John 4
1 When therefore knew (Jesus *N(K)O*) that heard the Pharisees that Jesus more disciples makes and baptizes than John
௧யோவானைவிட இயேசு அநேகம்பேரைச் சீடர்களாக்கி ஞானஸ்நானம் கொடுக்கிறார் என்று பரிசேயர்கள் கேள்விப்பட்டதை இயேசு அறிந்தபோது,
2 and certainly indeed and certainly indeed and certainly indeed Jesus Himself not was baptizing but the disciples of Him
௨யூதேயாவைவிட்டு மறுபடியும் கலிலேயாவிற்குப் போனார்.
3 He left Judea and went away again into Galilee.
௩இயேசு ஞானஸ்நானம் கொடுக்கவில்லை, அவருடைய சீடர்கள் கொடுத்தார்கள்.
4 It was necessary for now Him to pass through Samaria.
௪அப்பொழுது அவர் சமாரியா நாட்டின்வழியாகப் போகவேண்டியதாக இருந்தபடியால்,
5 He comes therefore to a city of Samaria being named Sychar, nearby the plot of ground that gave Jacob (*no*) to Joseph the son of him;
௫யாக்கோபு தன் மகனாகிய யோசேப்புக்குக் கொடுத்த நிலத்திற்கு அருகே இருந்த சமாரியாவிலுள்ள சீகார் என்னப்பட்ட ஊருக்கு வந்தார்.
6 Was now there [the] well of Jacob. Therefore Jesus already wearying from the journey was sitting thus at the well; [The] hour was (about *N(k)O*) [the] sixth.
௬அங்கே யாக்கோபுடைய கிணறு இருந்தது; இயேசு பயணத்தின் களைப்பினால் ஏறக்குறைய நண்பகல் நேரத்தில் சற்று ஓய்வெடுக்க அந்தக் கிணற்றின் அருகே உட்கார்ந்திருந்தார்.
7 Comes a woman out of Samaria to draw water. Says to her Jesus; do give Me to drink.
௭அவருடைய சீடர்கள் உணவு வாங்குவதற்கு ஊருக்குள்ளே சென்றிருந்தார்கள்.
8 For the disciples of Him had gone away into the city that food they may buy.
௮அப்பொழுது சமாரியா தேசத்தாளாகிய ஒரு பெண் தண்ணீர் எடுக்க வந்தாள். இயேசு அவளைப் பார்த்து: தாகத்திற்குத் தா என்றார்.
9 Says therefore to Him the woman Samaritan; How You yourself a Jew being from me to drink you do ask a woman Samaritan being? Not for have association Jews with Samaritans.
௯யூதர்கள் சமாரியருடனே எந்தத் தொடர்பும் வைக்காதவர்களானபடியால், சமாரிய பெண் அவரைப் பார்த்து: நீர் யூதனாக இருக்க, சமாரிய பெண்ணாகிய என்னிடத்தில், தாகத்திற்குத் தா என்று எப்படிக் கேட்கலாம் என்றாள்.
10 Answered Jesus and said to her; If you had known the gift of God and who it is who is saying to you; do give Me to drink, you yourself then would you have asked Him and He gave maybe to you water living.
௧0இயேசு அவளுக்கு மறுமொழியாக: நீ தேவனுடைய ஈவையும், தாகத்திற்குத் தா என்று உன்னிடத்தில் கேட்கிறவர் யார் என்பதையும் அறிந்திருந்தால், நீயே அவரிடத்தில் கேட்டிருப்பாய், அவர் உனக்கு ஜீவத்தண்ணீரைக் கொடுத்திருப்பார் என்றார்.
11 Says to Him the woman: Sir, nothing to draw with You have, and the well is deep; from where then have You the water which is living?
௧௧அதற்கு அந்த பெண்: ஆண்டவரே, எடுத்துக்கொள்ள உம்மிடத்தில் பாத்திரமில்லையே, கிணறும் ஆழமாக இருக்கிறதே, பின்னே எங்கே இருந்து உமக்கு ஜீவத்தண்ணீர் கிடைக்கும்.
12 Not You yourself greater are [than] the father of us Jacob, who gave us the well, and himself of it drank and the sons of him and the livestock of him?
௧௨இந்தக் கிணற்றை எங்களுக்குக் கொடுத்த நம்முடைய முற்பிதாவாகிய யாக்கோபைவிட நீர் பெரியவரோ? அவரும் அவருடைய பிள்ளைகளும், அவருடைய மிருகஜீவன்களும் இதிலே குடித்தது என்றாள்.
13 Answered (*k*) Jesus and said to her; Everyone who is drinking of water this will thirst again.
௧௩இயேசு அவளுக்கு மறுமொழியாக: இந்தத் தண்ணீரைக் குடிக்கிறவனுக்கு மறுபடியும் தாகம் உண்டாகும்.
15 Says to Him the woman; Sir, do give me this water that not I may thirst nor (I may come *N(k)(o)*) here to draw.
௧௫அந்த பெண் அவரைப் பார்த்து: ஆண்டவரே, எனக்குத் தாகம் உண்டாகாமலும், நான் இங்கே தண்ணீர் எடுக்க வராமலும் இருக்கும்படி அந்தத் தண்ணீரை எனக்குத் தரவேண்டும் என்றாள்.
16 He says to her (*ko*) (Jesus: *KO*) do go do call the husband of you and do come here.
௧௬இயேசு அவளைப் பார்த்து: நீ போய், உன் கணவனை இங்கே அழைத்துக்கொண்டுவா என்றார்.
17 Answered the woman and said (to Him: *no*) Not I have a husband. Says to her Jesus; Correctly you have spoken that A husband not I have;
௧௭அதற்கு அந்த பெண்: எனக்குப் கணவன் இல்லை என்றாள். இயேசு அவளைப் பார்த்து: எனக்குப் கணவன் இல்லை என்று நீ சொன்னது சரிதான்.
18 Five for husbands you have had, and now he whom you have not is your husband; this truly you have spoken.
௧௮எப்படியென்றால், ஐந்து கணவர்கள் உனக்கு இருந்தார்கள், இப்பொழுது உனக்கிருக்கிறவன் உனக்கு கணவன் இல்லை, இதை உள்ளபடி சொன்னாய் என்றார்.
19 Says to Him the woman; Sir, I understand that a prophet are You yourself.
௧௯அப்பொழுது அந்த பெண் அவரைப் பார்த்து: ஆண்டவரே, நீர் தீர்க்கதரிசி என்று பார்க்கிறேன்.
20 The fathers of us on mountain this worshiped, and you yourselves say that in Jerusalem is the place where to worship it is necessary.
௨0எங்களுடைய முற்பிதாக்கள் இந்த மலையிலே ஆராதித்துவந்தார்கள்; நீங்கள் எருசலேமில்தான் ஆராதிக்கவேண்டும் என்கிறீர்களே என்றாள்.
21 Says to her Jesus; (do believe *N(k)O*) Me, woman, that is coming an hour when neither [you will worship] on mountain this nor in Jerusalem will you worship the Father.
௨௧அதற்கு இயேசு: பெண்ணே, நான் சொல்லுகிறதை நம்பு. நீங்கள் இந்த மலையிலும் எருசலேமிலும் மாத்திரமல்ல, எங்கும் பிதாவை ஆராதிக்கும்காலம் வருகிறது.
22 You yourselves worship what not you know, we ourselves worship what we know, for salvation of the Jews is.
௨௨நீங்கள் அறியாததை ஆராதிக்கிறீர்கள்; நாங்கள் அறிந்திருக்கிறதை ஆராதிக்கிறோம்; ஏனென்றால், இரட்சிப்பு யூதர்கள்வழியாக வருகிறது.
23 But is coming an hour and now is, when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth; also for the Father such seeks who worship Him.
௨௩உண்மையாக ஆராதிக்கிறவர்கள் பிதாவை ஆவியோடும் உண்மையோடும் ஆராதிக்கும்காலம் வரும், அது இப்பொழுதே வந்திருக்கிறது; தம்மைத் ஆராதிக்கிறவர்கள் இப்படிப்பட்டவர்களாக இருக்கும்படி பிதாவானவர் விரும்புகிறார்.
24 Spirit God [is], and those worshiping Him in spirit and truth it behooves to worship.
௨௪தேவன் ஆவியாக இருக்கிறார், அவரை ஆராதிக்கிறவர்கள் ஆவியோடும், உண்மையோடும் அவரை ஆராதிக்க வேண்டும் என்றார்.
25 Says to Him the woman; I know that Messiah is coming, who is called Christ, when may come He, He will tell us (all things. *N(k)O*)
௨௫அந்த பெண் அவரைப் பார்த்து: கிறிஸ்து எனப்படுகிற மேசியா வருகிறார் என்று அறிவேன், அவர் வரும்போது எல்லாவற்றையும் நமக்கு அறிவிப்பார் என்றாள்.
26 Says to her Jesus; I myself am [He], who is speaking to you.
௨௬அதற்கு இயேசு: உன்னுடனே பேசுகிற நானே அவர் என்றார்.
27 And upon this came the disciples of Him and (were amazed *N(k)O*) that with a woman He was speaking; no [one] however said; What seek You? Or Why speak You with her?
௨௭அந்தநேரத்தில் அவருடைய சீடர்கள் வந்து, அவர் பெண்ணுடனே பேசுகிறதைக் கண்டு ஆச்சரியப்பட்டார்கள். ஆனாலும் என்ன வேண்டும் என்றாவது, ஏன் அவளுடனே பேசுகிறீர் என்றாவது, ஒருவனும் கேட்கவில்லை.
28 Left then the water pot of her the woman and went away into the city and says to the men;
௨௮அப்பொழுது அந்த பெண், தன் குடத்தை வைத்துவிட்டு, ஊருக்குள்ளேப்போய், மக்களைப் பார்த்து:
29 Come, do see a man who told me all things (as much as *NK(o)*) I did; surely not ever this is the Christ?
௨௯நான் செய்த எல்லாவற்றையும் ஒரு மனிதன் எனக்குச் சொன்னார்; அவரை வந்துபாருங்கள்; அவர் கிறிஸ்துதானோ என்றாள்.
30 They went forth (therefore *K*) out of the city and were coming unto Him.
௩0அப்பொழுது அவர்கள் ஊரிலிருந்து புறப்பட்டு அவரிடத்தில் வந்தார்கள்.
31 But in (now *k*) the meantime were asking Him the disciples saying; Rabbi, do eat.
௩௧இப்படி நடக்கும்போது சீடர்கள் அவரைப் பார்த்து: ரபீ, சாப்பிடுங்கள் என்று கேட்டுக்கொண்டார்கள்.
32 But He said to them; I myself food have to eat that you yourselves not know.
௩௨அதற்கு அவர்: நான் சாப்பிடுவதற்கு நீங்கள் அறியாத ஒரு உணவு எனக்கு இருக்கிறது என்றார்.
33 Were saying therefore the disciples to one another; Surely not one did bring to Him [something] to eat?
௩௩அப்பொழுது சீடர்கள் ஒருவரையொருவர் பார்த்து: யாராவது அவருக்கு உணவுகொண்டுவந்திருப்பானோ என்றார்கள்.
34 Says to them Jesus; My own food is that (I may do *N(k)O*) the will of the [One who] having sent Me and may finish of Him the work.
௩௪இயேசு அவர்களைப் பார்த்து: நான் என்னை அனுப்பினவருடைய விருப்பத்தின்படிசெய்து அவருடைய செயல்களை முடிப்பதே என்னுடைய உணவாக இருக்கிறது.
35 Surely you yourselves say that yet (four months *N(k)O*) it is and the harvest comes? Behold I say to you; do lift up the eyes of you and do see the fields because white they are toward harvest already!
௩௫அறுப்புக்காலம் வருகிறதற்கு இன்னும் நான்கு மாதங்கள் இருக்கின்றது என்று நீங்கள் சொல்லுகிறதில்லையா? இதோ, வயல் நிலங்கள் இப்பொழுதே அறுப்புக்கு விளைந்திருக்கிறது என்று உங்களுடைய கண்களை ஏறெடுத்துப்பாருங்கள் என்று நான் உங்களுக்குச் சொல்லுகிறேன்.
36 (and *k*) the [one] reaping a reward receives and he gathers fruit unto life eternal, so that (both *k*) who is sowing together may rejoice and who is reaping. (aiōnios g166)
௩௬விதைக்கிறவனும், அறுக்கிறவனுமாகிய இருவரும் ஒருமித்துச் சந்தோஷப்படத்தக்கதாக, அறுக்கிறவன் சம்பளத்தை வாங்கி, நித்தியஜீவனுக்காகப் பலனைச் சேர்த்துக்கொள்ளுகிறான். (aiōnios g166)
37 In for this the saying is (*k*) true that One is who is sowing and another [is] the [one] who is reaping.
௩௭விதைக்கிறவன் ஒருவன் அறுக்கிறவன் ஒருவன் என்கிற உண்மையான வழக்கச்சொல் இதினாலே வெளிப்படுகிறது.
38 I myself sent you to reap what not you yourselves have toiled for; others have toiled, and you yourselves into the labor of them have entered.
௩௮நீங்கள் பாடுபட்டுப் பயிரிடாததை அறுக்க நான் உங்களை அனுப்பினேன், மற்றவர்கள் பாடுபட்டார்கள், அவர்கள் பாடுபட்டத்தின் பலனை நீங்கள் பெற்றீர்கள் என்றார்.
39 Out of now the city that many believed in Him of the Samaritans because of the word of the woman testifying that He told me all things (whatever *N(k)O*) I did.
௩௯நான் செய்த எல்லாவற்றையும் எனக்குச் சொன்னார் என்று சாட்சி சொன்ன அந்த பெண்ணின் வார்த்தையினிமித்தம் அந்த ஊரிலுள்ள சமாரியரில் அநேகர் அவர்மேல் விசுவாசம் உள்ளவர்களானார்கள்.
40 When therefore came to Him the Samaritans, they were asking Him to abide with them. and He stayed there two days.
௪0சமாரியர் அவரிடத்தில் வந்து, தங்களிடத்தில் தங்கவேண்டும் என்று அவரை வேண்டிக்கொண்டார்கள்; அவர் இரண்டு நாட்கள் அங்கே தங்கினார்.
41 And many more believed because of the word of Him,
௪௧அப்பொழுது அவருடைய உபதேசத்தின் மூலம் இன்னும் அநேகம்பேர் விசுவாசித்து,
42 and to the woman they were saying that no longer no longer because of your speech we believe; we ourselves for have heard and we know that this is truly the Savior of the world (the Christ. *K*)
௪௨அந்த பெண்ணைப் பார்த்து: உன் வார்த்தையினாலே இல்லை, அவருடைய உபதேசத்தை நாங்களே கேட்டு, அவர் உண்மையாகவே கிறிஸ்துவாகிய உலக இரட்சகர் என்று அறிந்து விசுவாசிக்கிறோம் என்றார்கள்.
43 After then the two days He went forth from there (and went away *K*) into Galilee.
௪௩இரண்டு நாட்களுக்குப்பின்பு அவர் அந்த இடத்தைவிட்டுப் புறப்பட்டு, கலிலேயாவிற்குப் போனார்.
44 Himself for (*k*) Jesus testified that a prophet in the own hometown honor not has.
௪௪ஒரு தீர்க்கதரிசிக்குத் தன் சொந்த ஊரிலே மரியாதை இல்லை என்று இயேசு தாமே சொல்லியிருந்தார்.
45 When therefore He came into Galilee, received Him the Galileans all things having seen (how much *N(k)O*) He had done in Jerusalem during the feast; also themselves for they had gone to the feast.
௪௫அவர் கலிலேயாவில் வந்தபோது, எருசலேமில் பண்டிகையிலே அவர் செய்த எல்லாவற்றையும் பார்த்திருந்த கலிலேயர் அவரை ஏற்றுக்கொண்டார்கள்; அவர்களும் பண்டிகைக்குச் சென்றிருந்தார்கள்.
46 He came therefore (Jesus *k*) again to Cana of Galilee, where He had made the water wine. And there was a certain royal official whose son was sick in Capernaum.
௪௬பின்பு, இயேசு தாம் தண்ணீரைத் திராட்சைரசமாக்கின கலிலேயாவிலுள்ள கானா ஊருக்கு மறுபடியும் வந்தார்; அப்பொழுது கப்பர்நகூமிலே ராஜாவின் அதிகாரிகளில் ஒருவனுடைய மகன் வியாதியாக இருந்தான்.
47 He having heard that Jesus had come out of Judea into Galilee, went to Him and was asking (him *k*) that He may come down and He may heal his son; he was about for to die.
௪௭இயேசு யூதேயாவிலிருந்து, கலிலேயாவிற்கு வந்தார் என்று அந்த மனிதன் கேள்விப்பட்டபோது, அவரிடத்திற்குப்போய், தன் மகன் மரணவேதனையில் இருக்கிறதினால், அவனைக் குணமாக்குவதற்கு வரவேண்டும் என்று அவரை வேண்டிக்கொண்டான்.
48 Said therefore Jesus to him; only unless signs and wonders you [people] may see, certainly not shall you believe.
௪௮அப்பொழுது இயேசு அவனைப் பார்த்து: நீங்கள் அடையாளங்களையும், அற்புதங்களையும் பார்க்காவிட்டால் விசுவாசிக்கமாட்டீர்கள் என்றார்.
49 Says to Him the royal official; Sir, do come down before to die the child of mine.
௪௯அதற்கு ராஜாவின் அதிகாரி: ஆண்டவரே, என் பிள்ளை இறப்பதற்குமுன்னே வரவேண்டும் என்றான்.
50 Says to him Jesus; do go, the son of you lives. (and *k*) Believed the man in the word (that *N(k)O*) said to him Jesus, and he was going.
௫0இயேசு அவனைப் பார்த்து: நீ போகலாம், உன் மகன் பிழைத்திருக்கிறான் என்றார். அந்த மனிதன், இயேசு சொன்ன வார்த்தையை நம்பிப்போனான்.
51 Already then when he is going down the servants of him (met *N(k)O*) with him (and reported *ko*) saying that the boy (of him *N(K)O*) lives.
௫௧அவன் போகும்போது, அவனுடைய வேலைக்காரர்கள் அவனுக்கு எதிர்கொண்டுவந்து, உம்முடைய மகன் பிழைத்திருக்கிறான் என்று அறிவித்தார்கள்.
52 He inquired therefore the hour from them in which better he got. (and *k*) They said (therefore *NO*) to him that Yesterday at hour seventh left him the fever.
௫௨அப்பொழுது: எத்தனை மணிக்கு அவனுக்கு சுகம் உண்டானது என்று அவர்களிடத்தில் விசாரித்தான் அவர்கள்: நேற்று பிற்பகல் ஒருமணிக்கு காய்ச்சல் அவனை விட்டது என்றார்கள்.
53 Knew therefore the father that [it was] in that [very] hour at which said to him Jesus (that: *k*) The son of You lives. And he believed himself and the household of him all.
௫௩உன் மகன் பிழைத்திருக்கிறான் என்று இயேசு தன்னுடனே சொன்னதும் அதே நேரம் என்று தகப்பன் அறிந்து, அவனும் அவன் குடும்பத்தார் அனைவரும் விசுவாசித்தார்கள்.
54 This [is] (now *no*) again [the] second sign did Jesus having come out of Judea into Galilee.
௫௪இயேசு யூதேயாவில் இருந்து கலிலேயாவிற்குத் திரும்பிவந்தபின்பு, இது அவர் செய்த இரண்டாவது அற்புதம்.
