John 1
1 In [the] beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and God was the Word.
၁အစအဦး ၌ နှုတ်ကပတ် တော်ရှိ ၏။ နှုတ်ကပတ် တော်သည် ဘုရားသခင် နှင့်အတူ ရှိ ၏။ နှုတ်ကပတ် တော် သည်လည်း ဘုရားသခင် ဖြစ် တော်မူ၏။
2 He was in [the] beginning with God.
၂ထိုနှုတ်ကပတ် တော်သည် အစအဦး ၌ ဘုရားသခင် နှင့်အတူ ရှိ ၏။
3 All things through Him came into being, and without Him came into being not even one [thing] that has come into being.
၃နှုတ်ကပတ်တော်သည် ခပ်သိမ်း သောအရာတို့ကို ဖန်ဆင်း တော်မူ၏။ ဖန်ဆင်း တော်မူခြင်းနှင့် ကင်းလွတ် လျက်ဖြစ် သော အရာတစ်စုံတစ်ခု မျှ မရှိ။
4 In Him life was, and the life was the light of men,
၄ထိုနှုတ်ကပတ် တော်၌ အသက် ရှိ ၏။ ထိုအသက် သည်လည်း လူ တို့၏အလင်း ဖြစ် ၏။
5 And the Light in the darkness shines, and the darkness it not grasped [it].
၅ထိုအလင်း သည် မှောင်မိုက် ၌ လင်း ၍ မှောင်မိုက် သည် မ ခံ မယူ။
6 There came a man sent from God, [the] name to Him [was] John.
၆ယောဟန် အမည် ရှိသော သူ တစ်ယောက်ကို ဘုရားသခင် စေလွှတ် တော်မူ၏။
7 He came as a witness that he may testify concerning the Light, that all may believe through him.
၇ထိုသူ ကိုလူအပေါင်း တို့သည် အမှီပြု ၍ယုံကြည် ခြင်းသို့ ရောက်မည်အကြောင်း ထိုသူ သည် သက်သေခံ ဖြစ်၍၊ အလင်း တော်၏အကြောင်း ကိုသက်သေခံ ခြင်းငှာ လာ ၏။
8 Not was He the Light, but that he may witness concerning the Light.
၈ထိုသူ သည် အလင်း တော်မ ဟုတ် ။ အလင်း တော်၏အကြောင်း ကို သက်သေခံ ခြင်းငှာ သာ လာ၏။
9 Was the Light true who enlightens every man coming into the world.
၉ဟုတ်မှန် သောအလင်း မူကား၊ ဤလောက သို့ ကြွလာ လျက် ခပ်သိမ်း သောလူ အပေါင်းတို့အား အလင်း ကို ပေးသော သူဖြစ် သတည်း။
10 In the world He was, and the world through Him came into being, and the world Him not knew.
၁၀ထိုသူသည်ဤလောက ၌ ရှိ တော်မူပြီ။ ဤလောက ကိုလည်း ဖန်ဆင်း တော်မူပြီ။ သို့သော်လည်း ဤလောက သည် ထိုသူ ကိုမ သိ ။
11 To [His] own He came, and [His] own Him not received.
၁၁သူသည်မိမိ ဒေသအရပ်သို့ ကြွလာ သော်လည်း၊ မိမိ လူမျိုးတို့သည် သူ့ ကိုလက် မ ခံဘဲနေကြ၏။
12 As many as however received Him, He gave to them authority children of God to be, to those believing in the name of Him,
၁၂ထိုသူ ကိုလက်ခံ သမျှ သောသူတည်းဟူသောကိုယ်တော် ကို ယုံကြည် သောသူ တို့အား၊ ဘုရားသခင် ၏ သား ဖြစ် ရသောအခွင့် ကို ပေး တော်မူ၏။
13 who not [born] of blood nor [born] of will of flesh nor [born] of will of man but of God were born.
၁၃ထိုသား တို့မူကား၊ လူမျိုး နှင့်စပ်ဆိုင် ၍ ဘွားသောသားမ ဟုတ်။ မေထုန် သံဝါသအားဖြင့် ဘွားသော သားမ ဟုတ်။ လူ့ အလိုအလျောက်ဘွားသောသားမဟုတ်။ ဘုရားသခင် ဘွား တော်မူသောသားဖြစ်သတည်း။
14 And the Word flesh became and He dwelt among us, and we beheld the glory of Him, a glory as of an only begotten from [the] Father, full of grace and truth.
၁၄နှုတ်ကပတ် တော်သည်လည်း လူ့ ဇာတိအဖြစ် ကို ခံယူ၍၊ ကျေးဇူး တော်နှင့် ၎င်း၊ သစ္စာ တော်နှင့်၎င်း ပြည့်စုံ လျက် ငါ တို့တွင် တည်နေ တော်မူသည်ဖြစ်၍၊ ခမည်းတော် ၌ တစ်ပါးတည်း သောသားတော်၏ ဘုန်း ကဲ့သို့ သူ ၏ဘုန်း တော်ကို ငါတို့သည် မြင် ရကြပြီ။
15 John witnesses concerning Him and he has cried out saying; This was He (of whom I was saying; *NK(o)*) The [One] after me coming precedence over me has, because before me He was.’
၁၅ယောဟန် သည် ထိုသခင် ၏အကြောင်း ကို သက်သေခံ ၍ ကြွေးကြော် သည်ကား၊ ငါ့ နောက် ကြွလာ သောသူ သည် ငါ မ ရှိမှီရှိ နှင့်သည်ဖြစ် ၍၊ ငါ့ ထက်သာ၍ ကြီးမြတ်သည်ဟု ငါဆိုရာ၌၊ ထိုသူ ကိုဆိုလို သည်ဟု သက်သေခံလေ၏။
16 (For *N(K)O*) from the fullness of Him we ourselves all have received then grace for grace.
၁၆ထိုသူ ၏ပြည့်စုံ ခြင်းမှ လည်းကျေးဇူး တစ်ပါး၌ ထပ်ဆင့် ၍ ကျေးဇူး တစ်ပါးကိုငါ တို့ရှိသမျှ သည်ခံရ ကြပြီ။
17 For the law through Moses was given, grace and truth through Jesus Christ came.
၁၇အကြောင်းမူကား ၊ ပညတ် တရားတော်ကို မောရှေ လက်တွင်ပေး တော်မူ၏။ ကျေးဇူး တရားနှင့် သစ္စာ တရားမူကား ယေရှု ခရစ် အားဖြင့် ဖြစ် သတည်း။
18 God no [one] has seen ever yet; (the *ko*) only begotten (God *N(K)O*) who is being in the bosom of the Father, He has made [Him] known.
၁၈ဘုရားသခင် ကို အဘယ်သူ မျှ မမြင် စဖူး သော်လည်း၊ ခမည်းတော် ၏ရင်ခွင် ၌ ရှိ သော တစ်ပါးတည်း သောသားတော်သည် ဘုရားသခင် ကို ထင်ရှား စေတော်မူပြီ။
19 And this is the testimony of John when sent (to him *no*) the Jews from Jerusalem priests and Levites that they may ask him; You yourself who are?
၁၉ယုဒ လူတို့က၊ သင် သည်အဘယ်သူ နည်းဟု ယောဟန် ကိုမေးမြန်း စေခြင်းငှာ ယဇ် ပုရောဟိတ်နှင့် လေဝိ လူတို့ကို ယေရုရှလင် မြို့မှ စေလွှတ် သောအခါ ၊ ယောဟန် သည် သက်သေခံ လေသည်မှာ၊
20 And he confessed and not denied but confessed that I myself not am the Christ.
၂၀ငါ သည် ခရစ်တော် မ ဟုတ် ဟု ထိမ်ဝှက် ခြင်းမ ရှိ။ အတည့်အလင်းပြောဆို ၏။
21 And they asked him; What then? You yourself Elijah are And he says; Not I am. The prophet are you yourself? And he answered; No.
၂၁ထိုသူ တို့ကလည်း ၊ သို့ဖြစ်လျှင် သင် သည်အဘယ်သူ နည်း။ ဧလိယ ဖြစ် သလောဟု မေးမြန်း ပြန်၏။ ယောဟန်က၊ ငါ သည် ဧလိယမ ဟုတ်ဟုဆို ၏။ ဤမည်သောပရောဖက် ဖြစ် သလောဟု မေးပြန်လျှင်၊ မ ဟုတ်ဟု ဆို ပြန်၏။
22 They said therefore to him; Who are you? That an answer we may give to those having sent us; what say you about yourself?
၂၂ထိုသူတို့ကလည်း ၊ သင်သည်အဘယ်သူ နည်း။ ငါ တို့ကိုစေလွှတ် သောသူ တို့အား ပြန်လျှောက် စရာ ရှိ စေခြင်းငှာ ၊ သင်သည်ကိုယ် ကို အဘယ်သို့ ဆို သနည်းဟု မေး ပြန်ကြ၏။
23 He was saying; I myself [am] a voice crying in the wilderness; do make straight the way of [the] Lord; even as said Isaiah the prophet.
၂၃ယောဟန်ကလည်း၊ ငါ သည်ပရောဖက် ဟေရှာယ ဟောပြော သည်နှင့်အညီ ၊ ထာဝရ ဘုရား၏ လမ်းခရီး တော်ကို ဖြောင့် စေကြလော့ဟု တော ၌ ဟစ်ကြော် သောသူ၏အသံ ဖြစ်သည်ဟု ဆို ၏။
24 And (those *k*) sent were out from the Pharisees
၂၄အစေခံ သောသူတို့ကား၊ ဖာရိရှဲ ဖြစ် ကြသတည်း။
25 And they asked him and they said to him; Why then baptize you if you yourself not are the Christ (nor *N(k)O*) Elijah (nor *N(k)O*) the prophet?
၂၅ထိုသူတို့ကလည်း ၊ သင် သည် ခရစ်တော် မ ဟုတ် ၊ ဧလိယ မ ဟုတ်၊ ဤမည်သောပရောဖက် မ ဟုတ်သည် မှန်လျှင် အဘယ်ကြောင့် ဗတ္တိဇံ ကိုပေးသနည်းဟု မေး ပြန်ကြ၏။
26 Answered them John saying; I myself baptize with water; [in the] midst (now *k*) of you (he has stood *NK(o)*) whom you yourselves not know,
၂၆ယောဟန် ကလည်း၊ ငါ သည်ရေ ၌ ဗတ္တိဇံ ကိုပေး၏။ သင် တို့အလယ် ၌သင် တို့မ သိ သော သူတစ်ယောက် ရှိ၏။
27 (he himself is *k*) the [One] after me coming, (who before me has been; *K*) of whom not am I myself worthy that I may untie of Him the strap of the sandal.
၂၇ထိုသူ သည်ငါ့ နောက် ကြွလာ သော်လည်းငါ့ထက်သာ၍ကြီးမြတ်၏။ ထိုသူ ၏ခြေနင်း တော်ကြိုး ကိုမျှ ဖြည် ခြင်းငှာ ငါ မ ထိုက် ဟုပြန်ပြော ၏။
28 These things in (Bethany *N(k)O*) took place across the Jordan where was (*no*) John baptizing.
၂၈ယောဟန် သည်ဗတ္တိဇံ ကိုပေးရာ အရပ် ၊ ယော်ဒန် မြစ်တစ်ဘက် ဗေသနိ ရွာ၌ ဤအမှုအရာဖြစ် သတည်း။
29 On the next day he sees (John *k*) Jesus coming to him and says; Behold the Lamb of God, who is taking away the sin of the world.
၂၉နက်ဖြန် နေ့၌ယေရှု ကြွလာ တော်မူသည်ကို ယောဟန်သည်မြင် လျှင်၊ ဤလောက ၏အပြစ် ကို ဆောင်သွား သော ဘုရားသခင် ၏ သိုးသငယ် ကိုကြည့် လော့။
30 He it is (concerning *N(k)O*) whom I myself said; After me comes a man who precedence over me has because before me He was.
၃၀ငါ မ ရှိမှီရှိ နှင့်သည်ဖြစ်၍ ၊ ငါ့ ထက်သာ၍ကြီးမြတ်သောသူ သည်ငါ့ နောက် ကြွလာ သည်ဟု ငါ ဆို ရာ၌၊ ထိုသူ ကိုဆိုလို ၏။
31 And I myself And I myself not knew Him, but that He may be revealed to Israel, because of this came I myself with (*k*) water baptizing.
၃၁အစကထိုသူ ကိုငါ မ သိ ။ သို့သော်လည်း ထိုသူကို ဣသရေလ လူတို့အား ထင်ရှား စေခြင်းငှာ ငါ သည် ရေ ၌ ဗတ္တိဇံ ကိုပေးလျက်လာ ၏။
32 And bore witness John saying that I have beheld the Spirit descending (as *N(k)O*) a dove out of heaven, and it remained upon Him.
၃၂ထိုမှတစ်ပါး ဝိညာဉ် တော်သည်ကောင်းကင် မှ ချိုးငှက် ကဲ့သို့ ဆင်းသက် ၍ ထိုသူ ၏အပေါ် ၌နား တော်မူသည်ကို ငါမြင် ရပြီ။
33 And I myself And I myself not knew Him, but the [One] having sent me to baptize with water, He to me said; Upon whom maybe you may see the Spirit descending and abiding on Him, He is the [One] baptizing with [the] Spirit Holy.
၃၃အစကထို သူကိုငါ မ သိ ။ ရေ ၌ ဗတ္တိဇံ ကိုပေးစေခြင်းငှာငါ့ ကိုစေလွှတ် တော်မူသောသူ က၊ အကြင်သူ ၏ အပေါ် ၌ဝိညာဉ် တော်ဆင်းသက် ၍ နား တော်မူသည်ကို သင်သည်မြင် လျှင်၊ ထို သူကားသန့်ရှင်း သော ဝိညာဉ် တော်၌ ဗတ္တိဇံ ကိုပေးသောသူ ပေတည်းဟု မိန့် တော်မူသည်နှင့်အညီ။
34 And I myself And I myself have seen and have borne witness that this is the (Son *NK(O)*) of God.
၃၄ငါ သည်မြင် ၍ ဤသူ သည် ဘုရားသခင် ၏ သား တော်ဖြစ် တော်မူကြောင်း ကို သက်သေခံ သည်ဟု ယောဟန် ဆို လေ၏။
35 On the next day again had stood John and of the disciples of him two.
၃၅တစ်ဖန် ယောဟန် သည် နက်ဖြန် နေ့၌ တပည့် နှစ် ယောက်တို့နှင့်အတူရပ် နေ၍၊
36 And having looked at Jesus walking he says; Behold the Lamb of God!
၃၆ယေရှု ကြွ တော်မူသည်ကိုမြင် လျှင် ၊ ဘုရားသခင် ၏ သိုးသငယ် ကို ကြည့် လော့ဟုဆို ၏။
37 And heard the two disciples of Him [Him] speaking and they followed Jesus.
၃၇တပည့် နှစ် ယောက်တို့သည် ထိုစကား ကိုကြား လျှင် ၊ ယေရှု နောက်တော်သို့ လိုက် ကြ၏။
38 Having turned then Jesus and having beheld them following He says to them; What seek you? And they said to Him; Rabbi which is to say (meaning *N(k)O*) Teacher — where are You staying?
၃၈ယေရှု သည်လှည့် ၍ ထိုသူ တို့ လိုက် ကြသည်ကိုမြင် တော်မူလျှင်၊ အဘယ် အလိုရှိ သနည်း ဟု မေး တော်မူ၏။ ထိုသူ တို့က၊ ရဗ္ဗိ ၊ ကိုယ်တော် သည် အဘယ်မှာ နေ တော်မူသနည်းဟု မေးလျှောက် ကြ၏။ ရဗ္ဗိ၊ အနက် ကား၊ အရှင် ဘုရားဟု ဆိုလို သတည်း။
39 He says to them; do come and (you will behold. *N(k)O*) They went (therefore *NO*) and saw where He abides, and with Him they stayed the day that; [The] hour (now *k*) was about [the] tenth.
၃၉ယေရှုကလည်း လာ ၍ ကြည့် ကြလော့ ဟု မိန့် တော်မူ၏။ ထို သူတို့သည်သွား၍ နေ တော်မူရာအရပ် ကို ကြည့် ကြ၏။ ထိုအချိန် သည် ဆယ် နာရီအချိန်ဖြစ် ၍ မိုဃ်းချုပ် သည်တိုင်အောင်အထံ တော်၌နေ ကြ၏။
40 Was Andrew the brother of Simon Peter one of the two which having heard from John and having followed Him.
၄၀ယောဟန် ၏စကား ကိုကြား၍ နောက် တော်သို့ လိုက်သောသူနှစ် ယောက်တို့တွင် တစ်ယောက်ကား ရှိမုန် ပေတရု ညီ အန္ဒြေ ပေတည်း။
41 Finds he (first *N(k)O*) the brother [his] own Simon and he says to him; We have found the Messiah, which is being translated (*k*) Christ.
၄၁ထိုသူ သည် မိမိ အစ်ကို ရှိမုန် ကို ရှေးဦးစွာ တွေ့ လျှင် ၊ ငါတို့သည် မေရှိ ကိုတွေ့ ကြပြီဟု ပြောဆို လျက်၊
42 (and *k*) He led him to Jesus. Having looked at (now *k*) him Jesus said; You yourself are Simon the son (of John; *N(K)O*) You yourself will be called Cephas which means Peter.
၄၂သူ့ ကိုယေရှု ထံသို့ ပို့ဆောင် လေ၏။ မေရှိအနက် ကား ခရစ်တော် ဟုဆိုလို သတည်း။ ယေရှု သည် ထို သူ ကိုကြည့်ရှု ၍၊ သင် သည်ယောန ၏သား ရှိမုန် ဖြစ် ၏ ကေဖ အမည် သစ်ကို ရလတံ့ ဟုမိန့် တော်မူ၏၊ ကေဖ အနက် ကား ပေတရု ဟုဆိုလိုသတည်း။
43 On the next day He desired to go forth into Galilee And He finds Philip And says to him Jesus; do follow Me.
၄၃နက်ဖြန် နေ့၌ ဂါလိလဲ ပြည်သို့ ကြွ ခြင်းငှာအလို တော်ရှိလျှင် ဖိလိပ္ပု ကိုတွေ့ ၍ ၊ ငါ့ နောက် သို့ လိုက်လော့ ဟု မိန့် တော်မူ၏။
44 Was now Philip from Bethsaida, from the city of Andrew and Peter.
၄၄ဖိလိပ္ပု ကား၊ အန္ဒြေ နှင့် ပေတရု မွေးဘွားရာ ဗက်ဇဲဒ မြို့မှ လာသောသူဖြစ် သတည်း။
45 Finds Philip Nathanael and says to him; [Him] whom wrote of Moses in the Law also the prophets, we have found, Jesus (*ko*) son of Joseph of Nazareth.
၄၅ဖိလိပ္ပု သည်နာသနေလ ကိုတွေ့ လျှင် ၊ မောရှေ သည် ပညတ္တိ ကျမ်း၌ ၎င်း၊ ပရောဖက် တို့သည် သူတို့ ကျမ်း ၌၎င်း အကြောင်းပြု ၍ ရေး ထားသောသူ ၊ နာဇရက် မြို့သား ဖြစ်သော ယောသပ် ၏သား ယေရှု ကို ငါတို့သည် တွေ့ ကြပြီဟုဆို ၏။
46 And said to him Nathanael; Out of Nazareth is able any good thing to be? Says to him (*no*) Philip; do come and do see.
၄၆နာသနေလ ကလည်း ၊ နာဇရက် မြို့ထဲက ကောင်း သောအရာတစ်စုံတစ်ခု မျှ ထွက် နိုင် သလောဟုမေး လျှင်၊ ဖိလိပ္ပု က၊ လာ ၍ ကြည့် ပါဟုဆို ၏။
47 Saw Jesus Nathanael coming to Him and He says concerning him; Behold truly an Israelite in whom deceit not there is.
၄၇နာသနေလ လာ သည်ကို ယေရှု သည် မြင် တော်မူလျှင်၊ လှည့်စား ခြင်းအပြစ်နှင့်ကင်းလွတ် သော ဣသရေလ လူစစ် ကိုကြည့် လော့ ဟု ထိုသူ ကိုအမှတ် ပြု၍ မိန့် တော်မူ၏။
48 Says to Him Nathanael; From where me know You? Answered (*k*) Jesus and said to him; Before you Philip calling being under the fig tree I saw you.
၄၈နာသနေလ ကလည်း၊ ကိုယ်တော်သည် အဘယ်သို့ သောအားဖြင့်အကျွန်ုပ် ကို သိ တော်မူသနည်းဟု မေးလျှောက် သော်၊ ယေရှု က၊ ဖိလိပ္ပု သည် သင့် ကိုမ ခေါ် မှီ၊ သင် သည် သင်္ဘောသဖန်း ပင်အောက် ၌ရှိ သည်ကို ငါ မြင်သည် ဟု ပြန် ၍မိန့်တော်မူလျှင်၊
49 Answered to him Nathanael (and says: *k*) Rabbi, You yourself are the Son of God, You yourself (*k*) King are of Israel.
၄၉အရှင် ဘုရား၊ ကိုယ်တော် သည် ဘုရားသခင် ၏သား တော်ဖြစ် တော်မူ၏၊ ဣသရေလ လူတို့၏ ရှင်ဘုရင် လည်းဖြစ် တော်မူ၏ဟု နာသနေလ လျှောက် လေ၏။
50 Answered Jesus and said to him; Because I said to you (that *no*) I saw you under the fig tree, believe you? Greater things than these You will see.
၅၀တစ်ဖန် ယေရှု က၊ သင်္ဘောသဖန်း ပင်အောက် ၌ သင့် ကိုငါ မြင်သည် ဟုဆို သောကြောင့် ယုံ သလော။ ထိုမျှမက သင်သည် သာ၍ ကြီးစွာ သောအကြောင်း အရာကို မြင် လတံ့။
51 And He says to him; Amen Amen I say to all of you (from now *K*) you will behold the heaven having opened and the angels of God ascending and descending on the Son of Man.
၅၁သင် တို့အား ငါအမှန်အကန် ဆို သည်ကား၊ နောင်ကာလ၌ ကောင်းကင် ဖွင့်လှစ် သည်ကို၎င်း ၊ ဘုရားသခင် ၏ ကောင်းကင် တမန်တို့သည် လူ သား ၏အပေါ် ၌ဆင်း လျက်တက် လျက်ရှိနေသည်ကို၎င်း ၊ သင်တို့ သည် မြင် ရကြလတံ့ ဟု မိန့် တော်မူ၏။
