Mark 6
1 And He went out from there and (came *N(k)O*) into the hometown of Him, and follow Him the disciples of Him.
Jesu fi ibẹ̀ sílẹ̀ lọ sí ìlú rẹ̀ pẹ̀lú àwọn ọmọ-ẹ̀yìn rẹ̀.
2 And when was becoming [the] Sabbath He began to teach in the synagogue; and (*o*) many hearing were astonished saying; From where to this [man] these things, and what [is] the wisdom which having been given (to Him *N(k)O*) (for *k*) even (the *no*) miracles such through the hands of Him (are done? *N(k)O*)
Nígbà tí ó di ọjọ́ ìsinmi, ó lọ sí Sinagọgu láti kọ́ àwọn ènìyàn, ẹnu sì ya àwọn ènìyàn púpọ̀ tí ó gbọ́. Wọ́n wí pé, “Níbo ni ọkùnrin yìí gbé ti rí nǹkan wọ̀nyí? Irú ọgbọ́n kí ni èyí tí a fi fún un, tí irú iṣẹ́ ìyanu báyìí ń ti ọwọ́ rẹ̀ ṣe?
3 Surely this is the carpenter, the son (*no*) of Mary (and *no*) brother (now *k*) of James and of Joses and of Judas and of Simon? And surely are the sisters of Him here with us? And they were offended by Him.
Gbẹ́nàgbẹ́nà náà kọ́ yìí? Ọmọ Maria àti arákùnrin Jakọbu àti Josẹfu, Judasi àti Simoni? Àwọn arábìnrin rẹ̀ gbogbo ha kọ́ ni ó ń bá wa gbé níhìn-ín yìí?” Wọ́n sì kọsẹ̀ lára rẹ̀.
4 (And *no*) was saying (now *k*) to them Jesus that Not is a prophet without honor only except in the hometown of him and among the relatives of him and in the household of him.
Nígbà náà, Jesu wí fún wọn pé, “A máa ń bu ọlá fún wòlíì níbi gbogbo àfi ní ìlú ara rẹ̀ àti láàrín àwọn ìdílé àti àwọn ẹbí òun pàápàá.”
5 And not He was able there to do not any work of power only except on a few sick having laid the hands He healed.
Nítorí àìgbàgbọ́ wọn, òun kò lè ṣe iṣẹ́ ìyanu ńlá láàrín wọn, àfi àwọn aláìsàn díẹ̀ tí ó gbé ọwọ́ lé lórí, tí wọ́n sì rí ìwòsàn.
6 And (He was marveling *NK(o)*) because of the unbelief of them. And He was going the villages around teaching.
Ẹnu si yà á nítorí àìgbàgbọ́ wọn. Lẹ́yìn náà, Jesu lọ sí àárín àwọn ìletò kéékèèké, ó sì ń kọ́ wọn.
7 And He calls near the Twelve and He began them to send forth two [by] two and He was gaving to them authority over the spirits unclean
Ó sì pe àwọn méjìlá náà sọ́dọ̀ rẹ̀, ó bẹ̀rẹ̀ sí rán wọn lọ ní méjì méjì, Ó sì fi àṣẹ fún wọn lórí ẹ̀mí àìmọ́.
8 And He instructed to them that nothing they may take for [the] journey only except a staff alone, no bread nor bag nor in the belt money,
O sọ fún wọn pé, wọn kò gbọdọ̀ mú ohunkóhun lọ́wọ́, àfi ọ̀pá ìtìlẹ̀ wọn. Wọn kò gbọdọ̀ mú oúnjẹ, àpò ìgbànú, tàbí owó lọ́wọ́.
9 but having put on yourselves sandals, and not (may put on *NK(o)*) two tunics.
Wọn kò tilẹ̀ gbọdọ̀ mú ìpààrọ̀ bàtà tàbí aṣọ lọ́wọ́.
10 And He was saying to them; Wherever (maybe *NK(o)*) you shall enter into a house, there do remain until maybe you may go out from there.
Jesu wí pé, “Ẹ dúró sí ilé kan ní ìletò kan. Ẹ má ṣe sípò padà láti ilé dé ilé, nígbà tí ẹ bá wà ní ìlú náà.
11 And (whatever *N(k)O*) maybe (place *no*) not (he may receive *N(k)O*) you nor may hear you, departing from there do shake off the dust which [is] under the feet of you for a testimony against them. (Amen I say to you more tolerable will be for Sodom or for Gomorrah in day of judgment than for the for city that [one]. *K*)
Ẹnikẹ́ni tí kò bá sì gbà yín, tí kò sì gbọ́rọ̀ yín, nígbà tí ẹ̀yin bá jáde kúrò níbẹ̀, ẹ gbọn eruku ẹsẹ̀ yín síbẹ̀ fún ẹ̀rí fún wọn.”
12 And having gone out (they proclaimed *N(k)O*) that (they may repent, *N(k)O*)
Wọ́n jáde lọ láti wàásù ìrònúpìwàdà fún àwọn ènìyàn.
13 And demons many they were casting out and were anointing with oil many sick and were healing [them].
Wọ́n lé ọ̀pọ̀lọpọ̀ àwọn ẹ̀mí àìmọ́ jáde. Wọ́n sì ń fi òróró kun orí àwọn tí ara wọn kò dá, wọ́n sì mú wọn láradá.
14 And heard King Herod; well known for became the name of Him. And (they were saying *N(k)O*) that John the [one] baptizing (he has been raised *N(k)O*) out from [the] dead and because of this operate the miraculous powers in him.
Láìpẹ́, ọba Herodu gbọ́ nípa Jesu, nítorí níbi gbogbo ni a ti ń sọ̀rọ̀ iṣẹ́ ìyanu rẹ̀. Ọba náà rò pé, “Johanu Onítẹ̀bọmi jíǹde kúrò nínú òkú, nítorí náà ni iṣẹ́ ìyanu ṣe ń ṣe láti ọwọ́ rẹ.”
15 Others (however *no*) were saying that Elijah He is; Others now were saying that A prophet (is or *K*) like one of the prophets.
Àwọn mìíràn wí pé, “Elijah ní.” Àwọn mìíràn wí pé, “Wòlíì bí ọ̀kan lára àwọn àtijọ́ tó ti kú ló tún padà sáyé.”
16 Having heard now Herod (was saying *N(k)O*) (that: *k*) Whom I myself beheaded John — he ([it] is he himself *k*) is risen (from *ko*) (dead. *KO*)
Ṣùgbọ́n nígbà tí Herodu gbọ́ èyí, ó wí pé “Johanu tí mo tí bẹ́ lórí ni ó ti jíǹde kúrò nínú òkú.”
17 Himself for Herod having sent he seized John and bound him in (*k*) prison on account of Herodias the wife of Philip the brother of him because her he had married;
Herodu fúnra rẹ̀ sá ti ránṣẹ́ mú Johanu, tìkára rẹ̀ sínú túbú nítorí Herodia aya Filipi arákùnrin rẹ̀ nítorí tí ó fi ṣe aya.
18 Were saying for John to Herod that Not it is lawful for you to have the wife of the brother of you.
Johanu sì ti wí fún Herodu pé, “Kò tọ́ sí ọ láti fi ìyàwó arákùnrin rẹ ṣe aya.”
19 And Herodias was holding it against him and he was wishing him to kill and not he was able;
Nítorí náà ni Herodia ṣe ní sínú, òun sì fẹ́ pa á, ṣùgbọ́n kò le ṣe é.
20 for Herod was afraid of John knowing him [to be] a man righteous and holy and he was keeping safe him. And when having heard him much (he was perplexed *N(K)O*) and gladly him was hearing.
Nítorí Herodu bẹ̀rù Johanu, ó sì mọ̀ ọ́n ni olóòtítọ́ ènìyàn àti ẹni mímọ́, ó sì ń tọ́jú rẹ̀. Nígbà tí Herodu ba gbọ́rọ̀ Johanu, ó máa ń dààmú síbẹ̀, ó sì fi ayọ̀ gbọ́rọ̀ rẹ̀.
21 And when was coming [a] day opportune when Herod on the birthday of him a banquet (made *N(k)O*) for the great men of him and for the chief captains and for the leading [men] of Galilee
Níkẹyìn Herodia rí ààyè. Àkókò yìí ni ọjọ́ ìbí Herodu, òun sì pèsè àsè ní ààfin ọba fún àwọn olùrànlọ́wọ́ rẹ̀: àwọn balógun àti àwọn ènìyàn pàtàkì ní Galili.
22 and when was entering the daughter (of him *N(K)O*) (*ko*) Herodias and when having danced (and *ko*) (she pleased *N(k)O*) Herod and those reclining with [him] said (now *o*) the king to the girl; do ask me whatever if you shall wish, and I will give to you.
Nígbà náà, ni ọmọbìnrin Herodia wọlé láti jó. Inú Herodu àti àwọn àlejò rẹ̀ dùn tó bẹ́ẹ̀. Ọba sọ fún ọmọbìnrin náà pé, “Béèrè ohunkóhun tí ìwọ bá fẹ́ lọ́wọ́ mi, èmi ó sì fi fún ọ.”
23 And he swore to her (greatly *N*) whatever (thing *N(k)O*) if me you shall ask I will give you until half of the kingdom of mine.
Ó sì búra fún un wí pé, “Ohunkóhun tí ìwọ bá fẹ́, ìbá à ṣe ìdajì ìjọba mi ni, èmi yóò fi fún ọ.”
24 (And *no*) (now *k*) having gone out she said to the mother of her; What (shall I ask for myself? *N(k)O*) And she said; The head of John the [one] (baptizing. *N(k)O*)
Ó jáde lọ sọ fún ìyá rẹ̀ pé, “Kí ní kí ń béèrè?” Ó dáhùn pé, “Orí Johanu Onítẹ̀bọmi.”
25 And having entered immediately with haste to the king she asked saying; I desire that at once may you give to me on a platter the head of John the Baptist.
Ọmọbìnrin yìí sáré padà wá sọ́dọ̀ Herodu ọba. Ó sì wí fún un pé, “Mo ń fẹ́ orí Johanu Onítẹ̀bọmi nísinsin yìí nínú àwopọ̀kọ́.”
26 And encompassingly sorrowful having been made the king on account of the oaths and those (reclining with [him] *N(K)O*) not was he willing to refuse her.
Inú ọba sì bàjẹ́ gidigidi, ṣùgbọ́n nítorí àwọn ìbúra rẹ, àti nítorí àwọn tí ó bá a jókòó pọ̀, kò sì fẹ́ kọ̀ fún un.
27 And immediately having sent the king an executioner he commanded (to be brought *N(k)O*) the head of him. (*k*) (And *N(k)O*) having gone he beheaded him in the prison
Nítorí èyí, ọba rán ẹ̀ṣọ́ kan, ó fi àṣẹ fún un pé, kí ó gbé orí Johanu wá. Ọkùnrin náà sì lọ, ó bẹ́ Johanu lórí nínú túbú.
28 and brought the head of him on a platter and gave it to the girl, and the girl gave it to the mother of her.
Ó sì gbé orí Johanu wa nínú àwopọ̀kọ́. Ó sì gbé e fún ọmọbìnrin náà. Òun sì gbé e tọ ìyá rẹ̀ lọ.
29 And having heard [it] the disciples of him came and they took up the body of him and laid it in (*k*) [a] tomb.
Nígbà tí àwọn ọmọ-ẹ̀yìn Johanu gbọ́, wọ́n wá gbé òkú rẹ̀, wọ́n sì lọ tẹ́ ẹ sínú ibojì.
30 And are gathered together the apostles to Jesus and they related to him all things (and *k*) how much they had done and how much they had taught.
Àwọn aposteli kó ara wọn jọ sí ọ̀dọ̀ Jesu, wọ́n sí ròyìn ohun gbogbo tí wọ́n ti ṣe àti ohun gbogbo tí wọ́n ti kọ́ni.
31 And (He speaks *N(k)O*) to them; Come you yourselves yourselves apart [your] own to [a] solitary place and (do rest *N(k)O*) a little; Were for those coming and those going [are] many, and not even to eat were they able.
Nígbà tí Jesu rí i pé ọ̀pọ̀ ènìyàn ń lọ tí wọ́n sì ń bọ̀ tó bẹ́ẹ̀ tí kò sí ààyè fún wọn láti jẹun, ó sì wí fún wọn pé, “Ẹ jẹ́ kí a kúrò láàrín ọ̀pọ̀ ènìyàn wọ̀nyí fún ìgbà díẹ̀, kí a sì sinmi.”
32 And they went away (in *no*) the boat into [a] solitary place on [their] own.
Nítorí náà, wọ́n wọ ọkọ̀ ojú omi kúrò níbẹ̀ lọ sí ibi tí ó parọ́rọ́.
33 And they saw them going (crowds *K*) and (recognized *NK(O)*) (him *k*) many and on foot from all the cities ran together there and went before them (and together went to him. *K*)
Ṣùgbọ́n ọ̀pọ̀ ènìyàn ni o rí wọn nígbà tí wọ́n ń lọ. Àwọn wọ̀nyí sì tún wá láti ìlú ńlá gbogbo wọn sáré gba etí Òkun, wọ́n ṣáájú wọn gúnlẹ̀ ní èbúté.
34 And having gone out He saw (Jesus *k*) a great crowd and was moved with compassion toward (them *N(k)O*) because they were like sheep not having a shepherd. And He began to teach them many things.
Bí Jesu ti ń sọ̀kalẹ̀ láti inú ọkọ̀ náà, ó bá ọ̀pọ̀ ènìyàn bí i tí àtẹ̀yìnwá, tí wọ́n ti ń dúró dè e. Ó káàánú fún wọn, nítorí wọ́n dàbí àgùntàn tí kò ní olùtọ́jú. Ó sì kọ́ wọn ni ọ̀pọ̀ nǹkan tí ó yẹ kí wọ́n mọ̀.
35 And already when the hour late being having come to Him the disciples of Him (were saying *N(k)O*) that Desolate is the place, and already [it is] an hour late;
Nígbà tí ọjọ́ sì ti bù lọ tán, àwọn ọmọ-ẹ̀yìn rẹ̀ tọ̀ ọ́ wá, wọ́n wí fún un pé, ibi aṣálẹ̀ ni ìbí yìí, ọjọ́ sì bù lọ tán.
36 do dismiss them that having gone to the surrounding region and villages they may buy for themselves something (loaves for *K*) may eat (not they have. *K*)
“Rán àwọn ènìyàn wọ̀nyí láti lọ sí àwọn abúlé àti ìlú láti ra oúnjẹ fún ara wọn.”
37 But answering He said to them; do give to them you yourselves [something] to eat. And they say to Him; Having gone shall we buy denarii two hundred of bread and [then] (we will give *N(k)O*) them [it] to eat?
Ṣùgbọ́n Jesu sọ fún àwọn ọmọ-ẹ̀yìn rẹ̀ pé, “Ẹ fún wọn ní oúnjẹ.” Àwọn ọmọ-ẹ̀yìn wí fún pé, “Èyí yóò ná wa tó owó iṣẹ́ ọ̀yà oṣù mẹ́jọ, ṣe kí a lọ fi èyí ra àkàrà fún àwọn ọ̀pọ̀ ènìyàn yìí láti jẹ.”
38 And He says to them; How many loaves have you do go (and *k*) do see. And having known they say; Five and two fish.
Jesu tún béèrè pé, “Ìṣù àkàrà mélòó ni ẹ̀yin ni lọ́wọ́? Ẹ lọ wò ó.” Wọ́n padà wá jíṣẹ́ pé, “Ìṣù àkàrà márùn-ún àti ẹja méjì.”
39 And He commanded them (to recline *NK(o)*) all groups [by] groups on the green grass.
Nígbà náà ni Jesu sọ fún ọ̀pọ̀ ènìyàn náà kí a mú wọn jókòó lẹ́gbẹ̀ẹ̀gbẹ́ lórí koríko.
40 And they sat down groups [by] groups (by *N(k)O*) hundreds and (by *N(k)O*) fifties.
Lẹ́sẹ̀kan náà, wọ́n bẹ̀rẹ̀ sí í jókòó, ní àádọ́ta tàbí ọgọọgọ́rùn-ún.
41 And having taken the five loaves and the two fish, having looked up to the heaven He blessed and He broke the loaves and He was giving [them] to the disciples of Him that (they may set before *N(k)O*) them, And the two fish He divided among all.
Nígbà tí ó sì mú ìṣù àkàrà márùn-ún àti ẹja méjì náà, ó gbé ojú rẹ̀ sókè ọ̀run. Ó dúpẹ́ fún oúnjẹ náà, ó bù wọ́n sí wẹ́wẹ́, ó fún àwọn ọmọ-ẹ̀yìn rẹ̀ láti gbé e kalẹ̀ síwájú àwọn ènìyàn náà àti àwọn ẹja méjì náà ni ó pín fún gbogbo wọn.
42 And ate all and were satisfied,
Gbogbo wọn sì jẹ àjẹyó.
43 And they took up (of fragments *N(k)O*) twelve (hand-baskets fullness *N(k)O*) and of the fish.
Àwọn ọmọ-ẹ̀yìn sì kó agbọ̀n méjìlá tí ó kún fún àjẹkù àkàrà àti ti ẹja pẹ̀lú.
44 And were those having eaten of the loaves (about *K*) five thousand men.
Àwọn tí ó sì jẹ́ àkàrà náà tó ìwọ̀n ẹgbẹ̀rún márùn-ún ọkùnrin.
45 And immediately He compelled the disciples of Him to climb into the boat and to go before to the other side to Bethsaida until He himself (dismisses *N(k)O*) the crowd.
Lẹ́sẹ̀kẹsẹ̀ lẹ́yìn èyí, Jesu pàṣẹ fún àwọn ọmọ-ẹ̀yìn rẹ̀ láti padà sínú ọkọ̀ kí wọn sì ṣáájú rékọjá sí Betisaida. Níbẹ̀ ni òun yóò ti wà pẹ̀lú wọn láìpẹ́. Nítorí òun fúnra a rẹ̀ yóò dúró sẹ́yìn láti rí i pé àwọn ènìyàn túká lọ ilé wọn.
46 And having taken leave of them He departed into the mountain to pray.
Lẹ́yìn náà, ó lọ sórí òkè láti lọ gbàdúrà.
47 And when evening having come was the boat in [the] midst of the sea, and He himself alone upon the land.
Nígbà tí ó di alẹ́, ọkọ̀ wà láàrín Òkun, òun nìkan sì wà lórí ilẹ̀.
48 And (seeing *N(k)O*) them straining in the rowing, was for the wind contrary to them, (and *k*) About [the] fourth watch of the night He comes to them walking on the sea and He was wishing to pass by them.
Ó rí i wí pé àwọn ọmọ-ẹ̀yìn wà nínú wàhálà púpọ̀ ní wíwa ọkọ̀ náà nítorí ti ìjì líle ṣe ọwọ́ òdì sí wọn, nígbà tí ó sì dì ìwọ̀n ìṣọ́ kẹrin òru, ó tọ̀ wọ́n wá, ó ń rìn lórí omi Òkun, òun sì fẹ́ ré wọn kọjá,
49 And having seen Him on the sea walking they thought (that *no*) a ghost ([it] is, *N(k)O*) and cried out;
ṣùgbọ́n nígbà tí wọ́n rí i tí ó ń rìn, wọ́n rò pé iwin ni. Wọ́n sì kígbe sókè lóhùn rara,
50 All for Him saw and were troubled. (*no*) (now *N(k)O*) immediately He spoke with them and says to them; Take courage! I myself am [He], not do fear.
nítorí gbogbo wọn ni ó rí i, tí ẹ̀rù sì bà wọ́n. Ṣùgbọ́n òun sọ̀rọ̀ sí wọn lẹ́sẹ̀kẹsẹ̀ pé, “Ẹ mú ọkàn le! Èmi ni. Ẹ má bẹ̀rù.”
51 And He went up to them into the boat, and ceased the wind. And exceedingly over excessive in themselves they were amazed (and were marveling; *K*)
Nígbà náà ni ó gòkè sínú ọkọ̀ pẹ̀lú wọn, ìjì líle náà sì dáwọ́ dúró. Ẹ̀rù sì bà wọ́n rékọjá gidigidi, ẹnu sì yà wọ́n.
52 not for they understood by the loaves, (but *N(K)O*) were of them the heart hardened.
Wọn kò sá tó ni òye iṣẹ́ ìyanu ti ìṣù àkàrà, nítorí ti ọkàn wọn yigbì.
53 And having passed over to the land they came (to *no*) Gennesaret and drew to shore.
Lẹ́yìn tí wọ́n la Òkun náà kọjá, wọ́n gúnlẹ̀ sí Genesareti. Wọ́n sì so ọkọ̀ sí èbúté.
54 And when were exiting they out of the boat immediately having recognized Him
Wọ́n jáde kúrò nínú ọkọ̀. Àwọn ènìyàn tó wà níbẹ̀ rí Jesu, wọ́n sì dá a mọ̀ ọ́n.
55 (they ran around *N(k)O*) all the (region *N(k)O*) that (and *no*) they began on the mats those sick being to carry about to wherever they were hearing that (there *ko*) He is.
Wéré, wọ́n ròyìn dídé rẹ̀, gbogbo àwọn ènìyàn sáré gbé gbogbo àwọn aláìsàn lórí àkéte wọn wá pàdé rẹ̀.
56 And wherever maybe He was entering into villages or (into *no*) cities or (into *no*) fields in the marketplaces they were laying those ailing and were begging Him that only only of the fringe the clothing of Him they shall touch, and as many as maybe (touched *N(k)O*) Him were being healed.
Ní ibi gbogbo tí ó sì dé, yálà ní abúlé, ìlú ńlá tàbí àrọ́ko, ń ṣe ni wọ́n ń kó àwọn aláìsàn pàdé rẹ̀ ní àárín ọjà. Wọ́n sì ń bẹ̀ ẹ́ kí ó jẹ́ kí wọn fi ọwọ́ kan etí aṣọ rẹ̀, gbogbo àwọn tí wọ́n sì fi ọwọ́ kàn án ni a mú láradá.
