< Mark 12 >

1 And He began to them in parables (to speak: *N(k)O*) A vineyard a man planted and he placed around [it] a fence and dug a wine vat and built a tower and rented out it to farmers and traveled abroad
Yesu nam mmebu so kasa kyerɛɛ nnipa no se: “Okuafo bi yɛɛ bobeturo, gyee ban faa ho, na otuu amoa a wokyi bobe mu nsu wɔ mu, sii ɔwɛn aban wɔ mu. Afei ɔde afuw no gyaw akuafo bi tuu kwan.
2 And he sent to the farmers at the due time a servant that from the farmers he may receive from (the fruits *N(k)O*) of the vineyard.
Eduu bere a bobe no bere a ɛsɛ sɛ wɔtew no, ɔsomaa ne ho nipa bi se onkogye ne kyɛfa mmrɛ no.
3 (*k*) (But *N(k)O*) having taken him they beat [him] and they sent [him] away empty-handed.
Nanso akuafo no boroo no, ma ɔde ne nsa pan san kɔe.
4 And again he sent to them another servant; and him and him (stoning *K*) they struck on the head and (sent *K*) (dishonored. *N(k)O*)
Okuafo no san somaa onipa foforo kɔɔ wɔn nkyɛn, na ɔno nso, wɔboroo no, pirapiraa no sen nea odi kan no.
5 And (again *k*) another He sent; and him and him they killed, also many others, (some *N(k)O*) indeed beating, (some *N(k)O*) however killing.
Onipa a ɔsomaa no bio no de, wokum no. Afoforo a akyiri no wɔkɔe no nso, wɔhwee ebinom, na wokum ebinom nso.
6 Yet (therefore *K*) one (did have *N(k)O*) son beloved (of him; *k*) he sent (and *k*) him last to them saying that They will have respect for the son of mine.
“Nanso na aka ɔbaako a ɔyɛ ne ba a ɔdɔ no. Ɔsomaa ɔno nso kɔɔ wɔn nkyɛn, susuw sɛ wɔbɛfɛre no de nidi ama no.
7 Those however farmers to themselves they said that This is the heir; come let us kill him, and ours will be the inheritance.
“Nanso bere a akuafo no huu no sɛ ɔreba no, wɔkae se, ‘Ɔdedifo no na ɔreba no. Momma yenkum no, na agyapade no ayɛ yɛn de!’
8 And having taken they killed him and cast forth him outside the vineyard.
Wɔkyeree no kum no, twee no fii bobe turo mu hɔ kɔtow no kyenee baabi.
9 What therefore will do the master of the vineyard? he will come and he will destroy the farmers and will give the vineyard to others.
“Mugye di sɛ, sɛ afuw wura no ba a dɛn na ɔbɛyɛ akuafo no? Ɔbɛba abekum wɔn, na ɔde afuw no ama nnipa foforo.
10 Not even Scripture this have you read: [The] stone which rejected those building, this has become the chief of [the] corner;
Monnkenkan eyi wɔ Kyerɛwsɛm no mu pɛn se: “‘Ɔbo a adansifo apo no, ɛno ara na abɛyɛ dan no twea so tibo;
11 from [the] Lord was this, and it is marvelous in [the] eyes of us.’?
Awurade na wayɛ eyi, na ɛyɛ nwonwa wɔ yɛn ani so?’”
12 And they were seeking Him to lay hold of and they feared the crowd; they knew for that against them the parable He had spoken. And having left Him they went away.
Na esiane saa bɛ a obui no nti, Yudafo mpanyin no pɛɛ sɛ wɔkyere no, efisɛ wuhuu sɛ wɔn ho asɛm na ɔreka no a ɛkyerɛ sɛ, wɔne saa akuafo atirimɔdenfo no. Nanso na wosuro dɔm no. Eyi ma wogyaa no, na wofii hɔ kɔe.
13 And they send to Him some of the Pharisees and of the Herodians that Him they may catch in discourse.
Wɔsomaa Farisifo ne Herodefo bi baa Yesu nkyɛn sɛ wɔne no mmɛkasa, na wɔnam nʼanom asɛm so anya no akyere no.
14 (*k*) (And *N(k)O*) having come they say to Him; Teacher, we know that true You are and not there is care to You about no [one]; not for You look on [the] appearance of men but on the basis of [the] truth the way of God teach. Is it lawful to give tribute to Caesar or not?
Wobisaa no se, “Kyerɛkyerɛfo, yenim sɛ woyɛ ɔnokwafo a wotaa ka nokware. Nea onipa ka no ntumi nnan wʼadwene. Afei wokyerɛkyerɛ nnipa Onyankopɔn akwan. Yɛpɛ sɛ yebisa wo se, eye sɛ woyi tow ma Roma Hempɔn Kaesare anaa enye?”
15 shall we pay or not shall we pay? And knowing of them the hypocrisy He said to them; Why Me do you test? do bring Me a denarius that I may see [it].
Yesu huu wɔn adwemmɔne no kae se, “Adɛn nti na mosɔ me hwɛ, momfa sika a wɔde yi tow no bi nkyerɛ me, na mɛma mo mmuae.”
16 And they brought [it]. And He says to them; Of whom [is] likeness this and the inscription? And they said to Him; Caesar’s.
Wɔde maa no ma obisaa wɔn se, “Hena mfoni ne nkyerɛw na ɛwɔ so?” Wobuae se, “Kaesare de.”
17 (and answering *k*) (And *no*) Jesus said to them; the [things] of Caesar do give back to Caesar and the [things] of God to God. And (they were amazed *N(k)(o)*) at Him.
Yesu ka kyerɛɛ wɔn se, “Ɛno de momfa Kaesare de mma no, na momfa Onyankopɔn de mma Onyankopɔn!” Ne mmuae no maa wɔn ho dwiriw wɔn.
18 And come Sadducees to Him who say a resurrection not being and (they were questioning *N(k)O*) Him saying;
Sadukifo a wɔka se owusɔre nni hɔ no baa ne nkyɛn bebisaa no se,
19 Teacher, Moses wrote for us that if of anyone a brother shall die and he may leave behind a wife and not may leave (child *N(K)O*) that shall take the brother of him the wife (of him *k*) and may raise up seed for the brother of him.
“Kyerɛkyerɛfo, Mose yɛɛ mmara maa yɛn se, sɛ ɔbarima bi anwo na owu a, ne nuabarima mfa ne yere no kunabea na ɔne no nwo mma mma owufo no.
20 Seven brothers there were; and the first took a wife and dying not he left seed.
Anuanom baason bi tenaa ase. Nea odi kan no waree yere a, ɔne no anwo na owui.
21 And the second took her and died (and *k*) (not *N(k)O*) (he himself *k*) (having left *N(k)O*) seed and the third likewise;
Nea ɔto so abien no nso waree okunafo no, na ɔno nso ankyɛ na owui a ɔne no anwo. Na nea ɔto so abiɛsa no nso waree no a, ɔne no anwo na owui.
22 And (took her *k*) the seven (and *k*) not left offspring. (Last *N(k)O*) of all also the woman died.
Eyi kɔɔ so kosii sɛ anuanom yi nyinaa waree ɔbea no, na ɔbea no nso wui.
23 In the (therefore *K*) resurrection when they may rise of which of them will she be wife? For the seven had her as wife.
Nea yɛpɛ sɛ yehu ne sɛ, owusɔre mu, sɛ wonya sɔre a, wɔn mu hena na ɔbea no bɛyɛ ne yere?”
24 (and *k*) (Was saying *N(k)O*) to them Jesus (said: *k*) Surely because of this do you err not knowing the Scriptures nor [knowing] the power of God?
Yesu buaa wɔn se, “Mo mfomso a moyɛ no fi nim a munnim Kyerɛwsɛm no, ne Onyankopɔn tumi a ɔwɔ.
25 When for out from [the] dead they may rise, neither do they marry nor are given in marriage but are like angels (*ko*) in the heavens.
Sɛ anuanom baason yi ne ɔbea no sɔre fi awufo mu a, wɔrenware; wɔbɛyɛ sɛ abɔfo a wɔwɔ ɔsoro no.
26 Concerning now the dead that they rise, surely you have read in the book of Moses on (the *N(k)O*) bush (how *N(k)O*) spoke to him God saying; I myself [am] the God of Abraham and the God of Isaac and the God of Jacob’?
Afei nea ɛfa awufo nyan no ho nso, monkenkan Mose nhoma no mu asɛm a ɛfa Mose ne nwura a na ɛhyew no ho da? Onyankopɔn ka kyerɛɛ Mose sɛ, ‘Mene Abraham Nyankopɔn, Isak Nyankopɔn ne Yakob Nyankopɔn.’
27 Not He is (the *k*) God of [the] dead but (God *k*) of [the] living; (you yourselves therefore *KO*) Greatly you err.
28 And having come up one of the scribes, having heard when they are reasoning together, (seeing *N(k)O*) that well He answered them he questioned Him; Which is commandment [the] first (of all *N(k)O*)
Kyerɛwsɛm no akyerɛkyerɛfo no mu baako a ogyina hɔ retie no huu sɛ, wabua wɔn sɛnea ɛfata no, obisaa no se, “Mose mmaransɛm no mu nea ɛwɔ he na ɛkyɛn ne nyinaa?”
29 (now *k*) Answered Jesus (to him *ko*) The first (is *no*) (of all *K(o)*) (commandments: *K*) do listen O Israel: [The] Lord the God of us [the] Lord One is;
Yesu buaa no se, “Nea ɛkyɛn ne nyinaa ne nea ɛka se, ‘Israel, tie! Awurade, yɛn Nyankopɔn yɛ Awurade koro;
30 and you will love [the] Lord the God of you with all the heart of you and with all the soul of you and with all the mind of you and with all the strength of you.’ (this first commandment. *KO*)
na dɔ Awurade wo Nyankopɔn fi wo koma ne wo kra ne wʼadwene ne wʼahoɔden nyinaa mu,’ no.
31 (and *ko*) [The] second (like *KO*) this: You will love the neighbour of you as yourself.’ Greater than these another commandment not there is.
Na nea ɛto so abien no ne: ‘Dɔ wo yɔnko sɛ wo ho.’ Mmaransɛm bi nni hɔ a ɛkyɛn eyinom.”
32 And said to Him the scribe; Right, Teacher, according to truth You have spoken that One He is (God *K*) and not there is another besides Him.
Kyerɛwsɛm no kyerɛkyerɛfo no buaa no se, “Owura, woaka nokware sɛ, Onyankopɔn baako pɛ na ɔwɔ hɔ, na obi foforo nka ne ho,
33 and to love Him with all the heart and with all the understanding (and from all soul *KO*) and with all the strength and to love the neighbour as oneself (more excessive *N(K)O*) is than all the burnt offerings and (*k*) sacrifices.
na minim nso sɛ, sɛ mɛdɔ no afi me koma ne mʼadwene ne mʼahoɔden nyinaa mu, na mɛdɔ me yɔnko sɛ me ho no, sen afɔre biara a wɔbɔ.”
34 And Jesus having seen him that wisely he answered He said to him; Not far are you from the kingdom of God. And no [one] no longer no longer was daring Him to question.
Yesu huu sɛ wabua asɛm no nyansa mu no, ɔka kyerɛɛ no se, “Wo ne Onyankopɔn ahenni ntam kwan nware.” Na saa asɛm yi akyi no, obi antumi ammisa no asɛm biara bio.
35 And answering Jesus was saying teaching in the temple; How say the scribes that the Christ [the] son of David is?
Bere bi a Yesu rekyerɛkyerɛ wɔ asɔredan mu no, obisaa nnipa no se, “Adɛn na Kyerɛwsɛm no akyerɛkyerɛfo no ka se, ɛsɛ sɛ Agyenkwa no yɛ Ɔhene Dawid ba?
36 Himself (for *ko*) David said by the Spirit Holy: (Said *NK(o)*) (the *ko*) Lord to the Lord of me; (do sit *NK(o)*) at [the] right hand of Me until when I may place of the enemies of You (under *N(k)O*) of the feet of You.’
Efisɛ Dawid ankasa nam Honhom Kronkron mu kae se, “‘Awurade ka kyerɛɛ me wura se: “Tena me nifa so kosi sɛ mede wʼatamfo bɛyɛ wo nan ntiaso.”’
37 Himself (therefore *K*) David names Him Lord, then how of him is He son? And the great crowd was listening to Him gladly.
Sɛ Dawid frɛ no ‘Awurade’ a, ɛyɛɛ dɛn na Kristo no yɛ ne ba?” Ɔkwan a ɔfaa so kasaa no maa nnipa no de anigye tiee no.
38 And (to them *k*) in the teaching of Him He was saying; do beware of the scribes who are desiring in robes to walk about and greetings in the marketplaces
Bere bi a nnipakuw bi de anigye retie Yesu no, ɔka kyerɛɛ wɔn se, “Monhwɛ mo ho yiye wɔ Kyerɛwsɛm no akyerɛkyerɛfo ho! Wɔhyɛ ntade akɛse sɛ asikafo na sɛ wɔnam bagua mu a, wɔpɛ sɛ obiara a ohyia wɔn no de obu kyia wɔn.
39 and first seats in the synagogues and first places at the feasts,
Sɛ wɔkɔ hyiadan mu a wɔtenatena mpanyin agua so, na sɛ wɔkɔ adidi ase a, wɔtena mpanyin tenabea.
40 those devouring the houses of the widows and as a pretext at great length praying, These will receive more excessive judgment.
Wɔbɔ mpae atenten ma nnipa hu sɛ wɔresom Onyankopɔn, nanso wosisi akunafo. Eyi nti wobenya asotwe a emu yɛ duru.”
41 And having sat down (Jesus *k*) (opposite *NK(o)*) the treasury He was watching how the crowd cast money into the treasury. and many rich were casting [in] much;
Da bi a Yesu kɔɔ asɔredan mu no, ɔkɔtenaa afɔrebɔ adaka a esi hɔ no anim hwɛɛ sɛnea nkurɔfo no de sika regu adaka no mu. Asikafo no de sika a ɛdɔɔso guu mu.
42 And having come one widow poor she cast [in] lepta two which is a kodrantes.
Ɔbea kunafo hiani bi nso bae, na ɔde sika nketewa abien beguu mu.
43 And having called to [Him] the disciples of Him (He says *N(k)O*) to them; Amen I say to you that widow this poor more than all (has cast [in] *N(k)O*) of those (casting *N(k)O*) into the treasury;
Ɔfrɛɛ nʼasuafo no baa ne nkyɛn ka kyerɛɛ wɔn se, “Saa ɔbea kunafo hiani yi afɔre a ɔbɔe no dɔɔso sen asikafo no nyinaa afɔrebɔde.
44 All for out of that which is abounding to them cast [in], she however out of the poverty of her all as much as she had cast [in], all the livelihood of her.
Na wɔn nyinaa fi nea wɔanya ama abu wɔn so no mu na woyiyii bi de bae, na ɔbea yi de, ofi ne hia mu de nea ɔwɔ nyinaa na abegu mu no.”
