< Job 33 >
1 And but hear please O Job words my and all words my give ear to!
“Na afei, Hiob, tie me nsɛm; yɛ aso ma biribiara a mɛka.
2 Here! please I open mouth my it speaks tongue my on palate my.
Merebɛbue mʼano; me nsɛm aba me tɛkrɛma so.
3 [are] [the] uprightness of Heart my words my and [the] knowledge of lips my purified they speak.
Me nsɛm firi akoma a ɛtene mu; na mʼano de ahonim pa ka deɛ menim.
4 [the] spirit of God it has made me and [the] breath of [the] Almighty it gives life me.
Onyankopɔn Honhom na abɔ me; Otumfoɔ no ahome ma me nkwa.
5 If you will be able respond to me arrange! before me take your stand!
Sɛ wobɛtumi a, ma me mmuaeɛ; siesie wo ho, na ka si mʼanim.
6 Here! I [am] like mouth your to God from clay I was nipped off also I.
Wo ne me nyinaa yɛ pɛ wɔ Onyankopɔn anim; me nso wɔbɔɔ me firii dɔteɛ mu.
7 Here! dread of me not it will terrify you and pressure my on you not it will be heavy.
Ɛnsɛ sɛ wosuro me, na ɛnsɛ sɛ me nsa yɛ den wɔ wo so.
8 Surely you have spoken in ears my and [the] sound of words I heard.
“Nanso woaka ama mate, metee saa nsɛm no, na wokaa sɛ,
9 [am] pure I not transgression [am] innocent I and not iniquity [belongs] to me.
‘Meyɛ kronn na menni bɔne; me ho te na afɔdie biara nni me ho.
10 Here! occasions on me he finds he considers me to an enemy of him.
Nanso Onyankopɔn anya me ho mfomsoɔ; wafa me sɛ ne ɔtamfoɔ.
11 He puts in the stock[s] feet my he watches all paths my.
Ɔde me nan ahyɛ mpɔkyerɛ mu; na nʼani wɔ mʼakwan nyinaa so.’
12 Here! this not you are in [the] right I will answer you for he is great God more than a human.
“Nanso meka mekyerɛ wo sɛ, yei mu deɛ, woayɛ mfomsoɔ, ɛfiri sɛ Onyankopɔn so sene ɔdasani.
13 Why? against him have you contended that all words his not he answers.
Na adɛn enti na wonwiinwii hyɛ no sɛ ɔmmua onipa nsɛm biara anaa?
14 For on one [occasion] he speaks God and on two [occasions] not anyone perceives it.
Nanso, Onyankopɔn kasa wɔ akwan ahodoɔ so, na ebia nnipa nte.
15 In a dream - a vision of [the] night when falls deep sleep on people in slumber on a bed.
Ɔkasa wɔ daeɛso ne anadwo anisoadehunu mu, ɛberɛ a nna afa nnipa na wɔretu nkorɔmo wɔ wɔn mpa so,
16 Then he will uncover [the] ear of people and with discipline their he will seal.
ɔtumi kasa gu wɔn asom na ɔde kɔkɔbɔ yi wɔn hu,
17 To turn aside a person a deed and pride from a man he will cover.
18 He will keep back life his from [the] pit and life his from passing away by missile.
19 And he is chastened with pain on bed his (and [the] multitude of *Q(K)*) bones his [is] constant.
20 And it loathes it life his bread and self his food of desire.
kɔsi sɛ ne kɔn nnɔ aduane na ne ɔkra nso po aduane a ɛyɛ akɔnnɔ pa ara;
21 It wastes away flesh his from sight (and they are laid bare *Q(K)*) bones his [which] not they were seen.
ɔfɔn yɛ basaa, na ne nnompe a anka ɛho akata no ho da hɔ.
22 And it drew near to the pit self his and life his to [those who] bring death.
Ne ɔkra bɛn damena, na ne nkwa bɛn owuo abɔfoɔ.
23 If there on him - [is] an angel a mediator one of a thousand to tell to anyone uprightness his.
“Nanso sɛ abɔfoɔ apem no mu baako wɔ nʼafa sɛ ɔdimafoɔ a ɔbɛkyerɛ no deɛ ɛyɛ ma no a,
24 And he showed favor to him and he said deliver him from going down [the] pit I have found a ransom.
ɔbɛhunu no mmɔbɔ na waka sɛ, ‘Monnyaa no na wankɔ damena mu; na manya mpatadeɛ ama no,’
25 It grows fresh flesh his more than youth he returns to [the] days of youth his.
afei ne wedeɛ bɛyɛ foforɔ sɛ abɔfra deɛ, na asi ne dada mu sɛ mmeranteberɛ mu deɛ.
26 He prays to God - and he accepted him and he saw face his with a shout of joy and he restored to a person righteousness his.
27 He watches - over people and he said I have sinned and upright[ness] I have perverted and not it was equal to me.
Afei ɔbɛba nnipa mu abɛka sɛ, ‘Meyɛɛ bɔne na mekyeaa deɛ ɛtene, nanso wantwe mʼaso sɛdeɛ ɛfata me.
28 He has ransomed (self his *Q(K)*) from passing on in the pit (and life his *Q(K)*) on the light it will look.
Ɔgyee me ɔkra na wamma no ankɔ damena mu, enti mɛtena ase na madi hann no mu dɛ.’
29 Here! all these [things] he does God two times three [times] with a man.
“Onyankopɔn yɛ yeinom nyinaa ma onipa, mprɛnu ne ne mprɛnsa so,
30 To bring back self his from [the] pit to be lighted up by [the] light of life.
31 Pay attention O Job listen to me keep quiet and I I will speak.
“Yɛ aso, Hiob, na tie me; yɛ dinn na menkasa.
32 If there [are] words respond to me speak for I desire to justify you.
Na sɛ wowɔ biribi ka a, bua me; kasa, na mepɛ sɛ wɔbu wo bem.
33 If not you listen to me keep quiet and I will teach you wisdom.
Sɛ ɛnte saa nso a, ɛnneɛ tie me. Yɛ dinn na mɛkyerɛ wo nyansa.”
