Joshua 3
1 And he rose early Joshua in the morning and they set out from Shittim and they came to the Jordan he and all [the] people Israel and they stayed there before they passed over.
Kaj Josuo leviĝis frue matene, kaj ili elmoviĝis de Ŝitim kaj alvenis al Jordan, li kaj ĉiuj Izraelidoj, kaj ili tradormis tie la nokton, antaŭ ol transiri.
2 And it was from [the] end of three days and they passed the officers in [the] midst of the camp.
Kaj post paso de tri tagoj la oficistoj iris tra la tendaro,
3 And they commanded the people saying when see you [the] ark of [the] covenant of Yahweh God your and the priests the Levites carrying it and you you will set out from place your and you will go behind it.
kaj ordonis al la popolo, dirante: Kiam vi ekvidos la keston de interligo de la Eternulo, via Dio, kaj la pastrojn Levidojn, kiuj portas ĝin, tiam ekmoviĝu de viaj lokoj kaj iru post ili.
4 Nevertheless - a distance it will be between you (and between it *Q(k)*) about two thousand cubit[s] by measurement may not you draw near to it so that that you may know the way which you will go in it for not you have passed in the way from yesterday three days ago.
Sed inter vi kaj ĝi devas esti interspaco de ĉirkaŭ du mil ulnoj da mezuro; ne alproksimiĝu al ĝi, por ke vi sciu la vojon, laŭ kiu vi devas iri; ĉar vi ne iris laŭ tiu vojo antaŭe.
5 And he said Joshua to the people consecrate yourselves for tomorrow he will do Yahweh in midst your wonders.
Kaj Josuo diris al la popolo: Sanktigu vin, ĉar morgaŭ la Eternulo faros inter vi miraklojn.
6 And he said Joshua to the priests saying lift up [the] ark of the covenant and pass over before the people and they lifted up [the] ark of the covenant and they went before the people.
Kaj Josuo diris al la pastroj jene: Prenu la keston de interligo, kaj preteriru antaŭ la popolo. Kaj ili prenis la keston de interligo, kaj preteriris antaŭ la popolo.
7 And he said Yahweh to Joshua the day this I will begin to make great you in [the] eyes of all Israel that they will know! that just as I was with Moses I will be with you.
Kaj la Eternulo diris al Josuo: En ĉi tiu tago Mi komencos altigi vin antaŭ la okuloj de la tuta Izrael, por ke ili sciu, ke kiel Mi estis kun Moseo, tiel Mi estos kun vi.
8 And you you will command the priests [the] bearers of [the] ark of the covenant saying when come you to [the] edge of [the] waters of the Jordan in the Jordan you will stand still.
Kaj vi ordonu al la pastroj, kiuj portas la keston de interligo, dirante: Kiam vi venos al la rando de la akvo de Jordan, tiam stariĝu en Jordan.
9 And he said Joshua to [the] people of Israel draw near hither and hear [the] words of Yahweh God your.
Kaj Josuo diris al la Izraelidoj: Aliru ĉi tien, kaj aŭskultu la vortojn de la Eternulo, via Dio.
10 And he said Joshua by this you will know! that God living [is] in midst your and certainly he will dispossess from before you the Canaanite[s] and the Hittite[s] and the Hivite[s] and the Perizzite[s] and the Girgashite[s] and the Amorite[s] and the Jebusite[s].
Kaj Josuo diris: Per tio vi ekscios, ke la vivanta Dio estas inter vi, kaj ke Li forpelos de antaŭ vi la Kanaanidojn kaj la Ĥetidojn kaj la Ĥividojn kaj la Perizidojn kaj la Girgaŝidojn kaj la Amoridojn kaj la Jebusidojn:
11 Here! [the] ark of the covenant [the] lord of all the earth [is] about to pass on before you in the Jordan.
jen la kesto de interligo de la Sinjoro de la tuta tero transiros antaŭ vi Jordanon.
12 And therefore take for yourselves two [plus] ten man from [the] tribes of Israel a man one a man one to the tribe.
Kaj nun prenu al vi dek du virojn el la triboj de Izrael, po unu viro el ĉiu tribo.
13 And it will be when rest [the] soles of [the] feet of the priests [the] bearers of [the] ark of Yahweh [the] lord of all the earth in [the] waters of the Jordan [the] waters of the Jordan they will be cut off! the waters that are coming down from to above so they may stand a heap one.
Kaj kiam la plandoj de la piedoj de la pastroj, kiuj portas la keston de la Eternulo, la Sinjoro de la tuta tero, haltos en la akvo de Jordan, la akvo de Jordan detiriĝos, la akvo, kiu fluas de supre; kaj ĝi stariĝos, kiel unu muro.
14 And it was when set out the people from tents their to pass over the Jordan and the priests [the] bearers of the ark the covenant before the people.
Kaj kiam la popolo elmoviĝis el siaj tendoj, por transiri Jordanon, kaj la pastroj, kiuj portis la keston de interligo, estis antaŭ la popolo,
15 And just as came [the] bearers of the ark to the Jordan and [the] feet of the priests [the] bearers of the ark they were dipped in [the] edge of the waters and the Jordan it is full over all banks its all [the] days of harvest.
kaj kiam la portantoj de la kesto venis al Jordan, kaj la piedoj de la pastroj, kiuj portis la keston, trempiĝis en la rando de la akvo (kaj Jordan estis plena ĉe ĉiuj siaj bordoj dum la tuta tempo de rikoltado),
16 And they stood the waters which came down from to above they rose a heap one far away very (from Adam *Q(K)*) the city which [is] from [the] side of Zarethan and which went down to [the] sea of the Arabah [the] Sea of Salt they were complete they were cut off and the people they passed over before Jericho.
tiam la akvo, kiu fluis de supre, haltis, stariĝis kiel unu muro, tre malproksime, ĉe la urbo Adam, kiu estas apud Cartan; kaj la akvo, kiu fluis al la maro de la stepo, al la Sala Maro, tute foriris. Kaj la popolo transiris kontraŭ Jeriĥo.
17 And they stood the priests [the] bearers of the ark [the] covenant of Yahweh on the dry ground in [the] middle of the Jordan firmly and all Israel [were] passing over on the dry ground until that they had finished all the nation to pass over the Jordan.
Kaj la pastroj, kiuj portis la keston de interligo de la Eternulo, staris forte sur seka tero meze de Jordan, kaj la tuta Izrael iris trans seka tero, ĝis la tuta popolo transiris Jordanon.
