Jeremiah 30
1 The word which it came to Jeremiah from with Yahweh saying.
Neno lilokuja kwa Yeremia kutoka kwa Yahwe likisema,
2 Thus he says Yahweh [the] God of Israel saying write for yourself all the words which I have spoken to you into a book.
“Hivi ndivyo Yahwe, Mungu wa Israeli, anasema, 'Jiandikie mwenyewe katika baraua maneno yote niliyotangaza kwako katika barua.
3 For here! days [are] coming [the] utterance of Yahweh and I will turn back [the] captivity of people my Israel and Judah he says Yahweh and I will bring back them to the land which I gave to ancestors their and they will take possession of it.
Maana ona, siku zinakuja—hili ni tangazo la Yahwe—nitakapowarudisha mateka wa watu wangu Israeli na Yuda. Mimi, Yahwe, nimesema hili. Kwa maana nitawarudisha kwenye nchi ambayo niliwapa babu zao, na wataimiliki.”'
4 And these [are] the words which he spoke Yahweh concerning Israel and concerning Judah.
Haya ni maneno ambayo Yahwe anatangaza kuhusu Israeli na Yuda,
5 For thus he says Yahweh a sound of fear we have heard dread and there not [is] peace.
“Kwa maana Yahwe anasema hivi, 'Tumesikia sauti ya kutetemesha ya hofu na wala siyo ya amani.
6 Ask please and see if [is] giving birth a male why? have I seen every man hands his on loins his like [woman] giving birth and have they been changed? all faces into paleness.
Ulizeni na muone kama mwanaume anamwogopa mtoto. Mbona ninamwona kila mwanaume kijana ameshika mikono yake juu ya kiuno chake kama mwanamke anayejifungua mtoto? Kwa nini nyuso zao wote zimegeuka rangi?
7 Woe! for [will be] great the day that from not [is] like it and [will be] a time of distress it for Jacob and from it he will be saved.
Ole! Kwa maana siku hiyo itakuwa kuu, isiyofanana na yoyote. Utakuwa wakati wa huzuni kwa Yakobo, lakini ataokolewa.
8 And it will be on the day that [the] utterance of - Yahweh of hosts I will break yoke his from on neck your and fetters your I will tear apart and not they will work by him again strangers.
Kwa maana itakuwa katika siku hiyo—hili ni tangazo la Yahwe wa majeshi—kwamba nitaivunja nira ya shingo zenu, na nitaisambaza minyororo yenu, kwa hiyo wageni hawatawafanya watumwa tena.
9 And they will serve Yahweh God their and David king their whom I will raise up for them.
Bali watamwabudu Yahwe Mungu wao na kumtumikia Daudi mfalme wao, ambaye nitamfanya mfalme juu yao.
10 And you may not you fear O servant my Jacob [the] utterance of Yahweh and may not you be dismayed O Israel for here I [am] about to save you from a distant [land] and offspring your from [the] land of captivity their and he will return Jacob and he will be undisturbed and he will be at ease and there not [will be one who] terrifies.
Kwa hiyo wewe, mtumishi wangu Yakobo, usiogope—hili ni tangazo la Yahwe—na usikate tamaa, Israeli. Maana ona, niko karibu kukurudisha kutoka mbali, na uzao wako kutoka nchi ya utumwa, Yakobo atarudi na kuwa katika amani; ataokolewa, na hapatakuwa na hofu zaidi.
11 For [am] with you I [the] utterance of Yahweh to save you that I will make complete destruction on all the nations - where I have scattered you there nevertheless you not I will make complete destruction and I will discipline you to justice and certainly not I will leave unpunished you.
Kwa maana niko pamoja nawe—hili ni tangazo la Yahwe—ili kukuokoa. Kisha nitaleta mwisho kamili kwa mataifa yote ambako nimewatawanya. Bali sitaweka mwisho kwako, ingawa ninakuadhibu kwa haki na kwa hakika sitakuacha bila kukuadhibu.'
12 For thus he says Yahweh [is] incurable fracture your [is] severe wound your.
Kwa maana Yahwe anasema hivi, 'Jeraha lako si la kupona; kidonda chako kimeenea.
13 There not [is one who] pleads cause your to a sore [are] medications of healing there not for you.
Hakuna mtu wa kukutetea kesi yako; hakuna utetezi kwa ajili ya kidonda chako ili upone.
14 All lovers your they have forgotten you you not they care for for [the] blow of an enemy I have struck down you [the] correction of a cruel [one] on [the] greatness of iniquity your they are numerous sins your.
Wapenzi wako wote wamekusahau. Hawatakuangalia, kwa maana nimekujeruhi kwa jeraha la adui na nidhimu ya bwana mkatili kwa sababu ya uovu wako mwingi na dhambi zako zisizohesabika.
15 Why? do you cry out on fracture your [is] incurable pain your on - [the] greatness of iniquity your they are numerous sins your I have done these [things] to you.
Kwa nini unaita msaada kwa ajili ya jeraha lako? Maumivu yako hayaponyeki. kwa sambabu ya uovu wako mwingi, dhambi zako zisizohesabika, nimefanya mambo haya kwako.
16 Therefore all [those who] devour you they will be devoured and all opponents your all of them in captivity they will go and they will become [those who] plunder you plunder and all [those who] despoil you I will make into spoil.
Kila mtu akulaye ataliwa, na adui zako wote wataenda utumwani. Kwa maana kila aliyekuteka nyara atatekwa, na nitawafanya wote wanaokuwinda kuwa mawindo.
17 For I will bring up healing for you and from wounds your I will heal you [the] utterance of Yahweh that an outcast people have called you [is] Zion it [is one who] cares there not for it.
Kwa maana nitaleta uponyaji juu yako; nitakuponya majeraha yako—hili ni tangazo la Yahwe—nitafanya hivyo kwa sababu walikuita: Mwenyekutupwa. Hakuna anayeujali Sayuni.”
18 Thus - he says Yahweh here I [am] about to turn back [the] captivity of [the] tents of Jacob and dwellings its I will have compassion and it will be rebuilt a city on mound its and a fortress on proper place its it will remain.
Yahwe anasema hivi, “Ona, niko karibu kuwarudisha mateka wa hema za Yakobo na kuwa na huruma juu ya nyumba zake. Kisha mji utajengwa juu ya lundo la magofu, na jumba litakuwepo tena kama ilivyokuwa kawaida.
19 And it will go out from them thanksgiving and [the] sound of merry makers and I will multiply them and not they will diminish and I will make honored them and not they will be insignificant.
Kisha wimbo wa kusifu na sauti ya ya shangwe itasikika kutoka kwao, kwa maana nitawaongeza na wala sitawapunguza; nitawaheshimu ili kwamba wasifanywe wanyonge.
20 And they will be children its like long ago and congregation its before me it will be established and I will visit [judgment] on all [those who] oppress it.
Kisha watu watakuwa kama ilivyokuwa mwanzo, na kusanyiko lao litaanzishwa mbele yangu wakati nitakapowaadhibu wote wanaowatesa kwa sasa.
21 And he will be noble [one] its one of it and ruler its from [the] midst its he will come forth and I will bring near him and he will draw near to me for who? that this has he pledged heart his to draw near to me [the] utterance of Yahweh.
Kiongozi wao atatoka miongoni mwao. Atatokeza kutoka kati yao nitakapomleta karibu na atakapanikaribia mimi. kama sitafanya hivyo, ni nani atakayethubutu kunisogelea? —hili ni tangazo la Yahwe.
22 And you will become for me a people and I I will become for you God.
Kisha mtakuwa watu wangu, na nitakuwa Mungu wenu.
23 There! - [the] storm of Yahweh rage it has gone out a storm staying as a sojourner on [the] head of wicked [people] it will whirl about.
Ona, tufani ya Yahwe, ghadhabu yake, imekwenda nje. Ni tufani isiyokoma. Itazunguka juu ya vichwa vya watu waovu.
24 Not it will turn back [the] burning of [the] anger of Yahweh until has brought about he and until has carried out he [the] purposes of heart his at [the] end of the days you will understand it.
Hasira ya Yahwe haitarudi mpaka itoke na kutimiza makusudi ya moyo wake. Katika siku za mwisho mtalielewa hili.”
