< John 21 >

1 After these things revealed Himself again Jesus to the disciples at the sea of Tiberias; He revealed [Himself] now in this way.
Ebyo bwe byaggwa, Yesu n’alabikira nate abayigirizwa be, ku nnyanja ey’e Tiberiya. Yabalabikira bw’ati:
2 They were together Simon Peter, and Thomas who is being named Didymus, and Nathanael from Cana of Galilee, and the [sons] of Zebedee, and others of the disciples of Him two.
Simooni Peetero, ne Tomasi ayitibwa Didumo, ne Nassanayiri ow’e Kaana eky’e Ggaliraaya, ne batabani ba Zebbedaayo, n’abayigirizwa abalala babiri, bonna baali wamu.
3 Says to them Simon Peter; I am going to fish. They say to him; Come also we ourselves with you. They went forth and (they climbed *N(k)O*) into the boat (immediately *K*) and during that [very] night they caught no [thing].
Simooni Peetero n’abagamba nti, “ŋŋenda kuvuba.” Ne bamugamba nti, “Ka tugende ffenna.” Ne bagenda ne basaabala mu lyato. Naye ekiro ekyo kyonna ne batakwasaayo kintu.
4 When morning now already (having become *NK(o)*) stood (*k*) Jesus on the shore; not however knew the disciples that Jesus it is.
Bwe bwali bukya, Yesu n’ayimirira ku lubalama, naye abayigirizwa ne batamutegeera.
5 Says therefore to them Jesus; Children, Surely not any fish have you? They answered to Him; No.
Yesu n’ababuuza nti, “Abaana, mukwasizzaayo?” Ne baddamu nti, “Nedda.”
6 And He said to them; do cast to the right side of the boat the net and you will find [some]. They cast therefore, and no longer no longer it to haul in (were they able *N(k)O*) from the multitude of the fish.
Yesu n’abagamba nti, “Kale musuule akatimba ku luuyi olwa ddyo olw’eryato, mujja ku kukwasa.” Awo ne basuula, naye ne batasobola kukannyulula olw’ebyennyanja ebingi bye baakwasa!
7 Says therefore the disciple that [one] whom was loving Jesus to Peter; The Lord it is. Simon therefore Peter having heard that the Lord it is the outer garment put on he was for naked and he cast himself into the sea.
Awo omuyigirizwa oyo Yesu gwe yayagalanga ennyo n’agamba Peetero nti, “Oyo Mukama waffe!” Simooni Peetero bwe yakiwulira ne yeesiba olugoye kubanga yali mu kakutu, ne yeesuula mu mazzi.
8 And the other disciples in the boat came; not for were they far from the land but about away cubits two hundred dragging the net with the fish.
Abayigirizwa abalala bo ne bajjira mu lyato nga basika akatimba akaalimu ebyennyanja. Tebaali wala n’olukalu, baali nga mita kyenda.
9 When therefore they got out onto the land, they see a fire of coals lying and fish lying on [it] and bread.
Awo bwe baatuuka ne basanga omuliro ogw’amanda nga gwaka, nga kuliko ekyennyanja n’omugaati.
10 Says to them Jesus; do bring [some] of the fish that you have caught now.
Yesu n’abagamba nti, “Muleete ku byennyanja bye muva okukwasa kaakano.”
11 Went up (therefore *NO*) Simon Peter and drew the net (to the land *N(k)O*) full of fish large a hundred fifty three; although so many there are not was torn the net.
Awo Simooni Peetero n’agenda n’awalula akatimba n’akatuusa ku lukalu, nga kajjudde ebyennyanja ebinene kikumi mu ataano mu bisatu. Newaakubadde nga byali bingi bwe bityo naye akatimba tekaakutuka.
12 Says to them Jesus; Come do have breakfast. None however was daring of the disciples to ask Him; You yourself who are? knowing that the Lord it is.
Yesu n’abagamba nti, “Mujje mulye ekyenkya.” Naye ku bayigirizwa tewaali n’omu yategana ku mubuuza nti, “Ggwe ani?” Kubanga bonna baamanya nti ye Mukama waffe.
13 Comes (therefore *K*) (*ko*) Jesus and takes the bread and gives [it] to them and the fish likewise.
Yesu n’atoola omugaati n’abagabira era n’ebyennyanja n’akola bw’atyo.
14 This [is] now [the] third time was revealed (*ko*) Jesus to the disciples (of him *k*) having been raised out from [the] dead.
Guno gwe mulundi ogwokusatu Yesu gwe yalabikira abayigirizwa be, ng’amaze okuzuukira.
15 When therefore they had dined, says to Simon to Peter Jesus; Simon ([son] of John, *N(K)O*) love you Me more than these? He says to Him; Yes Lord, You yourself know that I dearly love You. He says to him; do feed the lambs of Mine.
Bwe baamala okulya, Yesu n’agamba Peetero nti, “Simooni omwana wa Yokaana, onjagala okusinga bano?” Peetero n’addamu nti, “Ddala, omanyi nga nkwagala nnyo.” Yesu n’amugamba nti, “Kale liisanga abaana b’endiga zange.”
16 He says to him again a second time; Simon ([son] of John, *N(K)O*) love you Me? He says to Him; Yes Lord, You yourself know that I dearly love You. He says to him; do shepherd the sheep of Mine.
Yesu n’amubuuza omulundi ogwokubiri nti, “Simooni omwana wa Yokaana, ddala onjagala?” Peetero n’addamu nti, “Ddala, Mukama wange, omanyi nga nkwagala.” Yesu n’amugamba nti, “Kale lundanga endiga zange.”
17 He says to him the third time; Simon ([son] of John, *N(K)O*) do you dearly love Me? Was grieved Peter because He said to him the third time; Do you dearly love Me? And (he speaks *N(k)O*) to Him; Lord, all things You yourself know, You yourself know that I dearly love You. Says to him Jesus; do feed the sheep of Mine.
Yesu n’abuuza Peetero omulundi ogwokusatu nti, “Simooni omwana wa Yokaana, onjagala?” Peetero n’anakuwala kubanga Yesu yamubuuza omulundi ogwokusatu nti, “Onjagala?” Peetero n’amuddamu nti, “Mukama wange ggwe omanyi buli kimu, omanyi nga nkwagala.” Yesu n’amugamba nti, “Kale liisanga endiga zange.
18 Amen Amen I say to you; When you were younger, you were dressing yourself and were walking where you were desiring. when however you may be old, you will stretch forth the hands of you, and another you will dress and will bring [you] where not you do desire.
Bwe wali ng’okyali muvubuka wasobolanga okukola buli kye wayagalanga era ng’ogenda buli gye weetaaganga naye bw’olikaddiwa oligolola emikono gyo, omuntu omulala n’akusiba n’akutwala gy’otoyagala.”
19 This now He said signifying by what death he will glorify God. And this having said He says to him; do follow Me.
Ekyo Yesu yakyogera ng’alaga enfa Peetero gy’alifaamu okuweesa Katonda ekitiibwa. Awo n’amugamba nti, “Ngoberera.”
20 Having turned (now *k*) Peter sees the disciple whom was loving Jesus following who also had reclined at the supper on the bosom of Him and said; Lord, who is it who is betraying You?
Peetero bwe yakyuka, n’alaba omuyigirizwa oli Yesu gwe yayagalanga ennyo nga naye agoberera. Oyo ye muyigiriza eyagalamira okumpi n’ekifuba kya Yesu nga balya ekyekiro eky’enkomerero, amale abuuze Yesu nti, “Mukama waffe ani agenda okukulyamu olukwe?”
21 Him (therefore *NO*) having seen Peter says to Jesus; Lord, this man and what about?
Peetero bwe yamulaba kwe kubuuza Yesu nti, “Mukama wange, ate ono aliba atya?”
22 Says to him Jesus; If him I shall desire to remain until I come, what [is it] to you? You yourself Me do follow.
Yesu n’amugamba nti, “Bwe njagala abeerawo okutuusa lwe ndikomawo, ofaayo ki? Ggwe goberera Nze.”
23 Went out therefore this saying among the brothers that the disciple that not dies; (and *k*) Not said (however *no*) to him Jesus that not he dies, but If him I shall desire to remain until I come, what [is it] to you?
Awo ekigambo ekyo ne kibuna mu booluganda nti omuyigirizwa oyo talifa. Naye Yesu teyagamba nti omuyigirizwa oyo talifa, wabula yagamba bugambi nti, “Bwe njagala abeerawo okutuusa lwe ndikomawo, ofaayo ki?”
24 This is the disciple who is bearing witness concerning these things and (the [one] *no*) having written these things, and we know that true of him the testimony is.
Oyo ye muyigirizwa akakasa bino era ye yabiwandiika. Era tumanyi nga by’ategeeza bya mazima.
25 There are now also other things many (that *N(k)O*) did Jesus which if they shall be written every one, not even itself I suppose the world (to have space *NK(o)*) for the to be written books. (Amen *KO*)
Waliwo n’ebintu ebirala bingi Yesu bye yakola ebitaawandiikibwa. Era singa nabyo byawandiikibwa kinnakimu, ndowooza nga n’ensi zonna tezandigiddemu bitabo ebyandiwandiikiddwa.
