Joshua 3
1 And he rose early Joshua in the morning and they set out from Shittim and they came to the Jordan he and all [the] people Israel and they stayed there before they passed over.
И встал Иисус рано поутру, и двинулись они от Ситтима и пришли к Иордану, он и все сыны Израилевы, и ночевали там, еще не переходя его.
2 And it was from [the] end of three days and they passed the officers in [the] midst of the camp.
Чрез три дня пошли надзиратели по стану
3 And they commanded the people saying when see you [the] ark of [the] covenant of Yahweh God your and the priests the Levites carrying it and you you will set out from place your and you will go behind it.
и дали народу повеление, говоря: когда увидите ковчег завета Господа Бога вашего и священников наших и левитов, несущих его, то и вы двиньтесь с места своего и идите за ним;
4 Nevertheless - a distance it will be between you (and between it *Q(k)*) about two thousand cubit[s] by measurement may not you draw near to it so that that you may know the way which you will go in it for not you have passed in the way from yesterday three days ago.
впрочем, расстояние между вами и им должно быть до двух тысяч локтей мерою; не подходите к нему близко, чтобы знать вам путь, по которому идти; ибо вы не ходили сим путем ни вчера, ни третьего дня.
5 And he said Joshua to the people consecrate yourselves for tomorrow he will do Yahweh in midst your wonders.
И сказал Иисус народу: освятитесь к утру, ибо завтра сотворит Господь среди вас чудеса.
6 And he said Joshua to the priests saying lift up [the] ark of the covenant and pass over before the people and they lifted up [the] ark of the covenant and they went before the people.
Священникам же сказал Иисус: возьмите ковчег завета Господня и идите пред народом. Священники взяли ковчег завета Господня и пошли пред народом.
7 And he said Yahweh to Joshua the day this I will begin to make great you in [the] eyes of all Israel that they will know! that just as I was with Moses I will be with you.
Тогда Господь сказал Иисусу: в сей день Я начну прославлять тебя пред очами всех сынов Израиля, дабы они узнали, что как Я был с Моисеем, так буду и с тобою;
8 And you you will command the priests [the] bearers of [the] ark of the covenant saying when come you to [the] edge of [the] waters of the Jordan in the Jordan you will stand still.
а ты дай повеление священникам, несущим ковчег завета, и скажи: как только войдете в воды Иордана, остановитесь в Иордане.
9 And he said Joshua to [the] people of Israel draw near hither and hear [the] words of Yahweh God your.
Иисус сказал сынам Израилевым: подойдите сюда и выслушайте слова Господа, Бога вашего.
10 And he said Joshua by this you will know! that God living [is] in midst your and certainly he will dispossess from before you the Canaanite[s] and the Hittite[s] and the Hivite[s] and the Perizzite[s] and the Girgashite[s] and the Amorite[s] and the Jebusite[s].
И сказал Иисус: из сего узнаете, что среди вас есть Бог живый, Который прогонит от вас Хананеев и Хеттеев, и Евеев, и Ферезеев, и Гергесеев, и Аморреев, и Иевусеев:
11 Here! [the] ark of the covenant [the] lord of all the earth [is] about to pass on before you in the Jordan.
вот, ковчег завета Господа всей земли пойдет пред вами чрез Иордан;
12 And therefore take for yourselves two [plus] ten man from [the] tribes of Israel a man one a man one to the tribe.
и возьмите себе двенадцать человек из колен Израилевых, по одному человеку из колена;
13 And it will be when rest [the] soles of [the] feet of the priests [the] bearers of [the] ark of Yahweh [the] lord of all the earth in [the] waters of the Jordan [the] waters of the Jordan they will be cut off! the waters that are coming down from to above so they may stand a heap one.
и как только стопы ног священников, несущих ковчег Господа, Владыки всей земли, ступят в воду Иордана, вода Иорданская иссякнет, текущая же сверху вода остановится стеною.
14 And it was when set out the people from tents their to pass over the Jordan and the priests [the] bearers of the ark the covenant before the people.
Итак, когда народ двинулся от своих шатров, чтобы переходить Иордан, и священники понесли ковчег завета Господня пред народом,
15 And just as came [the] bearers of the ark to the Jordan and [the] feet of the priests [the] bearers of the ark they were dipped in [the] edge of the waters and the Jordan it is full over all banks its all [the] days of harvest.
то, лишь только несущие ковчег завета Господня вошли в Иордан, и ноги священников, несших ковчег, погрузились в воду Иордана Иордан же выступает из всех берегов своих во все дни жатвы пшеницы,
16 And they stood the waters which came down from to above they rose a heap one far away very (from Adam *Q(K)*) the city which [is] from [the] side of Zarethan and which went down to [the] sea of the Arabah [the] Sea of Salt they were complete they were cut off and the people they passed over before Jericho.
вода, текущая сверху, остановилась и стала стеною на весьма большое расстояние, до города Адама, который подле Цартана; а текущая в море равнины, в море Соленое, ушла и иссякла.
17 And they stood the priests [the] bearers of the ark [the] covenant of Yahweh on the dry ground in [the] middle of the Jordan firmly and all Israel [were] passing over on the dry ground until that they had finished all the nation to pass over the Jordan.
И народ переходил против Иерихона; священники же, несшие ковчег завета Господня, стояли на суше среди Иордана твердою ногою. Все сыны Израилевы переходили по суше, доколе весь народ не перешел чрез Иордан.
