< Luke 20 >
1 And it came to pass on one of the days (of those *k*) when is teaching He the people in the temple and evangelising came up the (chief priests *NK(o)*) and the scribes with the elders
2 and spoke saying to Him: do tell us by what authority these things You do or who is the [one] having given to You authority this?
Vakajova, “Utijovelayi! Wikita mambu aga kwa uhotola gani?” Ndi yani mweakupelili uhotola wenuwo?
3 Answering now He said to them; Will ask you I myself also I myself also (one *k*) thing, and do tell Me:
Yesu akavajovela, “Na nene yati nikuvakota likotesi,
4 The baptism of John from heaven was it or from men?
5 And they reasoned among themselves saying that If we shall say: From heaven, He will say; Because of why (therefore *K*) not did you believe in him?
Vakakotana vene kwa vene, “Tikajova wahumili kwa Chapanga, yati akutikota, ‘Ndava kyani mwamsadiki lepi?’
6 If however we shall say; From men, the people (all *N(k)O*) will stone us; persuaded for they are John a prophet to be.
7 And they answered not to know from where.
Vakamyangula, “Timmanyi lepi kwegahumili.”
8 And Jesus said to them; Neither I myself tell you by what authority these things I am doing.
9 He began then to the people to speak parable this: A man (certain *NK*) planted a vineyard and rented it to farmers and went abroad a time long.
Yesu akayendelela kuvajovela luhumu ulu, “Mundu mmonga alimili mgunda wa mizabibu, avakodishi valimaji, kangi akahamba mulugendu mbaka mulima wa kutali, akatama kwenuko magono gamahele.
10 And (in *k*) [in the] season he sent to the farmers a servant that from the fruit of the vineyard (they will give *N(k)O*) to him; But the farmers sent away him having beaten [him] empty-handed.
Lukumbi lwa kubena mizabibu mundu mwenuyo, amtumili mvanda waki akatola lilundu laki kuhuma ku mgunda. Nambu valimaji wa mumgunda wula vakamtova mvanda yula vakamvinga mawoko gawaka.
11 And he proceeded another to send a servant; but him him having beaten and having dishonored they sent away empty-handed.
Mkolo mgunda amtumili kavili mvanda yungi, nambu vene mewawa vakamtova na kumliga na kumvinga mawoko gawaka.
12 And he proceeded a third to send; They then also him having wounded they cast out.
13 Said then the master of the vineyard; What shall I do? I will send the son of mine the beloved; perhaps him (having seen *K*) they will respect.
Mkolo mgunda yula akahololela, ‘Yati nikita kyani? Yati nikumtuma mwana vangu ngayuyoyo wa chiganu, manya mwenuyo yati vakumtopesa.
14 Having seen now him the farmers were reasoning among (one another *N(k)O*) saying; This is the heir; (come *K*) let us kill him so that ours may become the inheritance.
Nambu valimaji vala, pevamuweni, vakajovesana, mwenuyu ndi mhali waki. Hinu timkomayi muni uhali waki uvya witu!’
15 And having cast forth him outside the vineyard they killed [him]. What therefore will do to them the master of the vineyard?
Yesu akavakota, “Mkolo mgunda yula yati akuvakita kyani valimaji vala?”
16 He will come and he will destroy farmers these and will give the vineyard to others. Having heard [it] then they said; Never would it be!
“Yati ibwela kuvakoma valimaji venavo, na kuvapela vangi mgunda wenuwo.” Vandu pevayuwini genago, vakajova, “Lepi! Gakotoka kuhumila hati padebe.”
17 But having looked at them He said; What then is that written this: [The] stone which rejected those building, this has become into [the] head of [the] corner’?
Nambu Yesu akavalolokesa na kuvakota. Mayandiku Gamsopi aga mana yaki kyani? Liganga levabeli vajengaji, hinu ndi liganga likulu la kutumbula pakujenga.
18 Everyone falling on that [very] stone will be broken; on whomever but maybe it may fall, it will grind into powder him.
Mundu yoyoha akagwilila panani ya liganga lenilo yati idenyekana hipandi hipandi, na liganga lenilo lakamgwilila mundu yoyoha ndi likumuyaga nyiminyimi.
19 And sought the scribes and the chief priests to lay on Him hands in that hour and they feared the people; they perceived for that against them He was speaking parable this.
Vawula va Malagizu na vakulu va kuteta vamanyili kuvya luhumu lwenuwo ukuvavala vene, ndi vaganayi kumkamula bahapo, nambu vayogwipi vandu.
20 And having watched [Him] they sent spies feigning themselves righteous to be, that they may catch Him in talk, (in order *N(k)O*) to deliver Him to the rule and to the authority of the governor.
21 And they questioned Him saying; Teacher, we know that rightly You speak and You teach and not You receive [any] person but on the basis of truth the way of God teach.
Vamang'omesi vala vakamjovela, “Muwula timanyili kuvya wijova na wiwula mambu gachakaka, wala nakumlola mundu pamihu ndi wiwula uchakaka munjila ya Chapanga.
22 Is it lawful (for us *N(k)O*) to Caesar tribute to give or not?
Ndi utijovela, wu!
23 having perceived however of them the craftiness He said to them (why *KO*) (me do you test; *K*)
Nambu Yesu amanyili likoka lavi, akavajovela,
24 (do show *N(k)O*) Me a denarius; Of whom has it [the] image and inscription? (Those *N(K)O*) And they said; Caesar’s.
“Munilangisa salafu ya lishonga. Wu, pamihu na liina ndi vya yani?” Vakamyangula, “Vya nkosi wa ku Loma.”
25 And He said (to *no*) (them; *N(k)O*) Therefore do give back the [things] of Caesar to Caesar and the [things] of God to God.
26 And not they were able to catch Him in (His *NK(o)*) declaration before the people, and having marveled at the answer of Him they became silent.
27 Having approached then some of the Sadducees, the ones (denying *NK(o)*) a resurrection not being, they questioned Him
Kangi Vasadukayu, vevijova kuvya vevafwili viyuka lepi, vakambwelela Yesu, vakajova,
28 saying; Teacher, Moses wrote to us: if anyone’s brother shall die having a wife and he childless (shall be, *N(K)O*) that shall take the brother of him the wife and shall raise up seed to the brother of him.
“Muwula, Musa atiyandikili ngati mlongo mundu afwili na amlekili mdala waki changali vana, yikumgana mhaja waki amhalayi lipwela mwenuyo, muni ambabakisila vana mlongo waki.
29 Seven therefore brothers there were; and the first having taken a wife died childless,
Hinu, kwavili na valongo saba va lukolo lumonga. Mhaja wavi agegili mdala, afwili changaleka mwana.
30 and (took *K*) the second (wife and this died childless *K*)
Mbena waki yula akamhala lipwela, mwene mewa afwili changali mwana,
31 and the third took her (likewise *o*) likewise then also the seven not did leave children and died.
hati mbena waki wa datu akamhala, mambu gakavya galagala voha saba vafwili, changali kuvelekisa vana.
32 Finally (now of all *K*) also the woman died.
Pamwishu, mdala yula afwili.
33 (The woman *no*) therefore in the resurrection, of which of them does she become wife? For the seven had her as wife.
Wu, palukumbi lwa vevafwili kuyukiswa, mdala yula alavya mdala wa yani? Muni agegiwi na voha saba.”
34 And (answering *k*) said to them Jesus; The sons of the age this marry and (are given in marriage, *N(k)O*) (aiōn )
Yesu akayangula, “Vandu va lusenje lwa hinu vigega na kugegewa, (aiōn )
35 those however having been considered worthy of the age that [one] to obtain and of the resurrection from [the] dead neither marry nor (are given in marriage; *N(k)(o)*) (aiōn )
36 (neither *N(k)O*) for to die any more are they able, like [the] angels for they are, and sons they are (*k*) of God of the resurrection sons being.
37 for however are raised the dead, even Moses showed at the bush when he names [the] Lord the God of Abraham and (the *k*) God of Isaac and (the *k*) God of Jacob.’
Hati, Musa atilangisi njwe, kuvya vevafwili yati viyukiswa, mu Mayandiku Gamsopi.
38 God now not He is of [the] dead but of [the] living; all for to Him live.
39 Answering now some of the scribes said; Teacher, well you have spoken.
Vawula va malagizu vangi va Musa vakajova, “Muwula, uvayangwili hotohoto!”
40 no longer no longer (then *N(k)O*) were they daring to ask Him no [thing].
Vandu vala vayogwipi kumkota kavili makotesi gangi.
41 He said then to them; How do they declare the Christ to be David's Son
42 (and *ko*) Himself (for *no*) David says in [the] book of Psalms: Said (the *ko*) Lord to the Lord of me; do sit at [the] right hand of Me
Muni Daudi mwene ajovili muchitabu cha Zabuli, Bambu, amjovili Bambu wangu, Tama muchiwoko changu cha kulyela
43 until when I may place the enemies of You [as] a footstool of the feet of You.
hati nivavika makoko vaku pahi pa magendelu gaku.
44 David therefore Lord Him calls, and how of him son is He?
Ngati Daudi akumkemela mwene, Bambu, hinu yihotoleka wuli, kuvya mwana waki?
45 When are listening now all the people He said to the disciples of Him;
Yesu avajovili vawuliwa vaki palongolo ya vandu voha,
46 do beware of the scribes who are desiring to walk in long robes and loving greetings in the marketplaces and first seats in the synagogues and first places in the banquets,
“Mujiyangalila na vawula va Malagizu ga Chapanga geampeli Musa, vevigana kugendagenda kuni vawalili magwanda gatali. Vigana kujambuswa chakufugwamila pandu pakugulisila vindu, kutama muvigoda vya kulongolo mu nyumba za kukonganekela Vayawudi, kutama muvigoda vya kulongolo ku mselebuko.
47 who devour the houses of widows and as a pretext at great length pray; These will receive more excessive condemnation.
Yati vihamuliwa neju kuliku vangi!”
