< Job 12 >
1 And he answered Job and he said.
respondens autem Iob dixit
2 Truly that you [are the] people and with you it will die wisdom.
ergo vos estis soli homines et vobiscum morietur sapientia
3 Also [belongs] to me a heart - like you not [am] falling I more than you and with whom? [are] there not like these [things].
et mihi est cor sicut et vobis nec inferior vestri sum quis enim haec quae nostis ignorat
4 A laughingstock to friend his - I am [one who] called to God and he answered him [is] a laughingstock a righteous [person] a blameless [person].
qui deridetur ab amico suo sicut ego invocabit Deum et exaudiet eum deridetur enim iusti simplicitas
5 [belongs] to Disaster contempt to [the] thought of [one] at ease a push [belongs] to [those who] are sliding of foot.
lampas contempta apud cogitationes divitum parata ad tempus statutum
6 They are at peace [the] tents - of destroyers and securiti [belong] to provokers of God to [those] whom he has brought God in hand his.
abundant tabernacula praedonum et audacter provocant Deum cum ipse dederit omnia in manibus eorum
7 And but ask please [the] animals so it may teach you and [the] bird[s] of the heavens so it may tell to you.
nimirum interroga iumenta et docebunt te et volatilia caeli et indicabunt tibi
8 Or complain to the earth so it may teach you and they may recount to you [the] fish of the sea.
loquere terrae et respondebit tibi et narrabunt pisces maris
9 Who? not does it know among all these for [the] hand of Yahweh it has done this.
quis ignorat quod omnia haec manus Domini fecerit
10 [he] whom [is] in Hand his [the] life of every living [thing] and [the] breath of all flesh of humankind.
in cuius manu anima omnis viventis et spiritus universae carnis hominis
11 ¿ Not an ear words does it test and a palate food it tastes itself.
nonne auris verba diiudicat et fauces comedentis saporem
12 [is] with Aged [people] wisdom and [is with] length of days understanding.
in antiquis est sapientia et in multo tempore prudentia
13 [are] with Him wisdom and might [belong] to him counsel and understanding.
apud ipsum est sapientia et fortitudo ipse habet consilium et intellegentiam
14 There! he tears down and not it will be rebuilt he shuts on a person and not it will be opened.
si destruxerit nemo est qui aedificet et si incluserit hominem nullus est qui aperiat
15 There! he holds back the waters so they may be dry and he lets loose them and they may devastate [the] earth.
si continuerit aquas omnia siccabuntur et si emiserit eas subvertent terram
16 [are] with Him strength and sound wisdom [belong] to him [one who] goes astray and [one who] leads astray.
apud ipsum est fortitudo et sapientia ipse novit et decipientem et eum qui decipitur
17 [he is] leading away Counselors barefoot and judges he makes look foolish.
adducit consiliarios in stultum finem et iudices in stuporem
18 [the] correction of Kings he loosens and he bound a loincloth on loins their.
balteum regum dissolvit et praecingit fune renes eorum
19 [he is] leading away Priests barefoot and [people] long established he overturns.
ducit sacerdotes inglorios et optimates subplantat
20 [he is] removing A lip of trusted [ones] and [the] discernment of elders he takes away.
commutans labium veracium et doctrinam senum auferens
21 [he is] pouring Contempt on noble [people] and [the] belt of strong people he loosens.
effundit despectionem super principes et eos qui oppressi fuerant relevans
22 [he is] revealing Unfathomable [things] from darkness and he brought out to the light deep darkness.
qui revelat profunda de tenebris et producit in lucem umbram mortis
23 [he is] making great the Nations and he destroyed them [he is] spreading out the nations and he led them.
qui multiplicat gentes et perdet eas et subversas in integrum restituet
24 [he is] removing [the] heart of [the] leaders of [the] people of The earth and he made wander them in a wasteland not a path.
qui inmutat cor principum populi terrae et decipit eos ut frustra incedant per invium
25 They grope darkness and not light and he made wander them like drunkard.
palpabunt quasi in tenebris et non in luce et errare eos faciet quasi ebrios
