< Leviticus 24 >

1 And he spoke Yahweh to Moses saying.
And the Lord spoke to Moses, saying,
2 Command [the] people of Israel so they may bring to you oil of olive[s] pure pressed for the light to lift up a lamp continually.
Charge the children of Israel, and let them take for you pure olive oil beaten for the light, to burn a lamp continually,
3 From [the] outside of [the] curtain of the testimony in [the] tent of meeting he will arrange it Aaron from evening until morning before Yahweh continually a statute of perpetuity to generations your.
outside the veil in the tabernacle of witness; and Aaron and his sons shall burn it from evening until morning before the Lord continually, a perpetual statute throughout your generations.
4 On the lampstand pure he will arrange the lamps before Yahweh continually.
You shall burn the lamps on the pure lamp-stand before the Lord till the morrow.
5 And you will take fine flour and you will bake it two [plus] ten round perforated breads two tenths it will be the round perforated bread one.
And you shall take fine flour, and make of it twelve loaves; each loaf shall be of two tenth parts.
6 And you will place them two rows six the row on the table pure before Yahweh.
And you shall put them [in] two rows, each row [containing] six loaves, on the pure table before the Lord.
7 And you will put on the row frankincense pure and it will belong to the bread to a memorial offering a fire offering to Yahweh.
And you shall put on [each] row pure frankincense and salt; and [these things] shall be for loaves for a memorial, set forth before the Lord.
8 On [the] day of the sabbath on [the] day of the sabbath he will arrange it before Yahweh continually from with [the] people of Israel a covenant of perpetuity.
On the sabbath-day they shall be set forth before the Lord continually before the children of Israel, for an everlasting covenant.
9 And it will belong to Aaron and to sons his and they will eat it in a place holy for [is] a holy thing of holy things it for him from [the] fire offerings of Yahweh a prescribed portion of perpetuity.
And they shall be for Aaron and his sons, and they shall eat them in the holy place: for this is their most holy portion of the offerings made to the Lord, a perpetual statute.
10 And he went out a son of a woman Israelite and he [was] a son of a man Egyptian in among [the] people of Israel and they struggled together in the camp [the] son of the Israelite [woman] and [the] man of the Israelite[s].
And there went forth a son of an Israelitish woman, and he was son of an Egyptian man amongst the sons of Israel; and they fought in the camp, the son of the Israelitish woman, and a man who was an Israelite.
11 And he slandered [the] son of the woman Israelite the name and he cursed and people brought him to Moses and [the] name of mother his [was] Shelomith [the] daughter of Dibri of [the] tribe of Dan.
And the son of the Israelitish woman named THE NAME and curse; and they brought him to Moses: and his mother's name was Salomith, daughter of Dabri of the tribe of Dan.
12 And they placed him in custody to decide for themselves on [the] mouth of Yahweh.
And they put him in ward, to judge him by the command of the Lord.
13 And he spoke Yahweh to Moses saying.
And the Lord spoke to Moses, saying,
14 Bring out the [one who] cursed to from [the] outside of the camp and they will lean all those [who] heard hands their on head his and they will stone him all the congregation.
Bring forth him that cursed outside the camp, and all who heard shall lay their hands upon his head, and all the congregation shall stone him.
15 And to [the] people of Israel you will speak saying a person a person if he will curse God his and he will bear sin his.
And speak to the sons of Israel, and you shall say to them, Whosoever shall curse God shall bear his sin.
16 And [one who] slanders [the] name of Yahweh certainly he will be put to death certainly they will stone him all the congregation as the sojourner as the native-born when slanders he [the] name he will be put to death.
And he that names the name of the Lord, let him die the death: let all the congregation of Israel stone him with stones; whether he be a stranger or a native, let him die for naming the name of the Lord.
17 And anyone if he will strike down any life of humankind certainly he will be put to death.
And whoever shall strike a man and he die, let him die the death.
18 And [one who] strikes down [the] life of an animal he will repay it a life for a life.
And whoever shall strike a beast, and it shall die, let him render life for life.
19 And anyone if he will make a blemish on fellow citizen his just as he has done so it will be done to him.
And whoever shall inflict a blemish on his neighbour, as he has done to him, so shall it be done to himself in return;
20 A fracture for a fracture an eye for an eye a tooth for a tooth just as he will make a blemish on person so it will be made on him.
bruise for bruise, eye for eye, tooth for tooth: as any one may inflict a blemish on a man, so shall it be rendered to him.
21 And [one who] strikes down an animal he will repay it and [one who] strikes down a person he will be put to death.
Whosoever shall strike a man, and he shall die, let him die the death.
22 Judgment one it will belong to you as the sojourner as the native-born it will be for I [am] Yahweh God your.
There shall be one judgement for the stranger and the native, for I [am] the Lord your God.
23 And he spoke Moses to [the] people of Israel and they brought out the [one who] had cursed to from [the] outside of the camp and they stoned him stone[s] and [the] people of Israel they did just as he had commanded Yahweh Moses.
And Moses spoke to the children of Israel, and they brought him that had cursed out of the camp, and stoned him with stones: and the children of Israel did as the Lord commanded Moses.
