< Luke 21 >

1 Having looked up now He saw the ones casting into the treasury the gifts of them rich.

2 He saw then (and *k*) a certain widow poor casting in lepta two.

3 And He said; Truly I say to you that widow this poor more than all has cast in;
Te dongah, “Nangmih taengah rhep kan thui, hekah nuhmai khodaeng loh amih boeih lakah muep a sang coeng.
4 (all *N(k)O*) for these out of that which was abounding to them they cast in the gifts (of God *KO*) she however out of the poverty of her (all *N(k)O*) the livelihood that she had did cast.
Amih tah amamih kah acoih te kutdoe la boeih a sanguh. Anih long tah a vawtthoeknah khui lamkah a khosaknah ham a khueh te boeih a sang coeng,” a ti nah.
5 And as some were speaking about the temple that with stones goodly and with consecrated gifts it has been adorned He said;
Bawkim te lungto khaw then tih nawnnah neh a thoeihcam coeng bet a ti uh.
6 [As to] these things which you are beholding, will come [the] days in which not will be left stone upon stone (here *O*) which not will be thrown down.
“Hekah he na hmuh uh dae khohnin ha pawk ni. Te vaengah a phil pawt te lungto pakhat dongah lungto pakhat khaw hmaai mahpawh,” a ti nah.
7 They asked then Him saying; Teacher, when then these things will be and what [will be] the sign when may soon be these things to take place?
Amah te a dawt uh tih, “Saya, te koinih te te me vaengah lae a om eh? Miknoek loh a om tom vaengah balae aka om eh?” a ti nauh.
8 And He said; do take heed lest you may be led astray; many for will come in the name of Me saying (that: *ko*) I myself am [He], and The time has drawn near. Not (therefore *K*) may go after them.

9 When then you may hear of wars and commotions, not may be terrified; it behooves for these things to take place first but not immediately [is] the end.
Caem neh soekloeknah na yaak uh vaengah let uh boeh. Te te lamhma la a om ham ngawn a kuek. Tedae a bawtnah long tah pha koeloe mahpawh,” a ti nah.
10 Then He was saying to them; Will rise up nation against nation and kingdom against kingdom,
Te phoeiah amih te, “Namtu loh namtu, ram loh ram a thoh thil ni.
11 Earthquakes both great and in different places famines and pestilences there will be, fearful sights also and from heaven signs great will there be.
Lingluei puei neh khokha loh hmuen tom ah tlung vetih duektahaw khaw pul ni. Mueirhih neh vaan lamkah miknoek long khaw mat ha thoeng ni.
12 Before however these things (all *N(k)O*) they will lay upon you the hands of them and will persecute [you] delivering [you] to (the *no*) synagogues and prisons, (leading [you] *N(k)O*) before kings and governors on account of the name of Me.
Tedae te hlan ah te hlang boeih kah a kut te nangmih pum dongla a hlah uh vetih n'hnaemtaek uh ni. Tunim neh thongim la n'thak uh ni. Kai ming kongah manghai tom neh khoboei tom taengla ng'khuen uh ni.
13 It will result (now *ko*) to you for a testimony.
Nangmih ham laipai la poeh bitni.
14 (do implant *N(k)O*) therefore (in the hearts *N(k)O*) of you not to premeditate to present a defense;
Te dongah na thinko khuiah khueh uh lamtah huul uh ham khaw tawn boeh.
15 I myself for will give you a mouth and wisdom which not will be able to resist (nor *N(k)O*) to reply to (all *N(k)O*) those opposing you.
Kai loh olka neh cueihnah te nangmih kam paek bitni. Te te nangmih aka kingkalh rhoek boeih loh a kamkaih ham neh a oelh ham coeng thai mahpawh.
16 You will be betrayed then even by parents and brothers and relatives and friends and they will put to death [some] from among you.
Nangmih te manu napa, manuca rhoek, huiko neh paya laikoi long khaw m'voeih uh vetih n'duek sak ni.
17 And you will be hated by all because of the name of Me.
Kai ming kongah hlang boeih kah a hmuhuet la na om uh ni.
18 But a hair of the head of you certainly not may perish.
Tedae na lu sokah sampin pataeng poci loengloeng mahpawh.
19 By the patient endurance of you [all] (do you gain yourselves *NK(o)*) the souls of you [all].
Namamih kah uehnah nen ni na hinglu te na kaelh uh eh.
20 When then you may see being encircled by encampments (*k*) Jerusalem, then do know that has drawn near the desolation of her.
Caem loh Jerusalem a vael uh te na hmuh uh vaengah, anih kah mitmoengnah loh yoei coeng tite ming uh.
21 Then those in Judea they should flee to the mountains, and those in midst of her they should depart out, and those in the countries not they should enter into her.
Te vaengah Judea kah rhoek loh tlang la rhaelrham uh saeh. A laklung kah rhoek long khaw coe uh saeh. Tekah kho kah rhoek khaw a kuila kun boel saeh.
22 for [the] days of avenging these are (to fill *N(k)O*) all things which written.
Te dongah a daek tangtae te boeih soep sak ham ni te rhoek kah kutthungnah khohnin tah a om.
23 But woe (now *k*) to those in womb [pregnancy] having and to the [ones] nursing in those the days; there will be for distress great upon the land and wrath (in *k*) to the people this,
Anunae bungvawn la aka om neh te khohnin kah cacun rhoek aih. Diklai hmankah a kueknah a len neh he pilnam taengah kosi la om bitni.
24 And they will fall by [the] edge of [the] sword and will be led captive into the nations all and Jerusalem will be trodden down by [the] Gentiles until (that *no*) may be fulfilled (and will be *O*) [the] times of [the] Gentiles.
Te vaengah cunghang ha dongah cungku uh vetih namtom boeih taengah a sol uh ni. Namtom rhoek kah a tue a soep duela Jerusalem khaw namtom kah a til ham ni a om eh.
25 And (there will be *N(k)O*) signs in sun and moon and stars, and upon the earth distress of nations with perplexity ([the] sound *N(k)O*) of [the] sea and rolling surge
Te vaengah tah miknoek boeih loh khomik, hla neh aisi dongah om uh ni. Tuipuei kah olhum neh tuiphu kah ngaihitnah dongah namtom rhoek kah ngaisaknah te diklai ah om ni.
26 when are fainting men from fear and expectation of that which is coming on the earth; for the powers of the heavens will be shaken.
Lunglai ah aka thoeng rhihnah neh lamsonah dongah hlang he sut hit uh ni. Vaan kah thaomnah long khaw hinghuen uh ni.
27 And then will they behold the Son of Man coming in a cloud with power and glory great.
Te vaengah khomai dongah thaomnah neh thangpomnah a len neh aka pawk hlang capa te a hmuh uh ni.
28 Beginning then of these things to come to pass do look up and do lift up the heads of you because draws near the redemption of you.
Nangmih kah tlannah tah a yoei coeng dongah, aka om ham te a moe vaengah pai uh lamtah na lu dangrhoek uh,” a ti nah.
29 And He spoke a parable to them: Behold the fig tree and all the trees.
Te phoeiah amih ham nuettahnah neh, “Thaibu neh thing boeih ke na hmuh uh.
30 When they may sprout already, looking [on them] for yourselves you know that already near the summer is.
Tahae kah aka boe te aka hmuh rhoek long tah namah neh namah te, khohal vat a pha coeng tila na ming uh.
31 So also you yourselves when you may see these things coming to pass, do know that near is the kingdom of God.
Te vanbangla nangmih long khaw he he ha thoeng tih, na hmuh uh vaengah Pathen kah ram tah pai tom coeng tila ming uh.
32 Amen I say to you that certainly not may have passed away generation this until when all [these things] may happen.
Nangmih taengah rhep ka thui, boeih a thoeng hlan atah tahae kah cadil loh a khum mueh la om mahpawh.
33 The heaven and the earth (will pass away, *NK(o)*) but the words of Mine certainly not (will pass away. *N(k)O*)
Vaan neh diklai tah khum ni, tedae kai ol khum loengloeng mahpawh.
34 do take heed now to yourselves otherwise otherwise (may be burdened *N(k)O*) of you the hearts with dissipation and drunkenness and cares of life — and may come upon you suddenly day that [very]
Te dongah namamih te ngaithuen uh lukilnah, rhuihahnah, khosak rhamsak kah mawntangnah dongah na thinko loh n'nan ve. Tekah khohnin loh nangmih soah buengrhuet ha pai ve.
35 as a snare; (It will enter *N(k)O*) for upon all those sitting upon [the] face of all the earth.
Thaang bangla diklai maelhmai tom ah aka ngol rhoek boeih te a thoeng thil ni.
36 do watch (also *N(K)O*) at every season praying that (you may have strength *N(K)O*) to escape these things all that are soon to come to pass and to stand before the Son of Man.
Tedae aka thangthui rhoek loh a tue cungkuem dongah hakuh. Te daengah ni om la aka cai boeih he poenghal ham neh, hlang capa hmaiah pai ham na noeng uh eh,” a ti nah.
37 He was now during the day in the temple teaching. and the evening going out He was lodging on the mount which is being called Olivet.
Khothaih puet bawkim ah om tih a thuituen dae khoyin ah tah Olive a ti uh tlang soah cet tih rhaeh.
38 And all the group of people was coming early to Him in the temple to hear Him.
Te vaengah pilnam boeih loh anih ol yaak ham bawkim khuikah amah taengla ana yue uh coeng.
