Leviticus 5
1 And anyone if it will sin and it will hear [the] sound of an oath and he [was] a witness or he saw or he knew if not he will tell and he will bear iniquity his.
Si une âme pèche et entend quelqu'un faisant un serment, si elle a été témoin de la chose, et qu'elle ne découvre pas ce qu'elle a vu et connu elle- même, elle se rendra coupable d'un délit.
2 Or anyone who it will touch every thing unclean or a carcass of an animal unclean or a carcass of livestock unclean or a carcass of a swarming thing unclean and it will be hidden from him and he [is] unclean and he will be guilty.
Si une âme touche une chose impure: cadavre, proie impure de bête fauve, cadavre impur et abominable, cadavre de bétail impur,
3 Or if he will touch [the] uncleanness of a human to all uncleanness his which he will be unclean by it and it will be hidden from him and he he knew and he will be guilty.
Ou l'une des impuretés de l'homme, l'une de ces impuretés qui souillent quand on les a touchées; si, l'ignorant d'abord, elle vient à le savoir, elle se trouve coupable d'un délit.
4 Or anyone if it will swear an oath by speaking rashly with lips to do evil - or to do good to all that he will speak rashly humankind in an oath and it will be hidden from him and he he knew and he will be guilty to one of these [things].
L'âme injuste qui, ayant de ses lèvres promis de faire, bien ou mal, l'une de ces choses que l'homme promet sous serment, la perd de vue, si elle vient à s'en souvenir et manque à quelque chose de ce qu'elle a promis,
5 And it will be that he will be guilty to one of these [things] and he will confess that he had sinned on it.
Cette âme confessera son délit, et les choses en quoi elle a péché;
6 And he will bring guilt offering his to Yahweh on sin his which he has sinned a female from the flock a ewe lamb or a female goat of goats to a sin offering and he will make atonement on him the priest from sin his.
Et, à cause de son offense au Seigneur, à cause de son délit, elle prendra, dans ses menus troupeaux, une femelle, brebis ou chevrette, pour le péché; et le prêtre priera Dieu pour elle au sujet du délit qu'elle aura commis, et son délit lui sera remis.
7 And if not it will reach hand his sufficiency of a sheep and he will bring guilt offering his which he has sinned two turtle-doves or two young ones of a dove to Yahweh one to a sin offering and one to a burnt offering.
Si ses facultés sont insuffisantes, pour donner une brebis, l'homme offrira, pour son péché au Seigneur, deux tourterelles ou deux pigeonneaux, l'un pour le délit, l'autre pour l'holocauste.
8 And he will bring them to the priest and he will present [the one] which [is] for the sin offering first and he will nip off head its from in front of neck its and not he will separate [it].
Il les portera au prêtre, et le prêtre apportera le premier à l'autel pour le délit; il repliera la tête du côté de la seconde vertèbre, mais il ne l'enlèvera pas.
9 And he will spatter some of [the] blood of the sin offering on [the] side of the altar and the remainder in the blood it will be drained out to [the] base of the altar [is] a sin offering it.
Il aspergera du sang du délit les cornes de l'autel, et il fera couler le sang goutte à goutte au pied de l'autel: car c'est le délit.
10 And the second [bird] he will offer a burnt offering according to the ordinance and he will make atonement on him the priest from sin his which he has sinned and it will be forgiven to him.
Il fera, du second oiseau, un holocauste, comme il convient, et le prêtre, priera Dieu pour l'homme au sujet du délit qu'il aura commis, et son délit lui sera remis.
11 And if not it will reach hand his to two turtle-doves or to two young ones of a dove and he will bring present his which he has sinned tenth of ephah fine flour to a sin offering not he will place on it oil and not he will put on it frankincense for [is] a sin offering it.
Si ses facultés sont insuffisantes pour qu'il apporte un couple de tourterelles ou deux pigeonneaux, il apportera en don, pour son péché, un dixième d'éphi de fine fleur de farine. Il ne versera point l'huile sur la farine, et, sur elle, il ne mettra pas d'encens, parce qu'elle est offerte à cause d'un délit.
12 And he will bring it to the priest and he will take a handful the priest - from it [the] fullness of handful his memorial offering its and he will make [it] smoke the altar towards on [the] fire offerings of Yahweh [is] a sin offering it.
L'homme portera au prêtre le dixième d'éphi, et le prêtre ayant pris une pleine poignée de farine, la mettra sur l'autel des holocaustes comme mémorial de l'oblation: c'est le délit.
13 And he will make atonement on him the priest on sin his which he has sinned any one of these [things] and it will be forgiven to him and it will belong to the priest like the grain offering.
Et le prêtre priera Dieu pour l'homme au sujet du délit qu'il a commis en une de ces choses, et son délit lui sera remis. Le reste de l'oblation sera pour le prêtre, comme sacrifice de fleur de farine.
14 And he spoke Yahweh to Moses saying.
Le Seigneur parla encore à Moïse, et lui dit:
15 Anyone if it will act unfaithfully unfaithfulness and it will sin by inadvertence from [the] holy things of Yahweh and he will bring guilt offering his to Yahweh a ram unblemished from the flock by valuation your silver of shekels by [the] shekel of the holy place to a guilt offering.
L'âme qui aura eu un oubli et péché involontairement contre une des choses saintes du Seigneur, apportera pour son délit, au Seigneur, un bélier sans tache du troupeau de brebis, évalué en sicles d'argent, au poids, du sicle du sanctuaire; ce sera pour le manquement qu'elle aura commis.
16 And [that] which he sinned from the holy thing he will repay and fifth its let him add to it and he will give it to the priest and the priest he will make atonement on him by [the] ram of the guilt offering and it will be forgiven to him.
Et ce qui a fait défaut dans les choses saintes, elle le rendra; elle ajoutera même un cinquième de sa valeur, qu'elle donnera au prêtre, et le prêtre, au moyen de son bélier, lui rendra Dieu propice au sujet de son péché, et son péché lui sera remis.
17 And if anyone that it will sin and it will do one of all [the] commandments of Yahweh which not they will be done and not he knew and he will be guilty and he will bear iniquity his.
L'âme qui, sans s'en apercevoir, aura péché et fait, au sujet de l'un quelconque des commandements de Dieu, quelque chose que l'on ne doit point faire, aura commis ainsi un délit, et contracté un péché,
18 And he will bring a ram unblemished from the flock by valuation your to a guilt offering to the priest and he will make atonement on him the priest on inadvertence his which he has gone astray and he not he knew and it will be forgiven to him.
Présentera au prêtre un bélier sans tache de son troupeau de brebis, d'un prix en argent proportionné à son péché; et le prêtre priera Dieu pour elle à cause de son ignorance, et parce qu'elle ne savait pas qu'elle avait péché, et son péché lui sera remis.
19 [is] a guilt offering It certainly he was guilty to Yahweh.
Car cette âme a commis un délit devant le Seigneur.
