1 Remember O Yahweh what? has it happened to us (look! *Q(K)*) and see reproach our.
Rozpomeň se, Hospodine, co se nám děje; popatř a viz pohanění naše.

Dědictví naše obráceno jest k cizím, domové naši k cizozemcům.

Sirotci jsme a bez otce, matky naše jsou jako vdovy.
4 Water our for money we have drunk wood our for a price they come.
Vody své za peníze pijeme, dříví naše za záplatu přichází.

Na hrdle svém protivenství snášíme, pracujeme, nedopouští se nám odpočinouti.

S opovážením se života svého hledáme chleba svého, pro strach meče i na poušti.

Kůže naše jako pec zčernaly od náramného hladu.

Ženám na Sionu i pannám v městech Judských násilé činí.

Knížata rukou jejich zvěšena jsou, osoby starých nemají v poctivosti.

Přestala radost srdce našeho, obrátilo se v kvílení plésání naše.

Spadla koruna s hlavy naší; běda nám již, že jsme hřešili.

Protoť jest mdlé srdce naše, pro tyť věci zatměly se oči naše,
18 On [the] mountain of Zion that [is] desolate foxes they have prowled on it.
Pro horu Sion, že zpuštěna jest; lišky chodí po ní.
19 You O Yahweh for ever you will sit throne your [is] to a generation and a generation.
Ty Hospodine, na věky zůstáváš, a stolice tvá od národu do pronárodu.
20 Why? to perpetuity do you forget us do you abandon? us for length of days.
Proč se zapomínáš na věky na nás, a opouštíš nás za tak dlouhé časy?
21 Cause to return us O Yahweh - to yourself (so let us return *Q(K)*) renew days our like ancient time.
Obrať nás, ó Hospodine, k sobě, a obráceni budeme; obnov dny naše, jakž byly za starodávna.

Nebo zdali všelijak zavržeš nás, a hněvati se budeš na nás velice?
