Matthew 16
1 And having approached the Pharisees and Sadducees, testing they asked Him a sign out of heaven to show them.
Amafalisayo na Masadukayo bhamwenzeye na hunenje u Yesu abhalolesye iishara yifuma humwanya.
2 And answering He said to them; Evening having come you say; Fair weather, is red for the sky.
Ila u Yesu abhajibule na hubhawozye aje “Nkayabha lyabhela muyanga aje ihali yihewa nyinza, afwatanaje ianga lishamamu.
3 And in the morning; Today a storm, is red for being overcast the sky. (hypocrites *K*) The indeed appearance of the sky you know [how] to discern, however the signs of the times not you are able?
Ni shapwi muyanga ihali yihewa yilelo saganyinza afwatanaje ianga lishamamu na mabhengo galigubishe ianga lyonti, mumenye afasiri uloleho wianga, ila sagamuwezya afasiri iishara zimusala.
4 A generation evil and adulterous a sign seeks; and a sign not will be given to it only except the sign of Jonah (prophet. *K*) And having left them He went away.
Ishizazi ishibhibhi nishi umalaya shiwhanza iishara ila nemo ishara yoyonti shashaipewa, ila ela ya Yona. Na tena u Yesu abhaleha nasogole ulwakwe.
5 And having come the disciples (of him *k*) to the other side they forgot bread to take.
Abhanafunzi bhenza uwupande wabhele, ila bhahewelwe aheje amabumunda.
6 And Jesus said to them; do watch and do beware of the leaven of the Pharisees and Sadducees.
U Yesu abhawozya “Shebhaji na mubhanje shinza nusafwe Wimafarisayo na Masadukayo.”
7 And they were reasoning among themselves saying Because bread not we took.
Abhanafunzi bhayangana mwikundi lyawo na yanje. “Afwatanaje saga tahejile amabumunda.”
8 Having known [this] however Jesus said (to them: *k*) Why reason you among yourselves, O [you] of little faith, because bread not (you take? *N(K)O*)
U Yesu alimanya elyo nayanje, “Amwe mwelweteho udodo, yenu msebhele nayangane mkati yenyu nayanje aje kwasababu sagatahejile amabumunda?
9 Not yet do you understand nor remember the five loaves for the five thousand and how many hand-baskets you gathered?
Eshi bado sagamutambula wala saga mukomboha gala amabumunda gasanu hubhantu elfu zisanu nivitondo vilenga vyamwa wonganyenye?
10 Nor [remember] the seven loaves for the four thousand and how many baskets you gathered?
Au amabumunda saba huabhantu elfu zene ni vitondo vielenga mwawonganyenye?
11 How not understand you that not concerning (loaves *N(k)O*) I spoke to you? (do beware *N(k)O*) (also *no*) of the leaven of the Pharisees and Sadducees!
Iliwele hata sagamuhelewa yabhe nalisigiyanganamwe pamwanya yimabumunda? Jitunzaji na shebhaji nu safwe Wimafarisayo na Masadukayo.”
12 Then they understood that not He said to beware of the leaven (of the loaves *N(k)O*) but of the teaching of the Pharisees and Sadducees.
Tena bhamanya aje alisagayanga pamwanya yashebhe na mabumunda gagali nu safu ila ashebhe amamanyizyo gi Mafarisayo na Masadukayo.
13 Having come then Jesus into the district of Caesarea Philippi He was questioning the disciples of Him saying; Whom (Me *k*) do pronounce men to be the Son of man?
Isala u Yesu lwafishile sehemu zi Kaisaria yi Filipi, abhawozelezya abhanafunzi bhakwe, ayanga, “Abhantu bhayanga umwana wa muntu yu nanu?”
14 And they said: Some indeed, John the Baptist, others however, Elijah, others however, Jeremiah or one of the prophets.
Bhayanga, “bhamo bhayanga aje yu Yohana Umozi; bhamo, yu Eliya; na bhamo, yu Yeremia, au wiweka na kuwa.
15 He says to them; You yourselves but whom Me do you pronounce to be?
Abhawozya, amwe muyiga ane ni nanu?
16 Answering now Simon Peter said; You yourself are the Christ the Son of God the living.
Ajibu, Usimoni Petro ayanga, “Awe wa Klisiti wamwana wa Ngulubhi wali momi.”
17 (and *k*) Answering (now *no*) Jesus said to him; Blessed are you, Simon Barjona! For flesh and blood not revealed [it] to you but the Father of Mine who [is] in the heavens.
U Yesu ajibu na humozye, “Usayiwilwe awe, Simoni Bar Yona, afwatanaji idanda ni nyama sagavyafunuliye eli, ila Ubaba wane wali humwanya.
18 I myself also I myself also now to you say that you yourself are Peter and on this the rock I will build My church, and [the] gates of hades not will prevail against it. (Hadēs g86)
Nane tena ihuwozya aje awe wa Petro, na pamwanya yikhome ogu nayihulizenga ishi bhanza shane. Amalyango gawhilongo sagagayi hulishinda. (Hadēs g86)
19 (and *ko*) I will give to you the keys of the kingdom of the heavens, and whatever (if *NK(o)*) you shall bind on the earth, will be bound in the heavens, and whatever (maybe *NK(o)*) you shall loose on the earth, will be loosed in the heavens.
Nayihupela awe infwungulo zi umwene wahumwanya. Shoshonti shawayishigalila panse shayibhashi galililwe humwanya, na shoshonti shawayihungula panse shayibha shuguliwilwe humwanya.”
20 Then (he ordered *NK(O)*) the disciples (of him *k*) that to no one they may say that He himself is (Jesus *k*) the Christ.
Tena u Yesu abhawozya abhanafunzi bhasamozye umuntu wowonti aje umwene ali yu Klisiti.
21 From that time began Jesus (Christ *O*) to show to the disciples of Him that it is necessary for Him to Jerusalem to go away and many things to suffer from the elders and chief priests and scribes and to be killed and on the third day to be raised.
Afume isala ezyo u Yesu ahandile hubhawozye abhanafunzi aje lazima abhale Huyerusalemu, ayembe humambo aminji hunyobhe zya zehe na abhagosi bhadimi na simbizi, agoywe na zyoshe isiku lya tatu.
22 And having taken aside Him Peter began to rebuke Him saying; Far be it from You, Lord; certainly not will be to You this.
Tena u Petro amwega u Yesu hunshenje, nahukhalipile whayanje, “Ijambo eli nalibhe hutali nawe, ugosi, eli lisatokele huliwe.
23 And having turned He said to Peter; do go behind Me Satan! A stumbling block you are (to me, *N(k)O*) For not your thoughts are of those of God but [of] the [things] of men.
Ila u Yesu agewushe na humozye u Petro, “Wela whisalo lgane setano! awe ulishipingimizi huline, kwasabu sugusaga amambo ga Ngolobhi, ila amambo gabhanadamu.”
24 Then Jesus said to the disciples of Him; If anyone desires after Me to come, he should deny himself and he should take up the cross of him and he should follow Me.
Tena u Yesu abhawozya abhanafunzi bhakwe, “Nkesho umuntu wowonti nkawanza hufwate ane, lazima ajikhane umene mwene, ayeje ikhobhehanyo lyakwe, na afwate.
25 Who[ever] for (maybe *N(k)O*) shall desire the life of him to save, will lose it; who[ever] however maybe shall lose the life of him on account of Me, will find it.
Afwatanaje wawhanza agokole amakhalo gakwe ayihugatezya, na whawowonti wahugatezya amakhalo gakwe kwa ajili yane ayihugokola.
26 What for (will it be profitable *N(k)O*) [for] a man, if the world whole he shall gain, but the soul of him shall lose? Or what will give a man [as] an exchange for the soul of him?
Eshi! Faida wele yayi huyipata umuntu nkapata ense yonti ila atezya amakhalo gakwe? Je! Ni kitu gani atakachotoa mtu katika kubadilishana na maisha yake?
27 Is about for the Son of the man to come in the glory of the Father of Him with the angels of Him and then He will give to each according to the deeds of him.
Alenganaje umwana wa Adamu ayinza katika utuntumu wa Baba wakwe. Nape ayihunipa kila mutnu alengane ni mbombo yakwe.
28 Amen I say to you (that *no*) there are some of those here (already standing *NK(o)*) who certainly not shall taste of death until when they may have seen the Son of Man coming in the kingdom of Him.
Lyoli imbawozya huli baadhi yenyu mu mweleye epa ambao sagabhayilenga ufwe hadi lwabhayihunola umwana wa Adamu lwayihenza katika umwene wakwe.
