Judges 3
1 And these [are] the nations which he left Yahweh to put to [the] test by them Israel all [those] who not they had known all [the] wars of Canaan.

2 Only so as to know [the] generations of [the] people of Israel to teach them war only which before not they had known them.

3 [the] five - [the] rulers of [the] Philistines And all the Canaanite[s] and the Sidonian[s] and the Hivite[s] [who] dwelt of [the] mount of Lebanon from [the] mountain of Baal Hermon to Lebo Hamath.
Te vaengah Philisti boei panga neh Kanaan boeih Baalhermon tlang lamloh Lebokhamath duela Lebanon tlang ah kho aka sa Sidoni neh Khivee rhoek te khaw,
4 And they were to put to [the] test by them Israel to know ¿ will they obey [the] commandments of Yahweh which he had commanded ancestors their by [the] hand of Moses.
BOEIPA kah olpaek te a yaak uh nim? Te nen te noemcai ham tih Israel te ming sak ham om coeng. Te te Moses kut lamloh a napa rhoek a uen coeng.
5 And [the] people of Israel they dwelt in [the] midst of the Canaanite[s] the Hittite[s] and the Amorite[s] and the Perizzite[s] and the Hivite[s] and the Jebusite[s].
Te dongah Isreal ca rhoek loh Kanaan kah Khitti, Amori Perizzi, Khivee neh Jebusi lakli ah kho a sak uh.
6 And they took daughters their for themselves to wives and daughters their they gave to sons their and they served gods their.
Amih nu te a yuu la a loh uh tih a ca rhoek te amih Kanaan nu te a paek uh dongah amih kah sungrhai taengah tho a thueng uh.
7 And they did [the] people of Israel the evil in [the] eyes of Yahweh and they forgot Yahweh God their and they served the Baals and the Asherah poles.
Te vaengkah Israel ca rhoek BOEIPA mikhmuh ah thae a saii uh tih BOEIPA a Pathen te a hnilh uh dongah Baal neh Asherah te tho a thueng thiluh.
8 And it burned [the] anger of Yahweh on Israel and he sold them in [the] hand of Cushan-Rishathaim [the] king of Aram Naharaim and they served [the] people of Israel Cushan-Rishathaim eight years.
Te vaengah BOEIPA kah thintoek Israel taengah sai. Te dongah amih te Aramnaharaim manghai Kushanrishathaim kut ah a yoih tih Israel ca rhoek te Kushanrishathaim taengah kum rhet thotat uh.
9 And they cried out [the] people of Israel to Yahweh and he raised up Yahweh a deliverer for [the] people of Israel and he delivered them Othniel [the] son of Kenaz [the] brother of Caleb young more than him.

10 And it was on him [the] spirit of Yahweh and he judged Israel and he went out to war and he gave Yahweh in hand his Cushan-Rishathaim [the] king of Aram and it prevailed hand his over Cushan-Rishathaim.

11 And it was at peace the land forty year[s] and he died Othniel [the] son of Kenaz.

12 And they repeated [the] people of Israel to do the evil in [the] eyes of Yahweh and he strengthened Yahweh Eglon [the] king of Moab over Israel on for they did the evil in [the] eyes of Yahweh.
Tedae BOEIPA mikhmuh ah thae saii ham Israel ca rhoek loh a khoep uh tih BOEIPA mikhmuh ah thae a saii uh dongah Israel soah Moab manghai Eglon te BOEIPA loh a tanglue sak.
13 And he gathered to himself [the] people of Ammon and Amalek and he went and he attacked Israel and they took possession of [the] city of the palm trees.
Te vaengah Ammon neh Amalek koca rhoek tah anih taengla kibaeng uh. Israel te a paan tih a tloek dongah rhophoe khopuei te a huul uh.
14 And they served [the] people of Israel Eglon [the] king of Moab eight-teen year[s].

15 And they cried out [the] people of Israel to Yahweh and he raised up Yahweh for them a deliverer Ehud [the] son of Gera [the] Ben-jaminite a man impeded [the] hand of right his and they sent [the] people of Israel by hand his tribute to Eglon [the] king of Moab.
Israel ca rhoek loh BOEIPA te a pang thil uh vaengah amih ham khangkung la Benjamin koca, Gera capa Ehud te, BOEIPA loh a thoh pah. Anih te bantang kut aka poem hlang ni. Te dongah Israel ca rhoek loh anih kut dongah Moab manghai Eglon ham khocang a pat uh.
16 And he made for himself Ehud a sword and [belonged] to it two lips [was] a cubit length its and he girded it from under to garments his on [the] thigh of right his.
Te vaengah Ehud amah ham cunghang a saii tih a ha rhaepnit neh a sen dongkhat lo. Te te a himbai khui kah a bantang phai la a kaelh.
17 And he brought near the tribute to Eglon [the] king of Moab and Eglon [was] a man fat very.
Moab manghai Eglon taengla khocang a thak vaengah Eglon a sak hoeng paduk la om.
18 And it was just when he had finished to bring near the tribute and he sent away the people [who] bore the tribute.
Khocang nawn ham te bawt a coeng phoeiah khocang aka phuei pilnam te a tueih.
19 And he he returned from the idols which [were] with Gilgal and he said a word of secrecy [belongs] to me to you O king and he said hush! and they went out from with him all those [who] stood with him.
Tedae amah te tah Gilgal kah mueidaep ah bal tih “Manghai nang ham kai taengah yinhnuk ol om,” a ti nah. Te dongah manghai loh, “Saah lah,” a ti nah tih a taengkah aka pai boeih te anih taeng lamloh nong uh.
20 And Ehud - he came to him and he [was] sitting in [the] roof chamber of the coolness which [belonged] to him to only him and he said Ehud a word of God [belongs] to me to you and he rose from on the throne.
Te dongah nohung imhman ah amah bueng a ngol vaengah Ehud loh a paan. Te phoeiah Ehud loh, “Nang hamla kai taengah Pathen kah olka om,” a ti nah. Te vaengah ngolkhoel dong lamloh thoo.
21 And he stretched out Ehud [the] hand of left his and he took the sword from on [the] thigh of right his and he thrust it in belly his.
Ehud loh banvoei kut te a yueng phoeiah a bantang phai kaep kah cunghang a loh tih manghai kah a bung khuila a thun pah.
22 And it went also the hilt after the blade and it closed up the fat behind the blade that not he drew out the sword from belly his and he went out the hole towards.
Te vaengah thihna hnukah a tueng pataeng khaw muelh. A bung lamkah cunghang te a bong pah pawt dongah thiha te a tha loh a yol tih a aek khaw coe.
23 And he went out Ehud the porch towards and he closed [the] doors of the roof chamber behind him and he locked [them].
Ehud te imkawt la cet imhman thohkhaih te a hnukah khoep a dan tih a kalh.
24 And he he went forth and servants his they came and they saw and there! [the] doors of the roof chamber [were] locked and they said surely [is] covering he feet his in [the] chamber of the coolness.
Anih a caeh phoei daengah manghai sal rhoek te ha pawk uh hatah imhman thohkhaih khoep a kalh uh te lawt a hmuh uh. Te dongah, “Nohung imhman ah a kho a khuk pueng muema “a ti uh.
25 And they writhed until were ashamed and there! not he [was] opening [the] doors of the roof chamber and they took the key and they opened [them] and there! master their [was] lying [the] ground towards dead.

26 And Ehud he escaped until delayed they and he he passed by the idols and he escaped Seirah towards.

27 And it was when came he and he gave a blast on the ram's horn in [the] hill country of Ephraim and they went down with him [the] people of Israel from the hill country and he [was] before them.
A pha van neh Ephraim tlang ah tuki a ueng. Te vaengah tlang lamkah Israel ca rhoek tah anih taengla suntla uh. Tedae anih te amih hmai la om coeng.
28 And he said to them pursue after me for he has given Yahweh enemies your Moab in hand your and they went down after him and they captured [the] fords of the Jordan to Moab and not they permitted anyone to pass over.
Te phoeiah Ehud loh amih te “Na thunkha Moab te BOEIPA loh nangmih kut dongla m'paek coeng dongah kai hnuk han hloem uh,” a ti nah. Te dongah anih hnukah suntla uh tih Moab te Jordan lamkai ah a tuuk uh tih hlang pakhat khaw kat sak ham pae uh pawh.
29 And they struck down Moab at the time that about ten thousand man every stout [person] and every man of strength and not he escaped anyone.
Te vaeng tue kah Moab a tloek te hlang rhalh boeih neh tatthai hlang boeih te thawng rha tluk lo tih hlang pakhat khaw loeih sak pawh.
30 And it was subdued Moab on the day that under [the] hand of Israel and it was at peace the land eighty year[s].
Te khohnin ah Moab loh Israel kut hmuiah kunyun sut tih khohmuen loh kum sawmrhet khuiah mong.
31 And after him he was Shamgar [the] son of Anath and he struck down [the] Philistines six hundred man with [the] goad of cattle and he delivered also he Israel.
Ehud phoeiah tah Anath capa Shamgar om tih Philisti hlang ya rhuk neh vaito ciksum te a tloek phoeiah Israel te khaw a khang.
