Jeremiah 31
1 At the time that [the] utterance of Yahweh I will become God for all [the] clans of Israel and they they will become for me a people.
“Iti dayta a tiempo—kastoy ti pakaammo ni Yahweh—Siakto ti Dios dagiti amin a puli ti Israel ken isudanto ti agbalin a tattaok”
2 Thus he says Yahweh it found favor in the wilderness [the] people of [the] survivors of [the] sword I will go to give rest it Israel.
Kastoy ti kuna ni Yahweh, “Dagiti tattao a nakalasat iti kampilan, nga immay mangpatay iti Israel, ket nakasarak iti pabor iti let-ang.”
3 From a distance Yahweh he appeared to me and a love of perpetuity I have loved you there-fore I have prolonged to you covenant loyalty.
Nagparang kaniak idi ni Yahweh ket kinunana, “Inayatka, Israel, iti agnanayon a panagayat. Isu nga inyasidegka kaniak babaen iti kinapudnok iti tulag.
4 Again I will build you and you will be rebuilt O virgin of Israel again you will ornament yourself tambourines your and you will go forth in [the] dancing of merry makers.
Bangonenkanto manen ket maibangonka, birhen nga Israel. Alaemto manen dagiti panderetam ket rumuarka a siraragsak nga agsalsala.
5 Again you will plant vineyards on [the] hills of Samaria they will plant planters and they will put [them] to use.
Agmulakanto manen iti ubas kadagiti banbantay ti Samaria; agmulanto dagiti mannalon ket ganasendanto ti bunga dagiti ubasda.
6 For there [will be] a day [when] they will call out watchmen in [the] hill country of Ephraim arise so we may go up Zion to Yahweh God our.
Ta dumtengto ti aldaw inton iwaragawagto dagiti agbanbantay kadagiti banbantay ti Efraim, 'Agrubwatkayo, sumang-attayo idiay Sion, iti ayan ni Yahweh a Diostayo.'''
7 For thus - he says Yahweh cry out of Jacob gladness and shout for joy on [the] chief of the nations make a proclamation praise and say save O Yahweh people your [the] remnant of Israel.
Ta kastoy ti kuna ni Yahweh, “Ipukkawyo ti ragsakyo gapu kenni Jacob! Ipukkawyo ti ragsakyo para iti panguloen a tattao dagiti nasion! Panagdaydayaw koma ti mangngeg. Ibagayo, 'Inispal ni Yahweh dagiti tattaona, dagiti nabatbati iti Israel.'
8 Here I [am] about to bring them from a land of [the] north and I will gather them from [the] remotest parts of [the] earth [will be] among them [the] blind and [the] lame [the] pregnant and [one] giving birth alike a company great they will return hither.
Kitaenyo, umadanin ti panangisublik kadakuada manipud kadagiti daga iti amianan. Ummungekto ida manipud kadagiti kaaadaywan a paset ti daga. Karamanto kadakuada dagiti bulsek ken dagiti pilay; Kaduadanto dagiti masikog ken dagiti dandanin nga aganak. Addanto dakkel a taripnong nga agsubli ditoy.
9 With weeping they will come and with supplications I will bring them I will lead them to torrents of water on a path straight not they will stumble in it for I have become of Israel a father and Ephraim [is] firstborn my he.
Umaydanto nga agsangsangit; Idalankonto ida bayat nga agkidkiddawda. Iturongkonto ida iti agay-ayus a danum iti nalinteg a dalan. Saandanto a maitibkol iti daytoy, ta agbalinakto nga ama iti Israel, ket ti Efraim ti agbalinto nga inauna nga anakko.”
10 Hear [the] word of Yahweh O nations and declare in the islands from a distance and say [the] [one who] scattered of Israel he will gather it and he will keep it like a shepherd flock his.
“Denggenyo ti sao ni Yahweh, dakayo a nasion. Ipadamagyo kadagiti ig-igid ti baybay iti adayo a lugar. Dakayo a nasion, masapul nga ibagayo “Ti nangiwarawara iti Israel ket urnungennanto met laeng daytoy ken aywanannanto daytoy a kas iti panangaywan ti maysa nga agpaspastor iti karnerona.''
11 For he has ransomed Yahweh Jacob and he has redeemed it from [the] hand of [one too] strong for it.
Ta sinubbot ni Yahweh ni Jacob ken inispalna daytoy iti ima ti adayo a napigpigsa ngem isuna.
12 And they will come and they will cry out for joy on [the] height of Zion and they will be radiant because of [the] good thing[s] of Yahweh on grain and on new wine and on fresh oil and on [the] young of [the] flock and herd and it will be life their like a garden watered and not they will repeat to languish again.
kalpasanna, umaydanto ket agrag-odanto iti tapaw ti Sion. Agrag-odanto gapu iti kinaimbag ni Yahweh, gapu iti mais ken iti baro nga arak, gapu iti lana ken gapu kadagiti annak dagiti karnero ken dagiti baka. Ta agbalinto a kasla nasibugan a minuyungan dagiti biagda, ket iti kaanoman, saandanton a makarikna pay iti panagladingit.
13 Then she will rejoice a virgin with dancing and young men and old [men] alike and I will turn mourning their into joy and I will comfort them and I will make glad them from sorrow their.
Ket agsasalanto dagiti birhen gapu iti rag-o, ken agkakadwanto dagiti agtutubo ken dagiti lallakay. Ta sukatakto ti panagladladingitda iti panagrambak. Liwliwaekto ida ken pagbalinek ida a naragsak saan ket a naladingit.
14 And I will satisfy [the] appetite of the priests fatness and people my good thing[s] my they will be satisfied [the] utterance of Yahweh.
Ket pennekekto iti aglaplapusanan ti panagbiag dagiti papadi. Mapnekto dagiti tattaok iti kinaimbagko—kastoy ti pakaammo ni Yahweh.''
15 Thus - he says Yahweh a voice in Ramah [is] heard a mourning song weeping of bitterness Rachel [is] weeping on children her she has refused to be comforted on children her for there not [is] he.
Kastoy ti kuna ni Yahweh: “Adda timek a mangmangngegan iti Ramah, dungdung-aw ken nasaem a sangsangit. Ni Raquel daytoy a mangdungdung-aw kadagiti annakna. Saanna a kayat ti paliwliwa gapu kadakuada, ta saandan nga agbibiag pay.”
16 Thus - he says Yahweh restrain voice your from weeping and eyes your from tear[s] for there [will be] a reward for work your [the] utterance of Yahweh and they will return from [the] land of [the] enemy.
Kastoy ti kuna ni Yahweh, ''Lapdam ti timekmo iti panagsangit ken dagiti matam iti panaglua; gapu ta adda gunggona iti panagsagsagabam—kastoy ti pakaammo ni Yahweh— agsublinto dagiti annakmo manipud iti daga dagiti kabusor.
17 And there [is] hope for future your [the] utterance of Yahweh and they will return children to own territory their.
Adda namnama iti masakbayam—kastoy ti pakaammo ni Yahweh—agsublinto dagiti kaputotam iti uneg dagiti beddengda.'''
18 Certainly I have heard Ephraim bemoaning itself you have disciplined me and I was disciplined like a calf [which] not it had been trained restore me so let me return for you [are] Yahweh God my.
“Pudno a nangngegko ti Efraim nga agladladingit, 'Dinusanak, ket nadusaak. Isublinak a kasla urbon a baka a saan a nasuroan, ket maisubliakto, ta sika ni Yahweh a Diosko.
19 For after turned away I I repented and after was instructed I I slapped on a thigh I was ashamed and also I was humiliated for I bore [the] reproach of youth my.
Ta kalpasan a tinallikudanka, nagbabawiak; kalpasan a nakasursuroak, dinandanogko ti barukongko iti ladingit. Naibabain ken nalalaisak, ta sinagabak ti basol ti kinaagtutubok.
20 ¿ A son dear of me [is] Ephraim or? a child of delight for as often as speak I in him certainly I remember him still there-fore they are in a tumult inward parts my for him surely I will have compassion on him [the] utterance of Yahweh.
'Saan aya nga ay-ayatek unay nga anak ni Efraim? Saan aya nga isu ti patpatgek ken pakaay-aywak unay nga anak? Ta tunggal agsaoak iti maibusor kenkuana, pudno a malaglagip ko latta isuna gapu ta ipatpategko isuna. Iti kastoy a wagas, kanayon a sapsapulen isuna daytoy pusok. Awan duadua a kaasiakto isuna—kastoy ti pakaammo ni Yahweh.”
21 Set up for yourself signposts place for yourself guideposts set heart your to the highway [the] way ([which] you went *Q(K)*) return O virgin of Israel return to cities your these.
Mangikabilka kadagiti pagilasinam iti kalsada. Mangikabilka kadagiti poste a pagilasinam. Ipamaysam ti panunotmo iti umno a dalan, ti dalan a rumbeng a turungem. Agsublika, birhen nga Israel! Agsulibka kadagitoy a siudadmo.
22 Until when? will you vacillate! O daughter apostate for he has created Yahweh a new [thing] on the earth a female she will surround a man.
Kasano pay ti kabayag ti panagsarimadengmo, saan a napudno nga anak a babai? Ta nangparnuay ni Yahweh iti maysa a banag a baro ditoy daga: palpalikmutan dagiti babbai dagiti napipigsa a lallaki tapno salaknibanda dagitoy.
23 Thus he says Yahweh of hosts [the] God of Israel again people will say the word this in [the] land of Judah and in cities its when turn back I captivity their may he bless you Yahweh O abode of righteousness O mountain of holiness.
Kastoy ti kuna ni Yahweh a Mannakabalin-amin, a Dios ti Israel, “Inton isublik dagiti tattao kadagiti dagada, kastoyto ti kunaenda iti daga ti Juda ken iti amin a siudadna, “Bendisionannaka koma ni Yahweh, sika a nalinteg a disso a pagnanaedanna, sika a nasantoan a bantay.'
24 And they will dwell in it Judah and all cities its together farmers and they will journey with flock.
Ta ti Juda ken ti amin a siudadna ket sangsangkamaysanto nga agnaed kenkuana. Addanto sadiay dagiti mannalon ken agpaspastor a kaduada dagiti arbanda.
25 For I give water to [the] throat of [the] weary and every person [who] it has become faint I fill.
Ta ikkakto iti danum nga inumenda dagiti nabannog ken pennekekto amin a mawaw manipud iti pannakawawda.”
26 On this I awoke and I looked and sleep my it was pleasing to me.
Kalpasan daytoy nakariingak, ket naamirisko a ti pannaturogko ket makapabang-ar.
27 Here! days [are] coming [the] utterance of Yahweh and I will sow [the] house of Israel and [the] house of Judah [the] seed of humankind and [the] seed of animal[s].
“Kitaenyo, umadanin dagiti aldaw—kastoy ti pakaammo ni Yahweh—inton mulaak dagiti balbalay ti Israel ken Juda kadagiti kaputotan ti tao ken ayup.
28 And it will be just as I kept watch over them to pluck up and to pull down and to tear down and to destroy and to do harm so I will keep watch over them to build and to plant [the] utterance of Yahweh.
Idi napalabas, binantayak ida tapno paruten ken rebbaen ida, tapno parmeken ken dadaelen ida ken iyeg kadakuada ti pannakadangran. Ngem kadagiti masungad nga al-aldaw, bantayakto ida tapno bangonen ken imulak ida—kastoy ti pakaammo ni Yahweh.
29 In the days those not people will say again fathers they have eaten sour grape[s] and [the] teeth of children they will be blunt.
Kadagitanto nga al-aldaw awanton iti mangibaga, 'Nangan dagiti amma kadagiti naalsem nga ubas, ngem ti ngipen dagiti annak ti naalino.'
30 That except everyone for own iniquity his he will die every person who eats the sour grape[s] they will be blunt teeth his.
Ta matayto ti tunggal tao gapu iti bukodna a basol; siasinoman a mangan iti naalsem nga ubas, maalinonto ti ngipenna.
31 Here! days [are] coming [the] utterance of Yahweh and I will make with [the] house of Israel and with [the] house of Judah a covenant new.
Kitaenyo, umadanin dagiti aldaw—kastoy ti pakaammo ni Yahweh—inton mangaramidak iti baro a tulag iti balay ti Israel ken iti balay ti Juda.
32 Not like the covenant which I made with ancestors their on [the] day took hold I on hand their to bring out them from [the] land of Egypt who they they broke covenant my and I I was a husband over them [the] utterance of Yahweh.
Daytoy ket saanto a kas iti tulag a nakitulagak kadagiti ammada kadagiti aldaw nga iniggamak dagiti imada idi inruarko ida iti daga ti Egipto. Dagidiay dagiti aldaw a tinallikudanda ti tulagko, nupay asawa ti kaiyarigak kadakuada—kastoy ti pakaammo ni Yahweh.
33 That this [is] the covenant which I will make with [the] house of Israel after the days those [the] utterance of Yahweh I will put law my in inner being their and on heart their I will write it and I will become for them God and they they will become for me a people.
Ngem daytoy ti tulag nga aramidek iti balay ti Israel kalpasan dagitoy nga al-aldaw—kastoy ti pakaammo ni Yahweh. Ikabilkonto ti lintegko iti kaungganda ken isuratkonto daytoy iti pusoda, ta Siakto ti Diosda, ket agbalindanto a tattaok.
34 And not they will teach again each neighbor his and each brother his saying know Yahweh for all of them they will know me from little their and unto great their [the] utterance of Yahweh that I will forgive iniquity their and sin their not I will remember again.
Ket saanton a kasapulan a suroan ti tunggal tao ti kaarrubana, wenno suroan ti maysa a tao ti kabsatna a kunaenna, 'Amoenyo ni Yahweh!' Ta amindanto, manipud kanunumoan kadakuada agingga iti katatan-okan, am-ammodakto—kastoy ti pakaammo ni Yahweh—ta pakawanekto dagiti nadagsen a nagkuranganda ken saankonton a lagipen dagiti basolda.”
35 Thus - he says Yahweh [who] gives [the] sun for light by day [the] fixed order of [the] moon and [the] stars for light night [who] stirs up the sea and they roared waves its [is] Yahweh of hosts name his.
Kastoy ti kuna ni Yahweh—ni Yahweh a mangpaspasingising iti init iti aldaw, ken nangiyurnos iti bulan ken bitbituen tapno agraniag iti rabii. Isuna ti mangpagpagaraw iti baybay tapno agdaranudor dagiti dalluyon. Ni Yahweh a Mannakabalin amin ti naganna. Kastoy ti kunana,
36 If they will depart the fixed order these from to before me [the] utterance of Yahweh also [the] offspring of Israel they will cease from being a nation before me all the days.
“Agingga a saan a mapukaw dagitoy a permanente a banbanag iti imatangko—kastoy ti pakaammo ni Yahweh—saanto met a sumardeng dagiti kaputotan ti Israel iti agnanayon a panagbalinna a nasion iti imatangko.”
37 Thus - he says Yahweh if they will be measured [the] heavens from to above so they may be explored [the] foundations of [the] earth downwards also I I will reject all [the] offspring of Israel on all that they have done [the] utterance of Yahweh.
Kastoy ti kuna ni Yahweh, “No mabalin koma a rukuden ti kangatoan a langit, ken no mabalin koma a kitaen ti pundasion ti daga iti baba, mabalinko met koma a laksiden amin dagiti kaputotan ti Israel gapu kadagiti amin nga inaramidda—kastoy ti pakaammo ni Yahweh.”
38 Here! (days [are] coming *Q(K)*) [the] utterance of Yahweh and it will be rebuilt the city for Yahweh from [the] tower of Hananel [the] gate of the corner.
Kitaenyo, umadanin dagiti aldaw—kastoy ti pakaammo ni Yahweh— inton maibangon manen ti siudad para kaniak, manipud iti torre ti Hananel agingga iti Ruangan iti Suli.
39 And it will go out again ([the] line of *Q(K)*) measurement before itself to [the] hill of Gareb and it will turn Goah towards.
Ket maituloyto pay ti panangrukrukod, agingga iti turod ti Gareb ken agsikko iti Goa.
40 And all the valley of the corpses - and the fatty ash and all (the terraced fields *Q(K)*) to [the] wadi of Kidron to [the] corner of [the] gate of the horses east-ward [will be] holy to Yahweh not it will be plucked up and not it will be torn down again for ever.
Mailasinto para kaniak a ni Yahweh ti entero a tanap ti tanem ken dapdapo, ken ti amin a kataltalonan iti Tanap ti Kidron ken inggana iti Ruangan ti Kabalio iti daya. Saanto manen daytoy a maparut wenno maparmek iti kaanoman.”
