John 2
1 And on the day third a wedding took place in Cana of Galilee, and was the mother of Jesus there;
På tredje dagen var ett bröllop i Kana i Galileen, och Jesu moder var där.
2 Was invited then also Jesus and the disciples of Him to the wedding.
Också Jesus och hans lärjungar blevo bjudna till bröllopet.
3 And when was running out [the] wine says the mother of Jesus to Him; Wine not they have.
Och vinet begynte taga slut. Då sade Jesu moder till honom: »De hava intet vin.»
4 (And *no*) says to her Jesus; What to Me myself and to you, woman? Not yet is come the hour for Me.
Jesus svarade henne: »Låt mig vara, moder; min stund är ännu icke kommen.»
5 Says the mother of Him to the servants; (Whatever anyhow *NK(o)*) maybe He may say to you, do perform.
Hans moder sade då till tjänarna: »Vadhelst han säger till eder, det skolen I göra.»
6 There were now there of stone water jars six according to the purification of the Jews standing, having space for metretae two or three.
Nu stodo där sex stenkrukor, sådana som judarna hade för sina reningar; de rymde två eller tre bat-mått var.
7 Says to them Jesus; do fill the jars with water. And they filled them up to [the] brim.
Jesus sade till dem: »Fyllen krukorna med vatten.» Och de fyllde dem ända till brädden.
8 And He says to them; do draw out now and do carry to the master of the feast. (they *no*) (then *N(k)O*) carried [it].
Sedan sade han till dem: »Ösen nu upp och bären till övertjänaren.» Och de gjorde så.
9 When then tasted the master of the feast the water wine became and not he knew from where it is — the however servants knew which having drawn the water — calls the bridegroom the master of the feast
Och övertjänaren smakade på vattnet, som nu hade blivit vin; och han visste icke varifrån det hade kommit, vilket däremot tjänarna visste, de som hade öst upp vattnet. Då kallade övertjänaren på brudgummen.
10 and says to him; Every man first the good wine sets out, and when they may have drunk freely (then *ko*) the inferior; you yourself have kept the good wine until now.
och sade till honom: »Man brukar eljest alltid sätta fram det goda vinet, och sedan, när gästerna hava fått för mycket, det som är sämre. Du har gömt det goda vinet ända tills nu.»
11 This did (the *k*) beginning of the signs Jesus in Cana of Galilee and He revealed the glory of Him, and believed in Him the disciples of Him.
Detta var det första tecknet som Jesus gjorde. Han gjorde det i Kana i Galileen och uppenbarade så sin härlighet; och hans lärjungar trodde på honom.
12 After this He went down to Capernaum He himself and the mother of Him and the brothers of Him and the disciples of Him, and there they stayed not many days.
Därefter begav han sig ned till Kapernaum med sin moder och sina bröder och sina lärjungar; och där stannade de några få dagar.
13 And near was the Passover of the Jews, and went up to Jerusalem Jesus.
Judarnas påsk var nu nära, och Jesus begav sig då upp till Jerusalem.
14 And He found in the temple those selling oxen and sheep and doves and the money changers sitting,
Och när han fick i helgedomen se huru där sutto män som sålde fäkreatur och får och duvor, och huru växlare sutto där.
15 And having made a whip of cords all He drove out from the temple, both the sheep and the oxen, and of the money changers He poured out (the coin, *NK(o)*) and the tables (He overthrew, *N(k)O*)
Då gjorde han sig ett gissel av tåg och drev dem alla ut ur helgedomen, med får och fäkreatur, och slog ut växlarnas penningar och stötte omkull deras bord.
16 And to those doves selling He said; do take these things from here, not do make the house of the Father of Mine a house of trade.
Och till duvomånglarna sade han: »Tagen bort detta härifrån; gören icke min Faders hus till ett marknadshus.»
17 Remembered (now *k*) the disciples of Him that written it is: The zeal of the house of You (will consume *N(k)O*) Me.
Hans lärjungar kommo då ihåg att det var skrivet: »Nitälskan för ditt hus skall förtära mig.»
18 Answered therefore the Jews and said to Him; What sign show You to us that these things You do?
Då togo judarna till orda och sade till honom: »Vad för tecken låter du oss se, eftersom du gör på detta sätt?»
19 Answered (*k*) Jesus and said to them; do destroy temple this, and in three days I will raise up it.
Jesus svarade och sade till dem: »Bryten ned detta tempel, så skall jag inom tre dagar låta det uppstå igen.»
20 Said therefore the Jews; For forty and six years was built temple this, and You yourself in three days will raise up it?
Då sade judarna: »I fyrtiosex år har man byggt på detta tempel, och du skulle låta det uppstå igen inom tre dagar?»
21 He however was speaking concerning the temple of the body of Him.
Men det var om sin kropps tempel han talade.
22 When therefore He was raised up out from [the] dead, remembered the disciples of Him that this He was saying (to them *k*) and they believed in the Scripture and in the word (that *N(k)O*) had spoken Jesus.
Sedan, när han hade uppstått från de döda, kommo hans lärjungar ihåg att han hade sagt detta; och de trodde då skriften och det ord som Jesus hade sagt.
23 When then He was in Jerusalem in the Passover in the Feast, many believed in the name of Him beholding of Him the signs that He was doing.
Medan han nu var i Jerusalem, under påsken, vid högtiden, kommo många till tro på hans namn, när de sågo de tecken som han gjorde.
24 On His part however (*k*) Jesus not was entrusting (Him[self] *N(k)O*) to them because of His knowing all [men]
Men själv betrodde sig Jesus icke åt dem, eftersom han kände alla
25 and because no need He had that anyone may testify concerning the man; He Himself for was knowing what was in the man.
och icke behövde någon annans vittnesbörd om människorna; ty av sig själv visste han vad i människan var.
