và chị em hèn mọn nhất của Ta, tức là các ngươi khước từ Ta.’
