< Jeremiah 45 >
1 The word which he spoke Jeremiah the prophet to Baruch [the] son of Neriah when wrote he the words these on a scroll from [the] mouth of Jeremiah in the year fourth of Jehoiakim [the] son of Josiah [the] king of Judah saying.
Judah siangpahrang Josiah capa Jehoiakim angraenghaih saning palito haih naah, Jeremiah mah thuih ih loknawk to Neriah capa Baruk mah caqam pongah tarik pacoengah, tahmaa Jeremiah mah Neriah capa Baruk khaeah thuih ih lok loe,
2 Thus he says Yahweh [the] God of Israel to you O Baruch.
Aw Baruk, Israel Sithaw Angraeng mah nang khaeah thuih ih lok loe hae tiah oh;
3 You said woe! please to me for he has added Yahweh sorrow to pain my I am weary with groaning my and rest not I have found.
kai loe khosak bing boeh! Palung ka sethaih nuiah Angraeng mah palungsethaih maeto ang thap; kai loe angpho sut boeh moe, anghakhaih roe ka tawn ai, tiah na thuih.
4 Thus - you will say to him thus he says Yahweh here! [that] which I have built I [am] about to tear down and [that] which I have planted I [am] about to pluck up and all the land it.
Baruk khaeah, khenah, Angraeng mah, prae thung boih ah ka sak ih hmuen to ka phraek moe, ka thling ih hmuen doeh ka phongh han, tiah thuih, tiah ang thuihsak.
5 And you you are seeking for yourself great [things] may not you seek [them] for here I [am] about to bring calamity on all flesh [the] utterance of Yahweh and I will give to you life your to plunder at all the places where you will go there.
Nangmah hanah kalen parai hmuennawk to na pakrong han maw? Pakrong hmah; khenah, kaminawk boih amrohaih ka phaksak han; toe nang loe na caehhaih ahmuen kruekah hnuk ih tangqum baktiah na hinghaih to kang paek han, tiah ang naa, tiah a thuih pae.
