Jeremiah 28
1 And it was - in the year that in [the] beginning of [the] reign of Zedekiah [the] king of Judah (in the year *Q(K)*) fourth in the month fifth he said to me Hananiah [the] son of Azzur the prophet who [was] from Gibeon in [the] house of Yahweh to [the] eyes of the priests and all the people saying.
Ese mismo año, al comienzo del reinado de Sedequías, rey de Judá, en el cuarto año, en el quinto mes, el profeta Hananías, hijo de Azzur, que era de Gabaón, me habló en la casa de Yahvé, en presencia de los sacerdotes y de todo el pueblo, diciendo:
2 Thus he says Yahweh of hosts [the] God of Israel saying I will break [the] yoke of [the] king of Babylon.
“El Señor de los Ejércitos, el Dios de Israel, dice: “He roto el yugo del rey de Babilonia.
3 In yet - two years days I [will] bring back to the place this all [the] articles of [the] house of Yahweh which he took Nebuchadnezzar [the] king of Babylon from the place this and he brought them Babylon.
Dentro de dos años completos traeré de nuevo a este lugar todos los utensilios de la casa de Yahvé que Nabucodonosor, rey de Babilonia, sacó de este lugar y llevó a Babilonia.
4 And Jeconiah [the] son of Jehoiakim [the] king of Judah and all [the] exile[s] of Judah who went Babylon towards I [will] bring back to the place this [the] utterance of Yahweh that I will break [the] yoke of [the] king of Babylon.
Volveré a traer a este lugar a Jeconías hijo de Joacim, rey de Judá, con todos los cautivos de Judá que fueron a Babilonia — dice Yahvé —, porque romperé el yugo del rey de Babilonia.”
5 And he said Jeremiah the prophet to Hananiah the prophet to [the] eyes of the priests and to [the] eyes of all the people who were standing in [the] house of Yahweh.
Entonces el profeta Jeremías dijo al profeta Ananías en presencia de los sacerdotes y de todo el pueblo que estaba en la casa de Yahvé:
6 And he said Jeremiah the prophet amen thus may he do Yahweh may he carry out Yahweh words your which you have prophesied by bringing back [the] articles of [the] house of Yahweh and all the exile[s] from Babylon to the place this.
El profeta Jeremías dijo: “¡Amén! Que Yahvé lo haga. Que Yahvé cumpla tus palabras que has profetizado, para hacer volver de Babilonia a este lugar los utensilios de la casa de Yahvé y a todos los cautivos.
7 Nevertheless listen to please the word this which I [am] about to speak in ears your and in [the] ears of all the people.
Sin embargo, escucha ahora esta palabra que hablo en tus oídos y en los de todo el pueblo:
8 The prophets who they were before me and before you from antiquity and they prophesied against lands many and on kingdoms great of war and of calamity and of pestilence.
Los profetas que han sido antes de mí y antes de ti, de antaño, profetizaron contra muchos países y contra grandes reinos, de guerra, de maldad y de pestilencia.
9 The prophet who he prophesies of peace when comes [the] word of the prophet he will be recognized the prophet whom he sent him Yahweh in truth.
En cuanto al profeta que profetiza de paz, cuando la palabra del profeta se cumpla, entonces se sabrá que Yahvé lo ha enviado verdaderamente”.
10 And he took Hananiah the prophet the yoke-bar from on [the] neck of Jeremiah the prophet and he broke it.
Entonces el profeta Hananías tomó la barra del cuello del profeta Jeremías y la rompió.
11 And he said Hananiah to [the] eyes of all the people saying thus he says Yahweh thus I will break [the] yoke of - Nebuchadnezzar [the] king of Babylon in yet two years days (from on *L(abh)*) [the] neck of all the nations and he went Jeremiah the prophet to way his.
Hananías habló en presencia de todo el pueblo, diciendo: “Yahvé dice: ‘Así romperé el yugo de Nabucodonosor, rey de Babilonia, del cuello de todas las naciones dentro de dos años completos’”. Entonces el profeta Jeremías siguió su camino.
12 And it came [the] word of Yahweh to Jeremiah after broke Hananiah the prophet the yoke-bar from on [the] neck of Jeremiah the prophet saying.
Entonces vino la palabra de Yahvé a Jeremías, después de que el profeta Hananías rompiera la barra del cuello del profeta Jeremías, diciendo:
13 Go and you will say to Hananiah saying thus he says Yahweh yoke-bars of wood you have broken and you will make in place of them yoke-bars of iron.
“Ve y dile a Hananías, diciendo: “Yahvé dice: “Tú has roto las barras de madera, pero has hecho en su lugar barras de hierro.”
14 For thus he says Yahweh of hosts [the] God of Israel a yoke of iron I have put on [the] neck of - all the nations these to serve Nebuchadnezzar [the] king of Babylon and they will serve him and also [the] animal[s] of the field I have given to him.
Porque el Señor de los Ejércitos, el Dios de Israel, dice: “He puesto un yugo de hierro sobre el cuello de todas estas naciones, para que sirvan a Nabucodonosor, rey de Babilonia, y le servirán. También le he dado los animales del campo””.
15 And he said Jeremiah the prophet to Hananiah the prophet listen please O Hananiah not he sent you Yahweh and you you have made rely the people this on falsehood.
Entonces el profeta Jeremías dijo al profeta Hananías: “¡Escucha, Hananías! El Señor no te ha enviado, sino que haces que este pueblo confíe en una mentira.
16 Therefore thus he says Yahweh here I [am] about to cast out you from on [the] surface of the ground this year you [will] die for rebellion you have spoken against Yahweh.
Por eso Yahvé dice: ‘He aquí que yo te despido de la superficie de la tierra. Este año morirás, porque has hablado con rebeldía contra el Señor’”.
17 And he died Hananiah the prophet in the year that in the month seventh.
Así que el profeta Ananías murió el mismo año en el séptimo mes.
