Judges 11
1 And Jephthah the Gileadite he was a mighty [man] of strength and he [was] [the] son of a woman a prostitute and he fathered Gilead Jephthah.
Jiftaĥ, la Gileadano, estis heroa militisto, sed li estis filo de malĉastulino. De Gilead naskiĝis Jiftaĥ.
2 And she bore [the] wife of Gilead to him sons and they grew up [the] sons of the wife and they drove out Jephthah and they said to him not you will have an inheritance in [the] house of father our for [are] [the] son of a woman another you.
Kaj la edzino de Gilead naskis al li filojn. Kiam la filoj de la edzino grandiĝis, ili forpelis Jiftaĥon, kaj diris al li: Vi ne heredos en la domo de nia patro; ĉar vi estas filo de alia patrino.
3 And he fled Jephthah [away] from before brothers his and he dwelt in [the] land of Tob and they joined themselves to Jephthah men unprincipled and they went out with him.
Tiam Jiftaĥ forkuris de siaj fratoj kaj ekloĝis en la lando Tob. Kaj kolektiĝis al Jiftaĥ sentaŭgaj homoj kaj eliradis kun li.
4 And it was from days and they fought [the] people of Ammon with Israel.
Post kelka tempo ekmilitis la Amonidoj kontraŭ Izrael.
5 And it was just when they fought [the] people of Ammon with Israel and they went [the] elders of Gilead to fetch Jephthah from [the] land of Tob.
Kaj kiam la Amonidoj militis kontraŭ Izrael, la plejaĝuloj de Gilead iris, por preni Jiftaĥon el la lando Tob.
6 And they said to Jephthah come! and you will become of us a commander so let us fight against [the] people of Ammon.
Kaj ili diris al Jiftaĥ: Iru kaj estu nia kondukanto, kaj ni batalos kontraŭ la Amonidoj.
7 And he said Jephthah to [the] elders of Gilead ¿ not you did you hate me and did you drive out? me from [the] house of father my and why? have you come to me now just when [is] distress to you.
Kaj Jiftaĥ diris al la plejaĝuloj de Gilead: Vi malamas ja min, kaj vi forpelis min el la domo de mia patro; kial do vi nun venis al mi, kiam vi estas en mizero?
8 And they said [the] elders of Gilead to Jephthah therefore now we have returned to you and you will come with us and you will fight against [the] people of Ammon and you will become of us chief of all [the] inhabitants of Gilead.
Kaj la plejaĝuloj de Gilead diris al Jiftaĥ: Pro tio ni nun revenas al vi, ke vi iru kun ni, kaj ni batalos kontraŭ la Amonidoj, kaj vi estos ĉe ni estro de ĉiuj loĝantoj de Gilead.
9 And he said Jephthah to [the] elders of Gilead if [are] bringing back you me to fight against [the] people of Ammon and he will deliver up Yahweh them before me I I will become of you chief.
Kaj Jiftaĥ diris al la plejaĝuloj de Gilead: Se vi revenigas min, por batali kontraŭ la Amonidoj, kaj la Eternulo transdonos ilin al mi, ĉu tiam mi estos via estro?
10 And they said [the] elders of Gilead to Jephthah Yahweh he will be hearing between us if not according to word your so we will do.
Kaj la plejaĝuloj de Gilead diris al Jiftaĥ: La Eternulo estu aŭskultanto inter ni, ke ni faros konforme al viaj vortoj.
11 And he went Jephthah with [the] elders of Gilead and they made the people him over them into chief and into commander and he spoke Jephthah all words his before Yahweh in Mizpah.
Tiam Jiftaĥ iris kun la plejaĝuloj de Gilead, kaj la popolo faris lin super si estro kaj kondukanto, kaj Jiftaĥ eldiris ĉiujn siajn vortojn antaŭ la Eternulo en Micpa.
12 And he sent Jephthah messengers to [the] king of [the] people of Ammon saying what? [is] to me and to you that you have come to me to wage war against land my.
Jiftaĥ sendis senditojn al la reĝo de la Amonidoj, por diri: Kio estas inter mi kaj vi, ke vi venis al mi, por militi kontraŭ mia lando?
13 And he said [the] king of [the] people of Ammon to [the] messengers of Jephthah that it took Israel land my when came up it from Egypt from [the] Arnon and to the Jabbok and to the Jordan and therefore restore! them in peace.
Kaj la reĝo de la Amonidoj diris al la senditoj de Jiftaĥ: Pro tio, ke Izrael prenis mian landon, kiam li iris el Egiptujo, de Arnon ĝis Jabok kaj ĝis Jordan; nun redonu ĝin al mi en paco.
14 And he repeated again Jephthah and he sent messengers to [the] king of [the] people of Ammon.
Tiam Jiftaĥ duan fojon sendis senditojn al la reĝo de la Amonidoj,
15 And he said to him thus he says Jephthah not it has taken Israel [the] land of Moab and [the] land of [the] people of Ammon.
kaj dirigis al li: Tiel diris Jiftaĥ: Izrael ne prenis landon de Moab, nek landon de la Amonidoj;
16 That when came up they from Egypt and it went Israel in the wilderness to [the] sea of reed[s] and it came Kadesh towards.
ĉar irante el Egiptujo, Izrael iris tra la dezerto ĝis la Ruĝa Maro kaj venis al Kadeŝ;
17 And it sent Israel messengers - to [the] king of Edom - saying let me pass please in land your and not he listened [the] king of Edom and also to [the] king of Moab it sent and not he was willing and it remained Israel at Kadesh.
kaj tiam Izrael sendis senditojn al la reĝo de Edom, por diri: Permesu al mi trairi vian landon; sed la reĝo de Edom ne konsentis; ankaŭ al la reĝo de Moab estis sendite, sed li ne konsentis; tial Izrael restis en Kadeŝ;
18 And it went in the wilderness and it went around [the] land of Edom and [the] land of Moab and it came from [the] rising of [the] sun of [the] land of Moab and they encamped! on [the] other side of [the] Arnon and not they went in [the] territory of Moab for [the] Arnon [was] [the] border of Moab.
kaj li iris tra la dezerto kaj ĉirkaŭis la landon de Edom kaj la landon de Moab kaj venis de oriento al la lando de Moab kaj stariĝis tendare transe de Arnon, sed ne eniris en la limojn de Moab, ĉar Arnon estas la limo de Moab.
19 And it sent Israel messengers to Sihon [the] king of the Amorite[s] [the] king of Heshbon and it said to him Israel let us pass please in land your to own place my.
Kaj Izrael sendis senditojn al Siĥon, reĝo de la Amoridoj, reĝo de Ĥeŝbon, kaj Izrael diris al li: Permesu al ni trairi vian landon ĝis mia loko;
20 And not he trusted Sihon Israel to pass in territory his and he gathered Sihon all people his and they encamped at Jahaz and he fought with Israel.
sed Siĥon ne volis, ke Izrael trairu liajn limojn; kaj Siĥon kolektis sian tutan popolon, kaj ili stariĝis tendare en Jahac kaj batalis kontraŭ Izrael.
21 And he gave Yahweh [the] God of Israel Sihon and all people his in [the] hand of Israel and they defeated them and it took possession of Israel all [the] land of the Amorite[s] [who] dwelt of the land that.
Kaj la Eternulo, Dio de Izrael, transdonis Siĥonon kaj lian tutan popolon en la manojn de Izrael, kiu venkobatis ilin; kaj Izrael ekposedis la tutan landon de la Amoridoj, kiuj loĝis en tiu lando.
22 And they took possession of all [the] territory of the Amorite[s] from [the] Arnon and to the Jabbok and from the wilderness and to the Jordan.
Kaj ili ekposedis la tutan regionon de la Amoridoj, de Arnon ĝis Jabok kaj de la dezerto ĝis Jordan.
23 And now Yahweh - [the] God of Israel he has dispossessed the Amorite[s] from before people his Israel and you will you take possession of? it.
Tiamaniere la Eternulo, Dio de Izrael, forpelis la Amoridojn de antaŭ Lia popolo Izrael; kaj vi volas preni ĝian posedaĵon?
24 ¿ Not [that] which he will cause to possess you Chemosh god your it will you take possession of and all that he has dispossessed Yahweh God our from before us it we will take possession of.
Tion, kion posedigas al vi Kemoŝ, via dio, tion posedu; sed ĉiun, kiun la Eternulo, nia Dio, forpelis de antaŭ ni, tiun ni heredos.
25 And now ¿ really good [are] you more than Balak [the] son of Zippor [the] king of Moab ¿ really did he quarrel with Israel or? ever did he wage war against them.
Ĉu vi estas pli bona ol Balak, filo de Cipor kaj reĝo de Moab? ĉu tiu malpacis kun Izrael aŭ militis kontraŭ li?
26 When dwelt Israel in Heshbon and in daughters its and in Aroer and in daughters its and in all the cities which [were] on [the] sides of [the] Arnon three hundred year[s] and why? not did you recover [them] at the time that.
De la tempo, kiam Izrael ekloĝis en Ĥeŝbon kaj en ĝiaj dependaĵoj kaj en Aroer kaj en ĝiaj dependaĵoj, kaj en ĉiuj urboj, kiuj estas apud Arnon, pasis jam tricent jaroj; kial vi ne forprenis ilin en tiu tempo?
27 And I not I have sinned to you and you [are] doing with me evil by waging war against me may he judge Yahweh the judge this day between [the] people of Israel and between [the] people of Ammon.
Mi ne pekis kontraŭ vi, kaj vi faras al mi malbonon, militante kontraŭ mi. La Eternulo, la Juĝanto, juĝu nun inter la Izraelidoj kaj la Amonidoj.
28 And not he listened [the] king of [the] people of Ammon to [the] words of Jephthah which he sent to him.
Sed la reĝo de Amon ne atentis la vortojn de Jiftaĥ, kiujn ĉi tiu sendis al li.
29 And it was on Jephthah [the] spirit of Yahweh and he passed through Gilead and Manasseh and he passed through Mizpah of Gilead and from Mizpah of Gilead he he passed on [the] people of Ammon.
Kaj venis sur Jiftaĥon la spirito de la Eternulo, kaj li trapasis Gileadon kaj la regionon de Manase, kaj li trairis Micpan Gileadan, kaj de Micpa Gileada li iris al la Amonidoj.
30 And he vowed Jephthah a vow to Yahweh and he said certainly [if] you will give [the] people of Ammon in hand my.
Kaj Jiftaĥ faris sanktan promeson al la Eternulo, kaj diris: Se Vi transdonos la Amonidojn en miajn manojn,
31 And it will be whatever comes out which it will come out from [the] doors of house my to meet me when return I in peace from [the] people of Ammon and it will belong to Yahweh and I will offer up it a burnt offering.
tiam tiu, kiu eliros el la pordo de mia domo renkonte al mi, kiam mi feliĉe revenos de la Amonidoj — tiu apartenu al la Eternulo, kaj mi oferos lin kiel bruloferon.
32 And he passed on Jephthah to [the] people of Ammon to fight against them (and he gave them *L(abh)*) Yahweh in hand his.
Kaj Jiftaĥ venis al la Amonidoj, por batali kontraŭ ili; kaj la Eternulo transdonis ilin en liajn manojn.
33 And he defeated them from Aroer and until coming you Minnith twenty citi[es] and to Abel Keramim a defeat great very and they were subdued [the] people of Ammon from before [the] people of Israel.
Kaj li venkobatis ilin de Aroer ĝis Minit, dudek urbojn, kaj ĝis Abel-Keramim — tio estis tre granda venkobato; kaj la Amonidoj humiliĝis antaŭ la Izraelidoj.
34 And he came Jephthah Mizpah to house his and there! daughter his [was] coming out to meet him with tambourines and with dancing and only she [was] an only [child] not [belonged] to him from him a son or a daughter.
Kaj Jiftaĥ venis al Micpa, al sia domo, kaj jen lia filino eliras renkonte al li kun tamburinoj kaj danco; kaj ŝi estis lia sola infano; krom ŝi li havis neniun filon nek filinon.
35 And it was when saw he her and he tore clothes his and he said alas! O daughter my certainly you have brought low me and you you are among [those who] trouble me and I I have opened mouth my to Yahweh and not I am able to turn back.
Kiam li ekvidis ŝin, li disŝiris siajn vestojn, kaj diris: Ho ve, mia filino! kiel forte vi min klinis, vi min malĝojigis! mi malfermis mian buŝon antaŭ la Eternulo, kaj mi ne povas repreni la faron.
36 And she said to him O father my you have opened mouth your to Yahweh do to me just as it has come out from mouth your after that he did for you Yahweh vengeance from enemies your from [the] people of Ammon.
Kaj ŝi diris al li: Mia patro! vi malfermis vian buŝon antaŭ la Eternulo; agu do kun mi tiel, kiel diris via buŝo, post kiam la Eternulo faris al vi venĝon kontraŭ viaj malamikoj, kontraŭ la Amonidoj.
37 And she said to father her let it be done for me the thing this refrain from me two months so let me go and I will go down on the mountains so I may weep on virginiti my I (and companions my. *Q(K)*)
Kaj ŝi diris al sia patro: Faru por mi jenon: lasu min for por du monatoj, kaj mi iros, mi iros sur la montojn kaj priploros mian virgecon, mi kune kun miaj amikinoj.
38 And he said go and he sent away her two months and she went she and companions her and she wept on virginiti her on the mountains.
Kaj li diris: Iru; kaj li forsendis ŝin por du monatoj. Kaj ŝi iris kune kun siaj amikinoj kaj priploris sian virgecon sur la montoj.
39 And it was from [the] end of - two months and she returned to father her and he did to her vow his which he had vowed and she not she had known a man and it was a custom in Israel.
Kaj kiam pasis la du monatoj, ŝi revenis al sia patro, kaj li plenumis sur ŝi sian sanktan promeson, kiun li faris; kaj ŝi ne ekkonis viron. Kaj fariĝis moro en Izrael,
40 From days - days towards they go [the] daughters of Israel to recount for [the] daughter of Jephthah the Gileadite four days in the year.
ke ĉiujare la filinoj de Izrael iras priplori la filinon de Jiftaĥ, la Gileadano, dum kvar tagoj en jaro.
