< John 13 >

1 Before now the feast of the Passover knowing Jesus that (came *N(k)O*) to him hour that He may depart out of world this to the Father, having loved [his] own who [were] in the world to [the] end He loved them.
Henu kabla ya ligono lya sikukuu jha pasaka, kwa ndabha Yesu amanyili kujha saa jha muene jhifikili ambajho ibetakuhoma mu dunia ejhe kulota kwa dadi, ikajha bhajhele pa dunia, abhaganili upeo.
2 And supper (taking place, *N(k)O*) the devil already having put into the heart that he may betray Him (Judas *N(k)O*) [son] of Simon (Iscariot *NK(o)*)
Ni ibilisi ajhele abhekibhu tayari mu muoyo ghwa Yuda Iskariote, mwana ghwa simoni, kun'saliti Yesu.
3 knowing (*k*) (Jesus *K*) that all things (has given *N(k)O*) to Him the Father into the hands, and that from God He came forth and to God He is going,
4 He rises from the supper and lays aside the garments, And having taken a towel He girded Himself.
Ajhemili pa kulya ni kutandika liguanda lya muene kwibhala. Kisha akalota litaulo ni kwik'onga muene.
5 After that He pours water into the basin and He began to wash the feet of the disciples and to wipe [them] with the towel with which He was having girded himself.
Kisha akabheka masi mu bakuli ni kujhanda kubhasuka magolo bhanafunzi bha muene ni kubhafuta ni litaulo ambalyo akikongili muene.
6 He comes then to Simon Peter; (and *k*) who says to Him (that [question]; *ko*) Lord, You yourself my do wash feet?
7 Answered Jesus and said to him; What I myself do you yourself not know presently, you will know however after these things.
8 Says to Him Peter; certainly not shall You wash my feet to the age. Answered (*k*) Jesus to him; only unless I shall wash you, not you have part with Me. (aiōn g165)
Petro akan'jobhela, “Wibetalepi kunisambisya magolo gha nene kamwe.” Yesu ajibili, “Ikajhelayi nibetalepi kusambisya wibetalepi kujha ni sehemu pamonga ni nene.” (aiōn g165)
9 Says to Him Simon Peter; Lord, not the feet of me only but also the hands and the head.
10 Says to him Jesus; The [one] having bathed himself not has need (only *no*) (except *N(K)O*) the feet to wash, but is clean wholly; and you yourselves clean are but not all.
Yesu akan'jobhela, “Jhejhioha jha amalili kujhogha ilondeka lepi kujhogha isipokujha magolo gha muene, na ajhele kinofu mb'ele ghwa muene bhwoha; muenga mujhele mwe bhanofu lakini sio mwe bhoha.”
11 He knew for the [one who] was betraying Him; on account of this He said (that *no*) Not all clean you are.
Kwa kujha Yesu amanyili jhola jhaibetakun'saliti; ejhe ndo sababu ajobhili, mwebhoha lepi jha mujhele kinofu.”
12 When therefore He had washed the feet of them and taken the garments of Him and (he reclined *N(k)O*) again, He said to them; Do you know what I have done to you?
Wakati Yesu bho abhasambisi magolo gha bhene ni kutola livazi lya muene ni kutama kabhele, abhajobhili, “Je Mwijhelebhwa khela ambakyo nibhabhombili?
13 You yourselves call Me: Teacher and Lord, and rightly you say; I am for.
Mukanikuta nene “Mwalimu” ni Bwana ejhe mwijobha bhukweli, ndabha ndo kya nijhele.
14 If therefore I myself washed your feet the Lord and the Teacher, also you yourselves ought of one another to wash the feet;
Ikajhelayi nene Bwana ni Mwalimu, nibhasambisi magolo gha jhomu, namu kabhele jhikabhalondeka kubhasanbisya bhajhinyu magolo.
15 A pattern for I gave you, that even as I myself did to you also you yourselves may do.
16 Amen Amen I say to you; not is a servant greater than the master of him nor [is] a messenger greater than the [one who] having sent him.
Aminiayi, Aminiayi, nikabhajobhela n'tumwa mbaha lepi kuliko bwana ghwa muene; wala jhola jha atumibhu mbaha kuliko jha antumili.
17 If these things you know, blessed are you if you shall do them.
Ikajhiajhi umanyili mambo agha, ubarikibhu ukaghabhomba.
18 Not about all of you I speak; I myself know (whom *N(k)O*) I chose; but that the Scripture may be fulfilled: The [one] eating (with *k*) (Me *N(k)O*) the bread lifted up against Me myself the heel of him.’
Nijobha lepi kuhusu muenga mwebhoha, kwa kujha nibhamanyili bhala ambabho ni bhachaguili - bali nijobha agha ili kwamba majhandiku ghabhwesyajhi kutimilizwa: 'Muene jha ilya nkate ghwangu, an'jhinulili kisigino kya muene.'
19 From now I am telling you before it comes to pass, so that (you may believe *NK(o)*) when it may happen that I myself am [He].
Nikabhajobhela ele henu kabla kyakona kuh'omela ili kwamba palibeta kuhomela, mubhwesyayi kukiera kujha nene NDO NE MUENE.
20 Amen Amen I say to you; the [one] receiving (maybe *N(k)O*) any I shall send, Me myself receives; the [one] now Me myself receiving, receives the [One] having sent Me.
Aminiayi, aminiayi, nikabhajobhela, jhaikanipokela nene akampokela jhola jha anilaghisye nene.”
21 These things having said Jesus was troubled in spirit and He testified and said; Amen Amen I say to you that one of you will betray Me.
Wakati Yesu ajobhili agha, asumbuiki mu roho, ashuhudili ni kujobha, “Aminiayi, aminiayi, nikabhajobhela kujha mmonga bhinu ibetakunisaliti.”
22 Were looking (therefore *KO*) upon one another the disciples, being uncertain of whom He is speaking.
Bhanafunzi bha muene bhakalolesana, bhakashangala kwandabha jha niani ajobhili.”
23 There was (now *k*) reclining one (of *no*) the disciples of Him in the bosom of Jesus whom was loving Jesus;
Pajhele pameza mmonga ghwa bhanafunzi bha muene ajhegheme pakifua kya Yesu jhola ambajhe Yesu an'ganili.
24 Motions therefore to him Simon Peter (and says to him *o*) (to ask *NK(o)*) who maybe (it would be *NK(o)*) about whom He is speaking.
25 (Having leaned then *N(k)O*) he (thus *NO*) on the breast of Jesus he says to Him; Lord, who is it?
Mwanafunzi jhola jha ajhegheme pa kifua kya Yesu ni kun'jobhela, “Bwana, ndo niani?”
26 Answers (therefore *O*) Jesus; He it is to whom I myself (will dip *N(k)O*) the morsel (and *no*) (will give *N(k)O*) (to him. *no*) (And *k*) (having dipped *N(k)O*) (then *NO*) the morsel (He takes [it] and *NO*) gives [it] to Judas [son] of Simon (Iscariot. *N(k)O*)
Kisha Yesu ajibili, “Ni kwa jhola ambajhe nibetakujhina kipandi kya n'kate ni kumpela.” Naha bho ajhinili n'kate, ampelili Yuda mwana ghwa Simoni Iskariote.
27 And after the morsel, then entered into him Satan. Says therefore to him Jesus; What you enact, do enact quicker.
Ni baada jha n'kate, lisyetani lyan'jhingili. Kisha Yesu akan'jobhela, “Khela kya ghwilonda kukibhona ukibhombojhi manyata.”
28 This now no [one] knew of those reclining to what He spoke to him.
Henu ajhelepi munu pameza amanyili ndabha jha Yesu kujobha lijambo e'le kwa muene.
29 Some for were thinking, since the money bag had (*k*) Judas, for is saying to him Jesus; do buy what things need [of] we have for the feast, or to the poor that something he may give.
Baadhi jha bhene bhadhanileghe kujha, kwandabha Yuda akamuili mfuku ghwa hela, Yesu an'jobhili, “Golayi fenu fyatwilonda kwa ndabha jha sikukuu,” au kwamba ilondeka kupisya khenu kwa maskini.
30 Having received therefore the morsel he went out immediately; it was now night.
Baada jha Yuda kupokela n'kate, ahomili kwibhala manyata; na jhajhele pakilu.
31 When therefore he had gone out, says (*k*) Jesus; Now has been glorified the Son of Man, and God has been glorified in Him,
Wakati Yuda abhokili, Yesu ajobhili, “Henu mwana ghwa Adamu atukusibhu, ni K'yara atukusibhu kup'etela muene.
32 If God is glorified in Him also God will glorify Him in (Him[self] *N(k)O*) and immediately will glorify Him.
33 Little children, yet a little while with you I am. You will seek Me, and even as I said to the Jews that Where I myself go you yourselves not are able to come, also to you I say now.
Bhana bhadebe, nijhele pamonga namu patali kidogo.
34 A commandment new I give to you that you may love one another, even as I have loved you so also you yourselves may love one another.
Nikabhapela amri mpya, kujha mgananayi; kama nene kyanibhaganili muenga, fefuefu namu kya mwilondeka kuganana jhomu.
35 By this will know all that to Me disciples you are, if love you shall have among one another.
36 Says to Him Simon Peter; Lord, where go You? Answered to him (*k*) Jesus; Where I go not you are able Me now to follow; you will follow however afterward (to me. *k*)
Simoni Petro an'jobhili, “Bwana, wilota ndaku?”
37 Says to Him Peter; Lord, because of why not am I able You (to follow *NK(o)*) presently? The life of mine for You I will lay down.
38 (answers *N(k)O*) (to him *k*) Jesus; The life of you for Me will you lay down? Amen Amen I say to you; certainly not [the] rooster (may crow *N(k)O*) until that (you will deny *N(k)O*) Me three times.
Yesu ajibili, “Je wibetakubhosya maisha gha jhobhi kwa ndabha jha nene? Aminiayi aminiayi nikujobhela, kabla jha likongobhe kubheka mara tatu wibetakujha unibelili.”
