Joshua 1
1 And it was after [the] death of Moses [the] servant of Yahweh and he said Yahweh to Joshua [the] son of Nun [the] servant of Moses saying.

2 Moses servant my he has died and therefore arise pass over the Jordan this you and all the people this into the land which I [am] about to give to them to [the] people of Israel.

3 Every place which it will tread [the] sole of foot your on it to you I have given it just as I spoke to Moses.
Moses taengah ka thui vanbangla na khopha loh a cawt hmuen boeih te nangmih kam paek bitni.
4 From the wilderness and Lebanon this and to the river great [the] river of Euphrates all [the] land of the Hittites and to the sea great [the] setting of the sun it will be territory your.
Khosoek lamkah Lebanon tuiva puei duela, Khitti khohmuen pum Perath tuiva khotlak tuili puei due pataeng nang khorhi la coeng ni.
5 Not he will stand anyone before you all [the] days of life your just as I was with Moses I will be with you not I will abandon you and not I will leave you.

6 Be strong and be bold for you you will cause to inherit the people this the land which I swore to fathers their to give to them.

7 Only be strong and be bold exceedingly to take care to do according to all the law which he commanded you Moses servant my may not you turn aside from it right and left so that you may prosper in every where you will go.
Ka sal Moses loh nang ng'uen olkhueng te boeih ngaithuen tih saii hamla thaahuel lamtah nam khak ning sak. Anih taeng lamloh banvoei bantang la taengphael boeh. Te daengah ni na caeh nah takuem ah lungming la na om uh eh.
8 Not it will depart [the] book of the law this from mouth your and you will meditate on it by day and night so that you may take care to do according to every [thing] written in it for then you will make successful ways your and then you will be successful.
Olkhueng cabu he na ka dong lamloh na hlong mahpawh. Khoyin khothaih na thuep daengah ni a khuikah a daek bangla boeih saii ham na ngaithuen eh. Te vaengah na longpuei thaihtak vetih lungming la na om uh ni.
9 ¿ Not have I commanded you be strong and be bold may not you be terrified and may not you be dismayed for [is] with you Yahweh God your in every where you will go.

10 And he commanded Joshua [the] officers of the people saying.

11 Pass - in [the] midst of the camp and command the people saying prepare for yourselves food for in yet - three days you [are] about to pass over the Jordan this to go to take possession of the land which Yahweh God your [is] about to give to you to take possession of it.
“Rhaehhmuen khui la cet uh laeh. Pilnam te uen uh lamtah thui pah. Na lampu ham te sikim uh laeh. Hnin thum dongah ngawn tah Jordan te m'poeng uh pawn ni. BOEIPA na Pathen loh nang pang sak ham m'paek khohmuen te pang hamla paan uh laeh,” a ti nah.
12 And to the Reubenite[s] and to the Gadite[s] and to [the] half of [the] tribe of Manasseh he said Joshua saying.
Tedae Reuben koca, Gad koca neh Masnasseh koca hlangvang te Joshua loh a voek tih,
13 Remember the word which he commanded you Moses [the] servant of Yahweh saying Yahweh God your [is] giving rest to you and he will give to you the land this.
“BOEIPA kah sal Moses loh nangmih taengah n'uen olka te poek lah. Nangmih duem sak ham te BOEIPA na Pathen loh a thui tih khohmuen he nangmih taengah m'paek coeng.
14 Wives your little one[s] your and livestock your they will remain in the land which he gave to you Moses on [the] other side of the Jordan and you you will pass over arrayed for battle before brothers your all [the] mighty [men] of strength and you will help them.
Huta camoe neh na boiva tah Moses loh nangmih taengah m'paek Jordan rhalvangan kah khohmuen ah om uh mai saeh. Tedae nangmih tatthai hlangrhalh boeih long tah na manuca rhoek kah a hmai ah caem la cet uh lamtah na manuca rhoek te BOEIPA loh nangmih bangla a duem sak due amih te bom uh.
15 Until that he will give rest Yahweh - to brothers your like you and they will take possession of also they the land which Yahweh God your [is] about to give to them and you will return to [the] land of possession your and you will take possession of it which - he gave to you Moses [the] servant of Yahweh on [the] other side of the Jordan [the] rising of the sun.

16 And they answered Joshua saying all that you have commanded us we will do and to every where you will send us we will go.
Te dongah Joshua te a doo uh tih, “Kaimih nang uen boeih te ka saii uh vetih kaimih nan tueih nah boeih la ka cet uh ni.
17 According to all that we listened to Moses so we will listen to you only may he be Yahweh God your with you just as he was with Moses.
Moses ol te boeih ka ngai uh bangla nang ol te ka ngai uh van ni. Moses taengkah a om bangla BOEIPA na Pathen loh nang taengah om van saeh.
18 Every person who he will rebel toward mouth your and not he will obey words your to all that you will command him he will be put to death only be strong and be bold.
Nang kah olthui aka koek tih nang kah olka nan uen te pakhat kangna khaw aka hnatun pawt hlang boeih tah duek pai saeh. Tedae thaahuel lamtah namning sak,” a ti nahuh.
