Job 6
1 And he answered Job and he said.
| فَأَجَابَ أَيُّوبُ: | ١ |
2 Certainly [if] it will be weighed grief my (and destruction my *Q(K)*) in [the] balances people will raise together.
| «لَوْ أَمْكَنَ وَضْعُ حُزْنِي وَمُصِيبَتِي فِي مِيزَانٍ، | ٢ |
3 For now more than [the] sand of [the] seas it will be heavy there-fore words my they have been rash.
| إِذَنْ لَكَانَا أَثْقَلَ مِنْ رَمْلِ الْبَحْرِ، لِهَذَا أَلْغُو بِكَلامِي. | ٣ |
4 For [the] arrows of [the] Almighty [are] with me which poison their [is] drinking spirit my [the] terrors of God they are arranged against me.
| لأَنَّ سِهَامَ الْقَدِيرِ نَاشِبَةٌ فِيَّ، وَرُوحِي تَشْرَبُ مِنْ سُمِّهَا، وَأَهْوَالَ اللهِ مُصْطَفَّةٌ ضِدِّي. | ٤ |
5 ¿ Does it bray a wild donkey on grass or? does it low an ox on fodder its.
| أَيَنْهَقُ الْحِمَارُ الْوَحْشِيُّ عَلَى مَا لَدَيْهِ مِنْ عُشْبٍ، أَمْ يَخُورُ الثَّوْرُ عَلَى مَا لَدَيْهِ مِنْ عَلَفٍ؟ | ٥ |
6 ¿ Is it eaten tasteless [food] because not salt or? [is] there taste in [the] slime of purslane.
| أَيُمْكِنُ أَنْ يُؤْكَلَ مَا لَا طَعْمَ لَهُ مِنْ غَيْرِ مِلْحٍ، أَمْ أَنَّ هُنَاكَ مَذَاقاً لِبَيَاضِ الْبَيْضَةِ؟ | ٦ |
7 It refuses to touch [them] self my they [are] like [the] illness of food my.
| لَقَدْ عَافَتْ نَفْسِي أَنْ تَمَسَّهُ لأَنَّ مِثْلَ هَذَا الطَّعَامِ يُسْقِمُنِي. | ٧ |
8 Who? will he give it will come petition my and hope my he will give God.
| آهِ! لَيْتَ طِلْبَتِي تُسْتَجَابُ وَيُحَقِّقُ اللهُ رَجَائِي، | ٨ |
9 And may he be willing God and may he crush me may he loosen hand his and may he cut off me.
| فَيَرْضَى اللهُ أَنْ يَسْحَقَنِي وَيَمُدَّ يَدَهُ وَيَسْتَأْصِلَنِي، | ٩ |
10 And may it be still - comfort my and may I jump in anguish [which] not it relents that not I have hidden [the] words of [the] holy [one].
| فَتَبْقَى لِي تَعْزِيَةٌ وَبَهْجَةٌ أَنَّنِي فِي خِضَمِّ آلامِي لَمْ أَجْحَدْ كَلامَ الْقُدُّوسِ. | ١٠ |
11 What? [is] strength my that I will wait and what? [is] end my that I will prolong life my.
| مَا هِيَ قُوَّتِي حَتَّى أَنْتَظِرَ؟ وَمَا هُوَ مَصِيرِي حَتَّى أَتَصَبَّرَ؟ | ١١ |
12 [the] strength of Stones [is] strength my or? [is] flesh my bronze.
| أَقُوَّةُ الْحِجَارَةِ قُوَّتِي؟ أَمْ لَحْمِي مِنْ نُحَاسٍ؟ | ١٢ |
13 ¿ If not [is] help my in myself and sound wisdom it has been banished from me.
| حَقّاً لَمْ تَعُدْ لَدَيَّ قُوَّةٌ لأُغِيثَ نَفْسِي، وَكُلُّ عَوْنٍ قَدْ أُقْصِيَ عَنِّي. | ١٣ |
14 [belongs] to Despairing [person] from friend his loyalty and [the] fear of [the] Almighty he will forsake.
| الإِنْسَانُ الْمَكْرُوبُ يَحْتَاجُ إِلَى وَفَاءِ أَصْدِقَائِهِ، حَتَّى لَوْ تَخَلَّى عَنْ خَشْيَةِ الْقَدِيرِ. | ١٤ |
15 Brothers my they have acted treacherously like a wadi like a stream-bed of wadis [which] they pass away.
| قَدْ غَدَرَ بِي إِخْوَانِي كَسَيْلٍ انْقَطَعَ مَاؤُهُ، وَكَمِيَاهِ الأَوْدِيَةِ الْعَابِرَةِ، | ١٥ |
16 That are dark from ice over them it hides itself snow.
| الَّتِي عَكَّرَهَا الْبَرَدُ حَيْثُ يَخْتَفِي فِيهَا الْجَلِيدُ، | ١٦ |
17 At [the] time [when] they flow they are silenced in heat its they are dried up from place their.
| فَتَتَلاشَى فِي فَصْلِ الْجَفَافِ، وَتَخْتَفِي مِنْ مَكَانِهَا عِنْدَ اشْتِدَادِ الْحَرِّ، | ١٧ |
18 They twist [the] paths of way their they go up in the wasteland so they may perish.
| فَتَحِيدُ الْقَوَافِلُ عَنْ طَرِيقِهَا وَتُوْغِلُ فِي التِّيهِ فَتَهْلِكُ. | ١٨ |
19 They look [the] caravans of Tema [the] travelers of Sheba they look eagerly for them.
| بَحَثَتْ عَنْهَا قَوَافِلُ تَيْمَاءَ، وَقَوَافِلُ سَبَأَ رَجَتِ الْعُثُورَ عَلَيْهَا. | ١٩ |
20 They are disappointed for he had been confident they come to it and they were disappointed.
| اعْتَرَتْهُمُ الْخَيْبَةُ لأَنَّهُمْ أَمَّلُوا فِيهَا، وَعِنْدَمَا أَقْبَلُوا إِلَيْهَا اسْتَبَدَّ بِهِمِ الْخَجَلُ. | ٢٠ |
21 For now you have become (it *Q(K)*) you have seen a terror and you were afraid.
| وَالآنَ قَدْ أَصْبَحْتُمْ مِثْلَهَا. أَبْصَرْتُمْ بَلِيَّتِي فَفَزَعْتُمْ. | ٢١ |
22 ¿ For have I said give for me and from wealth your give a reward for me.
| هَلْ طَلَبْتُ مِنْكُمْ شَيْئاً، أَوْ سَأَلْتُكُمْ أَنْ تَرْشُوا مِنْ مَالِكُمْ مِنْ أَجْلِي؟ | ٢٢ |
23 And rescue me from [the] hand of an opponent and from [the] hand of ruthless [people] you will ransom me.
| هَلْ قُلْتُ: أَنْقِذُونِي مِنْ قَبْضَةِ الْخَصْمِ، أَوِ افْدُونِي مِنْ نِيرِ الْعُتَاةِ؟ | ٢٣ |
24 Teach me and I I will keep silent and what? have I erred explain to me.
| عَلِّمُونِي فَأَسْكُتَ، وَأَفْهِمُونِي مَا ضَلَلْتُ فِيهِ. | ٢٤ |
25 How! they are painful words of uprightness and what? does it prove completely from you.
| مَا أَشَدَّ وَقْعَ قَوْلِ الْحَقِّ، وَلَكِنْ عَلَى مَاذَا يُبَرْهِنُ تَوْبِيخُكُمْ؟ | ٢٥ |
26 ¿ To reprove words do you plan and to wind [the] words of [one who] despairs.
| أَتَبْغُونَ مُقَارَعَةَ كَلامِي بالْحُجَّةِ، وَكَلِمَاتُ الْبَائِسِ تَذْهَبُ أَدْرَاجَ الرِّيَاحِ؟ | ٢٦ |
27 Even on a fatherless one you will make fall and you may bargain on friend your.
| أَنْتُمْ تُلْقُونَ الْقُرْعَةَ حَتَّى عَلَى الْيَتِيمِ، وَتُسَاوِمُونَ عَلَى الصَّدِيقِ. | ٢٧ |
28 And therefore be willing turn on me and on faces your if I will lie.
| وَالآنَ تَلَطَّفُوا بِالنَّظَرِ إِلَيَّ لأَنَّنِي لَنْ أَكْذِبَ عَلَيْكُمْ. | ٢٨ |
29 Turn back please may not it be injustice (and turn back *Q(K)*) still righteousness my [is] in it.
| ارْجِعُوا، لَا تَكُونُوا حَائِرِينَ، فَإِنَّ أَمَانَتِي مُعَرَّضَةٌ لِلاتِّهَامِ. | ٢٩ |
30 ¿ [is] there On tongue my injustice or? palate my not does it discern destruction.
| أَفِي لِسَانِي ظُلْمٌ، أَمْ مَذَاقِي لَا يُمَيِّزُ مَا هُوَ فَاسِدٌ؟ | ٣٠ |
