< Matthew 21 >

1 And when they drew near to Jerusalem and came to Bethphage (on *N(k)O*) the Mount of Olives, then (*ko*) Jesus sent two disciples
Aka kakra na Yesu ne nʼasuafo no adu Yerusalem no, wɔbɛn kurow bi a wɔfrɛ no Betfage a ɛwɔ Ngo Bepɔw no so hɔ no. Ɛhɔ na Yesu somaa nʼasuafo no mu baanu se, wonni kan nkɔ.
2 saying to them; (do go *N(k)O*) into the village which [is] (in front *N(k)O*) of you. and immediately you will find a donkey tied and a colt with her; having untied [them] (do bring [them] *NK(o)*) to Me.
Ɔka kyerɛɛ wɔn se, “Sɛ mudu hɔ a, mubehu sɛ wɔasa afurum bi ne ne ba hama. Monsan wɔn, na momfa wɔn mmrɛ me.
3 And if anyone to you may say anything, you will say that the Lord of them need has, Immediately then (he will send *NK(o)*) them.
Sɛ obi ka asɛm bi kyerɛ mo a, monka nkyerɛ onipa ko no se, ‘Wɔn ho hia Awurade,’ na ntɛm ara ɔbɛma mo de wɔn aba.”
4 This then (all *k*) has come to pass that it may be fulfilled that having been spoken through the prophet saying;
Wɔyɛɛ eyi de hyɛɛ tete nkɔmhyɛ a ɛka se,
5 do say to the daughter of Zion; Behold the King of you comes to you, gentle and already riding on a donkey even (upon *no*) a colt [the] foal of a beast of burden.
“Monka nkyerɛ Ɔbabea Sion se wo hene reba wo nkyɛn. Odwo, na ɔte afurum ne afurum ba so” no mu den.
6 Having gone then the disciples and having done even as (directed *N(k)O*) to them Jesus,
Asuafo baanu no yɛɛ nea Yesu ka kyerɛɛ wɔn no.
7 they brought the donkey and the colt and put (upon *N(k)O*) them the cloaks (of them *k*) and He sat on them.
Wɔde mmoa no brɛɛ no no, wɔde wɔn ntama sesɛw afurum no so, maa Yesu tenaa no so.
8 The now very great crowd spread their own cloaks on the road, others now were cutting down branches from the trees and were spreading [them] on the road.
Nnipadɔm a wɔwɔ hɔ no bi de wɔn ntama sesɛw ɔkwan a ɔde aboa no nam so no so. Ebinom nso bubuu nnua mman de sesɛw ɔkwan no mu saa ara.
9 The now crowds which are going before (Him *no*) and those following they were crying out saying: Hosanna to the Son of David! Blessed [is] the [One] coming in [the] name of [the] Lord! Hosanna in the highest!
Dɔm no tu teɛe de osebɔ teɛteɛɛ mu se, “Hosiana Dawid Ba!” “Nhyira ne nea ɔnam Awurade din mu reba no.” “Hosiana wɔ ɔsoro nohɔ!”
10 And when was entering He into Jerusalem was stirred all the city saying; Who is this?
Bere a oduu Yerusalem no, kurow no nyinaa bɔɔ twi. Ɛhɔfo no bisae se, “Na hena ni?”
11 And the crowds were saying; This is the prophet Jesus, the [One] from Nazareth of Galilee.
Nnipadɔm no buae se, “Ɛyɛ Yesu, Odiyifo a ofi Nasaret a ɛwɔ Galileaman mu no.”
12 And entered (*k*) Jesus into the temple (of God *K*) and cast out all those selling and buying in the temple, and the tables of the money changers He overturned and the seats of those selling the doves.
Yesu fii hɔ no, ɔkɔɔ hyiadan mu. Oduu hɔ no, ɔpam aguadifo a wɔwɔ hɔ no nyinaa, kaa sikasesafo apon nyinaa guu fam, bubuu pata a wɔtɔn mmorɔnoma wɔ mu no nyinaa gui.
13 And He says to them; It has been written: The house of Mine a house of prayer will be called,’ You yourselves however it (make *N(k)O*) a den of robbers.’
Yesu ka kyerɛɛ wɔn se, “Kyerɛwsɛm no ka se, ‘Mʼasɔrefi yɛ beae a wɔbɔ mpae.’ Nanso mo de, mode hɔ ayɛ adwowtwafo atenae.”
14 And came to Him blind and lame in the temple, and He healed them.
Afei anifuraefo ne mmubuafo baa ne nkyɛn wɔ hyiadan mu hɔ ma ɔsaa wɔn nyinaa yare.
15 Having seen now the chief priests and the scribes the wonders that He did and the children (who *no*) are crying out in the temple and saying; Hosanna to the Son of David, they were indignant
Nanso bere a asɔfo mpanyin ne Yudafo mpanyin bi huu anwonwade yi na wɔtee nso sɛ mmofra nkumaa a wɔwɔ hyiadan mu hɔ reteɛteɛ mu se, “Nhyira nka Dawid Ba no” no, anyɛ wɔn dɛ.
16 and said to Him; Hear you what these say? And Jesus says to them; Yes. surely sometime you did read that Out of [the] mouth of babes and sucklings You have prepared for yourself praise’?
Enti wobisaa Yesu se, “Wote nsɛm a mmofra no reka no ana?” Yesu bua se, “Yiw. Na monkenkan saa Kyerɛwsɛm a ɛka se, “‘Mmofra ne nkokoaa mpo de wɔn ano kamfo wo’ no da, ana?”
17 And having left them He went out of the city to Bethany and He passed the night there.
Afei ofii hɔ san kɔɔ Betania kɔdaa hɔ.
18 (Early *N(k)O*) then (he is coming back *NK(o)*) into the city He became hungry,
Ade kyee anɔpa a ɔresan akɔ Yerusalem no, ɔkɔm dee no.
19 And having seen fig tree one along the road He came to it and no [thing] found on it only except leaves alone And He says to it; (certainly *o*) no more from you fruit there may be to the age. And withered immediately the fig tree. (aiōn g165)
Ohuu sɛ borɔdɔma dua bi si ɔkwan ho baabi. Ɔkɔɔ hɔ kɔhwɛɛ sɛ borɔdɔma no bi wɔ so, nanso oduu hɔ no, ohuu sɛ nhaban nko ara na ɛwɔ so. Ɔdomee borɔdɔma dua no se, “Efi nnɛ, worensow aba bio!” Ɛhɔ ara borɔdɔma dua no wui. (aiōn g165)
20 And having seen [it] the disciples marveled saying; How so quickly withered the fig tree?
Asɛm yi yɛɛ Yesu asuafo no nwonwa ma wobisaa no se, “Na ɛyɛɛ dɛn nti na borɔdɔma dua no so nhaban poo ntɛm saa?”
21 Answering now Jesus said to them; Amen I say to you; if you shall have faith and not shall doubt, not only the [miracle] of the fig tree will you do, but even if even if to the mountain this you shall say; do be taken away and do be cast into the sea, it will come to pass;
22 And all things as much as (maybe *NK(o)*) you shall ask in prayer believing, you will receive.
Biribiara a mode gyidi bebisa wɔ mpaebɔ mu no, mo nsa bɛka.”
23 And (when was coming He *N(k)O*) into the temple came to Him teaching the chief priests and the elders of the people saying; By what authority these things are You doing And who to You gave authority this?
Yesu san kɔɔ hyiadan mu hɔ a ɔrekyerɛkyerɛ no, asɔfo mpanyin ne Yudafo mpanyin baa ne kyɛn bebisaa no tumi ko a ogyina so pam aguadifo ne sikasesafo no fii hyiadan mu hɔ no.
24 Answering now Jesus said to them; Will ask you I myself also I myself also thing one, which if you shall tell Me I myself also I myself also to you will say by what authority these things I do.
Yesu kae se, “Merebebisa mo asɛm baako bi, na mummua me ansa.
25 The baptism (*no*) of John from where was it? From heaven or from men? And they were reasoning (among *N(k)O*) themselves saying; If we shall say; From heaven, He will say to us; Because of why then not did you believe in him?
Onyankopɔn na ɔsomaa Osuboni Yohane anaa ɛnyɛ ɔno?” Wodwinnwen ho kae se, “Sɛ yɛka sɛ ‘Efi Onyankopɔn’ a, wobebisa yɛn nea enti a yɛannye nea Yohane kae no anni?
26 If however we shall say; From men, we fear the multitude; all for as a prophet hold John.
Na sɛ yɛka se, ‘Ɛnyɛ Onyankopɔn na ɔsomaa no’ nso a, dɔm no bɛhaw yɛn efisɛ, wɔn nyinaa nim sɛ Yohane yɛ odiyifo.”
27 And answering Jesus they said; Not do we know. Was saying to them also He himself; Neither I myself tell you by what authority these things I do.
Enti wɔn mmuae a wɔmae ara ne sɛ, “Yennim!” Ɛhɔ ara na Yesu nso kae se, “Sɛ munnim de a, me nso meremmua mo.”
28 What however you think? A man had sons two, and having come to the first he said; Son, do go today do work in the vineyard (of mine. *k*)
Yesu kae se, “Saa asɛm a merebɛka yi mudwen ho dɛn? Ɔbarima bi wɔ mmabarima baanu. Ɔka kyerɛɛ wɔn mu panyin no se, ‘Me ba, nnɛ kɔ mʼafum na kɔyɛ adwuma wɔ hɔ.’
29 And answering he said; Not I want to; Afterward however having repented he went.
“Ne ba no kae se, ‘Merenkɔ,’ nanso akyiri no, ɔsesaa nʼadwene na ɔkɔe.
30 (and *k*) Having come (then *no*) to the (other *N(K)O*) he said likewise. And answering he said; I myself [will] sir; and not did he go.
“Afei agya no ka kyerɛɛ akumaa no se, ‘Wo nso kɔ.’ Ɔno nso kae se, ‘Agya, mate, mɛkɔ.’ Nanso wankɔ.
31 Which of the two did the will of the father? They say (to him: *k*) The (first. *NK(O)*) Says to them Jesus; Amen I say to you that the tax collectors and the prostitutes go before you into the kingdom of God.
“Saa mmofra baanu yi mu hena na otie nʼagya asɛm?” Wobuae se, “Ɛyɛ ne ba panyin no.” Yesu see wɔn se, “Akyinnye biara nni ho sɛ abɔnefo ne nguamanfo bɛkɔ Ɔsoro Ahenni mu ansa na moakɔ.
32 Came for John to you in [the] way of righteousness, and not you did believe in him; however the tax collectors and the prostitutes believed in him. you yourselves then having seen (not even *N(k)O*) did repent afterward to believe him.
Efisɛ Yohane baa mo nkyɛn sɛ ɔrebɛkyerɛ mo trenee kwan, na moannye no anni. Nanso towgyefo ne nguamanfo gyee no dii. Na muhuu eyi mpo no, moansakra mo adwene, na moannye no anni.”
33 Another parable do hear: A man (who *k*) there was a master of a house who planted a vineyard and a fence around it placed and he dug in it a winepress and he built a tower and he rented out it to farmers and he traveled abroad.
Yesu buu wɔn bɛ foforo bi se, “Da bi, ɔbarima bi a ɔwɔ bobeturo a wagye ban afa ho, na watu amoa a wokyi nsa wɔ mu, de afuw no gyaw akuafo bi. Eyi akyi no, otuu kwan kɔɔ ɔman foforo bi so.
34 When then drew near the season of the fruits, he sent the servants of him to the farmers to receive the fruits of him.
Eduu bere a bobe no beree a ɛsɛ sɛ wɔtew no, ɔsomaa ne ho nnipa baa akuafo no hɔ sɛ wommegye ne kyɛfa mmrɛ no.
35 And having taken the farmers the servants of him, the one they beat, another and they killed, another and they stoned.
“Woduu hɔ ara pɛ na akuafo no tow hyɛɛ nnipa no so, boroo ɔbaako, kum ɔbaako na wosiw ɔbaako nso abo.
36 Again he sent other servants more than the first, and they did to them likewise.
Afei ɔsan somaa nnipa a wɔn dodow sen wɔn a ɔsomaa wɔn kan no se wɔnkɔ akuafo no nkyɛn, nanso asɛm koro no ara bi na esii.
37 Afterward then he sent to them the son of him saying; They will respect the son of mine.
Eyi akyi no ɔsomaa ɔno nʼankasa ne ba kɔɔ akuafo no nkyɛn susuwii sɛ, wɔde nidi bɛma no.
38 But the farmers having seen the son said among themselves; This is the heir; come, let us kill him and (let us have *N(k)O*) the inheritance of him.
“Nanso akuafo no huu sɛ ne ba no apue reba pɛ, wɔfaa ne ho adwene kae se, ‘Ɔdedifo no na ɔreba no; momma yenkum no, na yɛmfa afuw no!’
39 And having taking him they cast [him] out of the vineyard and killed [him].
Ɛhɔ ara na wɔtwee no fii afuw no mu, kokum no too baabi.
40 When therefore may come the master of the vineyard, what will he do farmers to those?
“Sɛ afuw wura no san ba a, mugye di sɛ dɛn na ɔbɛyɛ saa akuafo no?”
41 They say to him; [The] wretches grievously He will destroy them and the vineyard he will rent out to other farmers who will give to him the fruits in the seasons of them.
Yudafo mpanyin no buae se, “Ɔno nso bekum saa atirimɔdenfo no na ɔde afuw no ama akuafo foforo a wɔde ne kyɛfa bɛma no bere a ɛsɛ mu.”
42 Says to them Jesus; surely sometime you did read in the Scriptures: [The] stone which rejected those building, this has become the chief corner. From [the] Lord was this, and it is marvelous in [the] eyes of us?’
Yesu bisaa wɔn bio se, “Monkenkan Kyerɛwsɛm no mu da sɛ, “‘Ɔbo a adansifo apo no ɛno ara na abɛyɛ ɔdan no twea so tibo. Awurade na wayɛ eyi, na ɛyɛ nwonwa wɔ yɛn ani so?’
43 Because of this I say to you that it will be taken away from you the kingdom of God and it will be given to a people producing the fruits of it.
“Nea mereka ara ne sɛ, wobegye Onyankopɔn Ahenni no afi mo nsam de akɔma ɔman foforo a wobebu ne nnɔbae no ho nkontaa pa akyerɛ no.
44 And the [one] having fallen on stone this will be broken; on whomever but maybe it may fall, it will grind to powder him.
Wɔn a wɔbɛhwe saa ɔbotan yi so no mu bebubu, na nea ɔbo no bɛhwe ne so no nso bɛpɛtɛw.”
45 And having heard the chief priests and the Pharisees the parables of Him they knew that about them He speaks.
Bere a asɔfo mpanyin ne Yudafo mpanyin no tee ase sɛ Yesu asɛm a ɔreka no fa wɔn ho no,
46 And seeking Him to lay hold of they feared the crowds, (because to *N(k)O*) a prophet Him they were holding.
wɔpɛɛ sɛ wɔyɛ no bɔne, nanso na wosuro dɔm no efisɛ na wɔagye Yesu ato mu sɛ ɔyɛ Odiyifo.
