Mark 13
1 And when is going forth He out of the temple says to Him one of the disciples of Him; Teacher, behold what stones and what buildings!
ਅਨਨ੍ਤਰੰ ਮਨ੍ਦਿਰਾਦ੍ ਬਹਿਰ੍ਗਮਨਕਾਲੇ ਤਸ੍ਯ ਸ਼ਿਸ਼਼੍ਯਾਣਾਮੇਕਸ੍ਤੰ ਵ੍ਯਾਹ੍ਰੁʼਤਵਾਨ੍ ਹੇ ਗੁਰੋ ਪਸ਼੍ਯਤੁ ਕੀਦ੍ਰੁʼਸ਼ਾਃ ਪਾਸ਼਼ਾਣਾਃ ਕੀਦ੍ਰੁʼਕ੍ ਚ ਨਿਚਯਨੰ|
2 And Jesus (answering *k*) said to him; See you these great buildings? certainly not may be left (here *NO*) stone upon (stone *N(k)O*) which certainly not may be thrown down.
ਤਦਾ ਯੀਸ਼ੁਸ੍ਤਮ੍ ਅਵਦਤ੍ ਤ੍ਵੰ ਕਿਮੇਤਦ੍ ਬ੍ਰੁʼਹੰਨਿਚਯਨੰ ਪਸ਼੍ਯਸਿ? ਅਸ੍ਯੈਕਪਾਸ਼਼ਾਣੋਪਿ ਦ੍ਵਿਤੀਯਪਾਸ਼਼ਾਣੋਪਰਿ ਨ ਸ੍ਥਾਸ੍ਯਤਿ ਸਰ੍ੱਵੇ (ਅ)ਧਃਕ੍ਸ਼਼ੇਪ੍ਸ੍ਯਨ੍ਤੇ|
3 And when is sitting He upon the Mount of Olives opposite the temple (he was asking *N(k)O*) Him in private Peter and James and John and Andrew;
ਅਥ ਯਸ੍ਮਿਨ੍ ਕਾਲੇ ਜੈਤੁਨ੍ਗਿਰੌ ਮਨ੍ਦਿਰਸ੍ਯ ਸੰਮੁਖੇ ਸ ਸਮੁਪਵਿਸ਼਼੍ਟਸ੍ਤਸ੍ਮਿਨ੍ ਕਾਲੇ ਪਿਤਰੋ ਯਾਕੂਬ੍ ਯੋਹਨ੍ ਆਨ੍ਦ੍ਰਿਯਸ਼੍ਚੈਤੇ ਤੰ ਰਹਸਿ ਪਪ੍ਰੱਛੁਃ,
4 do tell us: when these things will be And what [will be] the sign when may soon these things to be accomplished all
ਏਤਾ ਘਟਨਾਃ ਕਦਾ ਭਵਿਸ਼਼੍ਯਨ੍ਤਿ? ਤਥੈਤਤ੍ਸਰ੍ੱਵਾਸਾਂ ਸਿੱਧ੍ਯੁਪਕ੍ਰਮਸ੍ਯ ਵਾ ਕਿੰ ਚਿਹ੍ਨੰ? ਤਦਸ੍ਮਭ੍ਯੰ ਕਥਯਤੁ ਭਵਾਨ੍|
5 And Jesus (answering *k*) began to say to them; do take heed lest anyone you may mislead.
ਤਤੋ ਯਾਸ਼ੁਸ੍ਤਾਨ੍ ਵਕ੍ਤੁਮਾਰੇਭੇ, ਕੋਪਿ ਯਥਾ ਯੁਸ਼਼੍ਮਾਨ੍ ਨ ਭ੍ਰਾਮਯਤਿ ਤਥਾਤ੍ਰ ਯੂਯੰ ਸਾਵਧਾਨਾ ਭਵਤ|
6 Many (for *ko*) will come in the name of Me saying that I myself am [He], and many they will mislead.
ਯਤਃ ਖ੍ਰੀਸ਼਼੍ਟੋਹਮਿਤਿ ਕਥਯਿਤ੍ਵਾ ਮਮ ਨਾਮ੍ਨਾਨੇਕੇ ਸਮਾਗਤ੍ਯ ਲੋਕਾਨਾਂ ਭ੍ਰਮੰ ਜਨਯਿਸ਼਼੍ਯਨ੍ਤਿ;
7 When then (you may hear of *NK(o)*) wars and rumors of wars, not do be disturbed; it must (for *ko*) come to pass, but not yet [is] the end.
ਕਿਨ੍ਤੁ ਯੂਯੰ ਰਣਸ੍ਯ ਵਾਰ੍ੱਤਾਂ ਰਣਾਡਮ੍ਬਰਞ੍ਚ ਸ਼੍ਰੁਤ੍ਵਾ ਮਾ ਵ੍ਯਾਕੁਲਾ ਭਵਤ, ਘਟਨਾ ਏਤਾ ਅਵਸ਼੍ਯੰਮਾਵਿਨ੍ਯਃ; ਕਿਨ੍ਤ੍ਵਾਪਾਤਤੋ ਨ ਯੁਗਾਨ੍ਤੋ ਭਵਿਸ਼਼੍ਯਤਿ|
8 Will rise up for nation against nation and kingdom against kingdom; (and *k*) There will be earthquakes throughout places; (and *ko*) there will be famines (and disturbance; *K*) ([The] beginning *N(K)O*) of birth pains [are] these.
ਦੇਸ਼ਸ੍ਯ ਵਿਪਕ੍ਸ਼਼ਤਯਾ ਦੇਸ਼ੋ ਰਾਜ੍ਯਸ੍ਯ ਵਿਪਕ੍ਸ਼਼ਤਯਾ ਚ ਰਾਜ੍ਯਮੁੱਥਾਸ੍ਯਤਿ, ਤਥਾ ਸ੍ਥਾਨੇ ਸ੍ਥਾਨੇ ਭੂਮਿਕਮ੍ਪੋ ਦੁਰ੍ਭਿਕ੍ਸ਼਼ੰ ਮਹਾਕ੍ਲੇਸ਼ਾਸ਼੍ਚ ਸਮੁਪਸ੍ਥਾਸ੍ਯਨ੍ਤਿ, ਸਰ੍ੱਵ ਏਤੇ ਦੁਃਖਸ੍ਯਾਰਮ੍ਭਾਃ|
9 do take heed however to yourselves; they will betray (for *ko*) you to courts and in synagogues you will be beaten and before governors and kings you will stand because of Me for a testimony to them.
ਕਿਨ੍ਤੁ ਯੂਯਮ੍ ਆਤ੍ਮਾਰ੍ਥੇ ਸਾਵਧਾਨਾਸ੍ਤਿਸ਼਼੍ਠਤ, ਯਤੋ ਲੋਕਾ ਰਾਜਸਭਾਯਾਂ ਯੁਸ਼਼੍ਮਾਨ੍ ਸਮਰ੍ਪਯਿਸ਼਼੍ਯਨ੍ਤਿ, ਤਥਾ ਭਜਨਗ੍ਰੁʼਹੇ ਪ੍ਰਹਰਿਸ਼਼੍ਯਨ੍ਤਿ; ਯੂਯੰ ਮਦਰ੍ਥੇ ਦੇਸ਼ਾਧਿਪਾਨ੍ ਭੂਪਾਂਸ਼੍ਚ ਪ੍ਰਤਿ ਸਾਕ੍ਸ਼਼੍ਯਦਾਨਾਯ ਤੇਸ਼਼ਾਂ ਸੰਮੁਖੇ ਉਪਸ੍ਥਾਪਯਿਸ਼਼੍ਯਧ੍ਵੇ|
10 And to all the nations first it behooves to proclaim the gospel.
ਸ਼ੇਸ਼਼ੀਭਵਨਾਤ੍ ਪੂਰ੍ੱਵੰ ਸਰ੍ੱਵਾਨ੍ ਦੇਸ਼ੀਯਾਨ੍ ਪ੍ਰਤਿ ਸੁਸੰਵਾਦਃ ਪ੍ਰਚਾਰਯਿਸ਼਼੍ਯਤੇ|
11 (And *no*) when (now *k*) (they may lead away *N(k)O*) you delivering [you] up, not do be anxious beforehand what you may say (nor do devise; *K*) but whatever if shall be given to you in that [very] hour, that do speak; not for are you yourselves those speaking but the Spirit Holy.
ਕਿਨ੍ਤੁ ਯਦਾ ਤੇ ਯੁਸ਼਼੍ਮਾਨ੍ ਧ੍ਰੁʼਤ੍ਵਾ ਸਮਰ੍ਪਯਿਸ਼਼੍ਯਨ੍ਤਿ ਤਦਾ ਯੂਯੰ ਯਦ੍ਯਦ੍ ਉੱਤਰੰ ਦਾਸ੍ਯਥ, ਤਦਗ੍ਰ ਤਸ੍ਯ ਵਿਵੇਚਨੰ ਮਾ ਕੁਰੁਤ ਤਦਰ੍ਥੰ ਕਿਞ੍ਚਿਦਪਿ ਮਾ ਚਿਨ੍ਤਯਤ ਚ, ਤਦਾਨੀਂ ਯੁਸ਼਼੍ਮਾਕੰ ਮਨਃਸੁ ਯਦ੍ਯਦ੍ ਵਾਕ੍ਯਮ੍ ਉਪਸ੍ਥਾਪਯਿਸ਼਼੍ਯਤੇ ਤਦੇਵ ਵਦਿਸ਼਼੍ਯਥ, ਯਤੋ ਯੂਯੰ ਨ ਤਦ੍ਵਕ੍ਤਾਰਃ ਕਿਨ੍ਤੁ ਪਵਿਤ੍ਰ ਆਤ੍ਮਾ ਤਸ੍ਯ ਵਕ੍ਤਾ|
12 (And *no*) will deliver up (now *k*) brother brother to death and father child, and will rise up children against parents and will put to death them.
ਤਦਾ ਭ੍ਰਾਤਾ ਭ੍ਰਾਤਰੰ ਪਿਤਾ ਪੁਤ੍ਰੰ ਘਾਤਨਾਰ੍ਥੰ ਪਰਹਸ੍ਤੇਸ਼਼ੁ ਸਮਰ੍ਪਯਿਸ਼਼੍ਯਤੇ, ਤਥਾ ਪਤ੍ਯਾਨਿ ਮਾਤਾਪਿਤ੍ਰੋ ਰ੍ਵਿਪਕ੍ਸ਼਼ਤਯਾ ਤੌ ਘਾਤਯਿਸ਼਼੍ਯਨ੍ਤਿ|
13 And you will be hated by all on account of the name of Me. the [one] however having endured to [the] end, he will be saved.
ਮਮ ਨਾਮਹੇਤੋਃ ਸਰ੍ੱਵੇਸ਼਼ਾਂ ਸਵਿਧੇ ਯੂਯੰ ਜੁਗੁਪ੍ਸਿਤਾ ਭਵਿਸ਼਼੍ਯਥ, ਕਿਨ੍ਤੁ ਯਃ ਕਸ਼੍ਚਿਤ੍ ਸ਼ੇਸ਼਼ਪਰ੍ੱਯਨ੍ਤੰ ਧੈਰ੍ੱਯਮ੍ ਆਲਮ੍ਬਿਸ਼਼੍ਯਤੇ ਸਏਵ ਪਰਿਤ੍ਰਾਸ੍ਯਤੇ|
14 When then you may see the abomination of the desolation (which having been spoken of by Daniel prophet *K*) (already standing *N(k)(o)*) where not it should — the [one] reading he should understand — then those in Judea they should flee to the mountains;
ਦਾਨਿਯੇਲ੍ਭਵਿਸ਼਼੍ਯਦ੍ਵਾਦਿਨਾ ਪ੍ਰੋਕ੍ਤੰ ਸਰ੍ੱਵਨਾਸ਼ਿ ਜੁਗੁਪ੍ਸਿਤਞ੍ਚ ਵਸ੍ਤੁ ਯਦਾ ਤ੍ਵਯੋਗ੍ਯਸ੍ਥਾਨੇ ਵਿਦ੍ਯਮਾਨੰ ਦ੍ਰਕ੍ਸ਼਼ਥ (ਯੋ ਜਨਃ ਪਠਤਿ ਸ ਬੁਧ੍ਯਤਾਂ) ਤਦਾ ਯੇ ਯਿਹੂਦੀਯਦੇਸ਼ੇ ਤਿਸ਼਼੍ਠਨ੍ਤਿ ਤੇ ਮਹੀਧ੍ਰੰ ਪ੍ਰਤਿ ਪਲਾਯਨ੍ਤਾਂ;
15 the [one] and upon the housetop not he should come down (into house *KO*) nor should go in to take anything out of the house of him;
ਤਥਾ ਯੋ ਨਰੋ ਗ੍ਰੁʼਹੋਪਰਿ ਤਿਸ਼਼੍ਠਤਿ ਸ ਗ੍ਰੁʼਹਮਧ੍ਯੰ ਨਾਵਰੋਹਤੁ, ਤਥਾ ਕਿਮਪਿ ਵਸ੍ਤੁ ਗ੍ਰਹੀਤੁੰ ਮਧ੍ਯੇਗ੍ਰੁʼਹੰ ਨ ਪ੍ਰਵਿਸ਼ਤੁ;
16 and the [one] in the field (being *k*) not he should return to the [things] back to take the clothing of him.
ਤਥਾ ਚ ਯੋ ਨਰਃ ਕ੍ਸ਼਼ੇਤ੍ਰੇ ਤਿਸ਼਼੍ਠਤਿ ਸੋਪਿ ਸ੍ਵਵਸ੍ਤ੍ਰੰ ਗ੍ਰਹੀਤੁੰ ਪਰਾਵ੍ਰੁʼਤ੍ਯ ਨ ਵ੍ਰਜਤੁ|
17 Woe then to those in womb [pregnancy] having and to the [ones] nursing infants in those days!
ਤਦਾਨੀਂ ਗਰ੍ੱਭਵਤੀਨਾਂ ਸ੍ਤਨ੍ਯਦਾਤ੍ਰੀਣਾਞ੍ਚ ਯੋਸ਼਼ਿਤਾਂ ਦੁਰ੍ਗਤਿ ਰ੍ਭਵਿਸ਼਼੍ਯਤਿ|
18 do pray then that it not may happen (the flight of you *K*) in winter.
ਯੁਸ਼਼੍ਮਾਕੰ ਪਲਾਯਨੰ ਸ਼ੀਤਕਾਲੇ ਯਥਾ ਨ ਭਵਤਿ ਤਦਰ੍ਥੰ ਪ੍ਰਾਰ੍ਥਯਧ੍ਵੰ|
19 will be [in] for the days those tribulation such as never has been [the] like from [the] beginning of creation (which *N(k)O*) created God until now — and certainly not may happen.
ਯਤਸ੍ਤਦਾ ਯਾਦ੍ਰੁʼਸ਼ੀ ਦੁਰ੍ਘਟਨਾ ਘਟਿਸ਼਼੍ਯਤੇ ਤਾਦ੍ਰੁʼਸ਼ੀ ਦੁਰ੍ਘਟਨਾ ਈਸ਼੍ਵਰਸ੍ਰੁʼਸ਼਼੍ਟੇਃ ਪ੍ਰਥਮਮਾਰਭ੍ਯਾਦ੍ਯ ਯਾਵਤ੍ ਕਦਾਪਿ ਨ ਜਾਤਾ ਨ ਜਨਿਸ਼਼੍ਯਤੇ ਚ|
20 And only unless shortened [the] Lord the days, not then would there have been saved any flesh; but on account of the elect whom He chose He has shortened the days.
ਅਪਰਞ੍ਚ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼੍ਵਰੋ ਯਦਿ ਤਸ੍ਯ ਸਮਯਸ੍ਯ ਸੰਕ੍ਸ਼਼ੇਪੰ ਨ ਕਰੋਤਿ ਤਰ੍ਹਿ ਕਸ੍ਯਾਪਿ ਪ੍ਰਾਣਭ੍ਰੁʼਤੋ ਰਕ੍ਸ਼਼ਾ ਭਵਿਤੁੰ ਨ ਸ਼ਕ੍ਸ਼਼੍ਯਤਿ, ਕਿਨ੍ਤੁ ਯਾਨ੍ ਜਨਾਨ੍ ਮਨੋਨੀਤਾਨ੍ ਅਕਰੋਤ੍ ਤੇਸ਼਼ਾਂ ਸ੍ਵਮਨੋਨੀਤਾਨਾਂ ਹੇਤੋਃ ਸ ਤਦਨੇਹਸੰ ਸੰਕ੍ਸ਼਼ੇਪ੍ਸ੍ਯਤਿ|
21 And then if anyone to you shall say; (behold *N(k)O*) here [is] the Christ (or *KO*) (behold *N(k)O*) there! not (you do believe [it]. *N(k)O*)
ਅਨ੍ਯੱਚ ਪਸ਼੍ਯਤ ਖ੍ਰੀਸ਼਼੍ਟੋਤ੍ਰ ਸ੍ਥਾਨੇ ਵਾ ਤਤ੍ਰ ਸ੍ਥਾਨੇ ਵਿਦ੍ਯਤੇ, ਤਸ੍ਮਿਨ੍ਕਾਲੇ ਯਦਿ ਕਸ਼੍ਚਿਦ੍ ਯੁਸ਼਼੍ਮਾਨ੍ ਏਤਾਦ੍ਰੁʼਸ਼ੰ ਵਾਕ੍ਯੰ ਵ੍ਯਾਹਰਤਿ, ਤਰ੍ਹਿ ਤਸ੍ਮਿਨ੍ ਵਾਕ੍ਯੇ ਭੈਵ ਵਿਸ਼੍ਵਸਿਤ|
22 There will arise for false Christs and false prophets and will give signs and wonders so as to deceive if possible (and *ko*) the elect.
ਯਤੋਨੇਕੇ ਮਿਥ੍ਯਾਖ੍ਰੀਸ਼਼੍ਟਾ ਮਿਥ੍ਯਾਭਵਿਸ਼਼੍ਯਦ੍ਵਾਦਿਨਸ਼੍ਚ ਸਮੁਪਸ੍ਥਾਯ ਬਹੂਨਿ ਚਿਹ੍ਨਾਨ੍ਯਦ੍ਭੁਤਾਨਿ ਕਰ੍ੰਮਾਣਿ ਚ ਦਰ੍ਸ਼ਯਿਸ਼਼੍ਯਨ੍ਤਿ; ਤਥਾ ਯਦਿ ਸਮ੍ਭਵਤਿ ਤਰ੍ਹਿ ਮਨੋਨੀਤਲੋਕਾਨਾਮਪਿ ਮਿਥ੍ਯਾਮਤਿੰ ਜਨਯਿਸ਼਼੍ਯਨ੍ਤਿ|
23 You yourselves however do take heed; (behold *K*) I have foretold to you all things.
ਪਸ਼੍ਯਤ ਘਟਨਾਤਃ ਪੂਰ੍ੱਵੰ ਸਰ੍ੱਵਕਾਰ੍ੱਯਸ੍ਯ ਵਾਰ੍ੱਤਾਂ ਯੁਸ਼਼੍ਮਭ੍ਯਮਦਾਮ੍, ਯੂਯੰ ਸਾਵਧਾਨਾਸ੍ਤਿਸ਼਼੍ਠਤ|
24 But in those days after the tribulation those The sun will be darkened, and the moon not will give the light of it,
ਅਪਰਞ੍ਚ ਤਸ੍ਯ ਕ੍ਲੇਸ਼ਕਾਲਸ੍ਯਾਵ੍ਯਵਹਿਤੇ ਪਰਕਾਲੇ ਭਾਸ੍ਕਰਃ ਸਾਨ੍ਧਕਾਰੋ ਭਵਿਸ਼਼੍ਯਤਿ ਤਥੈਵ ਚਨ੍ਦ੍ਰਸ਼੍ਚਨ੍ਦ੍ਰਿਕਾਂ ਨ ਦਾਸ੍ਯਤਿ|
25 and the stars will be out of the heaven (falling, *N(k)O*) and the powers that [are] in the heavens will be shaken.’
ਨਭਃਸ੍ਥਾਨਿ ਨਕ੍ਸ਼਼ਤ੍ਰਾਣਿ ਪਤਿਸ਼਼੍ਯਨ੍ਤਿ, ਵ੍ਯੋਮਮਣ੍ਡਲਸ੍ਥਾ ਗ੍ਰਹਾਸ਼੍ਚ ਵਿਚਲਿਸ਼਼੍ਯਨ੍ਤਿ|
26 And then will they behold the Son of Man coming in [the] clouds with power great and glory.
ਤਦਾਨੀਂ ਮਹਾਪਰਾਕ੍ਰਮੇਣ ਮਹੈਸ਼੍ਵਰ੍ੱਯੇਣ ਚ ਮੇਘਮਾਰੁਹ੍ਯ ਸਮਾਯਾਨ੍ਤੰ ਮਾਨਵਸੁਤੰ ਮਾਨਵਾਃ ਸਮੀਕ੍ਸ਼਼ਿਸ਼਼੍ਯਨ੍ਤੇ|
27 And then He will send the angels (of him *K*) and will gather together the elect of Him from the four winds from [the] end of earth until [the] end of heaven.
ਅਨ੍ਯੱਚ ਸ ਨਿਜਦੂਤਾਨ੍ ਪ੍ਰਹਿਤ੍ਯ ਨਭੋਭੂਮ੍ਯੋਃ ਸੀਮਾਂ ਯਾਵਦ੍ ਜਗਤਸ਼੍ਚਤੁਰ੍ਦਿਗ੍ਭ੍ਯਃ ਸ੍ਵਮਨੋਨੀਤਲੋਕਾਨ੍ ਸੰਗ੍ਰਹੀਸ਼਼੍ਯਤਿ|
28 Of now the fig tree do learn the parable: When already the branch of it tender may become, and may it put forth the leaves, you know that near the summer is.
ਉਡੁਮ੍ਬਰਤਰੋ ਰ੍ਦ੍ਰੁʼਸ਼਼੍ਟਾਨ੍ਤੰ ਸ਼ਿਕ੍ਸ਼਼ਧ੍ਵੰ ਯਦੋਡੁਮ੍ਬਰਸ੍ਯ ਤਰੋ ਰ੍ਨਵੀਨਾਃ ਸ਼ਾਖਾ ਜਾਯਨ੍ਤੇ ਪੱਲਵਾਦੀਨਿ ਚ ਰ੍ਨਿਗੱਛਨ੍ਤਿ, ਤਦਾ ਨਿਦਾਘਕਾਲਃ ਸਵਿਧੋ ਭਵਤੀਤਿ ਯੂਯੰ ਜ੍ਞਾਤੁੰ ਸ਼ਕ੍ਨੁਥ|
29 So also you yourselves, when you may see these things coming to pass, do know that near He is at [the] doors.
ਤਦ੍ਵਦ੍ ਏਤਾ ਘਟਨਾ ਦ੍ਰੁʼਸ਼਼੍ਟ੍ਵਾ ਸ ਕਾਲੋ ਦ੍ਵਾਰ੍ੱਯੁਪਸ੍ਥਿਤ ਇਤਿ ਜਾਨੀਤ|
30 Amen I say to you that certainly not may have passed away generation this until when these things all may happen.
ਯੁਸ਼਼੍ਮਾਨਹੰ ਯਥਾਰ੍ਥੰ ਵਦਾਮਿ, ਆਧੁਨਿਕਲੋਕਾਨਾਂ ਗਮਨਾਤ੍ ਪੂਰ੍ੱਵੰ ਤਾਨਿ ਸਰ੍ੱਵਾਣਿ ਘਟਿਸ਼਼੍ਯਨ੍ਤੇ|
31 The heaven and the earth (will pass away, *NK(o)*) but the words of Mine certainly not (will pass away. *N(k)O*)
ਦ੍ਯਾਵਾਪ੍ਰੁʼਥਿਵ੍ਯੋ ਰ੍ਵਿਚਲਿਤਯੋਃ ਸਤ੍ਯੋ ਰ੍ਮਦੀਯਾ ਵਾਣੀ ਨ ਵਿਚਲਿਸ਼਼੍ਯਤਿ|
32 Concerning now the day that (or *N(k)O*) the hour no [one] knows not even the angels (*k*) in heaven nor the Son only except the Father.
ਅਪਰਞ੍ਚ ਸ੍ਵਰ੍ਗਸ੍ਥਦੂਤਗਣੋ ਵਾ ਪੁਤ੍ਰੋ ਵਾ ਤਾਤਾਦਨ੍ਯਃ ਕੋਪਿ ਤੰ ਦਿਵਸੰ ਤੰ ਦਣ੍ਡੰ ਵਾ ਨ ਜ੍ਞਾਪਯਤਿ|
33 do take heed, do watch (and do pray; *KO*) not you know for when the time is.
ਅਤਃ ਸ ਸਮਯਃ ਕਦਾ ਭਵਿਸ਼਼੍ਯਤਿ, ਏਤੱਜ੍ਞਾਨਾਭਾਵਾਦ੍ ਯੂਯੰ ਸਾਵਧਾਨਾਸ੍ਤਿਸ਼਼੍ਠਤ, ਸਤਰ੍ਕਾਸ਼੍ਚ ਭੂਤ੍ਵਾ ਪ੍ਰਾਰ੍ਥਯਧ੍ਵੰ;
34 [It is] like a man going on a journey having left the house of him and having given to the servants of him authority, (and *k*) to each one the work of him, And the doorkeeper he commanded that he may keep watch.
ਯਦ੍ਵਤ੍ ਕਸ਼੍ਚਿਤ੍ ਪੁਮਾਨ੍ ਸ੍ਵਨਿਵੇਸ਼ਨਾਦ੍ ਦੂਰਦੇਸ਼ੰ ਪ੍ਰਤਿ ਯਾਤ੍ਰਾਕਰਣਕਾਲੇ ਦਾਸੇਸ਼਼ੁ ਸ੍ਵਕਾਰ੍ੱਯਸ੍ਯ ਭਾਰਮਰ੍ਪਯਿਤ੍ਵਾ ਸਰ੍ੱਵਾਨ੍ ਸ੍ਵੇ ਸ੍ਵੇ ਕਰ੍ੰਮਣਿ ਨਿਯੋਜਯਤਿ; ਅਪਰੰ ਦੌਵਾਰਿਕੰ ਜਾਗਰਿਤੁੰ ਸਮਾਦਿਸ਼੍ਯ ਯਾਤਿ, ਤਦ੍ਵਨ੍ ਨਰਪੁਤ੍ਰਃ|
35 do watch therefore; not you know for when the master of the house comes (or *no*) at evening or (at midnight *N(k)O*) or when the rooster crows or morning;
ਗ੍ਰੁʼਹਪਤਿਃ ਸਾਯੰਕਾਲੇ ਨਿਸ਼ੀਥੇ ਵਾ ਤ੍ਰੁʼਤੀਯਯਾਮੇ ਵਾ ਪ੍ਰਾਤਃਕਾਲੇ ਵਾ ਕਦਾਗਮਿਸ਼਼੍ਯਤਿ ਤਦ੍ ਯੂਯੰ ਨ ਜਾਨੀਥ;
36 lest having come suddenly he may find you sleeping.
ਸ ਹਠਾਦਾਗਤ੍ਯ ਯਥਾ ਯੁਸ਼਼੍ਮਾਨ੍ ਨਿਦ੍ਰਿਤਾਨ੍ ਨ ਪਸ਼੍ਯਤਿ, ਤਦਰ੍ਥੰ ਜਾਗਰਿਤਾਸ੍ਤਿਸ਼਼੍ਠਤ|
37 (What [thing] *N(k)O*) now to you I say, to all I say: do watch.
ਯੁਸ਼਼੍ਮਾਨਹੰ ਯਦ੍ ਵਦਾਮਿ ਤਦੇਵ ਸਰ੍ੱਵਾਨ੍ ਵਦਾਮਿ, ਜਾਗਰਿਤਾਸ੍ਤਿਸ਼਼੍ਠਤੇਤਿ|
