Matthew 21
1 And when they drew near to Jerusalem and came to Bethphage (on *N(k)O*) the Mount of Olives, then (*ko*) Jesus sent two disciples
Ja kuin he lähestyivät Jerusalemia ja tulivat Betphageen öljymäen tykö, lähetti Jesus kaksi opetuslasta,
2 saying to them; (do go *N(k)O*) into the village which [is] (in front *N(k)O*) of you. and immediately you will find a donkey tied and a colt with her; having untied [them] (do bring [them] *NK(o)*) to Me.
Sanoen heille: menkäät kylään, joka on edessänne, ja te löydätte kohta aasintamman sidottuna, ja varsan hänen kanssansa: päästäkäät ne ja tuokaat minulle.
3 And if anyone to you may say anything, you will say that the Lord of them need has, Immediately then (he will send *NK(o)*) them.
Ja jos joku teille jotakin sanoo, niin sanokaat: Herra niitä tarvitsee, ja kohta hän laskee heidät.
4 This then (all *k*) has come to pass that it may be fulfilled that having been spoken through the prophet saying;
Mutta tämä kaikki tapahtui, että täytettäisiin, mikä sanottu oli prophetan kautta, joka sanoo:
5 do say to the daughter of Zion; Behold the King of you comes to you, gentle and already riding on a donkey even (upon *no*) a colt [the] foal of a beast of burden.
Sanokaat Zionin tyttärelle: katso, sinun Kuninkaas tulee sinulle siviä, istuen aasintamman päällä ja ikeen alaisen aasin varsan päällä.
6 Having gone then the disciples and having done even as (directed *N(k)O*) to them Jesus,
Niin opetuslapset menivät ja tekivät niinkuin Jesus heille käskenyt oli,
7 they brought the donkey and the colt and put (upon *N(k)O*) them the cloaks (of them *k*) and He sat on them.
Ja taluttivat aasintamman ja varsan, ja panivat niiden päälle vaatteensa, ja istuttivat hänen niiden päälle.
8 The now very great crowd spread their own cloaks on the road, others now were cutting down branches from the trees and were spreading [them] on the road.
Niin enin osa kansasta hajoitti vaatteensa tielle, ja muut karsivat oksia puista ja hajoittivat tielle.
9 The now crowds which are going before (Him *no*) and those following they were crying out saying: Hosanna to the Son of David! Blessed [is] the [One] coming in [the] name of [the] Lord! Hosanna in the highest!
Mutta kansa, joka edellä kävi, ja jotka seurasivat, huusivat, sanoen: hosianna Davidin Pojalle! kiitetty olkoon se, joka tulee Herran nimeen! hosianna korkeudessa!
10 And when was entering He into Jerusalem was stirred all the city saying; Who is this?
Ja kuin hän tuli Jerusalemiin, nousi koko kaupunki, sanoen: kuka on tämä?
11 And the crowds were saying; This is the prophet Jesus, the [One] from Nazareth of Galilee.
Niin kansa sanoi: tämä on Jesus, propheta Galilean Natsaretista.
12 And entered (*k*) Jesus into the temple (of God *K*) and cast out all those selling and buying in the temple, and the tables of the money changers He overturned and the seats of those selling the doves.
Ja Jesus meni sisälle Jumalan templiin, ja ajoi ulos kaikki, jotka myivät ja ostivat templissä, ja vaihettajain pöydät ja kyyhkyisten kaupitsiain istuimet hän kukisti,
13 And He says to them; It has been written: The house of Mine a house of prayer will be called,’ You yourselves however it (make *N(k)O*) a den of robbers.’
Ja sanoi heille: kirjoitettu on: minun huoneeni pitää rukoushuoneeksi kutsuttaman; mutta te olette sen tehneet ryöväritten luolaksi.
14 And came to Him blind and lame in the temple, and He healed them.
Ja hänen tykönsä tulivat sokiat ja ontuvat templissä, ja hän paransi heidät.
15 Having seen now the chief priests and the scribes the wonders that He did and the children (who *no*) are crying out in the temple and saying; Hosanna to the Son of David, they were indignant
Mutta kuin pappein päämiehet ja kirjanoppineet näkivät ne ihmeet, jotka hän teki, ja lapset templissä huutavan ja sanovan: hosianna Davidin Pojalle! närkästyivät he,
16 and said to Him; Hear you what these say? And Jesus says to them; Yes. surely sometime you did read that Out of [the] mouth of babes and sucklings You have prepared for yourself praise’?
Ja sanoivat hänelle: kuuletkos, mitä nämät sanovat? Niin Jesus sanoi heille: kuulen kyllä. Ettekö te koskaan ole lukeneet: lasten ja imeväisten suusta olet sinä kiitoksen valmistanut?
17 And having left them He went out of the city to Bethany and He passed the night there.
Ja hän luopui heistä, ja meni ulos kaupungista Betaniaan, ja oli siellä yötä.
18 (Early *N(k)O*) then (he is coming back *NK(o)*) into the city He became hungry,
Mutta huomeneltain kaupunkiin palatessansa isosi hän.
19 And having seen fig tree one along the road He came to it and no [thing] found on it only except leaves alone And He says to it; (certainly *o*) no more from you fruit there may be to the age. And withered immediately the fig tree. (aiōn g165)
Ja kuin hän näki fikunapuun tien ohessa, meni hän sen tykö, ja ei löytänyt siinä mitään muuta kuin lehdet ainoastaan; ja hän sanoi sille: älköön ikänä tästäkään edes sinusta hedelmää kasvako. Ja fikunapuu kohta kuivettui. (aiōn g165)
20 And having seen [it] the disciples marveled saying; How so quickly withered the fig tree?
Ja kuin opetuslapset sen näkivät, ihmettelivät he, sanoen: kuinka fikunapuu niin kohta kuivettui?
21 Answering now Jesus said to them; Amen I say to you; if you shall have faith and not shall doubt, not only the [miracle] of the fig tree will you do, but even if even if to the mountain this you shall say; do be taken away and do be cast into the sea, it will come to pass;
Jesus vastaten sanoi heille: totisesti sanon minä teille: jos teillä olis usko, ja ette epäilisi, niin ette ainoastaan tätä tekisi, mikä fikunapuulle tapahtui, vaan myös jos te sanoisitte tälle vuorelle: siirry ja kukistu mereen, niin se tapahtuis.
22 And all things as much as (maybe *NK(o)*) you shall ask in prayer believing, you will receive.
Ja kaikki, mitä te anotte rukouksessa, uskoen, sen te saatte.
23 And (when was coming He *N(k)O*) into the temple came to Him teaching the chief priests and the elders of the people saying; By what authority these things are You doing And who to You gave authority this?
Ja kuin hän meni templiin, tulivat hänen opettaissansa hänen tykönsä pappein päämiehet ja kansan vanhimmat, sanoen: millä voimalla sinä näitä teet? taikka kuka sinulle antoi sen voiman?
24 Answering now Jesus said to them; Will ask you I myself also I myself also thing one, which if you shall tell Me I myself also I myself also to you will say by what authority these things I do.
Niin Jesus vastaten sanoi heille: minä tahdon myös teiltä kysyä yhden sanan: jos te sen minulle sanotte, niin minä myös teille sanon, millä voimalla minä näitä teen:
25 The baptism (*no*) of John from where was it? From heaven or from men? And they were reasoning (among *N(k)O*) themselves saying; If we shall say; From heaven, He will say to us; Because of why then not did you believe in him?
Kusta Johanneksen kaste oli, taivaastako taikka ihmisistä? Niin he ajattelivat isellensä, sanoen: jos me sanomme: taivaasta, niin hän sanoo meille: miksi ette siis häntä uskoneet?
26 If however we shall say; From men, we fear the multitude; all for as a prophet hold John.
Mutta jos me sanomme: se oli ihmisistä, niin me pelkäämme kansaa; sillä kaikki pitivät Johanneksen prophetana.
27 And answering Jesus they said; Not do we know. Was saying to them also He himself; Neither I myself tell you by what authority these things I do.
Ja he vastaten sanoivat Jesukselle: emme tiedä. Sanoi hän heille: en minä myös sano teille, millä voimalla minä näitä teen.
28 What however you think? A man had sons two, and having come to the first he said; Son, do go today do work in the vineyard (of mine. *k*)
Mutta kuinka te luulette? Yhdellä miehellä oli kaksi poikaa, ja hän meni ensimmäisen tykö, ja sanoi: poikani, mene tänäpänä tekemään työtä minun viinamäkeeni.
29 And answering he said; Not I want to; Afterward however having repented he went.
Niin hän vastaten sanoi: en tahdo. Mutta sitte katui hän, ja meni.
30 (and *k*) Having come (then *no*) to the (other *N(K)O*) he said likewise. And answering he said; I myself [will] sir; and not did he go.
Niin hän meni toisen tykö, ja sanoi myös niin. Mutta hän vastaten sanoi: kyllä minä menen, herra, ja ei mennytkään.
31 Which of the two did the will of the father? They say (to him: *k*) The (first. *NK(O)*) Says to them Jesus; Amen I say to you that the tax collectors and the prostitutes go before you into the kingdom of God.
Kumpi näistä kahdesta teki isänsä tahdon? He sanoivat hänelle: ensimäinen. Sanoi Jesus heille: totisesti sanon minä teille: Publikanit ja portot käyvät teidän edellänne Jumalan valtakuntaan.
32 Came for John to you in [the] way of righteousness, and not you did believe in him; however the tax collectors and the prostitutes believed in him. you yourselves then having seen (not even *N(k)O*) did repent afterward to believe him.
Sillä Johannes tuli teidän tykönne vanhurskauden tiessä, ja ette häntä uskoneet: mutta Publikanit ja portot uskoivat hänen. Mutta te, jotka sen näitte, ette sittenkään parannusta tehneet, että te häntä olisitte uskoneet.
33 Another parable do hear: A man (who *k*) there was a master of a house who planted a vineyard and a fence around it placed and he dug in it a winepress and he built a tower and he rented out it to farmers and he traveled abroad.
Kuulkaat toinen vertaus: oli perheenisäntä, joka istutti viinamäen, ja pani aidan sen ympärille, ja kaivoi siihen viinakuurnan, ja rakensi tornin, ja pani sen vuorolle peltomiehille, ja vaelsi muille maille.
34 When then drew near the season of the fruits, he sent the servants of him to the farmers to receive the fruits of him.
Mutta kuin hedelmäin aika lähestyi, lähetti hän palveliansa peltomiesten tykö, ottamaan sen hedelmiä.
35 And having taken the farmers the servants of him, the one they beat, another and they killed, another and they stoned.
Ja peltomiehet ottivat kiinni hänen palveliansa, ja yhden he pieksivät, toisen he tappoivat, kolmannen he kivittivät.
36 Again he sent other servants more than the first, and they did to them likewise.
Taas hän lähetti toiset palveliat, usiammat kuin ensimäiset, ja he tekivät heille myös niin.
37 Afterward then he sent to them the son of him saying; They will respect the son of mine.
Mutta viimein lähetti hän heidän tykönsä poikansa, sanoen: he karttavat poikaani.
38 But the farmers having seen the son said among themselves; This is the heir; come, let us kill him and (let us have *N(k)O*) the inheritance of him.
Mutta kuin peltomiehet näkivät pojan, sanoivat he keskenänsä: tämä on perillinen; tulkaat, tappakaamme häntä, ja niin me saamme hänen perintönsä.
39 And having taking him they cast [him] out of the vineyard and killed [him].
Ja he ottivat hänen kiinni, sysäsivät ulos viinamäestä ja tappoivat.
40 When therefore may come the master of the vineyard, what will he do farmers to those?
Kun siis viinamäen isäntä tulee, mitä hän niiden peltomiesten tekee?
41 They say to him; [The] wretches grievously He will destroy them and the vineyard he will rent out to other farmers who will give to him the fruits in the seasons of them.
He sanoivat hänelle: ne pahat hän pahasti hukuttaa, ja antaa viinamäkensä toisille viinamäen miehille, jotka hänelle antavat hedelmät ajallansa.
42 Says to them Jesus; surely sometime you did read in the Scriptures: [The] stone which rejected those building, this has become the chief corner. From [the] Lord was this, and it is marvelous in [the] eyes of us?’
Sanoi Jesus heille: ettekö te ikänä Raamatuissa ole lukeneet: jonka kiven rakentajat hylkäsivät, se on tullut kulmakiveksi. Herralta on se tapahtunut, ja on ihmeellinen meidän silmäimme edessä.
43 Because of this I say to you that it will be taken away from you the kingdom of God and it will be given to a people producing the fruits of it.
Sentähden sanon minä teille: Jumalan valtakunta pitää teiltä otettaman pois ja annettaman pakanoille, jotka sen hedelmän tekevät.
44 And the [one] having fallen on stone this will be broken; on whomever but maybe it may fall, it will grind to powder him.
Ja joka lankee tähän kiveen, hän runnellaan. Mutta jonka päälle hän lankee, sen hän murentaa.
45 And having heard the chief priests and the Pharisees the parables of Him they knew that about them He speaks.
Ja kuin pappein päämiehet ja Pharisealaiset kuulivat hänen vertauksensa, ymmärsivät he, että hän heistä sanoi.
46 And seeking Him to lay hold of they feared the crowds, (because to *N(k)O*) a prophet Him they were holding.
Ja kuin he pyysivät häntä ottaa kiinni, pelkäsivät he kansaa, sillä he pitivät hänen prophetana.
