Job 19
1 And he answered Job and he said.
Et Job reprenant dit:
2 Until when? will you torment! self my and will you crush? me with words.
Jusqu'à quand fatiguerez-vous mon âme et me tuerez-vous de vos discours?
3 This ten times you have insulted me not you have been ashamed you have ill-treated me.
Sachez seulement que le Seigneur m'a traité de la sorte. Persuadez-moi, et ne vous attachez pas tant à me faire honte.
4 And even truly I have erred with me it lodges error my.
En vérité, j'ai sans doute failli; l'erreur réside avec moi. Dis-moi donc quelque chose que j'ignore, sans quoi je m'égarerai en mes réponses, et elles manqueront d'à propos.
5 If truly above me you will magnify yourselves and you may argue on me disgrace my.
Cessez, car vous vous grandissez pour m'assaillir, et vous m'accablez d'outrages.
6 Know then that God he has wronged me and net his over me he has closed.
Mais ne perdez donc pas de vue que c'est le Seigneur qui m'a troublé, et qu'il a élevé contre moi ses murailles.
7 There! I cry out violence and not I am answered I cry for help and there not [is] justice.
De vos injures je ne ferais que rire, et je ne dirais mot; quand je crierais, je n'obtiendrais pas de jugement.
8 Way my he has walled up and not I will pass and on paths my darkness he puts.
Mais des remparts m'étreignent et je ne puis les traverser, et l'obscurité règne devant moi.
9 Honor my from on me he has stripped off and he has removed [the] crown of head my.
Le Seigneur m'a ravi toute gloire, il a ôté la couronne que je portais sur la tête.
10 He has torn down me all around and I have gone and he has uprooted like a tree hope my.
Il m'a tiraillé dans tous les sens et j'ai succombé; il a abattu comme un arbre toute mon espérance.
11 And he has kindled towards me anger his and he has considered me himself like foes his.
Il a déployé contre moi une colère terrible; il m'a regardé comme un ennemi.
12 Together - they have come troops his and they have piled up on me way their and they have encamped all around tent my.
Ses épreuves me sont venues toutes ensemble; ses embuscades étaient placées sur toutes mes voies.
13 Brothers my from with me he has put far away and acquaintances my surely they have become estranged from me.
Mes frères se sont éloignés; ils m'ont préféré des inconnus; mes amis n'ont eu aucune compassion.
14 They have ceased kindred my and acquaintances my they have forgotten me.
Mes plus proches m'ont laissé sans soins; et ceux qui savaient mon nom l'ont oublié.
15 [the] sojourners of House my and female servants my to a stranger they consider me a foreigner I have become in view their.
Mes voisins, les servantes de ma maison; je suis un étranger pour eux.
16 To servant my I call and not he answers with mouth my I seek favor to him.
J'ai appelé mon serviteur, il n'est point venu; ma bouche est devenue suppliante.
17 Breath my it is loathsome to wife my and I am repulsive to [the] sons of womb my.
J'ai imploré ma femme, j'ai demandé les fils de mes concubines en les flattant,
18 Also young boys they reject me I arise and they spoke against me.
Ils m'ont répudié pour toujours; si je me relève, ils se récrient contre moi.
19 They abhor me all [the] men of council my and whom I love they have turned against me.
J'ai été pour eux un objet d'horreur pour ceux qui m'ont vu; j'ai pour ennemis ceux que j'avais aimés.
20 On skin my and on flesh my it clings bone my and I have escaped! with [the] skin of teeth my.
Mes chairs sous ma peau pourrissent, mes os sont entre les dents qui les rongent.
21 Show favor to me show favor to me O you friends my for [the] hand of God it has touched me.
Ayez pitié de moi, ayez pitié de moi, ô mes amis, car c'est la main du Seigneur qui m'a touché.
22 Why? are you persecuting me like God and from flesh my not are you satisfied?
Pourquoi me poursuivez-vous comme me poursuit le Seigneur? Voulez-vous vous repaître de ma chair?
23 Who? will he give then and they will be written down! words my who? will he give on the scroll so they may be inscribed.
Qui donc écrira mes plaintes pour les déposer en un livre impérissable?
24 With a stylus of iron and lead for ever in the rock they will be engraved!
Qui les gravera au burin sur la pierre ou le plomb?
25 And I I know vindicator my he lives and last on dust he will stand.
Car je sais que de toute éternité existe celui qui doit me délivrer, et sur la terre
26 And after skin my people have struck off this and from flesh my I will see God.
Faire revivre ma peau pour que je jouisse de ces choses...car c'est le Seigneur qui a fait ces choses
27 Whom I - I will see for myself and own eyes my they will see and not a stranger they are faint kidneys my in bosom my.
Qu'en moi-même je sais; que mon œil a vues, et non l'œil d'autrui; et qui déjà sont accomplies en mon sein.
28 If you will say what? will we persecute him and [the] root of [the] matter it has been found in me.
Et si vous dites: Quel langage tiendrons-nous devant lui? quel sujet de discours trouverons-nous en sa personne?
29 Be afraid yourselves - of [the] sword for rage [is] iniquities of [the] sword so that you may know! (that a judgment. *Q(k)*)
Prenez garde aux choses cachées; songez que la colère tombera aussi sur les méchants; et alors ils sentiront où est la matière dont ils sont formés.
