Leviticus 27
1 And he spoke Yahweh to Moses saying.
Jahweh sprak tot Moses:
2 Speak to [the] people of Israel and you will say to them anyone if he will make hard a vow by valuation of your persons to Yahweh.
Beveel de Israëlieten, en zeg hun: Wanneer iemand door een gelofte personen naar hun schattingswaarde aan Jahweh wijdt, dan moet ge ze schatten als volgt.
3 And it will be valuation of your the male from a son of twenty year[s] and to a son of sixty year[s] and it will be valuation your fifty shekel[s] silver by [the] shekel of the holy place.
Een man van twintig tot zestig jaar moet op vijftig zilveren sikkels volgens het heilig gewicht, worden geschat.
4 And if [is] female she and it will be valuation your thirty shekel[s].
Zo het een vrouw is, moet zij op dertig sikkels worden geschat.
5 And if from a son of five years and to a son of twenty year[s] and it will be valuation of your the male twenty shekels and of the female ten shekels.
Zo het iemand is van vijf tot twintig jaar, moet een jongen op twintig sikkels, een meisje op tien sikkels worden geschat.
6 And if from a son of a month and to a son of five years and it will be valuation of your the male five shekels silver and of the female valuation your three shekels silver.
Is het kind een maand tot vijf jaar oud, dan moet een knaap op vijf zilveren sikkels, een meisje op drie worden geschat.
7 And if from a son of sixty year[s] and up-wards if male and it will be valuation your fif-teen shekel[s] and of the female ten shekels.
Een man van zestig jaar en daarboven moet op vijftien sikkels worden geschat, een vrouw op tien.
8 And if [is too] impoverished he for valuation your and he will station him before the priest and he will evaluate him the priest on [the] mouth of [that] which it will reach [the] hand of the [one who] vows he will evaluate him the priest.
Wanneer hij te arm is om die schatting te betalen, moet men hem voor den priester brengen, en deze moet hem schatten; en de priester zal het vermogen schatten van hem, die de gelofte heeft afgelegd.
9 And if an animal which people will present from it a present to Yahweh all that someone will give from it to Yahweh it will be a holy thing.
Wanneer het een dier is, dat aan Jahweh als offergave kan worden gebracht, dan blijft het gewijd, als men het eenmaal aan Jahweh heeft gegeven.
10 Not he will substitute it and not he will exchange it good for bad or bad for good and if ever he will exchange an animal for an animal and it will be it and substitute its it will be a holy thing.
Men mag het niet vervangen, en geen beter voor een slechter, of een slechter voor een beter verruilen. Zo men toch het ene dier met het andere verruilt, zijn beide, dus ook het geruilde, gewijd.
11 And if any animal unclean which not people will present from it a present to Yahweh and he will station the animal before the priest.
Wanneer het een of ander onrein dier is, dat niet als offergave aan Jahweh mag worden gebracht, dan moet men dat dier voor den priester brengen.
12 And he will evaluate the priest it between good and between bad according to valuation of your the priest so it will be.
De priester zal het op zijn juiste waarde schatten, en zoals de priester het schat, zal de waarde ervan zijn.
13 And certainly [if] he will redeem it and he will add fifth its to valuation your.
Zo men het wil inlossen, moet men nog het vijfde deel van de geschatte waarde er aan toevoegen.
14 And anyone if he will set apart as holy house his a holy thing to Yahweh and he will evaluate it the priest between good and between bad just as he will evaluate it the priest so it will stand.
Wanneer iemand zijn huis als heilige gave aan Jahweh wijdt, zal de priester het op zijn juiste waarde schatten, en zoals de priester het schat, zal de waarde worden bepaald.
15 And if the [one who] sets apart as holy he will redeem house his and he will add [the] fifth part of [the] silver of valuation your to it and it will belong to him.
Zo hij, die het huis heeft toegewijd, het wil inlossen, moet hij nog het vijfde deel van de geschatte waarde er aan toevoegen; dan zal het weer zijn eigendom zijn.
16 And if - some of [the] field of possession his he will set apart as holy anyone to Yahweh and it will be valuation your to [the] mouth of seed its seed of a homer of barley for fifty shekel[s] of silver.
Wanneer iemand een stuk land, dat hij bezit, aan Jahweh wijdt, dan moet het worden geschat naar de hoeveelheid zaad, die er voor nodig is; een stuk land, waarop een chómer gerst kan worden gezaaid, op vijftig zilveren sikkels.
17 If from [the] year of the jubilee he will set apart as holy field his according to valuation your it will stand.
Wijdt hij zijn akker van het jubeljaar af, dan moet hij de volle schattingsprijs betalen.
18 And if after the jubilee he will set apart as holy field his and he will calculate for himself the priest the money on [the] mouth of the years which remain until [the] year of the jubilee and it will be deducted from valuation your.
Wijdt hij hem na het jubeljaar, dan moet de priester de prijs berekenen naar het aantal jaren, die nog tot aan het jubeljaar moeten verlopen, en die moeten worden afgetrokken van de geschatte som.
19 And certainly [if] he will redeem the field the [one who] set apart as holy it and he will add [the] fifth part of [the] silver of valuation your to it and it will stand to him.
Zo hij de akker, die hij gewijd heeft, wil inlossen, moet hij het vijfde deel van de geschatte waarde er aan toevoegen; dan blijft de akker zijn eigendom.
20 And if not he will redeem the field and if he has sold the field to a man another not it will be redeemed again.
Zo hij de akker niet heeft ingelost, maar hem toch aan een ander verkoopt, dan mag die later niet meer worden ingelost;
21 And it will be the field when goes out it in the jubilee a holy thing to Yahweh like [the] field of total destruction to the priest it will belong possession his.
en wanneer de akker met het jubeljaar vrijkomt, zal hij aan Jahweh gewijd blijven, zoals een akker, die onder de banvloek ligt; hij valt dan den priester ten deel.
22 And if field of purchase his which not [is] from [the] field of possession his he will set apart as holy to Yahweh.
Wanneer iemand een akker aan Jahweh wijdt, die door koop is verkregen, en niet tot zijn erfgoed behoort,
23 And he will calculate for himself the priest [the] amount of valuation your until [the] year of the jubilee and he will give valuation your on the day that a holy thing to Yahweh.
dan moet de priester hem de waarde berekenen tot aan het eerst komende jubeljaar, en moet hij het geschatte bedrag nog dezelfde dag als een gewijde gave aan Jahweh schenken;
24 In [the] year of the jubilee it will return the field to [the one] whom he bought it from with him to [the one] whom [belongs] to him [the] possession of the land.
en in het jubeljaar keert de akker terug in het bezit van hem, van wien hij hem heeft gekocht en wiens erfgoed hij was.
25 And every valuation your it will be by [the] shekel of the holy place twenty gerah[s] it will be the shekel.
Al uw schattingen moeten volgens de heilige sikkel zijn, twintig gera de sikkel.
26 Nevertheless a firstborn which it will be born a firstling [belongs] to Yahweh among livestock not he will set apart as holy anyone it whether an ox or a sheep [belongs] to Yahweh it.
Het eerstgeborene van het vee, dat reeds als eerstgeborene aan Jahweh behoort, mag door niemand meer worden toegewijd; noch dat van een rund, noch dat van een schaap. Het behoort reeds aan Jahweh.
27 And if among the livestock unclean and he will redeem [it] by valuation your and he will add fifth its to it and if not it will be redeemed and it will be sold by valuation your.
Zo het een onrein dier is, kan men het inlossen naar de schattingswaarde, maar men moet er een vijfde van de prijs aan toevoegen. Zo het niet wordt gelost, moet het voor de geschatte prijs worden verkocht.
28 Nevertheless every devoted thing which he will dedicate to destruction anyone to Yahweh from all that [belongs] to him from humankind and livestock and from [the] field of possession his not it will be sold and not it will be redeemed every devoted thing [is] a holy thing of holy things it to Yahweh.
Maar niets wat onder de banvloek ligt, en wat men uit zijn bezit door de ban aan Jahweh heeft gewijd, mens, dier of een stuk land, kan worden verkocht of ingelost; het blijft hoogheilig voor Jahweh.
29 Every dedicated person who he will be dedicated to destruction from humankind not he will be redeemed certainly he will be put to death.
Geen mens, die onder de banvloek ligt, kan worden vrijgekocht; hij moet worden gedood.
30 And all [the] tithe of the land from [the] seed of the land from [the] fruit of the tree[s] [belongs] to Yahweh it [it is] a holy thing to Yahweh.
Alle tienden van de grond, van wat op het land is gezaaid, en van de vruchten der bomen, behoren aan Jahweh, en zijn aan Jahweh gewijd.
31 And certainly [if] he will redeem anyone any of tithe his fifth its let him add to it.
Zo iemand iets van zijn tienden wil lossen, moet hij een vijfde deel daarvan er aan toevoegen.
32 And all [the] tithe of [the] herd and [the] flock all that it will pass by under the rod the tenth it will be a holy thing to Yahweh.
Ook alle tienden van rundvee en schapen, van alles wat onder de herdersstaf doorgaat, zijn aan Jahweh gewijd.
33 Not he will scrutinize between good and the bad and not he will exchange it and if ever he will exchange it and it will be it and substitute its it will be a holy thing not it will be redeemed.
Men mag geen keuze doen tussen goede of slechte dieren en ze evenmin ruilen; verruilt men ze toch, dan zijn beide, dus ook het geruilde, aan Jahweh gewijd. Ze kunnen dus niet worden ingelost.
34 These [are] the commandments which he commanded Yahweh Moses to [the] people of Israel on [the] mountain of Sinai.
Dit zijn de geboden, die Jahweh op de berg Sinaï aan Moses voor de kinderen Israëls heeft gegeven.
