Job 9
1 And he answered Job and he said.
Alors Job répondit,
2 Truly I know that thus and what? will he be justified a person with God.
« Je sais en vérité qu'il en est ainsi, mais comment l'homme peut-il être juste avec Dieu?
3 If someone desires to conduct a case with him not he will answer him one [time] from a thousand.
S'il lui plaît de contester avec lui, il ne peut pas lui répondre une fois sur mille.
4 Wise of heart and strong of power who? has he shown stubbornness to him and he has remained unharmed.
Dieu est sage de cœur et puissant de force. Qui s'est endurci contre lui et a prospéré?
5 The [one who] removes mountains and not they know [the one] who he overturns them in anger his.
Il enlève les montagnes, et ils ne le savent pas, quand il les renverse dans sa colère.
6 The [one who] shakes [the] earth from place its and pillars its they tremble!
Il secoue la terre de sa place. Ses piliers tremblent.
7 The [one who] speaks to the sun and not it shines and behind [the] stars he puts a seal.
Il commande au soleil et il ne se lève pas, et scelle les étoiles.
8 [one who] stretches out [the] heavens To only him and [one who] treads on [the] high places of [the] sea.
Lui seul étend les cieux, et marche sur les vagues de la mer.
9 [one who] makes [the] Bear Orion and Pleiades and [the] chambers of [the] south.
Il crée l'Ours, Orion et les Pléiades, et les chambres du sud.
10 [one who] does Great [things] until there not [is] inquiry and wonders until there not [is] number.
Il fait de grandes choses qu'on ne peut pas savoir; oui, des choses merveilleuses sans nombre.
11 There! he will pass by at me and not I will see [him] and he may pass on and not I will perceive him.
Voici qu'il passe à côté de moi, et je ne le vois pas. Il passe aussi, mais je ne le perçois pas.
12 There! he will snatch away who? will he turn back him who? will he say to him what? are you doing.
Voici qu'il arrache. Qui peut l'en empêcher? Qui lui demandera: « Que fais-tu?
13 God not he will turn back anger his (under him *Q(k)*) they lay prostrate [the] helpers of Rahab.
« Dieu ne retire pas sa colère. Les aides de Rahab s'abaissent sous lui.
14 Indeed? for I I will answer him I will choose words my with him.
A plus forte raison lui répondrai-je, et choisir mes mots pour argumenter avec lui?
15 [I] who Though I am righteous not I will answer to judge my I will seek favor.
Même si j'étais juste, je n'ai pas voulu lui répondre. Je ferais des supplications à mon juge.
16 If I called and he answered me not I believe that he gave ear to voice my.
Si j'avais appelé, et qu'il m'ait répondu, pourtant je ne croirais pas qu'il ait écouté ma voix.
17 [he] who With a storm he crushes me and he increases wounds my without cause.
Car il me brise par une tempête, et multiplie mes blessures sans raison.
18 Not he permits me to bring back breath my for he surfeits me bitter things.
Il ne me permettra pas de reprendre mon souffle, mais me remplit d'amertume.
19 If to power a strong [one] there! and if to justice who? will he summon me.
Si c'est une question de force, voici qu'il est puissant! S'il s'agit de justice, « Qui, dit-il, me convoquera?
20 Though I am righteous own mouth my it will condemn as guilty me [am] blameless I and it declared guilty me.
Bien que je sois juste, ma propre bouche me condamne. Bien que je sois irréprochable, cela prouvera ma perversité.
21 [am] blameless I not I know self my I reject life my.
Je suis irréprochable. Je ne me respecte pas. Je méprise ma vie.
22 [is] one It there-fore I say [the] blameless and [the] wicked he [is] bringing to an end.
« C'est la même chose. C'est pourquoi je dis qu'il détruit les irréprochables et les méchants.
23 If a scourge it kills suddenly [the] despair of innocent [ones] he mocks.
Si le fléau tue soudainement, il se moquera du procès des innocents.
24 A land - it has been given in [the] hand of a wicked [person] [the] face of judges its he covers if not then who? [is] it.
La terre est livrée entre les mains des méchants. Il couvre les visages de ses juges. Si ce n'est pas lui, alors qui est-ce?
25 And days my they have been swift more than a runner they have fled not they have seen good.
« Maintenant mes jours sont plus rapides qu'un coureur. Ils s'enfuient. Ils ne voient pas le bien.
26 They have passed on with ships of reed like an eagle [which] it rushes on food.
Ils ont disparu comme les navires rapides, comme l'aigle qui se jette sur sa proie.
27 If to say I I will forget complaint my I will let loose face my and I will be cheerful.
Si je dis: « J'oublierai ma plainte », J'enlèverai mon visage triste, et je me réjouirai,
28 I dread all pains my I know that not you will acquit me.
J'ai peur de tous mes chagrins. Je sais que vous ne me tiendrez pas pour innocent.
29 I I will be guilty why? this vanity will I labor.
Je serai condamné. Alors pourquoi je travaille en vain?
30 If I washed myself (in water of *Q(K)*) snow and I cleansed with potash hands my.
Si je me lave avec de la neige, et je nettoie mes mains avec de la soude,
31 Then in pit you will dip me and they will abhor me own clothes my.
pourtant tu me plongeras dans le fossé. Mes propres vêtements me feront horreur.
32 For not [he is] a human like me I will answer him we will come together in judgment.
Car il n'est pas un homme, comme moi, pour que je lui réponde, que nous devrions nous réunir pour juger.
33 Not there between us [is] an arbiter he may put hand his on [the] two of us.
Il n'y a pas d'arbitre entre nous, qui pourrait poser sa main sur nous deux.
34 Let him remove from on me rod his and dread his may not it terrify me.
Qu'il éloigne de moi son bâton. Que sa terreur ne me fasse pas peur;
35 I will speak and not I will fear him for not [am] thus I with myself.
alors je parlerais, et je ne le craindrais pas, car je ne le suis pas en moi-même.
