< Mark 14 >
1 It was now the Passover and the [Feast of] Unleavened Bread after two days, And were seeking the chief priests and the scribes how Him by stealth having taken they may kill [Him];

2 They were saying (for; *N(k)O*) Not [take Him] during the feast otherwise otherwise there will be an uproar of the people.
Vakijovasyagha veene vakatisagha, “Nave tuuti tunkole ikighono ikyimike, avanhuu kyande vileeta amabaatu.”
3 And when is being He in Bethany in the house of Simon the leper, when is reclining He came a woman having an alabaster flask of fragrant oil of nard pure of great price. (and *ko*) having broken (the *N(k)O*) alabaster flask she poured [it] on His (according to *k*) head.
Uyesu alyale mu likaaja ilya Betania, mu nyumba ja Simoni juno ulutasi alyale ni buuba. Ye ikalile mu nyumba ijio ali pilia, akingila umukijuuva jumonga, akolile isupa ija livue inya mafuta amanofu agha kupakala agha ndalama nyinga. Akadindula isupa, pe akakung'hilila pa mutu ghwa Yesu kukumwimika.
4 Were now some indignant within themselves (and saying: *ko*) To why waste this of the fragrant oil has been made?
Avaanhu vamo vano pwevalyale vakakalala, vakijovasyagha vakatisagha, “Lwaki kunangania amafuta amanofu agha?
5 Was possible for this (fragrant oil *no*) to have been sold [for] above denarii three hundred and to have been given to the poor; And they were grumbling at her.
Ulwakuwa ghaale ghighusivua indinali filundo fitatu na kukila, neke indalama isio saaale sikuvatanga avakotofu.” Pe vakan' dalikila umukijuuva jula.
6 And Jesus said; do leave alone her, why to her trouble do you cause? A good work she did (toward Me myself. *N(k)O*)
UYesu akati, “'Muleke, kiki mukun'gasia umukijuuva uju? Ambombiile imbombo inofu.
7 Always for the poor you have with yourselves, and whenever you may desire you are able (for them *N(k)O*) (always *O*) good to do, Me myself however not always do you have.
Avakotofu muli navoope jaatu, munoghiile kukuvatanga unsiki ghwoni. Neke une, nanili numue ifighono fyoni.
8 What (she had *N(k)O*) (this *ko*) she performed, She came beforehand to anoint the body of Mine for the burial.

9 Amen (now *no*) I say to you; wherever (maybe *N(k)O*) shall be proclaimed gospel (this *k*) in whole the world, also what has done this [woman] will be spoken of for a memorial of her.
Kyang'haani nikuvavuula niiti, pano iMhola iNofu jipulisivua mu iisi, naji mbombo jino avombile umukijuuva uju' jijovwagha. Mu uluo vikunkumbukagha umukijuuva uju.”
10 And (*k*) Judas Iscariot, one of the Twelve, went away to the chief priests that Him he may betray to them.
Pepano uYuuda Isikalioti, umo mu vasung' hua vala kijigho na vavili, akaluta ku vanah va vatekesi kuuti amwohele uYesu ku veene.
11 And having heard they rejoiced and they promised to him money to give; And he was seeking how Him conveniently he may deliver up.
Voope ye vapuliike, vakahovoka kyongo, vakamulagha kukumpeela indalama. Pepano uYuuda Isikalioti akatengula kulonda unsiki unno ughwa kumwohela uYesu.
12 And on the first day of unleavened [bread], when the Passover lamb they were to sacrifice, say to Him the disciples of Him; Where do You desire [that] having gone we may prepare that You may eat the Passover?
Ikighono ikya kwanda ikya kyimike kya makate ghano naghavikilue ikilule, pano vakabudagha ing' holo ija kyimike kya pasaka, avavulanisivua va Yesu vakamposia vakati, “Ghulonda tukuling'hanikise kuughi ukwa kuliila ikyimike ikya pasaka?”
13 And He sends forth two of the disciples of Him and says to them; do go into the city, and will meet you a man a pitcher of water carrying; do follow him.
Pepano uYesu akavomola vavili nkate mu vavulanisivua vaake akati, “Mulute ku likaaja ilivaha ilya Yelusalemu, mu sila mutang'hana umukinhaata itwikile ulusaaji lwa malenga. Ujuo ghwe mum'bingililaghe.
14 And wherever (maybe *NK(o)*) he shall enter, do say to the master of the house that the Teacher says; Where is the guest room (of Mine *no*) where the Passover with the disciples of Mine I may eat?
Kuhanga inyumba jino kyaikwingila. Apuo, mum'buule unya nyumba kuuti, 'UM'bulanisi iiti, kili kughi ikyumba ikya vahesia, pano panoghiile aliile ikyimike ikya Pasaka, palikimo na vavulanisivua vaake?'
15 And he himself you will show an upper room large furnished [and] ready; (And *no*) there do prepare for us.
Umweene ikuvasoona ikyumba ikya ku gholoofa, ikyeleefu kino kinosivue. Mutuliang'hanikisie umuo.”
16 And went away the disciples (of him *ko*) and came into the city and found even as He had said to them and they prepared the Passover.
Avavulanisivua vala vakavuuka viluta ku likaaja ilio. Ye vafikile, vakasivonaa sooni ndaule uYesu aveele avavulile. Pe vakaling'hania ikyimike ikya pasaka.
17 And when evening having arrived He comes with the Twelve.
Ye jifikile ivwilile, uYesu na vavulanisivua vaake kijigho na vavili vakafika mu nyumba jila.
18 And when were reclining they and were eating Jesus said: Amen I say to you that one of you will betray Me, who is eating with Me.
Ye vali pilia, Yesu akati, “Nikuvavuula isa kyang'haaani, jumonnga mulyumue, ghwope ilia palikimo nuune, itapikunyohela.”
19 (now *ko*) They began to be grieved and to say to Him one by one; surely not ever I myself (and other surely not ever I myself? *K*)
Avavulanisivua vaake vakasukunala, nujunge akatengula kukumposia uYesu iiti, “Asi, neene?”
20 And (answering *k*) He said to them; [It is] one of (from *ko*) the Twelve, who is dipping with Me in the (one *O*) bowl.
UYesu akati, “Umuunhu ujuo, ghwa mu kipugha kiinu umue kijigho na vavili mwe vano musaasa nuune unkate mu kivughaana.
21 (For *no*) indeed the Son of Man goes even as it has been written concerning Him, woe however to the man that [one] through whom the Son of Man is betrayed; better (was *ko*) for him if not was born the man that.
Une ne Mwana ghwa Muunhu nifua, ndavule lilembilue mu Malembe aMImike. Neke iga, umuunhu ujuo juno ikunyohela ne Mwana ghwa Muunhu! kiba umuunhu ujuo, ngale naaholwagha.”
22 And when are eating they, having taken (*ko*) (Jesus *KO*) bread, having spoken a blessing He broke and He gave [it] to them and said; do take (do eat *K*) this is the body of Me.
Ye vali pilia, uYesu akatoola unkate akahongesia kwa Nguluve, akamenyulania, akavapeela avavulanisivua vaake akati, “Koogho, ughu ghwe m'bili ghwano.
23 And having taken (the *k*) cup, having given thanks He gave [it] to them, and they drank of it all.
Pe akatoola ikikombe ikya luhuuje, akahongesia kwa Nguluve, akavapeela, vakunyua vooni.
24 And He said to them; This is the blood of Me (which [is] *ko*) (of a new *K*) covenant which is being poured out (for *N(k)O*) many.

25 Amen I say to you that no longer no longer certainly not shall I drink of the (fruit *N(k)O*) of the vine until the day that [one] when it I may drink anew in the kingdom of God.
Kyang'haani nikuvavuula niiti, une nanilanyua kange uluhuujje ulu, kuhanga pano niliiva ninyua uluhuuje ulupia ku vutwa vwa Nguluve.”
26 And having sung a hymn they went out to the Mount of Olives.
Pepano vakimba ulwimbo, pekavuuka viluta ku kidunda ikya Miseiyuni.
27 And says to them Jesus that All you will fall away (in to me myself in night this *K*) for it has been written: I will strike the shepherd, and the sheep (will be scattered.’ *N(k)O*)
Apuo uYesu akavavuula avavulanisivua vaake akati, “Ikilo ija musyughu umue mweni kyamukung'himbila, ulwakuva lilembilue mu Malembe aMimike, 'Nikuntova un'diimi, nasi ng'holo sipalasana.”.
28 But after to rise me I will go before you into Galilee.
Akajova kange akati, “Neke niliiva nisiskyukile nilikuvalongolela kuluta ku Galilaya.”
29 And Peter was saying to Him; If even all will fall away yet not I myself.
Upeteli akam'buula akati, “Nambe avange vooni vakuleke, une nanikukuleka!”
30 And says to him Jesus; Amen I say to you that (yourself *no*) now this (in *k*) night before than twice [the] rooster crowing three times Me you will deny.
UYesu akamwamula akati, “Kyang'haani nikukuvuula, ikilo jijiiji ing'hongove ye jikya kuvika ulwa vuvili, uve ghuuva ung'hanile katatu.”
31 And overexceedingly overexceedingly (he was saying *N(k)O*) (more: *K*) If it shall be needful to me to die with You, certainly not You (I will deny. *NK(o)*) Likewise now also all of them were saying.

32 And they come to a place of which the name [is] Gethsemane, and He says to the disciples of Him; do sit here while I may pray.

33 And He takes Peter and James and (*no*) John with (Him *N(k)O*) and He began to be greatly awe-struck and to be deeply distressed.

34 And He says to them; Very sorrowful is the soul of Mine until death. do remain here and do watch.

35 And (having gone forward *NK(o)*) a little (He was falling *N(k)O*) upon the ground and he was praying that if possible it is it shall pass from Him the hour.
Umwene akaluta pavulongolo padebe, akapupama paasi, akifuunya kwa Nhaata kuuti, nave lunoghile, unsiki ughwa lupumuko ghuleke kukumwagha.
36 And He was saying; Abba, O Father, all things [are] possible to You; do take away cup this from Me but not [it is] what I myself want but what You.
Akati, “Ghwe Nhaata, uve nakikutolile kimonga. NIsuuma umbusikisie ikikombe ikya lupumuko. Neke nakwekuti uvombe mu vughane vwango, looli mu vughane vwako.”
37 And He comes and He finds them sleeping And He says to Peter; Simon, are you asleep? Surely you were able one hour to watch?
Ye ifunyile, akagomoka ku vavulanisivua vala, akavona vaghoneliile. Pe akam'buula uPeteli akati, “Simoni, ughoneliile? Ukunilue kuuva maaso nambe akavalilo kamo?
38 do watch and do pray so that not (you may enter *N(k)O*) into temptation. The indeed spirit [is] willing, however the flesh weak.
Pe akavavuula akati, “Muuve maaso, mufunyaghe kuuti ingelo sileke kukuvalema. Umwonjo ghutavwile, neke um'bili n'dwesi.”
39 And again having gone away He prayed the same thing having said.
UYesu akaluta kukufuunyu kange, akajova amasio ghala.
40 And again (having come *N(k)O*) he found them sleeping; Were for of them the eyes (being wearied, *N(k)O*) and not they knew what they may answer to Him.
Ye ifunyile, akagomoka kange, akavona vaghonelile, ulwakuwa vaale ni tulu nyinga. Vakakunua ikya kujova.
41 And He comes the third time and says to them; Are you sleeping still and taking your rest, It is enough, has come the hour; behold is delivered up the Son of Man into the hands of the sinful.
Akaluta ulwa vatatu kukufuunya. Ye agomwike, akavavuula akati, “Mujiighe mufighona na kupuuma? Lukwilile lino! Unsiki ghufikile ghuno une ne Mwana ghwa Muunhu nivikua mu mavoko gha vahosi.
42 do rise, let us go; behold the [one] betraying Me has drawn near!
Ima tulutaghe! Lolagha unya kunyohela ali piipi.”
43 And immediately while yet when he is speaking comes up (*o*) Judas, (Iscariot *O*) one (being *k*) of the Twelve, and with Him a crowd (great *K*) with swords and clubs from the chief priests and the scribes and the elders.
UYesu ye ajiighe ijova navo, uYuuda jumo nkate mu vavulanisivua kijigho na vavili, akafika ni kipugha kya vaanhu vakolile ibamba ni mbunda. Avaanhu avuo valyasung'hile na vavaha va vatekesi, avavulanisi va ndaghilo na vagojo.
44 Had given then the [one] delivering up Him a sign to them saying: Whomever maybe I may kiss, He himself is. do seize Him and (do lead [him] away *N(k)O*) securely.
UYuuda umwohesi alyavavuliile ng'haani avaanhu vala ikivalilo ikya kummanya uYesu akati, “Juno kyanikunnonela, ujuo iiva ghwe mwene, munkolaghe, mulutaghe naghwo mu vuloleeli.”
45 And having arrived immediately having come up to Him he says (to him: *o*) Rabbi (Rabbi! *K*) And he kissed Him.
UYuuda ye afikile uYesu akati, “'M'bulsnisi.” Akannonela.
46 They And laid the hands (of them *k*) (on Him *N(k)O*) and seized Him.
Pe avaanhu vala vakankola uYesu.
47 One then a certain of those having stood by himself drawing the sword struck the servant of the high priest and cut off of him the (ear. *N(k)O*)
Neke jumonga mu vano valyimile pala, akasomola ibamba, akankotova unkami ughwa ntekesi um'baha, akan'dumula imbulughutu.
48 And answering Jesus said to them; As against a robber are you come out with swords and clubs to capture Me?
UYesu akavaposia avaanhu vala akati, “Mwisile ni bamba ni mbunda kukung'hola une hwene nili mhijim'budi!
49 Every day I was with you in the temple teaching, and not you did seize Me; But [it is] that may be fulfilled the Scriptures.
Ongo jaatu navisagha numue nivulanisia mu nyumba inyimike ija kufunyila, namwang'holagha! Lino isi sihumila kukwilanisia sooni sino silembilue mu Malembe aMimike.”
50 And having left Him fled all.
Peano avavulanisivua vaake vooni vakamuleke, vakakimbilia.
51 And (one *k*) young man certain (was accompanying *N(K)(o)*) Him having himself cast a linen cloth about [his] naked [body], and they seize him (young men. *k*)
Neke unsoleka jumonga juno alitosisie isopeka akava ifikum'bingilila uYesu. Avalungu vala vakankola,
52 and having left behind the linen cloth naked he fled (from of them. *k*)
umwene akapukunyuka akaghuleka umwenda ghwake, akakimbila vufuula.
53 And they led away Jesus to the high priest And come together (to him *ko*) all the chief priests and the elders and the scribes.
Pe vakantwala uYesu kwantkesi um'baha. Uko kwe vakakong'haana avavaha va vatekesi vooni, avagojo palikimo na vavulanisi va ndaghilo.
54 And Peter from afar off followed Him until within to the court of the high priest and he was sitting with the officers and warming himself at the fire.
UPeteliakava ium'bingilila uYesu pa vtli. Pambel ghwopeakngila mu luviika ulwa nyumba ija ntekesi um'baha, akikala ikwota umwotolikimo na vasikali avalolelel.
55 And the chief priests and all the Council were seeking against Jesus testimony to put to death Him but not they were finding [any].
Ppano avavaha va vateksi ni kipungha kya valogosi va Vayahudi vakava vilonda uvwolesi uvwa kumhingila uYesu kuuti vam'bude, neke navakaluvona lumonga.
56 Many for were bearing false testimony against Him, but alike their testimonies not were.
Avaanhu vinga vakolekagha isa vudesi vwimila umwene, neke uvwolesi vwave navukitng'hanagha.
57 And some having risen up were bearing false testimony against Him saying
Vamo vakiima, vakoleka isa vudesi vakati,
58 that We ourselves heard when he is saying that I myself will destroy temple this the [one] made with hands and in three days another not made with hands I will build.
“Usue tukampuliike umuunhu uji iiti, inyimike ija Nguluve jino jijengilue na vaanhu, neke mu fighono fitatu nijenga ijingi jin najijengua na vaanhu”.
59 And not thus alike was the testimony of them.
Vwope uvwolesi uvuo navukiting'hanagha.
60 And having stood up the high priest in (the *k*) midst he questioned Jesus saying; Not answer You no [thing] What [about] these You testify against?
Pepano untekesi um'baha akiima pakate pa vaanhu' akamposia uYesu akati, “Naghukwamula nambe lisio? Avaanhu ava vikwoleka kiki vwimila uve?”
61 But He was silent and (not *no*) did He answer no [thing]. Again the high priest was questioning Him and he says to Him; You yourself are the Christ the Son of the Blessed [One]?
Umwene uYesu akajikala kimhihe, naakamula nambe lisio. Untekesi um'haba akamposia kange akati'”Uve veeve kili kilisite, Mwana ghwa Nguluve uMwimikua?”
62 And Jesus said; I myself am, And you will behold the Son of Man at [the] right hand sitting of Power and coming with the clouds of heaven.
UYesu akamula akati, “Eena, neene. kange mulambona ne Mwana ghwa Muunhunitemile palikimo nu Nguluve unya ngufu, nikwisa mu mafunde kuhuma kukyanya.”
63 And the high priest having torn the garments of him says; What any more need have we of witnesses?
Untekesi um'baha ye apuliike amasio aghuo akakalala' akademula umwenda ghwake iiti, “Lino pe tulonda vwakiki uvwolesi uvunge?
64 You heard the blasphemy; What to you does it appear? And all condemned Him deserving to be of death.
Mupuliike ndavule ikuviika hwene Nguluve, ikumuligha kyongo uNguluve! Mwiti ndaani umuunhu uju?” Vooni vakamhigha kuuti anoghiile kubudua.
65 And began some to spit upon Him and to cover up of Him the face and to strike Him and to say to Him; do prophesy And the officers with the palms Him (received. *N(K)O*)
Avange vakategungula kukumfunyila amati, vakan'dinda ku maaso, vakantova ni mbuli, vakamposia vakati, “Vila, veeni juno akutovile!” voope avasikali avaloleleli vakantoola, vakantova na mapi.
66 And when is being Peter below in the courtyard comes one of the servant girls of the high priest.
UYesu ye ali munkate, uPeteli akajiighe pa luviika. Pepano akiisa umhinja um'bombi ghwa ntekesi um'baha.
67 and having seen Peter warming himself, having looked at him she says; Also you yourself with the Nazarene you were (*no*) Jesus.
Akamwagha uPeteli ikwota umwoto, akamulola akati, “Na juuve uveele lumo nu Yesu uMunasaleti!”
68 But he denied [it] saying; (Neither *N(k)O*) I know (nor even *N(k)O*) understand you yourself what say. And he went forth out into the porch, and [the] rooster crowed.
UPeteli akakaana akati, “Nanikagwile, kange nanisitang'hine sino ghujova!” Akahuma kunji ku luviika. Ing'hongove jikavika!
69 And the servant girl having seen him began again to say to those having been standing by that This [one] of them is.
Um'bombi jula akamwagha kange uPeteli, pe akavavuula vano pwevalyale pala akati, “Uju ghwe umo mu vala.”
70 But again he was denying. And after a little again those having stood by were saying to Peter; Truly of them you are; also for a Galilean you are (and the speech of you resembles. *KO*)
UPeteli akakaana kange. Unsiki n'debe vuvule, avaanhu vano pwevalyale pala vakam'buula kange uPeteli vakati, “kyang'haani uve uli umo mu vala, ulwakuva uve uli N'galilaya.”
71 But he began to curse and to swear that Not I know man this whom you speak of!
Upeteli akaava ifikaana, akajiigha akati, “Kyang'haani umuunhu ujuo juno mujova, nanimmanyile!”
72 And (immediately *NO*) for [the] second time a rooster crowed, And remembered Peter (the declaration *N(k)O*) ([was] like *NO*) (which *k(o)*) had said to him Jesus that Before [the] rooster crowing twice three times Me you will deny. And having broken down he was weeping.
Unsiki ghughuo ing'hongove jikavika ulwa vuvili. Apuo upeteli akakumbuka ilisio lino uYesu am'buula kuuti, “Ing'hongove ye jikyale kuvika ulwa vuvili, ghuuva ughuuva ung'hanile katatu.” Ye akumbwike uluo, akatengula pilila kyongo.
