Matthew 16
1 And having approached the Pharisees and Sadducees, testing they asked Him a sign out of heaven to show them.
Y llegándose los Fariseos y los Saduceos, tentando, le pedían que les mostrase señal del cielo.
2 And answering He said to them; Evening having come you say; Fair weather, is red for the sky.
Mas él respondiendo, les dijo: Cuando es la tarde del día, decís: Buen tiempo hará; porque el cielo tiene arreboles.
3 And in the morning; Today a storm, is red for being overcast the sky. (hypocrites *K*) The indeed appearance of the sky you know [how] to discern, however the signs of the times not you are able?
Y a la mañana: Hoy habrá tempestad; porque tiene arreboles el cielo triste. Hipócritas, que sabéis hacer diferencia en la faz del cielo; ¿y en las señales de los tiempos no podéis?
4 A generation evil and adulterous a sign seeks; and a sign not will be given to it only except the sign of Jonah (prophet. *K*) And having left them He went away.
La generación mala y adulterina demanda señal; mas señal no le será dada, sino la señal de Jonás el profeta. Y dejándoles se fue.
5 And having come the disciples (of him *k*) to the other side they forgot bread to take.
Y venidos sus discípulos a la otra parte del lago, se habían olvidado de tomar pan.
6 And Jesus said to them; do watch and do beware of the leaven of the Pharisees and Sadducees.
Y Jesús les dijo: Mirád, y guardáos de la levadura de los Fariseos, y de los Saduceos.
7 And they were reasoning among themselves saying Because bread not we took.
Y ellos pensaban dentro de sí, diciendo: Esto es porque no tomamos pan.
8 Having known [this] however Jesus said (to them: *k*) Why reason you among yourselves, O [you] of little faith, because bread not (you take? *N(K)O*)
Y entendiéndolo Jesús, les dijo: ¿Qué pensáis dentro de vosotros, hombres de poca fe, que no tomasteis pan?
9 Not yet do you understand nor remember the five loaves for the five thousand and how many hand-baskets you gathered?
¿No entendéis aun, ni os acordáis de los cinco panes entre cinco mil varones, y cuántos esportones tomasteis?
10 Nor [remember] the seven loaves for the four thousand and how many baskets you gathered?
¿Ni de los siete panes entre cuatro mil, y cuántas espuertas tomasteis?
11 How not understand you that not concerning (loaves *N(k)O*) I spoke to you? (do beware *N(k)O*) (also *no*) of the leaven of the Pharisees and Sadducees!
¿Cómo? ¿No entendéis que no por el pan os dije, que os guardaséis de la levadura de los Fariseos, y de los Saduceos?
12 Then they understood that not He said to beware of the leaven (of the loaves *N(k)O*) but of the teaching of the Pharisees and Sadducees.
Entonces entendieron que no les había dicho que se guardasen de levadura de pan, sino de la doctrina de los Fariseos, y de los Saduceos.
13 Having come then Jesus into the district of Caesarea Philippi He was questioning the disciples of Him saying; Whom (Me *k*) do pronounce men to be the Son of man?
Y viniendo Jesús a las partes de Cesarea de Filipo, preguntó a sus discípulos, diciendo: ¿Quién dicen los hombres que es el Hijo del hombre?
14 And they said: Some indeed, John the Baptist, others however, Elijah, others however, Jeremiah or one of the prophets.
Y ellos dijeron: Unos: Juan el Bautista; y otros: Elías; y otros: Jeremías, o alguno de los profetas.
15 He says to them; You yourselves but whom Me do you pronounce to be?
Díceles él: ¿Y vosotros, quién decís que soy?
16 Answering now Simon Peter said; You yourself are the Christ the Son of God the living.
Y respondiendo Simón Pedro, dijo: Tú eres el Cristo, el Hijo del Dios viviente.
17 (and *k*) Answering (now *no*) Jesus said to him; Blessed are you, Simon Barjona! For flesh and blood not revealed [it] to you but the Father of Mine who [is] in the heavens.
Entonces respondiendo Jesús, le dijo: Bienaventurado eres, Simón, hijo de Jonás; porque no te lo reveló carne ni sangre, sino mi Padre que está en los cielos.
18 I myself also I myself also now to you say that you yourself are Peter and on this the rock I will build My church, and [the] gates of hades not will prevail against it. (Hadēs g86)
Y yo también te digo, que tú eres Pedro; y sobre esta roca edificaré mi iglesia; y las puertas del infierno no prevalecerán contra ella. (Hadēs g86)
19 (and *ko*) I will give to you the keys of the kingdom of the heavens, and whatever (if *NK(o)*) you shall bind on the earth, will be bound in the heavens, and whatever (maybe *NK(o)*) you shall loose on the earth, will be loosed in the heavens.
Y a ti daré las llaves del reino de los cielos; que todo lo que ligares en la tierra, será ligado en los cielos; y todo lo que desatares en la tierra, será desatado en los cielos.
20 Then (he ordered *NK(O)*) the disciples (of him *k*) that to no one they may say that He himself is (Jesus *k*) the Christ.
Entonces mandó a sus discípulos que a nadie dijesen que él era Jesús el Cristo.
21 From that time began Jesus (Christ *O*) to show to the disciples of Him that it is necessary for Him to Jerusalem to go away and many things to suffer from the elders and chief priests and scribes and to be killed and on the third day to be raised.
Desde aquel tiempo comenzó Jesús a declarar a sus discípulos, que convenía ir él a Jerusalem, y padecer muchas cosas de los ancianos, y de los príncipes de los sacerdotes, y de los escribas, y ser muerto, y resucitar al tercero día.
22 And having taken aside Him Peter began to rebuke Him saying; Far be it from You, Lord; certainly not will be to You this.
Y Pedro, tomándole aparte, comenzó a reprenderle, diciendo: Señor, ten compasión de ti: en ninguna manera esto te acontezca.
23 And having turned He said to Peter; do go behind Me Satan! A stumbling block you are (to me, *N(k)O*) For not your thoughts are of those of God but [of] the [things] of men.
Entonces él volviéndose, dijo a Pedro: Quítate de delante de mí, Satanás: escándalo me eres; porque no entiendes lo que es de Dios, sino lo que es de los hombres.
24 Then Jesus said to the disciples of Him; If anyone desires after Me to come, he should deny himself and he should take up the cross of him and he should follow Me.
Entonces Jesús dijo a sus discípulos: Si alguno quiere venir en pos de mí, niéguese a sí mismo, y tome su cruz, y sígame.
25 Who[ever] for (maybe *N(k)O*) shall desire the life of him to save, will lose it; who[ever] however maybe shall lose the life of him on account of Me, will find it.
Porque cualquiera que quisiere salvar su vida, la perderá; y cualquiera que perdiere su vida por causa de mí, la hallará.
26 What for (will it be profitable *N(k)O*) [for] a man, if the world whole he shall gain, but the soul of him shall lose? Or what will give a man [as] an exchange for the soul of him?
Porque, ¿de qué aprovecha al hombre, si granjeare todo el mundo, y perdiere su alma? ¿O, qué recompensa dará el hombre por su alma?
27 Is about for the Son of the man to come in the glory of the Father of Him with the angels of Him and then He will give to each according to the deeds of him.
Porque el Hijo del hombre vendrá en la gloria de su Padre con sus ángeles; y entonces pagará a cada uno conforme a sus obras.
28 Amen I say to you (that *no*) there are some of those here (already standing *NK(o)*) who certainly not shall taste of death until when they may have seen the Son of Man coming in the kingdom of Him.
De cierto os digo, que hay algunos de los que están aquí, que no gustarán la muerte, hasta que hayan visto al Hijo del hombre viniendo en su reino.
