John 9
1 And passing by He saw a man blind from birth.
௧அவர் அப்புறம் போகும்போது பிறவிக் குருடனாகிய ஒரு மனிதனைப் பார்த்தார்.
2 And asked Him the disciples of Him saying; Rabbi, who sinned, this [man] or the parents of him, that blind he may be born?
௨அப்பொழுது அவருடைய சீடர்கள் அவரைப் பார்த்து: ரபீ, இவன் குருடனாக பிறந்தது யார் செய்த பாவம், இவன் செய்த பாவமோ, இவனைப் பெற்றவர்கள் செய்த பாவமோ என்று கேட்டார்கள்.
3 Answered (*k*) Jesus; Neither this [man] sinned nor [sinned] the parents of him, but [it was] that may be displayed the works of God in him.
௩இயேசு மறுமொழியாக: அது இவன் செய்த பாவமும் இல்லை, இவனைப் பெற்றவர்கள் செய்த பாவமும் இல்லை, தேவனுடைய செயல்கள் இவனிடத்தில் வெளிப்படுவதற்கு இப்படிப் பிறந்தான்.
4 (Us *N(K)O*) it behooves to work the works of the [One who] having sent Me while day it is; is coming night, when no [one] is able to work.
௪பகலாக இருக்கும்வரை நான் என்னை அனுப்பினவருடைய செயல்களைச் செய்யவேண்டும்; ஒருவனும் செயல்கள் செய்யக்கூடாத இரவு நேரம் வருகிறது.
5 While in the world I may be, [the] light I am of the world.
௫நான் உலகத்தில் இருக்கும்போது உலகத்திற்கு ஒளியாக இருக்கிறேன் என்றார்.
6 These things having said He spat on [the] ground and He made clay of the spittle and (he rubbed *NK(O)*) (on him *no*) the clay to the eyes (of the blind *k*)
௬இவைகளைச் சொல்லி, அவர் தரையிலே உமிழ்ந்து, உமிழ்நீரினால் சேறுண்டாக்கி, அந்தச் சேற்றைக் குருடனுடைய கண்களின்மேல் பூசி:
7 And He said to him; do go do wash yourself in the pool of Siloam which means Sent. He went therefore and washed and came [back] seeing.
௭நீ போய், சீலோவாம் குளத்திலே கழுவு என்றார். சீலோவாம் என்பதற்கு அனுப்பப்பட்டவன் என்று அர்த்தம். அப்படியே அவன்போய்க் கழுவி, பார்வை அடைந்தவனாக திரும்பி வந்தான்.
8 The therefore neighbours and those having seen him before that (a beggar *N(K)O*) he was, were saying; Surely this is the [one] sitting and begging?
௮அப்பொழுது அருகில் உள்ளவர்களும், அவன் குருடனாக இருக்கும்போது அவனைப் பார்த்திருந்தவர்களும்: இவன் உட்கார்ந்து பிச்சை கேட்டுக்கொண்டிருந்தவன் அல்லவா என்றார்கள்.
9 Some were saying that He it is, but others were saying; (No, *no*) (but *N(k)O*) (that *k*) like as him he is. He was saying that I myself am [he].
௯சிலர்: அவன்தான் என்றார்கள். வேறுசிலர்: அவனைப்போல இருக்கிறான் என்றார்கள். அவனோ: நான்தான் அவன் என்றான்.
10 They were saying therefore to him; How (then *NO*) were opened of you the eyes?
௧0அப்பொழுது அவர்கள் அவனைப் பார்த்து: உன் கண்கள் எப்படித் திறக்கப்பட்டது என்றார்கள்.
11 Answered He (and said: *k*) (The *no*) man (who *no*) is being named Jesus clay made and He anointed my eyes and He said to me (that *no*) do go to (pool *k*) (*N(k)O*) Siloam and do wash. yourself Having gone (therefore *N(K)O*) and having washed I received sight.
௧௧அவன் மறுமொழியாக: இயேசு என்னப்பட்ட ஒருவர் சேறுண்டாக்கி, என் கண்களின்மேல் பூசி, நீ போய் சீலோவாம் குளத்திலே கழுவு என்றார். அப்படியே நான் போய்க் கழுவி, பார்வை அடைந்தேன் என்றான்.
12 (And *N(k)O*) they said to him; Where is He? He says; Not I know.
௧௨அப்பொழுது அவர்கள்: அவர் எங்கே என்றார்கள். அவன்: எனக்குத் தெரியாது என்றான்.
13 They bring him to the Pharisees who once [was] blind;
௧௩குருடனாக இருந்த அவனைப் பரிசேயர்களிடத்திற்குக் கொண்டுபோனார்கள்.
14 Was now Sabbath (in which day *NO*) (when *k*) the clay made Jesus and opened of him the eyes.
௧௪இயேசு சேறுண்டாக்கி, அவன் கண்களைத் திறந்த நாள் ஓய்வுநாளாக இருந்தது.
15 Again therefore were asking him also the Pharisees how he had received sight. And he said to them; Clay He put on my eyes and I washed and I see.
௧௫ஆகவே, பரிசேயர்களும் அவனைப் பார்த்து: நீ எப்படிப் பார்வை அடைந்தாய் என்று மீண்டும் கேட்டார்கள். அதற்கு அவன்: அவர் என் கண்களின்மேல் சேற்றைப் பூசினார், நான் கழுவினேன், பார்க்கிறேன் என்றான்.
16 Were saying therefore of the Pharisees some; Not is this from (*k*) God the man for the Sabbath not He does keep. Others (however *no*) were saying; How is able a man sinful such signs to do? And division there was among them.
௧௬அப்பொழுது பரிசேயர்களில் சிலர்: அந்த மனிதன் ஓய்வுநாளைக் கடைபிடிக்காததினால் அவன் தேவனிடத்தில் இருந்து வந்தவன் இல்லை என்றார்கள். வேறுசிலர்: பாவியாக இருக்கிற மனிதன் இப்படிப்பட்ட அற்புதங்களை எப்படிச் செய்வான் என்றார்கள். இந்தவிதமாக அவர்களுக்குள்ளே பிரிவினை ஏற்பட்டது.
17 They say (therefore *NO*) to the blind [man] again; What you yourself say concerning Him for He opened of you the eyes? And he said that A prophet He is.
௧௭மீண்டும் அவர்கள் குருடனைப் பார்த்து: உன் கண்களைத் திறந்தானே, அவனைக்குறித்து நீ என்ன சொல்லுகிறாய் என்றார்கள். அதற்கு அவன்: அவர் தீர்க்கதரிசி என்றான்.
18 Not did believe then the Jews concerning him that he was being blind and received sight until when they called the parents of him who having received sight,
௧௮அவன் குருடனாக இருந்து பார்வை அடைந்ததை யூதர்கள் நம்பாமல், பார்வை அடைந்தவனுடைய பெற்றோரை அழைத்து,
19 And they asked them saying; This is the son of you of whom you yourselves say that blind he was born? How then does he see presently
௧௯அவர்களைப் பார்த்து: உங்களுடைய மகன் குருடனாகப் பிறந்தான் என்று சொல்லுகிறீர்களே, அவன் இவன்தானா? இவனானால், இப்பொழுது இவன் எப்படிப் பார்வையடைந்தான் என்று கேட்டார்கள்.
20 Answered (therefore *N(k)*) (to them *k*) the parents of him and said; We know that this is the son of us and that blind he was born;
௨0பெற்றோர் மறுமொழியாக; இவன் எங்களுடைய மகன்தான் என்றும், குருடனாகப் பிறந்தான் என்றும் எங்களுக்குத் தெரியும்.
21 How however presently he sees not we know, or who opened of him the eyes we ourselves not know; him do ask, (he himself *k*) [of] age is; He himself Concerning himself he will speak.
௨௧இப்பொழுது இவன் பார்வை அடைந்தது எப்படி என்று எங்களுக்குத் தெரியாது; இவனுடைய கண்களைத் திறந்தவன் யார் என்பதும் எங்களுக்குத் தெரியாது; இவன் வாலிபனாக இருக்கிறான், இவனையே கேளுங்கள், இவனே சொல்லுவான் என்றார்கள்.
22 These things said the parents of Him because they were afraid of the Jews; already for had agreed together the Jews that if anyone Him shall confess Christ, expelled from the synagogue he shall be.
௨௨அவனுடைய பெற்றோர்கள் யூதர்களுக்குப் பயந்ததினால் இப்படிச் சொன்னார்கள். ஏனென்றால், இயேசுவைக் கிறிஸ்து என்று யாராவது அறிக்கை செய்தால் அவனை ஜெப ஆலயத்திற்குப் வெளியாக்க வேண்டும் என்று யூதர்கள் அதற்கு ஏற்கனவே முடிவு செய்திருந்தார்கள்.
23 Because of this the parents of him said that Age he has, him (do question. *N(k)O*)
௨௩அதினிமித்தம்: இவன் வாலிபனாக இருக்கிறான், இவனையே கேளுங்கள் என்று அவனுடைய பெற்றோர்கள் சொன்னார்கள்.
24 They called therefore the man out a second time who were blind and they said to him; do give glory to God! We ourselves know that this man a sinner is.
௨௪ஆதலால் அவர்கள் குருடனாக இருந்த மனிதனை இரண்டாம்முறை அழைத்து: நீ தேவனை மகிமைப்படுத்து; இந்த மனிதன் பாவி என்று நாங்கள் அறிந்திருக்கிறோம் என்றார்கள்.
25 Answered then he (and said: *k*) Whether a sinner He is not I know; One [thing] I do know that blind being now I see.
௨௫அவன் மறுமொழியாக: அவர் பாவியா இல்லையா என்று எனக்குத் தெரியாது; நான் குருடனாக இருந்தேன், இப்பொழுது பார்க்கிறேன்; இது ஒன்றுதான் எனக்குத் தெரியும் என்றான்.
26 They said (therefore *N(k)O*) to him (again: *k*) What did He to you? How opened He of you the eyes?
௨௬அவர்கள் மறுபடியும் அவனைப் பார்த்து: உனக்கு என்ன செய்தான், உன் கண்களை எப்படித் திறந்தான் என்றார்கள்.
27 He answered them; I told you already, and not you did listen. Why again do you wish to hear? Surely not also you yourselves do wish His disciples to become?
௨௭அவன் மறுமொழியாக: ஏற்கனவே உங்களுக்குச் சொன்னேன், நீங்கள் கேட்காமல் போனீர்கள்; மறுபடியும் ஏன் கேட்கிறீர்கள்? அவருக்குச் சீடராக உங்களுக்கும் விருப்பம் இருக்கிறதா என்றான்.
28 (And *n(o)*) ([they] now *o*) railed at (therefore *K*) him and said; You yourself a disciple are of that One, we ourselves however of Moses are disciples.
௨௮அப்பொழுது அவர்கள் அவனைத் திட்டி: நீ அவனுடைய சீடன், நாங்கள் மோசேயினுடைய சீடர்.
29 We ourselves know that to Moses has spoken God, this [man] however not we know from where is.
௨௯மோசேயுடனே தேவன் பேசினார் என்று தெரியும், இவன் எங்கே இருந்து வந்தவன் என்று எங்களுக்குத் தெரியாது என்றார்கள்.
30 Answered the man and said to them; In this for (*no*) an amazing thing is that you yourselves not know from where He is, and yet (He opened *N(k)O*) my eyes.
௩0அதற்கு அந்த மனிதன்: அவர் என் கண்களைத் திறந்திருந்தும், அவர் எங்கிருந்து வந்தவர் என்று நீங்கள் தெரியாமல் இருப்பது ஆச்சரியமான காரியம்.
31 We know (now *k*) that to sinners God not does listen, but if anyone God-fearing shall be and the will of Him shall do, to him He listens.
௩௧பாவிகளுக்கு தேவன் செவிகொடுக்கிறது இல்லை என்று தெரிந்திருக்கிறோம்; ஒருவன் தேவபக்தி உள்ளவனாக இருந்து அவருக்கு பிரியமானதைச் செய்தால் அவனுக்குச் செவிகொடுப்பார்.
32 Out of the age never it has been heard that opened anyone [the] eyes of [one] blind born. (aiōn g165)
௩௨பிறவிக் குருடனுடைய கண்களை ஒருவன் திறந்தான் என்று உலகம் உண்டானதுமுதல் கேள்விப்பட்டது இல்லையே. (aiōn g165)
33 only unless were this [man] from God, not He was able to do no [thing].
௩௩அவர் தேவனிடத்தில் இருந்து வராமல் இருந்தால் ஒன்றும் செய்யமாட்டாரே என்றான்.
34 They answered and they said to him; In sins you yourself were born entirely and you yourself teach us? And they cast him out.
௩௪அவர்கள் அவனுக்கு மறுமொழியாக: முழுவதும் பாவத்தில் பிறந்த நீ எங்களுக்குப் போதிக்கிறாயோ என்று சொல்லி, அவனைப் வெளியே தள்ளிவிட்டார்கள்.
35 Heard (*ko*) Jesus that they had cast him out, and having found him He said (to him: *ko*) You yourself believe in the Son (of Man? *N(K)O*)
௩௫அவனை அவர்கள் வெளியே தள்ளிவிட்டதை இயேசு கேள்விப்பட்டு, அவனைப் பார்த்தபோது: நீ தேவனுடைய குமாரனிடத்தில் விசுவாசமாக இருக்கிறாயா என்றார்.
36 Answered he and said; (And *no*) who is He, lord, that I may believe in Him?
௩௬அதற்கு அவன்: ஆண்டவரே, அவரிடத்தில் நான் விசுவாசமாக இருக்கும்படிக்கு அவர் யார் என்றான்.
37 Said (now *k*) to him Jesus; Both You have seen Him, and the [One] speaking with you He is.
௩௭இயேசு அவனைப் பார்த்து: நீ அவரைப் பார்த்திருக்கிறாய், உன்னுடனே பேசுகிறவர் அவர்தான் என்றார்.
38 And he was saying; I believe, Lord, And he worshiped Him.
௩௮உடனே அவன்: ஆண்டவரே, விசுவாசிக்கிறேன் என்று சொல்லி, அவரைப் பணிந்துகொண்டான்.
39 And said Jesus; For judgment I myself into world this came, that those not seeing may see and those seeing blind may become.
௩௯அப்பொழுது இயேசு: பார்க்காதவர்கள் பார்க்கும்படியாகவும், பார்க்கிறவர்கள் குருடராகும்படியாகவும் நியாயத்தீர்ப்புக்கு நான் இந்த உலகத்தில் வந்தேன் என்றார்.
40 (and *k*) Heard from the Pharisees these things who with Him being and they said to Him; Surely not also we ourselves blind are?
௪0அவரோடு இருந்த பரிசேயர்களில் சிலர் இவைகளைக் கேட்டபொழுது: நாங்களும் குருடரோ என்றார்கள்.
41 Said to them Jesus; If blind you were, not then would you have sin. since however you say that We see, the (therefore *K*) sin of you remains.
௪௧இயேசு அவர்களைப் பார்த்து: நீங்கள் குருடராக இருந்தால் உங்களுக்குப் பாவம் இருக்காது; நீங்கள் பார்க்கிறோம் என்று சொல்லுகிறபடியினால் உங்களுடைய பாவம் நிலைநிற்கிறது என்றார்.
