John 10
1 Amen Amen I say to you; the [one] not entering in through the door to the fold of the sheep but climbing up another way, he a thief is and a robber;
Wahrlich, wahrlich, ich sage euch: Wer nicht durch die Tür in den Hof der Schafe eingeht, sondern anderswo hinübersteigt, der ist ein Dieb und ein Räuber.
2 The [one] however entering in through the door shepherd is of the sheep.
Wer aber durch die Tür eingeht, ist Hirte der Schafe.
3 To him the doorkeeper opens, and the sheep to the voice of him listen, and [his] own sheep (he shouts to *N(k)O*) by name and leads out them.
Diesem tut der Türhüter auf, und die Schafe hören seine Stimme, und er ruft seine eigenen Schafe mit Namen und führt sie heraus.
4 (and *k*) When [his] own (all *N(K)O*) he may bring out, before them he goes, and the sheep after him follow, because they know the voice of him.
Wenn er seine eigenen Schafe alle herausgebracht hat, geht er vor ihnen her, und die Schafe folgen ihm, weil sie seine Stimme kennen.
5 After a stranger however certainly not (they will follow *N(k)O*) but will flee from him, because not they know of strangers the voice.
Einem Fremden aber werden sie nicht folgen, sondern werden vor ihm fliehen, weil sie die Stimme der Fremden nicht kennen.
6 This allegory spoke to them Jesus; they however not knew what (it was *NK(o)*) that He was saying to them.
Dieses Gleichnis [Eig. Diese sinnbildliche Rede] sprach Jesus zu ihnen; sie aber verstanden nicht, was es war, das er zu ihnen redete.
7 Said therefore again (to them *ko*) Jesus; Amen Amen I say to you that I myself am the door of the sheep.
Jesus sprach nun wiederum zu ihnen: Wahrlich, wahrlich, ich sage euch: Ich bin die Tür der Schafe.
8 All as many as came before Me thieves are and robbers; but not did listen to them the sheep.
Alle, die irgend vor mir gekommen, sind Diebe und Räuber; aber die Schafe hörten nicht auf sie.
9 I myself am the door; through Me if anyone shall enter in, he will be saved and he will go in and will go out and pasture will find.
Ich bin die Tür; wenn jemand durch mich eingeht, so wird er errettet werden und wird ein- und ausgehen und Weide finden.
10 The thief not comes only except that he shall steal and shall kill and shall destroy; I myself came that life they may have and excessive may have.
Der Dieb kommt nur, um zu stehlen und zu schlachten und zu verderben. Ich bin gekommen, auf daß sie Leben haben und es in Überfluß haben.
11 I myself am the shepherd good; The shepherd good the life of Him lays down for the sheep.
Ich bin der gute Hirte; der gute Hirte läßt [Eig. setzt ein; legt dar; so auch v 15. 17. 18.] sein Leben für die Schafe.
12 the hired servant (now *ko*) however not being [the] shepherd, whose not (are *N(k)O*) the sheep [his] own, he sees the wolf coming and he leaves the sheep and flees — and the wolf snatches them and scatters. (sheep *k*)
Der Mietling aber und der nicht Hirte ist, dem die Schafe nicht eigen sind, sieht den Wolf kommen und verläßt die Schafe und flieht; und der Wolf raubt sie und zerstreut die Schafe.
13 (this now *k(o)*) (hired servant *k*) (flees *K*) because a hired servant he is and not he is himself concerned to him about the sheep.
Der Mietling aber flieht, weil er ein Mietling ist und sich um die Schafe nicht kümmert. [O. ihm an den Schafen nichts liegt]
14 I myself am the shepherd good and I know My own, and (they know *N(K)O*) (me those mine, *N(k)O*)
Ich bin der gute Hirte; und ich kenne die Meinen [O. was mein ist] und bin gekannt von den Meinen,
15 Even as knows Me the Father I myself also I myself also know the Father, and the life of Mine I lay down for the sheep.
gleichwie der Vater mich kennt und ich den Vater kenne; und ich lasse mein Leben für die Schafe.
16 And other sheep I have, which not are of fold this, those also those also it behooves Me to bring, and to the voice of Mine they will listen, and (they will become *N(K)O*) one flock, with one shepherd.
Und ich habe andere Schafe, die nicht aus diesem Hofe sind; auch diese muß ich bringen, und sie werden meine Stimme hören, und es wird eine Herde, ein Hirte sein.
17 Because of this Me the Father loves because I myself lay down the life of Mine, that again I may take it.
Darum liebt mich der Vater, weil ich mein Leben lasse, auf daß ich es wiedernehme.
18 No [one] (takes away *NK(o)*) it from Me, but I myself lay down it of Myself. Authority I have to lay down it and authority I have again to take it; This commandment I received from the Father of Mine.
Niemand nimmt es von mir, sondern ich lasse es von mir selbst. Ich habe Gewalt, es zu lassen, und habe Gewalt, es wiederzunehmen. Dieses Gebot habe ich von meinem Vater empfangen.
19 Division (therefore *K*) again there was among the Jews on account of words these.
Es entstand wiederum ein Zwiespalt unter den Juden dieser Worte wegen.
20 Were saying now many of them; A demon He has and is insane; why to Him do you listen?
Viele aber von ihnen sagten: Er hat einen Dämon und ist von Sinnen; was höret ihr ihn?
21 Others (now *o*) were saying; These declarations not are [those] of one demonised; Surely not a demon is able of [the] blind [their] eyes (to open? *N(k)O*)
Andere sagten: Diese Reden sind nicht die eines Besessenen; kann etwa ein Dämon der Blinden Augen auftun?
22 Took place (at the time *N(K)O*) the Feast of Dedication at Jerusalem; (And *k*) winter it was,
Es war aber das Fest der Tempelweihe in Jerusalem; und es war Winter.
23 and was walking Jesus in the temple in the porch of Solomon.
Und Jesus wandelte in dem Tempel, in der Säulenhalle Salomons.
24 Encircled therefore Him the Jews and they were saying to Him; Until when the soul of us hold You in suspense? If You yourself are the Christ, (do tell *NK(O)*) us plainly.
Da umringten ihn die Juden und sprachen zu ihm: Bis wann hältst du unsere Seele hin? Wenn du der Christus bist, so sage es uns frei heraus.
25 Answered them Jesus; I told you, and not you believe. The works that I myself do in the name of the Father of Mine, these bear witness concerning Me;
Jesus antwortete ihnen: Ich habe es euch gesagt, und ihr glaubet nicht. Die Werke, die ich in dem Namen meines Vaters tue, diese zeugen von mir;
26 But you yourselves not believe, (because *N(k)O*) not you are from among the sheep of Mine (even as I said to you. *K*)
aber ihr glaubet nicht, denn ihr seid nicht von meinen Schafen, wie ich euch gesagt habe.
27 The sheep of Mine to the voice of Mine (they listen *N(k)O*) and I myself and I myself know them, and they follow Me,
Meine Schafe hören meine Stimme, und ich kenne sie, und sie folgen mir;
29 The Father of Mine (which *N(k)O*) has given [them] to Me [than] all (greater *N(k)O*) is, and no [one] is able to seize [them] out of the hand the Father (of mine. *ko*)
Mein Vater, der sie mir gegeben hat, ist größer als alles, [O. alle] und niemand kann sie aus der Hand meines Vaters rauben.
30 I myself and the Father one are.
Ich und der Vater sind eins.
31 Took up (therefore *KO*) again stones the Jews, that they may stone Him.
Da hoben die Juden wiederum Steine auf, auf daß sie ihn steinigten.
32 Answered them Jesus; Many works good I have shown you from the Father (of mine; *ko*) because of which of these work Me myself do you stone
Jesus antwortete ihnen: Viele gute Werke habe ich euch von meinem Vater gezeigt; für welches Werk unter denselben steiniget ihr mich?
33 Answered to Him the Jews (saying: *k*) For a good work not we do stone You but for blasphemy, and because You yourself a man being make yourself God.
Die Juden antworteten ihm: Wegen eines guten Werkes steinigen wir dich nicht, sondern wegen Lästerung, und weil du, der du ein Mensch bist, dich selbst zu Gott machst.
34 Answered to them Jesus; Surely it is written in the law of you (that *no*) I myself said: gods you are’?
Jesus antwortete ihnen: Steht nicht in eurem Gesetz geschrieben: "Ich habe gesagt: Ihr seid Götter?" [Ps. 82,6]
35 If them he called gods to whom the word of God came, and not is able to be broken the Scripture,
Wenn er jene Götter nannte, zu welchen das Wort Gottes geschah [und die Schrift kann nicht aufgelöst werden],
36 [of Him] whom the Father sanctified and He sent into the world, you yourselves do say that You blaspheme, because I said; Son of God I am’?
saget ihr von dem, welchen der Vater geheiligt und in die Welt gesandt hat: Du lästerst, weil ich sagte: Ich bin Gottes Sohn? -
37 If not I do the works of the Father of Mine, [then] not do believe Me;
Wenn ich nicht die Werke meines Vaters tue, so glaubet mir nicht;
38 If however I do, even if even if Me myself not you shall believe, in the works (do believe *N(k)O*) so that you may know and (may understand *N(K)O*) that in Me myself [is] the Father and I myself and I myself in (the *no*) (Father. *N(K)O*)
wenn ich sie aber tue, so glaubet den Werken, wenn ihr auch mir nicht glaubet, auf daß ihr erkennet und glaubet, daß der Vater in mir ist und ich in ihm.
39 They were seeking therefore Him again to seize; but He went forth out of the hand of them
Da suchten sie wiederum ihn zu greifen, und er entging ihrer Hand.
40 And He departed again beyond the Jordan to the place where was John at first baptizing, And He stayed there.
Und er ging wieder weg jenseit des Jordan an den Ort, wo Johannes zuerst taufte, und er blieb daselbst.
41 And many came to Him and were saying that John indeed sign did no[thing], everything however as much as said John about this [man] true was.
Und viele kamen zu ihm und sagten: Johannes tat zwar kein Zeichen; alles aber, was Johannes von diesem gesagt hat, war wahr.
42 And many believed in Him there.
Und viele glaubten daselbst an ihn.
