Judges 6
1 And they did [the] people of Israel the evil in [the] eyes of Yahweh and he gave them Yahweh in [the] hand of Midian seven years.
Y los hijos de Israel hicieron lo malo ante los ojos del Señor; y el Señor los entregó en mano de Madián por siete años.
2 And it prevailed [the] hand of Midian over Israel because of Midian they made for themselves - [the] people of Israel the dens which [are] in the mountains and the caves and the strongholds.
Y Midian era más fuerte que Israel; y debido a los madianitas, los hijos de Israel se hicieron escondites en las montañas, y huecos en las rocas, y fortificaciones.
3 And it was if it sowed Israel and it went up Midian and Amalek and [the] people of [the] east and they went up on him.
Y siempre que se sembró el grano de Israel, los madianitas y los amalecitas y la gente del este subieron contra ellos;
4 And they encamped on them and they destroyed [the] produce of the land until coming you Gaza and not they left sustenance in Israel and a sheep and an ox and a donkey.
Y acamparon su ejército en posición contra ellos; y llevaron todo el producto de la tierra hasta Gaza, hasta que no hubo alimento en Israel, ni ovejas, ni bueyes, ni asnos.
5 For they and livestock their they came up and tents their (and they came *Q(K)*) according to [the] abundance of locust[s] for multitude and [belonged] to them and to camels their not number and they came in the land to destroy it.
Porque subían regularmente con sus bueyes y sus tiendas de campaña; vinieron como las langostas en multitud; ellos y sus camellos innumerables; y vinieron a la tierra para su destrucción.
6 And it became low Israel very because of Midian and they cried out [the] people of Israel to Yahweh.
E Israel tenía gran necesidad a causa de Madián; Y el clamor de los hijos de Israel subió al Señor.
7 And it was that they cried out [the] people of Israel to Yahweh on [the] causes of Midian.
Y cuando el clamor de los hijos de Israel, por causa de Madián, llegó ante el Señor,
8 And he sent Yahweh a man a prophet to [the] people of Israel and he said to them thus he says Yahweh - [the] God of Israel I I brought up you from Egypt and I brought out you from a house of slaves.
El SEÑOR envió un profeta a los hijos de Israel, quien les dijo: él Señor Dios de Israel ha dicho: Te saqué de Egipto, de la casa de esclavitud;
9 And I delivered you from [the] hand of Egypt and from [the] hand of all [those who] oppressed you and I drove out them from before you and I gave! to you land their.
Y te saqué de las manos de los egipcios y de las manos de todos los que fueron crueles contigo, y los envié por la fuerza de delante de ustedes y les di su tierra;
10 And I said! to you I [am] Yahweh God your not you must fear [the] gods of the Amorite[s] whom you [are] dwelling in land their and not you have listened to voice my.
Y les dije: Yo soy el Señor, su Dios; no tengan miedo a los dioses de los amorreos en cuya tierra están viviendo, pero no escucharon mi voz.
11 And he came [the] angel of Yahweh and he sat under the oak which [was] in Ophrah which [belonged] to Joash [the] Abi-ezrite and Gideon son his [was] beating out wheat in the winepress to hide [it] from Midian.
Entonces el ángel del Señor vino y se sentó debajo del roble en Ofra, en el campo de Joás Abiezer; y su hijo Gedeón estaba triturando grano en el lugar donde se trituraban las uvas, para que los madianitas no lo vieran.
12 And he appeared to him [the] angel of Yahweh and he said to him Yahweh [is] with you O mighty [man] of strength.
Y el ángel del Señor se presentó ante sus ojos, y le dijo: El Señor está contigo, hombre fuerte y valiente.
13 And he said to him Gideon pardon me O lord my and there Yahweh [is] with us and why? has it found us all this and where? [are] all wonders his which they recounted to us fathers our saying ¿ not from Egypt did he bring up us Yahweh and now he has abandoned us Yahweh and he has given us in [the] hand of Midian.
Entonces Gedeón le dijo: Oh señor mío, si el Señor está con nosotros, ¿por qué nos ha venido todo esto? ¿Y dónde están todas sus obras de poder, de las cuales nuestros padres nos han dado la palabra, diciendo: ¿No nos sacó el Señor de Egipto? Pero ahora él nos ha entregado, entregándonos al poder de Midian.
14 And he turned to him Yahweh and he said go in strength your this and you will deliver Israel from [the] hand of Midian ¿ not have I sent you.
Y él Señor, volviéndose hacia él, le dijo: Ve con la fuerza que tienes y sé el salvador de Israel de Madián: ¿no te he enviado?
15 And he said to him pardon me O Lord how? will I deliver Israel here! family my [is] the weak in Manasseh and I [am] the insignificant in [the] house of father my.
Y le dijo: Señor, ¿cómo puedo yo ser el salvador de Israel? Mira, mi familia es la más pobre en Manasés, y yo soy el menor en la casa de mi padre.
16 And he said to him Yahweh that I will be with you and you will strike down Midian like a man one.
Entonces el Señor le dijo: Verdaderamente, estaré contigo, y vencerás a los madianitas como si fueran un solo hombre.
17 And he said to him if please I have found favor in view your and you will do for me a sign that you [are] speaking with me.
Entonces él le dijo: Si ahora tengo gracia en tus ojos, entonces dame una señal de que eres tú quien me habla.
18 May not please you depart from here until come I to you and I will bring out gift my and I will set [it] before you and he said I I will remain until returning you.
No te vayas hasta que yo venga con mi ofrenda y te la presente. Y él dijo: No me iré antes de que vuelvas.
19 And Gideon he went and he prepared a kid of goats and an ephah of flour of unleavened bread the meat he put in the basket and the broth he put in the pot and he brought [them] out to him to under the oak and he brought [them] near.
Entonces Gedeón entró y preparó un cabrito, y con un efa de comida hizo pasteles sin levadura: puso la carne en una canasta y la sopa en la que había sido cocida, la puso en una olla y la tomó. Se lo tendió debajo del roble y se lo regaló allí.
20 And he said to him [the] angel of God take the meat and the unleavened bread and set [them] to the rock this and the broth pour out and he did so.
Y el ángel de Dios le dijo: Toma la carne y los pasteles sin levadura y ponlos en la roca de allí, escurriendo la sopa sobre ellos. Y así lo hizo.
21 And he stretched out [the] angel of Yahweh [the] end of the staff which [was] in hand his and he touched the meat and the unleavened bread and it went up the fire from the rock and it consumed the meat and the unleavened bread and [the] angel of Yahweh he went from eyes his.
Entonces el ángel del Señor sacó el bastón que tenía en su mano, tocando la carne y los pasteles con la punta del bastón; y de la roca brotó una llama que consumió la carne y los pasteles, y el ángel del Señor desapareció de su vista.
22 And he saw Gideon that [was] [the] angel of Yahweh it. And he said Gideon alas! O Lord Yahweh for since I have seen [the] angel of Yahweh face to face.
Entonces Gedeón estaba seguro de que él era el ángel del Señor; y Gedeón dijo: «¡Tengo miedo, oh Señor Dios! porque he visto al ángel del Señor cara a cara.
23 And he said to him Yahweh peace [be] to you may not you be afraid not you will die.
Pero el Señor le dijo: Paz sea contigo; No tengas miedo: no estás en peligro de muerte.
24 And he built there Gideon an altar to Yahweh and he called it Yahweh [is] peace until the day this still it [is] in Ophrah of [the] Abi-ezrite[s].
Entonces Gedeón hizo allí un altar al Señor, y le dio el nombre de Él Señor es la paz; hasta el día de hoy está en Ofra del clan de abiezer.
25 And it was in the night that and he said to him Yahweh take [the] young bull of the ox which [belongs] to father your and [the] young bull the second seven years and you will tear down [the] altar of Baal which [belongs] to father your and the Asherah pole which [is] at it you will cut down.
La misma noche, el Señor le dijo: Toma un toro y un becerro de siete años, y después de derribar el altar de Baal, que es de tu padre, y cortando el árbol sagrado a su lado,
26 And you will build an altar to Yahweh God your on [the] top of the place of refuge this in the row and you will take the young bull second and you will offer up a burnt offering with [the] wood of the Asherah pole which you will cut down.
Haz un altar al Señor tu Dios en la cima de esta roca, en el camino ordenado, toma el buey y haz una ofrenda quemada con la madera del árbol sagrado que ha sido talado.
27 And he took Gideon ten men from servants his and he did just as he had spoken to him Yahweh and it was since he feared [the] household of father his and [the] men of the city from acting by day and he acted night.
Entonces Gedeón tomó a diez de sus siervos e hizo lo que el Señor le había dicho; pero temiendo hacerlo durante el día, debido a la gente de su padre y los hombres del pueblo, lo hizo de noche.
28 And they rose early [the] men of the city in the morning and there! it was torn down [the] altar of Baal and the Asherah pole which [was] at it it was cut down and the young bull second it had been offered up on the altar which had been built.
Y los hombres del pueblo se levantaron temprano por la mañana, y vieron el altar de Baal derribado, y el árbol sagrado que había sido cortado, y el buey ofrecido sobre el altar que había sido colocado allí.
29 And they said each to neighbor his who? has he done the thing this and they investigated and they searched and they said Gideon [the] son of Joash he has done the thing this.
Y se dijeron unos a otros: ¿Quién ha hecho esto? Y después de buscar con cuidado, dijeron: Gedeón, el hijo de Joás, ha hecho esto.
30 And they said [the] men of the city to Joash bring out son your so may he die for he has torn down [the] altar of Baal and for he has cut down the Asherah pole which [was] at it.
Entonces los hombres del pueblo dijeron a Joás: Haz que salga tu hijo para que muera, para derribar el altar de Baal y para cortar el árbol sagrado que estaba junto a él.
31 And he said Joash to all [those] who they stood on him ¿ you - will you conduct a case! for Baal or? you will you deliver! him [the one] who he will conduct a case for him he will be put to death until the morning if [is] a god he let him conduct a case for himself if someone has torn down altar his.
Pero Joás dijo a todos los que lo estaban atacando: ¿Asumirás la causa de Baal? ¿Serás su salvador? Que cualquier persona que acepte su causa muera mientras aún es de mañana: si es un dios, que él mismo tome su causa por el derribo de su altar.
32 And someone called him on the day that Jerub-Baal saying let him conduct a case against him Baal for he has torn down altar his.
Y ese día le dio el nombre de Jerobaal, diciendo: Deje que Baal tome su causa contra él porque su altar ha sido destruido.
33 And all Midian and Amalek and [the] people of [the] east they gathered together and they passed over and they encamped in [the] valley of Jezreel.
Entonces todos los madianitas, los amalecitas y la gente del este se unieron, se acercaron y pusieron su campamento en el valle de Jezreel.
34 And [the] spirit of Yahweh it clothed Gideon and he gave a blast on the ram's horn (and it was called together *L(abh)*) Abiezer after him.
Pero el espíritu del Señor vino sobre Gedeón; y al sonido de su cuerno, todo Abiezer se reunió tras él.
35 And messengers he sent in all Manasseh (and it was called together *L(abh)*) also it after him and messengers he sent in Asher and in Zebulun and in Naphtali and they went up to meet them.
Y envió a través de todo Manasés, y vinieron tras él; y envió a Aser, a Zabulón y Neftalí, y subieron y se unieron a los demás.
36 And he said Gideon to God if there you [are] about to deliver by hand my Israel just as you have spoken.
Entonces Gedeón dijo a Dios: Si vas a dar a Israel la salvación de mi mano, como has dicho,
37 Here! I [am] placing [the] fleece of wool on the threshing floor if dew it will be on the fleece to alone it and [will be] on all the ground dryness and I will know that you will deliver by hand my Israel just as you have spoken.
Mira, pondré la lana de una oveja en el suelo donde se trilla el trigo; Si solo hay rocío en la lana, mientras que toda la tierra está seca, entonces estaré seguro de que es tu propósito darle a Israel la salvación por mi mano, como has dicho.
38 And it was so and he rose early from [the] next day and he squeezed out the fleece and he drained dew from the fleece [the] fullness of the bowl water.
Y así fue, porque se levantó temprano a la mañana siguiente y, retorciendo la lana en sus manos, sacó una palangana llena de agua del rocío sobre la lana.
39 And he said Gideon to God may not it burn anger your on me and let me speak only this time let me put to [the] test please only this time by the fleece let it be please dryness to the fleece to alone it and on all the ground let it be dew.
Entonces Gedeón dijo a Dios: No te muevas a ira contra mí si solo digo esto: déjame hacer una prueba más con la lana; deja que la lana esté seca, mientras la tierra está cubierta de rocío.
40 And he did God so in the night that and it was dryness to the fleece to alone it and on all the ground it was dew.
Y esa noche Dios lo hizo; porque la lana estaba seca, y había rocío sobre toda la tierra que la rodeaba.
