Joshua 3
1 And he rose early Joshua in the morning and they set out from Shittim and they came to the Jordan he and all [the] people Israel and they stayed there before they passed over.
Mibangon si Josue sayo sa kabuntagon, ug mipahawa sila gikan sa Sitim. Miabot sila sa Jordan, siya ug ang tanan nga katawhan sa Israel, ug nagkampo sila didto sa wala pa sila molatas.
2 And it was from [the] end of three days and they passed the officers in [the] midst of the camp.
Human sa tulo ka adlaw, miadto ang mga kadagkoan taliwala sa kampo;
3 And they commanded the people saying when see you [the] ark of [the] covenant of Yahweh God your and the priests the Levites carrying it and you you will set out from place your and you will go behind it.
gimandoan nila ang katawhan, “Kung makita ninyo ang sagradong sudlanan sa kasabotan ni Yahweh nga inyong Dios, ug ang mga pari nga gikan sa mga Levita nga nagpas-an niini, kinahanglan nga biyaan ninyo kining dapita ug mosunod niini.
4 Nevertheless - a distance it will be between you (and between it *Q(k)*) about two thousand cubit[s] by measurement may not you draw near to it so that that you may know the way which you will go in it for not you have passed in the way from yesterday three days ago.
Kinahanglan nga adunay gilay-on taliwala kaninyo nga mokabat ug 2, 000 ka mga kubiko. Ayaw kamo pagpaduol niini, aron nga makita ninyo kung asa nga dalan moadto, tungod kay wala pa kamo makaagi niini nga dalan kaniadto.”
5 And he said Joshua to the people consecrate yourselves for tomorrow he will do Yahweh in midst your wonders.
Miingon si Josue sa katawhan, “Balaana ang inyong mga kaugalingon ugma, kay maghimo si Yahweh ug kahibulongan diha kaninyo.”
6 And he said Joshua to the priests saying lift up [the] ark of the covenant and pass over before the people and they lifted up [the] ark of the covenant and they went before the people.
Unya miingon si Josue sa mga pari, “Pas-ana ang sagradong sudlanan sa kasabotan, ug iagi atubangan sa katawhan.” Busa gikuha nila ang sagradong sudlanan sa kasabotan ug miagi atubangan sa katawhan.
7 And he said Yahweh to Joshua the day this I will begin to make great you in [the] eyes of all Israel that they will know! that just as I was with Moses I will be with you.
Miingon si Yahweh kang Josue, “Karong adlawa himoon ko ikaw nga bantogan sa mga mata sa tanang Israelita. Mahibaloan nila ingon nga ako uban kang Moises kaniadto, maga-uban ako kanimo.
8 And you you will command the priests [the] bearers of [the] ark of the covenant saying when come you to [the] edge of [the] waters of the Jordan in the Jordan you will stand still.
Pagamandoan nimo ang mga pari nga nagpas-an sa sagradong sudlanan sa kasabotan, 'Kung makaabot kamo sa daplin sa katubigan sa Jordan, kinahanglan nga magpabilin kamo nga motindog sa Suba sa Jordan.'”
9 And he said Joshua to [the] people of Israel draw near hither and hear [the] words of Yahweh God your.
Unya miingon si Josue sa katawhan sa Israel, “Umari kamo, ug paminawa ang mga pulong ni Yahweh nga inyong Dios.
10 And he said Joshua by this you will know! that God living [is] in midst your and certainly he will dispossess from before you the Canaanite[s] and the Hittite[s] and the Hivite[s] and the Perizzite[s] and the Girgashite[s] and the Amorite[s] and the Jebusite[s].
Pinaagi niini mahibaloan ninyo nga ang buhi nga Dios anaa taliwala kaninyo ug papahawaon ninyo ang mga Canaanhon, ang mga Hitihanon, ang mga Hibihanon, ang mga Perizihanon, ang mga Girgasihanon, ang mga Amorihanon, ug ang mga Jebusihanon.
11 Here! [the] ark of the covenant [the] lord of all the earth [is] about to pass on before you in the Jordan.
Tan-awa! Ang sagradong sudlanan sa kasabotan sa Ginoo sa tibuok kalibotan mitabok una kaninyo ngadto sa Jordan.
12 And therefore take for yourselves two [plus] ten man from [the] tribes of Israel a man one a man one to the tribe.
Karon pagpili ug napulo ug duha ka mga lalaki nga gikan sa tribo sa Israel, usa ka lalaki gikan niini.
13 And it will be when rest [the] soles of [the] feet of the priests [the] bearers of [the] ark of Yahweh [the] lord of all the earth in [the] waters of the Jordan [the] waters of the Jordan they will be cut off! the waters that are coming down from to above so they may stand a heap one.
Sa dihang ang lapalapa sa mga pari nga nagpas-an sa sagradong sudlanan sa kasabotan ni Yahweh, ang Ginoo sa tibuok kalibotan, matuslob sa katubigan sa Jordan, ang katubigan sa Jordan matunga, ug bisan pa ang katubigan nga nagdagayday gikan sa ibabaw mohunong ang pagdagayday ug mapundo kini sa usa ka dapit.”
14 And it was when set out the people from tents their to pass over the Jordan and the priests [the] bearers of the ark the covenant before the people.
Busa sa dihang andam na ang katawhan aron sa pagtabok sa Jordan, ang mga pari nga nagpas-an sa sagradong sudlanan sa kasabotan nag-una sa katawhan.
15 And just as came [the] bearers of the ark to the Jordan and [the] feet of the priests [the] bearers of the ark they were dipped in [the] edge of the waters and the Jordan it is full over all banks its all [the] days of harvest.
Sa dihang miabot na kadtong nagpas-an sa sagradong sudlanan sa kasabotan ngadto sa Jordan, ug ang mga tiil niadtong nagpas-an sa sagradong sudlanan sa kasabotan nakatuslob na ngadto sa kilid sa suba (karon nag-awas-awas ang Jordan sa tanang mga bahin sa kilid niini panahon kadto sa ting-ani),
16 And they stood the waters which came down from to above they rose a heap one far away very (from Adam *Q(K)*) the city which [is] from [the] side of Zarethan and which went down to [the] sea of the Arabah [the] Sea of Salt they were complete they were cut off and the people they passed over before Jericho.
ang katubigan nga nagdagayday gikan sa taas napundo sa usa ka dapit. Mihunong ang pagdagayday sa tubig gikan sa halayo nga bahin. Mihunong ang pagdagayday sa tubig nga gikan sa Adam, ang siyudad nga tapad sa Zaretan, paubos sa kadagatan sa Negev, ang Dagat nga Asin. Ug ang katawhan nakatabok duol sa Jerico.
17 And they stood the priests [the] bearers of the ark [the] covenant of Yahweh on the dry ground in [the] middle of the Jordan firmly and all Israel [were] passing over on the dry ground until that they had finished all the nation to pass over the Jordan.
Ang mga pari nga nagpas-an sa sagradong sudlanan sa kasabotan ni Yahweh mitindog sa mala nga yuta sa taliwala sa Jordan hangtod nga ang tanang katawhan sa Israel nakatabok sa mala nga yuta.
