Jeremiah 6
1 Flee for refuge - O people of Benjamin from [the] midst of Jerusalem and in Tekoa blow a trumpet and at Beth Hakkerem raise a signal for calamity it has looked down from [the] north and destruction great.
Kuru rapide, ho filoj de Benjamen, el Jerusalem, kaj en Tekoa sonigu la trumpeton kaj super Bet-Kerem faru signalon; ĉar de nordo aperas malbono kaj granda pereo.
2 The beautiful [one] and the dainty [one] I resemble [the] daughter of Zion.
Al bela kaj delikata virino Mi similigis la filinon de Cion.
3 To it they will come shepherds and flocks their they will pitch at it tents all around they will graze everyone hand his.
Al ŝi venos paŝtistoj kun siaj brutaroj, ĉirkaŭ ŝi ili starigos tendojn, kaj ĉiu paŝtos sur sia loko.
4 Consecrate on it battle arise so we may go up at noon woe! to us for it has turned the day for they are stretched out [the] shadows of evening.
Aranĝu militon kontraŭ ŝi; leviĝu, ni iru en tagmezo. Ho ve al ni! ĉar baldaŭ vesperiĝos, etendiĝas la ombroj de vespero.
5 Arise so we may go up in the night and let us destroy fortresses its.
Leviĝu, ni iru nokte, kaj ni detruu ŝiajn palacojn.
6 For thus he says Yahweh of hosts cut down wood and pour out on Jerusalem a mound that city it will be visited all of it [is] oppression in midst its.
Ĉar tiele diras la Eternulo Cebaot: Haku ŝiajn arbojn kaj aranĝu remparon ĉirkaŭ Jerusalem; ĉi tiun urbon oni devas puni, ĝi estas tute plena de malbonagoj.
7 As keeps cool (a well *Q(K)*) water its so it has kept cool evil its violence and havoc it is heard in it [are] on face my continually sickness and wound[s].
Kiel fonto elfluigas sian akvon, tiel ĝi elfluigas el si malbonon; nur perforteco kaj rabado estas aŭdataj en ĝi, antaŭ Mi estas ĉiam turmentado kaj batado.
8 Let yourself be instructed O Jerusalem lest it should be alienated self my from you lest I should make you a desolation a land [which] not it is inhabited.
Prudentiĝu, ho Jerusalem, por ke ne foriĝu de vi Mia animo, por ke Mi ne faru vin dezerto, lando ne loĝata.
9 Thus he says Yahweh of hosts thoroughly people will glean like vine [the] remnant of Israel return hand your like a grape gatherer over branches.
Tiele diras la Eternulo Cebaot: Oni kolektu la restaĵon de Izrael kiel restaĵon de vinberoj; eltiru kaj retiru vian manon, kiel ŝirkolektanto de vinberoj super la korboj.
10 To whom? will I speak and will I warn? and they may listen there! [is] uncircumcised ear their and not they are able to pay attention there! [the] word of Yahweh it has become for them a reproach not they delight in it.
Kun kiu Mi parolu, kiun Mi admonu, ke oni Min aŭskultu? ilia orelo ne estas cirkumcidita, kaj ili ne povas aŭdi. Jen la vorton de la Eternulo ili malŝatas; ili ne deziras ĝin.
11 And [the] rage of Yahweh - I am full I am weary to hold [it] in pour [it] out on child[ren] in the street and on [the] gathering of young men alike for also a husband with a wife they will be caught [the] old with [the] full of days.
Tial Mi pleniĝis de kolero de la Eternulo, Mi ne plu povas toleri; elverŝu ĝin sur la infanojn sur la strato kaj sur la interkonsiliĝon de la junuloj; kiel viro, tiel ankaŭ virino estos kaptita, maljunulo kaj profundaĝulo.
12 And they will be turned over houses their to others fields and wives alike for I will stretch out hand my on [the] inhabitants of the land [the] utterance of Yahweh.
Iliaj domoj transiros al aliuloj, ankaŭ la kampoj kaj la edzinoj; ĉar Mi etendos Mian manon sur la loĝantojn de la lando, diras la Eternulo.
13 That from little their and unto great their all of it [is] gaining unjust gain and from prophet and unto priest all of him [is] doing falsehood.
Ĉar ĉiuj, de la malgrandaj ĝis la grandaj, estas profitavidaj; kaj de la profetoj ĝis la pastroj ĉiuj faras malhonestaĵon.
14 And they have healed [the] fracture of people my on a trifling [thing] saying peace - peace and there not [is] peace.
Kaj la vundojn de Mia popolo ili kuracas per facilanimigo, dirante, ke ĉio estas en bona stato, kvankam ne estas bona stato.
15 Are they ashamed? that an abomination they have done neither at all not they are ashamed nor to exhibit shame not they know therefore they will fall among [those who] fall at [the] time [when] I have visited them they will stumble he says Yahweh.
Ĉu ili hontas, ke ili faras abomenindaĵon? ili tute ne hontas, ili eĉ ne povoscias ruĝiĝi; tial ili falos inter la falantoj, ili renversiĝos, kiam Mi vizitos ilin, diras la Eternulo.
16 Thus he says Yahweh stand at [the] roads and look and ask - of paths of ancient time where? this [is] [the] way of the good and walk in it and find rest for self your and they said not we will walk.
Tiele diras la Eternulo: Stariĝu sur la vojoj kaj rigardu, kaj demandu pri la vojoj antikvaj, kia estas la bona vojo, kaj iru laŭ ĝi kaj trovu ripozon por via animo. Sed ili diris: Ni ne iros.
17 And I raised up over you watchmen pay attention to [the] sound of a trumpet and they said not we will pay attention.
Kaj Mi starigis gardistojn super vi, dirante: Atentu la sonadon de la trumpeto. Sed ili diris: Ni ne atentos.
18 Therefore listen O nations and know O congregation [that] which [is] in them.
Tial aŭdu, ho popoloj, kaj sciu, ho komunumoj, kio fariĝas ĉe ili.
19 Hear O earth here! I [am] about to bring calamity to the people this [the] fruit of own schemes their for on words my not they have paid attention and law my and they have rejected it.
Aŭskultu, ho tero! jen Mi venigas malfeliĉon sur ĉi tiun popolon, frukton de iliaj pensoj; ĉar ili ne atentis Miajn vortojn, kaj Mian instruon ili forpuŝis.
20 Why? this to me frankincense [which] from Sheba it comes and [the] cane good from a land of distance burnt offerings your not [are] for acceptance and sacrifices your not they are pleasing to me.
Por kio Mi bezonas la olibanon venantan el Ŝeba, kaj la bonodoran kanon el malproksima lando? viaj bruloferoj ne plaĉas al Mi, kaj viaj buĉoferoj ne estas agrablaj al Mi.
21 Therefore thus he says Yahweh here I [am] about to give to the people this stumbling blocks and they will stumble over them fathers and sons alike a neighbor and friend his (and they will perish. *Q(K)*)
Tial tiele diras la Eternulo: Jen Mi metos antaŭ ĉi tiu popolo falpuŝilon, kaj sur ĝi falpuŝiĝos kune patroj kaj filoj, najbaro kaj amiko pereos.
22 Thus he says Yahweh there! a people [is] about to come from a land of [the] north and a nation great it will be roused from [the] remotest parts of [the] earth.
Tiele diras la Eternulo: Jen venos popolo el norda lando, kaj granda nacio leviĝos de la randoj de la tero.
23 Bow and javelin they take hold of [is] cruel it and not they have mercy sound their [is] like the sea [which] it roars and on horses they ride arranged like a man for battle on you O daughter of Zion.
Pafarkon kaj lancon ili tenas forte; kruelaj ili estas kaj senkompataj; ilia voĉo bruas kiel maro; sur ĉevaloj ili rajdas, armite por la batalo kiel unu homo, kontraŭ vin, ho filino de Cion.
24 We heard [the] report of it they hung limp hands our distress it took hold of us anguish like [woman] giving birth.
Kiam ni aŭdis pri ili, malleviĝis niaj manoj, teruro kaj doloro nin atakis kiel naskantinon.
25 May not (you go out *Q(K)*) the field and on the road mau not (you walk *Q(K)*) for a sword [belongs] to [the] enemy terror [is] from round about.
Ne eliru sur la kampon, ne iru sur la vojon, ĉar la glavo de la malamiko vekas teruron ĉirkaŭe.
26 O daughter of people my gird yourself sackcloth and roll in ash[es] [the] mourning of an only [child] observe for yourself wailing of bitterness for suddenly it will come the destroyer on us.
Ho filino de Mia popolo! zonu vin per sakaĵo, rulu vin en cindro, funebru kiel pro sola filo, ploru maldolĉe, ĉar subite venos sur nin la pereiganto.
27 An assayer I have made you among people my fortification so you may observe and you will test conduct their.
Kiel esploranton Mi starigis vin inter Mia popolo, fortan, ke vi ekkonu kaj esploru ilian vojon.
28 All of them [are those who] turn aside of rebels [those who] go about of slander bronze and iron all of them [are] destroyers they.
Ĉiuj ili estas obstinaj defalintoj, kalumniantoj, kupro kaj fero; ĉiuj ili estas degenerintoj.
29 It puffs [the] bellow[s] (from a fire it is complete *Q(K)*) lead for vanity someone has refined steadfastly and evil [people] not they have been separated.
La blovilo bruldifektiĝis, la plumbo malaperis en la fajro; vane fandis la fandisto: la malbonuloj ne apartiĝis.
30 Silver rejected people called them for he has rejected Yahweh them.
Arĝento rifuzita oni nomos ilin, ĉar la Eternulo forrifuzis ilin.
